폼모니터는 유조선 또는 위험화학품 선적운반선의 화물구역 화재를 진압하기 위해 화물탱크 갑판 상에 필수적으로 설치되어 있는 장치이다. 일반적으로 폼모니터의 주요한 설계 변수는 폼모니터를 통해 분사되는 소방 수의 분사거리이다. 그러나 현재까지 산업계에서는 폼모니터의 분사거리에 대한 수치 해석적 접근 보다는 경험에 근거한 데이터를 바탕으로 설 계하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 폼모니터의 형상 설계 시 많은 시간과 비용이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 폼모니터의 분사 거리 예측에 대한 수치해석적인 방법을 제시하고 제안된 수치 해석 기법의 결과와 실험 데이터를 비교하여 제안된 해석 방법 의 효용성을 검증하였다. 또한 설계 변경 된 폼모니터에 대하여 추가적인 수치해석을 통해 설계방안을 모색하였다. The foam monitor is equipment for extinguishing fires, particularly for oil tankers or cargo areas of the carrying vessel. This equipment is installed on the cargo tank deck. Generally, the projection distance is important for designing an extinguishment. On the other hand, the form monitors in current industry have been designed by trial and error rather than by numerical analysis method. Therefore, the shape design of the new form of monitor is needed. In this study, numerical analysis was performed to determine the projection distance prediction, and experiment results were used to make a comparison with the analysis results. The proposed method was applied to the modified form of a newly designed monitor in a company.
LNG탱크 수위 넘침 방지 시스템의 구조 안전성을 검증하기 위한 수치 해석에 관한 연구

본 논문은 LNG저장 탱크의 수위 넘침을 방지하기 위한 레벨 미터 개발에 관한 연구이다.LNG저장 탱크는 주위 환경이 초저온 상태이므로 이에 대한 환경 및 구조적 조건을 충분히 고려한 상태에서 관련 기자재에 대한 개발이 이루어져야 한다.따라서 본 연구에서는 수치 해석적으로 초저온 환경에서 안정적으로 구동되는 플로터의 설계 조건을 우선 선정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 LNG 저장 탱크 내에서 수위 넘침 방지 시스템의 구조 안정성을 평가하였다. This paper proposed the design technology for the level meter of the overflow preventer system of LNG storage tank. The parts of LNG ship should be developed under considering the cryogenic environment. Therefore, we proposed the structure of level meter to prevent overflow of LNG tank using the numerical analysis method. The proposed level meter for the overflow preventer is manufactured and the performance is verified through international authorized inspection agency.

We propose a new DOALL transformation method. For the transformation the only thing needed is topological sorting of the dependence graph. Any other processes, such as node splitting or alignment, are not necessary. With this new method much faster and smaller compilers are possible.
3세대 복합경구피임제 복용 중 발생한 심부정맥혈전증을 동반한 폐색전증

Combined oral contraceptives (OCs) are a common method of contraception; however, they are associated with a twofold to sixfold increased risk of venous thrombosis (VT). The association between estrogen-containing OCs and VT is well established. After the first generation progestogens, new progestogens were developed. However, the risk of VT is higher for users of OCs with third generation progestogens than for those using second generation progestogens. We experienced a patient, a 25-year-old young woman with chest pain after taking third generation OCs. We performed chest computed tomography (CT) and lower extremity venogram CT. She was diagnosed with a pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis. She was treated with low molecular weight heparin and warfarin for six months. We report on this case with a review of the relevant literature.

Malignant rhabdoid tumor was first discovered in the kidney, and rhabdoid tumor of the lung was first reported in 1995. These were included as the variants of large-cell carcinoma, according to the 1999 World Health Organization classification of lung tumors. The rhabdoid tumor of the lung exhibits aggressive biological behavior and has a poor prognosis, and only a few reports of this tumor exist. We report a case of lung carcinoma with a rhabdoid phenotype, initially misdiagnosed as an aspergilloma, in a 48-year-old man who presented with recurrent hemoptysis. The chest computed tomography scans showed a huge consolidative lesion with an air crescent sign in the left upper lung and no contrast-enhancing lesion. An aspergilloma was diagnosed by the radiologist. However, after surgical excision and pathological examination, rhabdoid carcinoma was diagnosed. A surgical resection helps to make it possible to pathologically distinguish a malignancy from an aspergilloma.
유로형상변경에 따른 폼 모니터 분사거리 변화의 수치적 해석

본 연구에서는 폼 모니터의 유로 형상에 따라 유동 특성 및 분사거리에 비치는 영향을 수치적 해석기법인 유동해석을 통해 예측, 비교하고 실제 분사 성능 시험을 통해 검증하였다. 폼 모니터의 유로 형상에 따라 유체의 유동 양상이 달라지며, 유동손실이 발생함에 따라 분사거리에 영향을 미치는 것을 수치해석을 통해 계산하였다. 폼 모니터의 기본 형상은 N사에서 설계한 형상을 사용 하였고, 변경모델은 유로의 길이를 증가시킨 모델과 직선형태의 모델을 사용하였다. 입구압력은 6.5bar를 주었고, 계산 결과 유로의 길이를 증가시킨 모델과 직선형상 모델 모두 노즐에서의 분사거리가 향상되었다. 분사 성능시험결 과와 비교한 결과 오차율은 7.43%로 비교적 잘 일치 하여 해석 기법의 타당성을 검증하였다. In this study, the relationship between flow characteristics and projection distance, depending on the shape was examined. A numerical investigation technique for fluid analysis of a foam monitor was developed for the prediction, comparison and validation of the actual injection performance. The foam monitor changes the flow pattern of fluid flow according to the shape, The fluid losses were calculated from the numerical investigation affecting the projection distance. The basic form of foam monitor was used as a designed shape in N. The modified model used the length increase model of the flow path, and straight line of the model. The inlet pressure was 6.5bar. The results showed that the length increase model of the flow path and straight line of the model in the nozzle projection distance had improved. The results comparing the error rates projection performance were well matched to the 7.43% obtained from the validity test of the analysis method.

Petroleums or chemical cargo transported Tankers are have to be installed inert gas system to prevent explosion. Inert gas system is to ensure that less than 5% the oxygen content in the cargo tanks condition to avoid the explosion range. In the nitrogen generation type inert gas system, the flow control within the Mixing Chamber has more effect of the overall N2 ratio. In this paper, study for N2 ratio rise method by mixing chamber`s inner design change use computational analysis methods.
