무용전공 학생용 무용직업흥미검사 척도개발을 위한 무용직업군 분류체계 개발

Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop a Dance Occupational Theme for Dame Major (DOT-DM) that approaches various occupational worlds centering on the keyword dance as the first step to research and develop and spread career education contents for students majoring in dance. Methods In the research process to achieve the research purpose, literature surveys, Delphi research technique, and expert committee techniques were used. Result As a result of searching for dance-related jobs through a literature survey, a total of 66 dance-related jobs were searched. The Dance Occupation Theme(DOT) borrowed Holland's basic assumptions and forms of Holland’s occupational personality type. The Dance Occupational Theme for Dance Major Student(DOT-DMS) classified the job world related to dance into a total of five occupational group types: Creator, Supporter, Tactician, Doer, and Researcher. Conclusion The academic and educational meaning and value of the DOT-DMS were discussed, and also the direction for future research was discussed. 연구목적 이 연구의 목적은 무용을 전공하고 있는 학생들을 위한 진로교육 콘텐츠의 연구개발과 확산을 위한 첫 단계로서 다양한 직업세계를 무용이라는 키워드를 중심으로 접근하는 무용직업군분류체계를(Dance Occupational Theme: DOT-DMS) 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 과정에는 문헌조사를 비롯하여 델파이조사, 전문가회의 기법 등이 활용되었다. 결과 문헌조사를 통해 무용관련 직업들을 탐색한 결과 총 66개의 무용관련 직업이 탐색되었다. 무용직업군분류체계는 Holland의 직업성격유형이론의 기본가정과 형식을 차용하였다. 무용직업군분류체계는 무용과 관련된 직업세계를 창조형(Creator), 봉사형(Supporter), 전략형(Tactician), 행동형(Doer), 연구자형(Researcher)의 총 5가지 직업군 유형으로 분류하였다. 결론 무용직업군분류체계(DOT-DMS)의 학문적, 교육적 의미와 활용가치에 대해 논의하였으며 후속여구에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 무용직업군분류체계는 무용을 전공하는 학생들뿐만 아니라 무용분야로의 진로를 계획하는 학생들에게 무용과 관련된 다양한 직업세계에 대한 이해를 도목하고 무용전공자를 위한 다양한 진로교육 콘텐츠 개발을 확장하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

무용분야 직업사전 편찬을 위한 기초자료 조사연구

연구목적 이 연구의 목적은 무용분야 직업사전 편찬을 위한 사전 기초연구로서 ‘무용직업사전’이 무용분야 직업정보서로서 기능하기에 가장 적합한 무용직업분류체계를 탐색하고 무용직업사전 데이터베이스 구축의 방향성을 설정하는 것이다. 연구방법 문헌조사, 브레인스토밍, 전문가회의 등을 통하여연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 무용분야 직업의 범위를 규정하기 위하여 무용산업의 개념을 무용으로부터 파생된 유무형의 재화와 서비스를 생산하는 산업으로 정의하고 무용산업 영역 내에서 나타나는직업들을 무용분야 직업의 선정 기준으로 설정하였다. 이러한 기준에 따라 무용분야의 직업들을 탐색한 결과 총 126개의 무용관련 직업들이 탐색되었다. 탐색된 직업들은 비율의 차이는 있으나 다양한산업영역에 걸쳐서 나타났다. 무용직업사전의 구조적 틀인 무용직업 분류체계는 한국고용직업분류(KECO)의 기본 틀을 차용하여 대분류 8개, 중분류 19개 항목으로 분류하였다. 마지막으로 무용분야직업사전에 수록되는 각각의 직업들에 대해 제공되어야할 정보요소들을 본 직업정보와 부가직업정보로 구분하고 세부요소들을 설정하였다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 무용분야의 직업세계에 대한 최초의직업정보서로서 활용될 ‘무용직업사전’의 기본 틀로서 활용될 것이다. 더불어 무용분야 직업관련 후속연구들을 촉발할 것으로 기대한다. Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the dance job classification system that is most suitable for the "Dance Job Dictionary" to function as a job information book in the dance field and to establish the direction of the dance job dictionary database. Methods Research results were derived through literature research, brainstorming, and expert meetings. Result In order to define the scope of occupations in the dance field, the concept of the dance industry was defined as an industry that produces tangible and intangible goods and services derived from dance, and occupations that appear within the dance industry area were set as criteria for selecting occupations in the dance field. As a result of searching for jobs in the dance field according to these standards, a total of 126 dance-related jobs were searched. The dance job classification system, which is a structural framework of the dance job dictionary, borrowed the basic framework of the Korean Employment Classification (KECO) and classified it into 8 major categories and 19 middle categories. Finally, the information elements to be provided for each job included in the dance field vocational dictionary were divided into this job information and additional job information, and detailed elements were set. Conclusion The results of this study will be used as the basic framework of the 'Dance occupational Dictionary' to be used as the first job information book on the professional world in the dance field. In addition, it is expected to trigger follow-up studies related to jobs in the dance field.

