        물류·유통 기업의 기술혁신이 기업가치에 미치는 영향: 특허의 청구항과 인용문헌을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 물류·유통 활동이 핵심인 기업을 대상으로 기술혁신의 과정인 특허활동과 특허정보가 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 분석하기 위해 Fngudie를 통해 재무자료를, ㈜윕스에서 제공하는 WINTELIPS(www.wintelips.com)을 이용하여 특허정보를 추출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 기술혁신으로서 특허활동은 기업가치에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로는 특허를 보유한 기업이 기업가치가 높았으며, 특허 등록 수가 많을수록 기업가치는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보유한 특허 정보의 정량적 수치가 높을수록 기업가치는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 청구항 수가 많다는 것은 해당 기술에 대한 권리가 많음을 의미하고, 인용지수가 많다는 것은 해당 특허의 기술적 가치가 크다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 정량적인 수치가 높다는 것은 기술혁신의 결과물의 질적 수준이 높으며, 그 결과 기업가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 특허의 장부금액은 특허의 취득(내부창출)시 발생하는 등록료 등 수수료 비용만을 포함하고 있어, 실제 경제적 가치를 반영하지 못한다. 따라서 특허의 기술력의 가치는 이러한 특허정보를 통해 평가 할 수 있다는 이론적 함의를 제공한다. 또한 실무적 관점에서 보면 특허 출원 및 등록 뿐만 아니라 특허정보에 대한 관리가 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 순수한 독립변수(특허활동, 특허정보)의 효과만을 분석하기 위해 Ohlson(1995)의 기본모형에 기업가치에 영향을 줄 수 있는 다양한 통제변수를 추가하여 내적타당성을 확보하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 물류·유통업은 한국표준산업분류상 정의되어 있지 않아 도·소매업, 운송업을 물류·유통업을 간주하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of patents and patent information, which are the process of technological innovation, on the corporate value of firms whose logistics and distribution business is the core of their business activities. In order to analyze this, patent information was extracted using financial data through Fngudie and WINTELIPS (www.wintelips.com) provided by WIPS. The results of this study are as follows. first. As a company's technological innovation, patent activity has a positive effect on firm value. In detail, the value of a company with a patent was high, and the value of a company increased with the number of patents registered. Second, the higher the quantitative value of the patent information, the more the enterprise value increases. That is, the fact that the number of claims is large means that there are many rights to the technology, and the fact that the number of quotations is large means that the technical value of the patent is great. This high level of quantitative value means that the quality of the outcome of technological innovation is high, and as a result, it positively affects firm value. The carrying amounts of the patents do not reflect the actual economic value, as they contain only the cost of registration fees, such as those incurred when obtaining (internal creation) patents. Thus, the value of a patent's technical skills provides a theoretical implication that it can be assessed through such patent information. It also implies that from a practical perspective, patent applications and registration are necessary as well as management of patent information. In order to analyze only the effects of pure independent variables (patent activity, patent information), this study secured internal validity by adding various control variables to the basic model of Ohlson (1995) that affect the firm value. Nonetheless, the logistics and distribution industry was considered to be a logistics and distribution business even though it was not defined in the Korean standard industry classification.

        폴리우레탄 기반 소비자 제품의 디메틸포름아미드 잔류량과 이의 저감화를 위한 조사 및 연구

        Purpose: The aim of this study is to conduct a survey of dimethylformamide(DMF) content in polyurethane( PU)-based consumer products and provide the information for the PU manufacturer and company to prepare a countermeasure for improving the quality competitiveness. Methods: This study selected PU-based consumer products(toddler shoes, children’s bag, children’s play mat, safety gloves), which is closely used in everyday life, and analyzed the residual DMF content in the consumer products. Results: In this study, it was confirmed that the average DMF content of toddler shoes, children’s bag, children’s play mat and safety gloves are 38 ppm, 119 ppm, 396 ppm and 826 ppm, respectively. In addition, most of the samples were found to meet the internationally accepted standard of 1,000 ppm and the DMF contents were reduced from at least 63 % to 85 % with a single washing process. Conclusion: The domestic PU manufacturers should seek ways to reduce the DMF through their production facility applications and introducing new materials such as water-soluble PU, and preparing the process development for their quality competitiveness.

        [전력경제] 우리나라 전력시장에서 수도권 열병합발전기의 송전혼잡완화 편익 산정 연구

        The combined heat and power system (CHP) is one of the representative distributed energy resources which provide various benefits to the power system. This paper estimates the transmission congestion relief benefits from the CHPs located in the metropolitan area in Korea Electricity Market. Based on the results of the electricity market operation, we extract the transmission congestion relief contribution to the power system from CHPs’ excess generation due to the self-constraint. The calculated transmission congestion relief benefits are energy cost savings from the power system perspective and energy settlement cost savings from the utility perspective. The improved market settlement rules for the excess output due to the self-constraint are suggested, considering the transmission congestion relief contribution.

        비주거용 소비자 전력요금최소화 목적 BESS 최적운영 및 경제성 평가

        This paper presents optimal operational scheduling model and economic assessment of Li-ion battery energy storage systems installed in non-residential customers. The operation schedule of a BESS is determined to minimize electric bill, which is composed of demand and energy charges. Dynamic programming is introduced to solve the nonlinear optimization problem. Based on the optimal operation schedule result, the economics of a BESS are evaluated in the investor and the social perspective respectively. Calculated benefits in the investor or customer perspective are the savings of demand charge, energy charge, and related taxes. The social benefits include fuel cost savings of generating units, construction deferral effects of the generation capacity and T&D infra, and incremental CO2 emission cost impacts, etc. Case studies are applied to an large industrial customer that shows similarly repeated load patterns according to days of the week.

        양제근의 분획별 항산화 작용에 관한 연구

        N/A Objects : Rumexis Radix has been used for inflammatory disease, skin disease and some kind of cancer in folk remedy. In order to investigate the effect of anti-oxidation of partion of Rumexis Radix, this study was done. Methods : Rumexis Radix was investigated effects of antioxidation for DPPH(e1ectron donating ability) radical ability, lipid peroxidase(LP1, Xanthine oxidase(X0) radical ability and Silica gel column chromatography Results : 1. The most effect of anti-oxidation of partion of Rumexjapcmicus HOUTT. was ethylacetatdEtOAC) extract of it. 2. The effects of anti-oxidation of ethylacetate(Et0AC) extract for DPPH(e1etron donating ability) radical ability was much better than BHT. 3. The effects of anti-oxidation of ethylacetate(Et0AC) extract for lipid peroxidase(lP) and Xanthine oxidase(X0) radical ability was effective. 4. Silica gel column chromatography of ethylacetate(Et0AC) extract of Rumex japonicus HOUTT. found five components. And two components of five components(Ru-Z-D, Ru-2-El were far effective. Conclusion : According to the above results, the antioxidant action of Rumexis Radix is effective. And it is expected to be necessary to the study of the mechanism in the antioxidant of Rumexis Radix.
