        Today, the concept of food & beverage space is rapidly changing into the complex space where various experiences can be obtained. With the increase of the food service brands, the brands have been equalized. Providing more differentiated experience and service became the element of competition. The flagship stores that express the identities of companies have lots of influence on company promotion and sales. In order for the differentiated design of such experiential space, the necessity of providing integrated service by introducing service design process is on the rise. The objective of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of flagship stores applying service design. Through the theoretical consideration of service design and flagship stores, a check list was made to evaluate space. Based on its evaluation, the spatial characteristics of flagship stores applying service design were analyzed, and then the conclusion was drawn through the survey for users. In the results of the study, it was possible not only to analyze the composition of space, but also to identify the satisfaction of service design elements applied to space through survey. Such studies on spatial characteristics have significance of showing positive effect on the space applying service design. In the future studies, it would be necessary to have detailed measures to apply service design elements to space.

        식음료 플래그십스토어 서비스디자인의 만족도 연구

        The concept of food and beverage space in modern society is changing into complex space where various experiences are provided. With the increase of food service brands, those brands are getting standardized. Providing more differentiated experience and service became an element of competition to companies. The flagship stores among stores presented by companies have much influence on promotion and sales. Thus, it would be necessary to provide integrated service by adopting service design process for the differentiated design of such experiential space. The objective of this study is to examine the satisfaction of service design of food and beverage flagship stores. By creating a checklist to evaluate the space through the theoretical consideration of flagship stores and service design, the satisfaction of service design of food and beverage flagship stores was analyzed. Through the survey with users of the case space, it was possible to check the satisfaction of the service design elements applied to the food and beverage flagship store space. The satisfaction with service design was evaluated through the 5point scale. When the average point was high, the satisfaction with service design elements was high. In the results of the analysis, regarding the spatial composition of flagship stores, the overall interior/exterior atmosphere should contain the image of the company. As flagship stores compose space that can express various event space and company itself on top of the space for sales, they should present the spatial composition differentiated from other general commercial spaces. The significance of a study on service design of flagship stores is to show positive effect on flagship store space. In the future, it would be necessary analyze the strategies in the aspect of service design.

        The cytokinesis-block micronucleus cytome assay is a measuring of DNA damage in once-divided binucleated (BN) cells scoring micronuclei (MNi) that are widely used as biomarkers of cancer risk in humans on drugs or chemicals. However, this assay is still challenging due to the speed of sample processing and the toxicity of organic chemicals on researcher. To address these problems, we developed a new and convenient method for the micronucleus cytome assay. This method by DAPI stained micronucleus detection is non-toxic to the researcher and is being simplified because it does not require the use of methanol and acetic acid for fixing cell. Especially, three dimensional imaging of nucleus by formalin fixed DAPI staining provides more detailed information for testing the effects of chemical and bio-materials, compared to the classic method. In this study, we examine the spatial distribution of the TANNylated GFPs by advanced cytokinesis-block micronucleus (ACBMN) assay. The TANNylated GFPs were precisely observed in the inner nucleus by three dimensional imaging, whereas GFPs were not detected in any regions of cells. This micronucleus assay can readily be used in genetic based toxicity and efficacy assay to the various bio-chemicals and pharmaceutical evaluation.

        축약형 단어와 유추

        본고는 축약의 과정을 거쳐 형성된 단어들 중의 일부가 유추에 의해서 형성되었음을 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이제까지 한국어의 형태론 분야에서는 합성이나 파생에 의해 형성된 단어에만 초점을 맞추어 논의를 진행해 왔지만, 본고에서는 축약 역시 단어 형성의 방식이 될 수 있다고 본다. 축약의 과정을 거쳐서 형성된 단어는 이전 형식과는 다른 맥락에서 사용될 뿐만 아니라 다른 공기 관계를 보이기 때문이다. 축약형 단어는 제법 높은 출현 빈도와 유형 빈도를 보임으로써 화자의 어휘부 내에서 활성화될 수 있으며 이에 따라 일부는 유추에 의하여 형성된 것으로 보인다. The aim of this thesis examines that some of the abbreviation words are formed by analogical process. In previous studies many researchers focused on compounding words or derivation words. But this paper intends that abbreviation can be a method of word formation. Abbreviation words are used in the different context and have different co-occurrence relation from original forms. Abbreviation words can be formed by analogy with fairly high token frequency and type frequency.