항공사아웃소싱의 서비스품질에 대한 고객만족, 재이용의도간의 영향 연구 -항공사 지상서비스중심으로

Under such external circumstances as a more serious competition due to therestriction-relief policy of the airline industry in each country, the oil price rise uncontrolled by airlines and international conflicts, all the airlines have confronted difficulties. As a result, the airlines have to make customers satisfied through better service while reducing the operation expenses by outsourcing various kinds of human services which were provided with their own work for before. Even though such a phenomenon wouldn’t be a fatal problem to other industries which value the cost reduction as the only competitive factor, in the industries such as airlines or department stores where customer satisfactions greatly depends on the quality of service, they cannot avoid such a fundamental aspect as the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the outsourcing-service quality level on the customers’ satisfaction and revisit intention by measuring customers’ evaluations when using the outsource service before boarding the flights. The results of verifying the research case suggested in the study are as follow: Firstly, the quality of outsourcing-service provided by airlines was found to have a significant effect on the customers’ satisfaction with the material service higher than the human service. Secondly, the quality of outsourcing-service provided by airlines was found to have a significant effect on the customers’ revisit intention with the material service higher than the human service. Thirdly, the customers’ satisfaction about the quality of outsourcing-service provided by airlines was found to have a significant effect on their revisit intention, which indicates the more satisfied customers are with the overall service, the more likely they are to revisit the airlines. The reason why the material service showed high values was that the customers paid more attention to the material service which has strong tangibility while not finding any differences in the human service. Accordingly, it is recommended to develop our airline’s own particular human service differentiated from the fixed service forms of other airlines or find the strong points in the process of our airline’s service and provided service that customers want so that they may turn into loyal customers from revisit-customers. In another aspect, it is necessary to take notice of the result that the human service is rated lower than the physical service of airline outsourcing service providers. According to this result, it is important to enhance the quality of receptionists such as their language use, manner of speaking, and countenance in order to improve the service level of the employees. Moreover, regular employee training is also requisite so that they can be customer-oriented and cultivate their service mind.

Differential abilities of Korean soybean varieties to biosynthesize glyceollins by biotic and abiotic elicitors

Glyceollins synthesized in soybeans that are exposed to biotic or abiotic stress have been reported to have health benefits. Considering that glyceollins are de novo synthesized from daidzein via several enzymatic steps and that isoflavone concentration widely varies among soybean varieties, the abilities of 60 soybean cultivars to synthesize glyceollins were compared under different elicitation conditions. Soybeans accumulated glyceollins differentially depending upon the cultivar when elicited with Aspergillus sojae. Contrary to our hypothesis that high isoflavone varieties may accumulate glyceollins more efficiently upon elicitation, glyceollin accumulation in response to fungal elicitation was not related with the concentration of either total isoflavones or daidzein in soybeans. Rather the glyceollin levels were significantly affected by soybean cultivar and most effectively increased by fungal infection. The data suggest that the selection of a strong fungal elicitor and a soybean cultivar with genotype that highly expresses the genes involved in glyceollin biosynthesis is essential for efficient glyceollin production.

