디지털 비디오 라이브러리 서비스를 지원하는 ATM-기반 비디오 스트림 스위치의 설계 및 분석

최근 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 디지털 비디오 라이브러리(DVL : Digital Video Library) 서비스에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 통신망 대역폭과 스위칭 환경 하에서는 종단간 QoS 보장하는데 많은 제약사항이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비디오 스트림 처리를 효율적으로 수행하여, 지연-처리율 특성을 만족할 수 있는 스트림 스위칭 구조를 제안하고 이에 대한 성능을 분석하였다. 제안된 ATM-기반 스트림 스위치는 각각 다중화되는 CBR(Constant Bit Rate) 및 VBR(Variable Bit Rate) 스트림의 QoS(Quality of Service)를 보장해야만 한다. 성능분석 결과는 제안된 스위치의 처리율이 r=4일 때 약 0.996의 값을 보였으며, 지연시간도 부하가 0.7 이하일 때 2미만으로 특정되었다. 이 결과는 제안된 구조가 적당한 입력 스트림의 그룹핑을 통하여 비디오 응용을 위한 처리율 및 지연 요구사항 QoS를 보장할 수 있음을 보여준다.

신라 신왕의 장생불사론 - 신기(神器), 수(壽), 그리고 왕위계승법칙 -

인공지능 시대에 지식의 생산수단으로 지식의 생산대상을 분석한다. 생산수단은 방정식, 가설연역방법, 논리학이다. 생산대상은 “신기대보(神器大寶)”와 “단군의 수(檀君之壽)”, 그리고 왕위계승법칙의 사례이다. 간단히 말해 “신기대보”에서 “신기(神器)”는 “단군의 수”(장생불사하는 단군, 박혁거세 혼신의 나이)로 해명하고, “단군의 수”는 왕들의 1대~56대 왕위 재위기간의 총합으로 해명하고, 신라 1대~56대 왕위계승권은 [고려 918~1392와 조선 1392~1919처럼 신왕의 첫째 아들 둘째 같은 성씨 근친 남자에게 있는 것이 아니라] 왕(들)의의 자녀 “신기(대보)” 왕위계승권(보통 첫째 왕자들 둘째 딸 들과 사위들)에 있는 것으로 해명한다. 첫째 “신기(대보)”는 현대 심신관계론에서 보면 정신이 육체에 환원된다는 물리주의이다. 둘째 “단군의 수”는 현대에서는 영혼불멸론이다. 셋째, “신라의 왕위계승법칙”은 현대 페미니즘에서 보면 자녀불문의 상속 평등사상에 근접한다. 신라 왕권에서 박, 석, 김의 성씨는 실효가치가 없고 왕의 근친자로서 사위왕이 있을 뿐이다. 사위왕 사상은 전통사회의 장자상속에 비해서 남녀평등 사상이 강한 것이다. In the time of artificial intelligence, we will analyze production target using the means of production. Means of production is an equation, hypothetico-deductive model, and logic. Production targets are “Singidaebo” 神器大寶 (the body- instrument, great-treasure), “Dangoon’s “lifeline 壽” (A long and immortal life), and the case of the law of succession of the throne. To put it simply, “Shingi 神器” (the body-instrument that contains the spirit of the God-king) from “Shingidaebo 神器大寶” is proved by “Dangoon’s “lifeline 壽” (A long and immortal life≒The age of Dangoon, Park Hyeokgeose’s long and immortal soul), “Dangoon’s “lifeline 壽” is proved by 1st~56th king’s total period of reign, and Silla’s heirs to the 1st~56th king’s throne is proved by each “Shingidaebo 神器大寶” succession to the throne that [unlike the Goryeo dynasty (고려; 高麗; 918-1392), and the Joseon dynasty (조선; 朝鮮; 1392 - 1919), where only the sons were in line for the throne,] the children of GodKing’s can be a male who is the first in line for the throne or the son-in-law of daughter. First, if we look at “Shingidaebo 神器大寶” (the body-instrument that contains the spirit of the God-king) by the view of a modern mind-body relationship, it is physicalism that states that mental properties must be reducible to physical properties. Second, the meaning of “Dangoon’s “lifeline 壽” (A long and immortal life) in modern society is the theory of immortality of the soul. Third, by the view of modern feminism, “Silla’s law of the succession to the throne” is leaning towards son-daughter gender equality. By the view of Silla dynasty, the surname Park, Suk, and Kim do not have values in the country, instead, their different surnames means that they are the king’s blood relatives because the son-in-law king is a close relative of the king. [Son-in-law king: it has not the similar meaning as the prince consort or king consort but is the real king.] The idea of son-in-law king is very gender neutral compared to the traditional societies’ idea of primogeniture.

