Synthesis of fluorinated epoxy and epoxy acrylate

Recently, Fluorine-contained epoxy resins and epoxy acrylate resins are used in various areas like light curable refractive transfer for optical-fiber device, low dielectric materials for photography signal device and the adhesive for low dielectric PCB and optical device etc. Specially, as the technology of optical transportation develops, there needs the high optical transparence without light scattering in the adhesion of optical passage and the proper refractive index in 1.3~1.5㎛ wave length for optical tranportation. To obtain the optimum properties, fluorine-contained epoxy resins and epoxy acrylate resins have been used. According to applied fields, there needs to reduce the byproducts and make the low molecular weight resin to optimize the properties. In this study, we synthesized the low molecular weight fluorine-contained epoxy resin with changing the catalysts on reaction conditions and synthesized the fluorine-contained epoxy acrylate resin using the synthesized epoxy resin, and characterized their properties.

기술집약적 기업의 사회적 자본과 흡수역량이 기술사업화 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

본 연구에서는 우리나라 기술집약적 기업들의 사회적 자본과 흡수역량이 기술사업화 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 추가적으로 기술집약적 기업들이 흡수역량을 통해 기술사업화 성과를 높이는데 있어서 환경적 요인인 기술 변동성이 존재할 것이라고 생각하여 흡수역량과 기술사업화 성과 간에 기술 변동성을 조절변수로 설정하여 조절효과를 분석하였다. 또한, 기업크기별, 산업분야별에 사회적 자본과 흡수역량이 기술사업화 성과에 미치는 영향 및 흡수역량과 기술사업화 성과 간에 기술 변동성의 영향 관계도 살펴보았다. 실증분석을 위해 기술 산업에 속한 기업들의 대표이사, 연구소 소장, 부장급 이상 등을 대상으로 설문응답을 통해 105개 데이터를 확보하였으며, 연구모델에 대한 개념적 차원에 따른 모델의 설명력, 엄격한 검증을 위해 PLS-SEM를 사용하였다. 실증분석을 통해 도출한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술집약적 기업들이 기술사업화 성과를 높이는데 사회적 자본과 흡수역량이 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 둘째, 기술집약적 산업에서 환경적인 요인인 기술 변동성이 존재 할 경우, 실현적 흡수역량보다 잠재적 흡수역량이 기술사업화 성과를 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 결과는 기술집약적 기업들이 기술 변동성에 대응하기 위해 새로운 특허, 노하우, 신제품 개발 및 출시, 신제품의 시장성을 확보하는데 있어서 외부로부터 다양한 정보, 지식, 보완적 자원을 습득하는데 열중하고, 예측할 수 없는 변화에 대응하기 위해 시장과 환경을 빠르게 파악한다는 것을 의미한다. 그러므로 기술집약적 기업들은 기술 변동성이 높은 환경에서 기술사업화 성과를 이루기 위해서는 잠재적 흡수역량을 집중적으로 강화하는 것이 중요하며, 잠재적 흡수역량을 강화하기 위해 외부로 사회적 자본을 형성하는 것이 중요하겠다. This study attempts to empirically analyze the effects of social capital and absorptive capacity on technology commercialization performance in the Korean technology-based firms. In addition, technology-based firms might be experiences in environmental change, so confirmed about the moderator variable of technological turbulence on positive relationship of absorptive capacity and technology commercialization performance. And controlled for company's size, industry type as follows. The empirical results from a sample of 105 the chief, CEO, research institute director of Korean technology-based firms reveal several important findings and used analysis instrument as PLS-SEM. We obtain the following results. First, social capital and absorptive capacity have a positive effect on technology commercialization performance. Second, when technology-based firms experiencing technological turbulence, on positive relationship of potential absorptive capacity better than realized absorptive capacity and technology commercialization performance. The two absorptive capacity are complementary, not alternative. These results show that efforts are needed To improve the performance of technology commercialization, two complementary strategies are necessary.

Recurrent fetal postpartum stress induced cardiomyopathy after normal vaginal delivery

Stress induced cardiomyopathy is a disease that shows a dysfunction of the ventricle, but it can be rapidly reversible. It often occurs in older women primarily who suffers from emotional or physical stress. There are some case reports about postpartum stress induced cardiomyopathy. Most of the patients are recovered naturally within days to weeks. We report a case of a 37 years-old woman, who had experienced postpartum stress induced cardiomyopathy 8 years ago, revisited hospital because of cardiomyopathy after secondary delivery. Herein we report a rare case of recurrent stress induced cardiomyopathy after secondary normal vaginal delivery.

EMC는 현재 반도체소자의 봉지제로 사용 중 반도체소자에서 발생되는 열을 제거하며, 반도체 칩과 와이어를 물리적 및 환경적 위험으로부터 보호하는 목적으로 사용하고 있다. 최근 들어 반도체소자의 고밀도 및 소형화에 따라 여러 이종재료가 갖는 열팽창계수 및 단위면적 당 발생하는 열량을 최소화 하기위해 무기재료의 충전밀도를 높게 사용하고 있다. 그러나 무기충전제의 함량이 높아짐에 따라 조성물의 점도가 높아져 성형이 어려워지는 문제점을 갖게되고 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 수지, 충전제 및 첨가제 등의 조성물을 고르게 분산시키는 방법의 하나로 혼합 및 혼련 방법을 기계적으로 극대화시키고 있다. 이러한 분산 과정 중 무기충전제로서 요구되는 특성 즉, 기계적 강도, 수지의 경화시 수반되는 체적변화, 전기재료로서 요구되는 특성 등이 떨어져 EMC 봉지제로서 성능저하를 야기 시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기계적 혼합공정에서 일어날 수 있는 무기충전제 입자의 파쇄와, 이로인하여 발생되는 EMC의 물성변화와, 최적조건을 조사하여 보았다.