결혼이주여성의 여가활동 수용과정에 관한 근거이론적 연구 : 커뮤니티 아트 참여경험을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the process of accommodating leisure activity among seven subjects participating in community art out of married female expats living in our country, using grounded theory out of qualitative research methods for its analysis. As a result, the study drew 71 concepts, 24 subcategories and 10 categories. Looking at the detailed findings, there emerged a central phenomenon of difficulty-experiencing owing to cultural differences while preparing for leisure activity and using supporting systems, whereby married female expats began to be interested in Korean culture because of their longing for the motherland and foreignness to a new culture. As a result of mediating effects such as suffering from psychological conflict, becoming comfortable, experiencing the crisis of early interruption along with experiencing community art, they could find the merits of Korean culture and art. And also through action/interaction strategy of continual efforts, they could build self-identity and understand their family (others) amid relatedness. Process of accommodating leisure activity by the elapse of time unfolded via five stages: interest in Korean culture away from longing for the motherland; conflicts between own and other cultures; time needed to overcome them; cultural adaptation; understanding others amid leisure activity. While, the core category turned out to be "Via process of accommodating leisure activity in community art, to understand myself, and my family (others) amid relatedness". As a conclusion, the study found that married female expats in Korea learned community art to overcome the cultural conflicts between homeland and foreign land, language and economic problems, and by communicating with people with similar circumstances, could be acquainted with Korean culture and culturally adapted. 본 연구는 국내에 거주하는 결혼이주여성 중 커뮤니티 아트 참여자를 대상으로 근거이론적 연구방법을 적용하여 여가활동 수용과정을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 72개의 개념, 25개의 하위범주, 7개의 범주가 도출되었다. 구체적으로 결혼이주여성들은 언어적 ․ 문화적 차이로 인한 어려움의 인과적 조건과 경제적 차이로 인한 맥락적 조건이 원인이 되어 커뮤니티아트와 같은 여가활동 참여를 준비하는 중심현상이 나타났다. 이를 통해 중재적 조건에서는 여가활동에 긍정적 ․ 부정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 작용/상호작용 전략을 통해서는 참여자들이 커뮤니티 아트를 배움으로써 한국문화예술의 매력성을 알게 되었고, 관계맺음 속에서 자아정체감이 형성되고, 한국생활에 익숙해진다고 하였다. 마지막으로는 이러한 과정을 통해 관계맺음 속에서 나와 나의 가족을 알게 된다는 결과가 나타났다. 또한 핵심범주로는 ‘커뮤니티 아트 여가수용 과정을 통해 나를 이해하고 관계맺음 속에서의 나의 가족(타인) 이해’로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 결혼이주여성들은 고국과 타국의 문화적인 갈등과 언어적 문제, 경제적 문제 등의 극복을 위해 커뮤니티 아트를 배우고 비슷한 처지에 있는 사람들과 소통하는 시간을 가짐으로써 한국문화에 적응해가고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

제주도게스트하우스이용객의 지각 가치가 인적서비스 품질과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 연구

This study was conducted to understand the impact of perceived value of Jeju guest house users on human service quality and customer loyalty. A survey was conducted on Korean travelers using guest houses on Jeju Island. The survey was conducted from March 1, 2018 to May 31. A total of 350 questionnaires were collected, with the exception of 37 poorly written questionnaires, the final 313 were used for empirical analysis. The collected questionnaires were tested for reliability and validity using the SPSS 20.0 Statistical Package Program, and the probative factorial analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to test the impact relationships among perceived value, human service quality, and customer loyalty variables. Studies show that perceived value has a positive effect on human service quality. Perceived values also showed a positive effect on customer loyalty. The quality of human service has a positive effect on customer loyalty These results suggest that Jeju guesthouse users will be able to increase their competitiveness by staying around the clock and placing a lot of value on the staff who provide services to them, and hiring employees and conducting service education.

