영어 이해/표현 영역 시행 순서의 변화가 시험 수행에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the present study is to examine the extent to which the change in order of the mode in the National English Ability Test (NEAT) influences the performance of the test takers. The same group of test takers (N = 41) were given two versions of the NEAT of the same difficulty, but with different administration orders with the interval of two days. The first version of the test was given in the order of the receptive mode (listening and reading sections) and the productive mode (speaking and writing sections), and the second version was given the other way around (the productive mode and receptive mode). The performance was compared between the two administrations. According to the series of paired t-test results, significant score difference was found only in the listening section. The test takers scored higher when the listening section was given first. In addition, the test takers' performance level was compared between the two administrations. The chi-square tests showed that the ratios of the performance levels were not significantly different between the two in each of the four sections. Pedagogical implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.

균질(均質) 등방성(等方性) 공간(空間)을 전제하는 Friedmann 우주의 타당성은 Planck 시기($t_p{\sim}10^{-43}sec$) 이진으로 소급시킬 수 없으므로 시초의 비(非)(Non) Friedmann 우주가 가능하다. 본 연구는 우주시초의 특이성과 관련되는 균질 우주와 비균질 우주의 특성, 지평선과 inflation의 관계를 개관한 다음, $t{\sim}t_p$의 양분자(量子論) 요동(搖動)이나 $t>t_p$의 GUT 상전이(相轉移)로 생기는 inflation 계기에 파생(派生)하는 시공(時空)의 거품들이 이루는 비균질(非均質) 우주의 가능성과 인간원리(人問原理)에 기반을 둔 우주 집단의 관련을 고찰한다.
『KICE 영어 쓰기 수행평가 지원 프로그램』의현장 적합성 연구: 교사 및 학생 인식 중심으로

It has been consistently pointed out that teachers are reluctant to teach and assess English writing skills due to their lack of expertise in item writing and rating. The absence of user-friendly computer software with item writing and rating functions also makes the implementation of writing performance assessments difficult. In response to this need for computer software that can help teachers teach and assess English writing skills, the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation developed the KICE Writing Assessment Software for High schools (WASH). This study examined the effectiveness of the program focusing on the aspects of instruction, assessment, and functions of the program using in-depth teacher and student interviews. Ten teachers and 27 high school students were interviewed about the use of the WASH in their English class. The results indicate that (1) teachers used the program differently depending on the students’ English proficiency, (2) both teachers and students were satisfied with the program, and (3) some in-house functions of the program needed to be modified to enhance user friendliness. Based on these findings, future directions in the development of teaching, learning, and assessment programs in English writing are discussed.

항공수요의 증가 보안 강화, 비용 증가 등에 직면하여 공항은 효율적인 관리가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 공항을 더욱 효율적이고 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 공항당국은 운영효율성 변화의 영향을 평가할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 또한 공항관리의 최적 베스트프랙티스 운영을 위해 공항당국은 세계 경쟁공항의 성과를 벤치마킹 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 DEA 모델과 Malmquist 생산성지수를 이용하여 2006년부터 2010년까지 5년간의 데이터를 가지고 전 세계 주요 지역, 즉 동아시아 유럽, 북미 지역 19개 국제공항의 효율성과 생산성 변화를 측정하고 분석하며 인천국제공항에 대한 시사점을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 효율적으로 운영되는 공항과 그렇지 않은 공항을 분류하였으며 공항 생산성의 변화는 기술효율성보다는 기술의 변화가 더 많은 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 보였다. 인천공항의 경우 생산성이 운영효율화보다는 외부요소에 의해 영향을 더 많이 받았는데 향후에는 운영 성과 및 효율성 제고에 더 많은 노력을 기울여야 할 필요가 있다. In the face of growing air travels. airport management has become a daunting task. In an effort to manage airports more efficiently and effectively, it is imperative for the airport authority to evaluate the impact of such changes on airport operating efficiency. Also. in order to emulate the best-in-class practices of airport management, the airport authorities need to identify benchmark airport performances among competing international airports. With this in mind, this paper aims to analyze and measure the operating efficiencies and the productivity changes of the 19 international airports across the world, using the secondary data during the period of 2006 to 2010. In addition, this study presents implications for lncheon International Airport. This study shows that the productivity of an airport was influenced by a technical change rather than a technical efficiency change. lncheon Airport needs to make more efforts to improve its operational efficiency.
고등학교 영어 쓰기 평가에 대한 학생 인식 : 지역별, 학교 유형별 비교

This study explored how high school students perceive a classroom-based English writing assessment. For this study, six survey questions were formulated based on the research previously conducted and the responses from 954 high school students at 30 high schools across the country were collected and analyzed. Schools were carefully sampled considering the school types (e.g., a general school, or a school for science or foreign language study, or a school for vocational education) and the locations (e.g., a big city, or a small city, or a rural area). The results of survey indicated that assessing writing occurred at least once a semester in classrooms. It was also shown that the practices of assessing English writing are different according to the locations and types of the schools that students attended. Furthermore, many of the students indicated that their teachers did not assess English writing as often as they should, because assessing English writing in classrooms requires extra time and effort on the part of the teachers’ work. The results are discussed and implications for pedagogy are suggested.
자연냉매 CO₂를 이용한 고효율 LNG 냉동 트럭의 개발

본 논문에서는 자연냉매로 주목받고 있는 이산화탄소(CO2) 를 이용하여 냉동탑차용 고효율 냉동시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 디젤 차량을 LNG 차량으로 개조하여, 화물차의 배출가스를 개선하고, LNG 연료의 기화 잠열을 활용하여 CO₂ 냉동시스템의 효율을 높인 친환경적인 냉동탑차를 개발하였다. 그 결과 가스 쿨러에 LNG연료의 기화잠열을 활용하여 냉동탑차의 COP를 144%로 향상 시켰다. In this paper, we developed a cooling system for the refrigeration truck using natural carbon dioxide refrigerant which is attracting attention as an environmentally-friendly refrigerant. We developed a high efficient environmentally-friendly refrigerated truck that converted the existing diesel vehicle into an LNG vehicle to improve emissions of truck and improved the efficiency of the cooling system by utilizing a heat of LNG vaporization. The COP of refrigerated truck system was increased 144%.