        미용종사자의 심리적자본과 조직공정성, 조직몰입 간의 영향관계 및 매개효과

        미용종사자들은 장시간으로 산업환경에서, 육체적 정신적 노동을 함으로 감정적, 심리적 소진을 경험 함으로써, 인적자원 의존도가 높은 미용산업은 노동 집약적인 산업으로서 서비스 직종 중에서도 다양한 고객의 욕구에 다양성과 경쟁력에 대처할 수 있는 인적자원 관리가 매우 중요하다. 미용종사자의 심리적자본, 조직공정성, 조직몰입에 초점을 두어 연구하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 미용종사자들의 심리적자본과 조직공정성, 조직몰입 간의 어떠한 영향관계를 규명하여 요인들간의 매개효과를 알아보려는 데 그 목적이 있으며, 인적자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 연구의 설계는 서울 및 수도권 지역에 위치한 미용종사자들을 대상으로 총 410부의 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료분석방법은 미용종사자의 심리적자본과 조직공정성, 조직몰입의 관계를 규명하기 위해서 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α계수 산출, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 선형회귀분석, 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 미용종사자의 심리적자본은 조직공정성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미용종사자의 심리적자본은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 미용종사자의 조직공정성은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 연구결과가 나왔으며, 넷째, 조직공정성은 미용종사자의 심리적자본이 조직몰입에 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로 미용종사자들의 조직몰입을 위해서 심리적자본 프로그램 개발을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 미용산업환경의 어려움으로 미용종사자들의 조직몰입이 감소하지 않게 조직 유효성을 높이는 것뿐만 아니라 인적자원을 확충해 미용종사자의 산업현장에서 심리적자본 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 운영해야 한다. This study is intended to explore the mediating effects in the relationship between psychological capital, organizational justice and organizational commitment of beauty employees. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 403 hair dressers and skin care specialists who are working at the beauty industries in Seoul and the metropolitan area from December 1, 2019 to January 1, 2020. The frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α calculation, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis and mediation regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS Ver. 21.0 program for data analysis. The research findings are summarized as follows. First, the psychological capital of beauty employees had a positive effect on their organizational justice. Second, the psychological capital of beauty employees had a positive effect on their organizational commitment. Third, the organizational justice of beauty employees had a positive effect on their organizational commitment. Fourth, the organizational commitment of beauty employees was partially mediated by their psychological capital and organizational justice. Based on this study, it is necessary to develop the psychological capital programs for the organizational commitment of beauty employees, and the psychological capital can be developed and expanded by acquired factors since it has a fluid characteristic. Consequently, the beauty industries should develop and operate the psychological capital improvement programs for employees at industrial sites to expand human resources as well as improve the organizational effectiveness without the reduction of their organizational commitment due to its environmental difficulties.

        구성적 틀'의 관점에서 본 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어

        괄호매김역설의 문제를 보이는 국어의 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어는 오랜 시간 논의의 대상이 되어 왔다. 본고는 이러한 국어의 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어에 대하여 구성적 틀을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구성적 틀을 제시하기 위하여 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어가 가지는 여러 가지 의미 유형을 확인하고, 이러한 의미 유형에 따라 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어들이 서로 위계를 이루며 어휘부 속에 존재함을 확인하였다. 본고는 이러한 구성적 틀 개념의 도입을 통하여 기존의 논의들에서 제시했던 괄호매김역설의 문제를 해소할 수 있는 것으로 보았다. [N+V+-(eu)m/i/ki]' words which are related to bracketing paradox has long been a subject of debate. The aim of this paper is to provide a constructional schema to the phenomenon by confirming various semantic types '[N+V+-(eu)m/i/ki]' type words typically assume and the fact that '[N+V+-(eu)m/i/ki]' words are in fact hierarchically structured in lexicon according to the semantic types. As a result, this paper suggests the bracketing paradox which has been raised in many previous studies is solved by introducing the constructional schema.