국사교과서 논쟁과 민족정체성의 투쟁

2015년 한국에서는 국사 교과서의 발행 방식을 두고 검인정이냐, 국정이냐의 갈등이 있었다. 역사 교과서 논쟁의 배후에는 근대 민족국가 개념을 바라보는 입장차이가 숨어 있다. “nation state”는 민족국가와 국민국가로 번역될 수 있다. 민족국가라면 민족과 국민은 하나지만 식민지가 되면 민족과 국민은 구별된다. 한일합방 이후 민족주의는 독자적 민족사를 지향하고, 국가주의[국민주의]는 한국사를 일본국사에 편입, 조선 종족사로 기술한다. 해방 이후 고대사에서는 신채호의 고조선 3연맹국설과 이병도의 소고조선론이 대립한다. 현대사에서는 좌우합작 독립운동론과 식민지 부역자 동정론이 대립한다. 또한 일각에서 한국경제발전의 주역이 박정희가 아니라 미국이라는 문제제기가 등장한다. 이에 식민지 근대화론, 임시정부 건국 부정, 이승만 국부론, 박정희 경제발전 공헌론이라는 주장이 맞선다. 이 쟁점들은 민족주의에서는 대고조선설, 독립운동론, 국가주의에서는 소고조선설, 식민지근대화론으로 대변된다. 해방 후에는 소고조선설과 독립운동의 이상한 조합이 지배한다. 이제 국정교과서에서는 대고조선설과 식민지근대화론의 비상식적인 조합을 목표로 한다. In 2015, at South Korea there was a controversy on nation history between the government’s official approval and sanctioned textbook and the government"s designated textbook. At the center of the controversy with the history textbook there was a difference in seeing the definition of nation state. “nation state” can be translated into nation and state people. In nation, nations and state people are one, but when it becomes a colony, nations and state people are separated. After the Japanese annexation of Korea, nation party is orienting towards independent nation history, and state people party is wanting to transfer Korean history into Japanese history. A fter liberation in 1945, in ancient history, Shin Chae Ho’s Gojoseon’s 3 federal states theory and Lee Byung Do’s Small Gojoseon fought against each other. In modern history, left and right joint"s independent movement and colony traitor sympathizer fight against each other. Also, from some people’s point of view, the reason South Korea’s economic growth developed in the 1970s year was because of US and not because of Park Jung Hee. And modernization at the time of Japanese colony, ignoring the fact of provisional government, Lee Seung Man as founding father, Park Jung Hee"s achievement in South Korea’s economic development are at the front line of the fight. These issues in nation party are Big Gojoseon, independent movement, while this is represented by Small Gojoseon, modernization at the time of Japanese colony by state people party. Since liberation, there has been a strange combination of small Gojoseon and independent movement. Now, government designated history textbook has a goal for an abnormal combination of Big Gojoseon and m odernization at the time of Japanese colony.

We propose an analytical modeling scheme and present a performance analysis of switching structure in the Batcher-banyan networks with internal speedup. Each queueing scheme in analyzed under different traffic distributions. In the Batcher-banyan networks with higher switching speedup, the performance of buffering techniques witch is dependant upon input and output traffic distributions affects the performance of total switching system. Therefore, we investigate queueing schemes for several Batcher-banyan networks using out proposed analytical modeling techniques, and address both input traffic and associated queueing performance issues using queueing scheme.

Each of power systems of solar cell and fuel cell were configured and validated for long endurance UAV, as the preliminary research for the integration of power systems. Solar power system consisted of solar modules fabricated by solar cells of Sunpower’s C60, commercial solar MPPT controller and Li-po battery, and then was validated. The re-start characteristics of hydrogen production from NaBH₄ hydrolysis was validated for operating the commercial fuel cell. The average voltage drop of Li-po battery in solar power system was ?2.9 V/hour. The performance of re-start characteristics of NaBH₄ hydrolysis was stable in sequence mode of mission profile. Each of single systems were satisfied for the proposed mission profile.

The influence of the recent real estate market and price volatility are forcing the government to announce a series of real estate policies However, controversy over their efficiency and effects is persistently being raised. This study investigates the mutual relations between tax and monetary policies and the regional markets and the effects of the policy variables on the price volatility. Using 108 month-long time series data from January 2006 to December 2014, the study aims to examine the dynamic correlations through VECM analysis to investigate the effects of the tax policies (acquisition tax and registration tax index) and the monetary policies (currency volume index) on the apartment sales index, apartment lease index, and land price index in Seoul, Daejeon, and Busan Metropolitan areas.

Three-Joseon Theory that Old joseon consisted of three-joseon only comes from Dan-Jae Sin Chae-Ho Ancient History of Korea and Kye Yeon-Su Handangogi. We have thought that Three-Joseon Theory in Ancient History of Korea is lacking reason, and that Three-Joseon Theory in Handangogi is artificial history made by the Three-Joseon Theory in Ancient History of Korea. Insofar as we interpret “Old joseon” term in Samgukyusa with the Chapter of Dongyi in Book of Later Han, and connect it again with Tomb of Wrestling(각저총), Changchuan Tomb No. 1(장천일호분) in Goguryeo and the Murals of the Wu Liang Shirne(무량사 사당), Old joseon is made up of Three-Joseon(Bird-joseon, Bear-joseon, Tiger-joseon) When we interpret Yi of the Chapter of Dongyi in Book of Later Han, the genealogy of Yi (Tiger-joseon) is “Yijoseon→King of Kijun ‘who is nearly 40th descendants of KiJa’→WiManJoseon→Four counties of Han”. The genealogy of Korean history must be changed to the genealogy such as Three-Joseon of Dangun Joseon and “Yijoseon→King of Kijun→WiManJoseon→Four counties of Han”.
