대심도 복층터널에 설치 가능한 화재연기 확산지연장치 성능 평가 연구

국내 대도시 도심지역은 지속적인 인구증가와 교통량의 증가로 심각한 교통혼잡 문제가 발생하고 있다. 교통혼잡 등의 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 서울, 부산 등의 도심지에서는 지하공간을 활용한 소형차 전용 대심도 복층터널 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 소형차 전용 대심도 복층터널의 특징은 비교적 단면의 높이가 낮아 터널 내 화재 발생시 화재연기의 전파가 전 차종이 통행 가능한 일반적인 도로 터널보다 빠르게 전파되어 인명피해 발생이 우려된다. 따라서, 소형차 전용 대심도 복층터널에 화재 발생시 화재연기의 확산을 지연시켜 인명피해 발생을 최소화시키는 화재연기 확산지연장치가 필요하다. 선행하여 연구된 대심도 복층터널 화재시 연기확산 방지연구에서 3차원 CFD 해석을 통하여 화재연기 확산지연장치 작동 시 차단 면적에 따라 확산 효과를 분석하였고, 대심도 복층터널 화재연기 확산지연장치 연구개발에서는 대심도 복층터널에 적용성이 뛰어나며 경제적으로 상품가치가 높은 스프링 탄성을 이용한 화재연기 확산지연장치에 대하여 연구하였다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 화재연기 확산을 지연시키기 위한 화재연기 확산지연장치 시제품을 제작하여 화재연기 확산지연 효과를 실험하였으며, 분석 결과 화재연기 확산지연장치 작동 시 화재연기 지연효과가 나타났다. 따라서, 화재연기 확산지연 장치를 대심도 복층터널에 적용시 대피자들의 인명피해를 최소화시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Domestic urban areas are experiencing serious traffic congestion problems due to continuous population growth and increased traffic volume. In order to solve the problem of traffic congestion, the study of great depth underground double deck tunnels using underground space is being actively carried out in the urban areas. The characteristics of great depth underground double deck tunnels are low in cross section, so the spread of fire smoke is expected to spread faster than the road tunnel in case of fire. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a fire smoke delay device which delays the spread of fire smoke when a fire occurs in a tunnels. In the previous study, the diffusion effect was analyzed according to the blocking area when the fire smoke spread delay device was operated through the 3D CFD in the study of preventing the smoke spread in the case of the tunnel fire. A study on fire smoke diffusion delay device using spring elasticity which is excellent in applicability to a tunnel and economical value is studied. In this study, fire smoke spread delay system was developed to fire smoke delay was experimentally analyzed. Fire smoke delay effect of fire smoke delay device appeared. Therefore, it is considered that the can minimize the damage of the victims when installed in the great depth underground double deck tunnels.
지역주민이 인지하는 의료의 질, 이미지, 역할수행이공공병원 서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향

Background: This study aims to explore the effects of quality of care, image, and role performance perceived by community residentson medical service satisfaction to public hospitals. Methods: The subjects of this study were selected in the community residents around 39 district public hospitals. The questionnairewere included 4 factors and 16 items. The data were collected utilizing call-interview by a survey company. Results: The community satisfaction was positively correlated with quality of care, image, and role performance of public hospitals(p<0.001). As the results of multiple logistic regression, the significant variables of community satisfaction were quality of care (oddsratio [OR], 1.353; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.211 to 1.511), image (OR, 1.487; 95% CI, 1.280 to 1.727), role performance (OR, 1.240;95% CI, 1.085 to 1.416) among subjects having use experience of public hospitals. The significant variables of community satisfactionwere quality of care (OR, 1.240; 95% CI, 1.175 to 1.309), image (OR, 1.328; 95% CI, 1.232 to 1.432), age (OR, 3.051; 95% CI, 1.385 to6.724), monthly incomes (OR, 0.420; 95% CI, 0.198 to 0.892) among subjects not-having use experience of public hospitals. Conclusion: Public hospitals have to effort to improve image and satisfaction of community through providing quality of care, androle performance. It is possible to support them by the central and local government.
강제환기 통풍구가 설치된 철도터널 열차화재에서 연기거동에 관한 수치해석적 연구

Numerical study were performed to analyze for fire safety in railway tunnel with forced ventilation vents. For the condition of train fires with heat release rate of 30 MW, unsteady three dimensional analysis were carried out to investigate the effects of smoke movements, the heat transfer and CO₂concentrations and in double track tunnel with two vents. Among three operation modes of forced ventilations at two vents, the exhaust-exhaust mode of the vent represents the best performance for the evacuation of passengers to avoid the fire.