교양교육에서 무용관련 수업이 대학생의핵심역량에 미치는 영향

Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of dance-related elective courses atuniversities on the core competencies of undergraduate students Methods Data was collected throughsurveys from undergraduate students at universities located in Incheon and Chungnam, utilizing 240responses for the analysis. The data analysis methods included frequency analysis, confirmatory factoranalysis, reliability analysis, independent t-test, and 2-way ANOVA. Result The results of the study are as follows: First, among the five factors that constitute core competencies, no differences werefound based on gender in Boundless (creativity and convergence competence), Able (professionalcompetence), Reliable (civic consciousness), and Networking (collaborative competence). Second,with respect to the experience of taking dance-related courses, students who had such experienceshowed higher levels of Boundless, Able, and Reliable than those without. Third, an interaction effectbetween gender and the experience of taking courses was observed in all competencies except forBoundless. Conclusion This research confirms that dance-related elective courses can partially have a positive impact on the core competencies of undergraduate students, namely Boundless, Able,Reliable, and Networking, and that these effects may vary according to gender. Theoretical andpractical implications of these findings were discussed, along with suggestions for future researchdirections. 연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 대학의 무용관련 교양교과목이 대학생의 핵심역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하는것이다. 연구방법 인천, 충남 지역에 소재한 대학의 대학생을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고 240부의 분석에 활용하였다. 자료분석 방법은 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 독립 t-test,2-way ANOVA 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핵심역량을 구성하는 다섯 가지요인 중 창의융합역량, 전문역량, 시민의식, 협업역량은 성별에 따라서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용관련 교과목의 수강경험 유무에 따라서는 창의융합역량, 전문역량, 시민의식 역량은 수강경험이 있는학생이 수강 경험이 없는 학생들보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 성별과 수강경험 유무의 상호작용 효과는 창의융합역량을 제외하고 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이 연구는 무용관련 교양교과목이 대학생들의 핵심역량에 부분적으로 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하였다. 더불어 이러한 효과가 성별에 따라다르게 나타날 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 논의하였고 향후연구방향을 제시하였다.

Isadora Duncan’s Modern Dance and Its Implications for Existentialism

The purpose of this paper is to examine Isadora Duncan’s modern dance and its implications for existentialism. Duncan is considered to be one of the founders of modern dance. She revolted against classical ballet by escaping from conventional pattern and structures of the accepted ballet movements. Rather than imitating her movements, she instructed her students to develop their own unique movements. Duncan encouraged freedom, expression and creativity in dance movements. Such idea and thought were influenced by existentialism. Her life characterized by parent’s divorce, financial strains during her childhood and death of her children from auto accident may have led her to existentialistic influences. Existentialism is characterized by human predicament such as anguish, estrangement, conflict, loneliness and meaninglessness. In addition, the philosophy of existentialism of her times influenced many fields of discipline such as literature, music, fine art and dance. Duncan’s ontology, study of mind and body, is congruent with existentialism. As for Duncan, the physical beauty of body is not of the foremost importance. Instead, true beauty is defined by self rather than by other people. As a result, Duncan danced on her barefoot and did not utilize fancy costumes. She appeals to the inner feeling of the performer. In conclusion, Duncan’s dance contrasts with the classic ballet which emphasizes system, traditional view of beauty and discipline. She aspired for freedom, creativity and expression in her dance. Her worked is influenced by her personality, life background as well as existentialism that attained popularity in Europe among her contemporaries. Duncan’s modern dance appears to be in harmony with the existentialistic philosophy’s thoughts and ideas.

The Effect of Service Quality of guest house on Customer Satisfaction and Intention of Revisiting -Using Jeju Island guest house-

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and revisit intention in Jeju Island. For the purpose of this study, we conducted a survey of Korean tourists using guesthouses in Jeju Island. The survey was conducted from January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018. A total of 325 questionnaires were collected, of which 291 were used in the final analysis except for the inappropriate questionnaire. Reliability analysis and validity test were conducted using the SPSS 20.0 statistical package program, and exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to test the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, and intention of revisiting. Research shows that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Also, it was found that customers who satisfied with service quality positively influenced revisit inquiry. These results suggest that improving and managing the quality of the guest house 's personal services and facilities will enhance customer satisfaction and intention of revisiting.
