본 논문에서는 P2P 네트워크에서 높은 스트리밍 QoS를 제공하기 위한 Sequential Download System(SDS)을 제안하였다. SDS는 Download Manager를 이용하여 여러 피어로부터 파일을 수신하고, 파일 수신시에 피어의 갑작스런 이탈에 대처할 수 있다. 또한 스트리밍 시 발생하는 버퍼링 시간을 최소화하여 안정된 스트리밍을 제공하며, Memory Map을 이용하여 다운로드 중에도 다른 피어의 요청에 대처할 수 있다. In this paper, we proposed a Sequential Download System(SDS) to provide high steaming QoS in p2p network. SDS is able to receive a media file simultaneously from multiple source peer by download manager and deal with unexpected leave of source peer. Also It can provide stable streaming services with minimum buffering delay and manage request of other peer by memory map in process of downloading.
Study of Human Insulin : I. Synthesis and Cloning of Genes for Human Insulin A and Chains

인슈린을 박테리아에서 발현시키기 위해 인체 인슐린 A와 B 사슬에 해당하는 유전자를 설계하였다. 화학적 합성, 생화학적 조립, 유전자 재조합상 용이성 등이 고려된 설계에는 각 인슈린 사슬이 11개의 유전자 절편으로 구성되도록 하였다. 계획된 유전자 절편은 phosphite triester 합성법으로 합성하였으며, 인슐린의 A와 B 사슬의 합성유전자를 건설하기 위해서 합성된 유전자 절편을 효소적인 방법으로 결합하였고, 이어서 대장균에 클로닝 하였다. 클론들은 계획한대로 인슐린 유전자가 대장균에 도입되었음을 유전자 서열 결정에 의해 확인하였다. Eleven individual oligonucleotides corresponding to insulin A and B chains were chemically synthesized by the phosphite triester method on solid support. The enzymatic joining of the oligonucleotides were employed to give the synthetic human insulin A and B chain genes, which ware separately cloned into the bacterium Escherichia coli using plasmid, pUC19. The cloned DNAs were shown to have the correct nucleotide sequence as designed.

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 최소 침습적 금속판 고정술을 이용하여 소아 대퇴골 간부 골절을 치료하고 그 결과 및 장점을 알아보기 위함이다. 대상 및 방법: 14명의 환아(평균 나이 9.1세)에서 최소 침습적인 금속판 고정술을 시행하였고, 투시 가능한 수술대 위에서 도수 견인술 또는 유연성 골수정으로 임시 정복을 한 후, 근위 및 원위부에 2-3 ㎝의 절개를 하고, 형광투시경의 도움 하에 금속판을 경피적으로 삽입한 다음, 골절부를 개방치 않고 고정하였다. 골절부는 대퇴 중간부가 10예, 전자하부 2예, 근위부 1예, 원위부 1예 등이었으며, 분쇄성이 7예였고, 다른 부위의 골절 또는 외상을 동반한 경우가 9명이었다. 1년 이상(평균 2.1년)의 추시 후 Flynn 등의 방법에 따라 평가하였다. 결과: 모든 환자에서 골 이식 없이 골 유합을 얻었으며, 평균 골 유합 기간은 11.1주(범위, 10-14주)였다. 최종 추시상에서 10도 이상의 각형성 또는 5 ㎜ 이상의 하지 부동을 보인 환자는 없었다. 관절운동의 제한 또는 파행 등의 기능장애 소견이나, 내고정물에 관련된 문제를 나타낸 환자는 없었으며, 최종 임상적 결과에서 모든 환자가 우수의 결과를 보였다. 결론: 최소 침습적 금속판 고정술은 소아 대퇴골 골절에서 안전하고도 좋은 수술적 치료 방법이 될 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: To determine the efficacy of percutaneous plating for pediatric femoral fractures. Materials and Methods: Fourteen children (mean age, 9.1 years-old) with a femoral fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plating. After a temporary reduction by manual traction or flexible nailing, a plate was inserted into the submuscular plane through proximal or distal incisions of 2-3 ㎝. Screws were then fixed with the control of the fracture alignment under fluoroscopic guidance. All procedures were carried out without opening the fracture site. The locations of the fracture are as follows: 10 in the middle, 2 in the subtrochanteric, 1 in the proximal, and 1 in the distal area. Seven had a comminution in the fracture, and nine had associated injuries or fractures. According to Flynns criteria, the patients were evaluated after a minimum of 1 year (mean, 2.1 years). Results: All the fractures united without the need for a bone graft. The mean radiographic healing time was 11.1 weeks (range, 1014 weeks). No residual radiographic frontal or sagittal plane angulation >10 or a leg length discrepancy >5 ㎜ was observed in any patient. No patient showed any limitation in the joint, limping, or implant related problems. All the patients showed excellent final results. Conclusion: Minimally invasive percutaneous plating is a safe and acceptable surgical option for the treatment of pediatric femoral fractures.

The fatigue problems of PSCI bridges are more serious than other types of concrete bridges, because the cross sectional area and self weight of PSCI bridges are smaller than those of other bridge types. If a crack is produced by flexural moment, stress acting on PS wire increase for concrete can’t resist tensile stress. In this report, fatigue safety estimation of PSCI Bridge for live load is performed and methods of reinforcement is introduced.

In recent years, the many electric saving methods are studied because of difficulty of meeting the demand. The electric energy management such as monitoring of branch power consumption, demand control, metering, power quality monitoring, electric safety monitoring can make energy saving. The purpose of this paper is to develop a system which can provide the integrated management of various functions required for energy management by consumers. In this system all functions which were embodied into each devices are integrated into intelligent meter. The developed systems are tested and implemented by installing at consumer electric distribution panel.

A low voltage circuit breaker protects electrical equipments from over current and short faults of system by cutting the power supply. The breaker use a thermal magnetic type trip device from the past. In recent years, electronic type relays are applied due to useful functions and services. The purpose of this development is full digitalizing of relay functions of a low voltage breaker. It includes separation of current sensor from current transformer, digital signal processing, high speed relaying, and voltage measuring for power meter. The suggestions are tested and implemented by making prototype and testing its all relay functions.
