Based on data provided by the science and technology knowledge infrastructure (ScienceON, 2017-2021), this paper reviews the research trends of domestic police services and related technologies, and describes the research and development direction of policing technology. For this purpose, the research was searched using the keywords science policing, smart policing, predictive policing, and policing. Policing technology is used for crime investigation (prevention), such as crime analysis and crime prediction. The collection of related data use urban infrastructure, the processing of data collected using technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and the utilization of data in police services (system) were summarized. In future, on-site support technology and crime investigation (prevention) technology for a preemptive correspondence to social threats and effective police activities must be developed. In addition, the quality of police services should be improved, a system to use police-related data should be developed, and the capabilities of police experts need to be strengthened.

전역 클럭을 사용하는 동기 회로 설계 기술은 설계의 단순화 및 자동화가 용이하기 때문에 현재 많이 사용하는 설계 기술이다. 그러나 다양한 기능과 고성능을 필요로 하는 대규모 시스템이나 회로 설계에서는 전역 클럭 사용으로 인한 신호 지연, 전력 소모 등이 문제로 부각되면서 비동기 회로 설계 기술이 각광을 받고 있다. 비동기 회로 설계 기술은 1940년대에 개발된 기술이지만 설계 자체가 어렵고 면적 증가 등의 단점으로 제한된 분야에서 이용되었다. 현재 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위한 연구가 회로 설계, 검증, 동기/비동기 인터페이스, 그리고 저전력 회로 등의 분야에서 많이 진행되고 있다.
CNT 직경에 따른 CNT-Polyamide 복합체의 특성 변화

The effect of CNT diameters on properties of CNT-polyamide composites were investigated such as electrical conductivity, tensile strength and thermal conductivity. To get different diameter distributions of CNTs, several portions of Mo and Fe in Mo-Fe/MgO catalysts were synthesized by a combustion method at 600℃. And all CNTs growed at 900℃ with 3 SLM methane and 1 SLM hydrogen for 40min. Four kinds of CNTs with different diameter distributions, such as 1~3㎚, 3~7㎚, 7~13㎚, and 10~30㎚, were selected to make CNT-polyamide composites. Each composite was manufactured by a solution mixing using bar-type ultra-sonicator in the CNT portions from 1phr to 50 phr. And electrical conductivity, tensile strength, and thermal conductivity were measured. Three properties of CNT-polyamide composite, manufactured with 10㎚ diameter, were more excellent compared to other composites, with electrical conductivity 10°Ω at 7phr, thermal conductivity 2.4.W/mK at 40phr, tensile strength 60㎫ at 30phr. CNTs with diameter 10㎚ were superior to other diameters for the multi-functional composite such as CNT-polyamide Composites.
