산지 방목 유제품의 Value Chain 활성화를 위한 조사 연구

This study was carried out to investigate the micro-agribusiness realities of dairy farms by surveying both farmers' opinions and consumers' recognition of dairy farm products for in a value-chain analysis. In most cases, dairy farms produced fermented milk for sales and to prepare cheese both for sales and for providing the necessary material for farm visitors. Value-chain analysis did not seem to be a viable strategy for dairy farmers, except when assessing the quality of farmstead milk products in comparisons of dairy farm milks and commercial milk products. Consumers had a wide range of experience with milk products and had no willingness to buy products from dairy farms because of the high cost and the lack of product diversity. Our findings established three strategies for improving the economic feasibility of dairy farms. First, the price should be reduced by adopting a production balance to establish a farm-gate price, i.e., not as quota milk but as surplus milk. Second, consumers should be educated on the prescription of cheese at home. Third, a value-chain based on cooperative partnerships should be established among dairy farms. In addition, to improve the consumers' satisfaction on the diversity and quality of farm dairy products, developments of new value-added milk products made from the milk of cows allowed to graze on mountain pastures are needed.

녹비작물-양배추 작부체계에서 양배추 수량증대 효과 및 경영성과 분석

This study was carried out to analyze the effect of the farm management and productivity increase of cabbages growing in the plastic house based on application of green manure crops such as silage corn, haussolgo (Sorghum bicolar L. Moench), hairy vetch, etc. According to the effect of green manure crop grown in summer season, the biomass amount of the silage corn was the highest; 7,630 kg per 10a, the next was haussolgo, 5,620 kg per 10a. In terms of the fertilizer ingredients, the first of forage soybean was 3.84% of nitrogen, whereas hairy vetch was 1.74% of phosphate and kalium, 4.74%. Productivity increase of cabbages was the highest in the haussolgo plot of which the yield of showed 10,090 kg per 10a and the farm household income would be worth 8,053 thousand won. By growing forage crops in the winter season, the biomass amount was the highest in the mixed sowing plot with rye (50%) and hairy vetch (50%) of 3,590 kg per 10a, whereas the productivity in the mixed seeding with rye (70%) and hairy vetch (30%) was highest, 6,249 kg per 10a and the farm household income would be worth 7,387 thousand won. Judging from these results, more practical on-farm research on applying different green manure crops as a basal fertilizer with cabbage in the plastic house should be considered to analyze the farm management and the farm household income at different sites.
DEA모형을 이용한 벼 무논점파 재배농가의 경영효율성 분석

This paper will try to measure the management efficiency of wet-direct seeded rice using Data Envelopment Analysis. Some farms impose wetdirect seeding in rice to complement the problems of existing cultivation method and by analyzing the effectiveness of wet-direct seeding method in those farms. Results show that using the Tier model in analyzing farm efficiency, 13 farm houses were superior, while eight farm houses were classified as inferior therefore recommended to get expert`s advice regularly. On wet-direct seeding model, the most urgent problem identified was reduction of farm machinery depreciation cost, followed by cost reduction of fertilizer, pesticides, labor, and varieties. Also on wet-direct seeding, mean efficiency of scales was 0.9138, while mean efficiency of technology was 0.9482. On those factors, farming inefficiency was affected by scale view side rather than technology view side as inference.
신체부위별 둘레에 의한 웨이트트레이닝 초보자의 최대근력(1RM) 추정

본 연구는 최대근력(1RM)에 대한 간편추정법을 모색하기 위하여 신체 부위별 둘레에 의해 웨이트트레이닝 초보자 남자 95명(19.7±0.68세), 여자 21명(19.5±0.60세)을 대상으로 운동종목별 1RM을 추정하고 그 예측력을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과 Bench Press(남: 53.2~60.1%, 여: 49.7%), Cable Crunch(여: 51.1%) 등의 설명력이 상대적으로 높았으며, Arm Curl, Squat, Lat Pull Down, Shoulder Press, Leg Curl, Cable Crunch(남), Triceps Extension 등의 설명력은 다소 낮았다(6.3~43.3%). 따라서 본 연구에서 나타난 결과에 대한 일반화나 현장 적용은 높지 않은 설명력으로 인해 제한적이라고 할 수 있으며, 차후 연구에서는 측정의 신뢰도를 유지하고 충분한 연습시간을 확보하여 웨이트트레이닝의 정확한 자세와 동작의 유지를 통한 측정의 타당성을 높인다면 신체둘레에 의한 웨이트트레이닝 1RM 추정의 설명력을 높일 수 있을 것이다. There is need simply to estimate one repetition maximum(1RM) by anthropometric variables or submaximal weights because a direct measurements of 1RM have risks of injury in musculoskeletal system. This study was performed to estimate of 1RM by circumference of muscles in weight training beginners. The subjects were male 95 (19.7±0.68 yrs), female 21 (19.5±0.60 yrs) in KMA students. The regression equations of predict 1RM of weight training (8 exercises) were calculated and R squares of exercises such as Bench Press (male: .532~.601, female: .497), Cable Crunch (female: .511) were relatively high. R squares of the rest exercises such as Arm Curl, Squat, Lat Pull Down, Shoulder Press, Leg Curl, Cable Crunch (male), Triceps Extension were low(.063~.433). Therefore, if the reliability and validity of measurement are improved, it is restrictively possible to predict 1RM by circumference of muscles in weight training beginners and the future research should be detailed to consider validity of the relation of cause and effect between anthropometry and maximal strength.
