The electrodeposition of ZnO nanorods was performed on ITO glass. The optimization of two process parameters (solution temperature and growth time) has been studied in order to control the orientation, morphology, density, and growth rate of ZnO nanorods. The structural and optical properties of ZnO nanorods were systematically investigated by using field-emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, and photoluminescence. Commonly, the results of the structural property show that hexagonal ZnO nanorods with wurtzite crystal structures have a c-axis orientation, and higher intensity for the ZnO (002) diffraction peaks. Furthermore, the nanorods length increased with increasing both the solution temperature and the growth time. The results of the optical property show a strong UV (3.28 eV) peaks and a weak visible (1.9~2.4 eV) bands, the intensity of UV peaks was increased with increasing both the solution temperature and the growth time. Especially, the UV peak for growth of nanorods at 75oC blue-shift than different temperatures.

ZnO nanorods have been deposited on ITO glass by electrodeposition method. The optimization of two process parameters (precursor concentration and current) has been studied in order to control the orientation, morphology, and optical property of the ZnO nanorods. The structural and optical properties of ZnO nanorods were systematically investigated by using field-emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, and photoluminescence. Commonly, the results show that ZnO nanorods with a hexagonal form and wurtzite crystal structure have a c-axis orientation and higher intensity for the ZnO (002) diffraction peaks. Both high precursor concentration and high electrodeposition current cause the increase in nanorods diameter and coverage ratio. ZnO nanorods show a strong UV (3.28 eV) and a weak visible (1.9 ~ 2.4 eV) bands.
ATO 열차 기관사의 태도 및 개인주의-집합주의 성향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 서울메트로 2호선 ATO(Automatic Train Operation) 열차 기관사를 대상으로 열차운행 시 기관사의 태도와 개인주의-집합주의 성향을 알아본 후 개인주의-집합주의 성향이 기관사의 태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본다. 분석 결과, 자동화 운전 기관사들은 자동화를 선호하는 동시에 불신을 하고 있었다. 수동운전시보다 승무원간 교차확인이 중요하다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 경력 4년 이하의 기관사에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 또 ATO 열차 기관사들은 수평적 집합주의 성향이 가장 높게 나타났으며 수평적 집합주의 성향이 높은 기관사일수록 승무원간 교차확인의 필요성을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, behavior and individualism-collectivism of ATO train operators are analyzed and a study on the effect of individualism-collectivism on the train operators" behavior is conducted. As a result of analysis, it is appeared that automated train operators prefer and distrust train automation. And they think more cross-checking of crew members is important. Study showed that horizontal collectivism is the highest on ATO train operator. Train operators with high horizontal collectivism are more likely to think that crosschecking of crew members is important.

Catalyst- and seed layer-free zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were grown on porous silicon (PS) by a hydrothermal method. Atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD),Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) were carried out to investigate the structural and optical properties of the PS and the ZnO thin films. The ZnO thin films have an extraordinary tendency to grow along the a-axis with a hexagonal wurtzite structure. The growth rate of the ZnO thin films was increased with the increase in the precursor concentration. The crystal quality of the ZnO thin films was improved,and the residual stress was decreased as their thickness increased. Monochromatic indigo and red light emission peaks were observed from the ZnO thin films and the PS, respectively. At an excessively high precursor concentration, a green light emission peak was also observed in the ZnO thin films. The luminescent efficiency of the indigo light emission peak was enhanced with the increase in the precursor concentration.
