        강우에 의한 대규모 노천광산의 사면 붕괴 위험도 예측 기법

        In this study, we have introduced a risk prediction method for the slope failure at large open pit mine. The method includes the risk prediction based on rainfall data, using monitored data, and in terms of digital elevation model (DEM) in addition to a conventional slope stability analysis as a result of a seepage-stress analysis. Cumulative precipitation rate and intensity were useful in predicting slope failure induced by rainfall and monitoring suction pressure above groundwater table was also applicable. Slope failure prediction due to rainfall using DEM was considered to help identify potentially dangerous regions and their evolution during excavation. And mine dewatering technologies such as natural and horizontal drainage, vertical pumping and drainage tunnel method to enhance a open pit mine slope stability were introduced as well together with their applicability, depending on geological and hydrogeological characteristics of the slope. 본 보고에서는 강우에 의한 대규모 노천광산 사면의 붕괴 위험도 평가에 활용 가능한 기술로서 침투-응력 해석에 의한 사면안정 평가기술 뿐만 아니라 이를 보완하기 위한 방안으로 강우량 자료에 근거한 위험도 추정, 사면에서의 계측자료를 이용한 위험도 예측 기법, 수치표고모델(Digital Elevation Model, DEM)을 이용한 위험도 예측 기법 등을 소개하였다. 누적강우량과 강우강도를 이용하여 사면 붕괴 위험도를 예측할 수 있음을 보였으며, 지하수면 상부 모관흡수력의 계측을 통한 표층 붕괴 위험도 예측이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. DEM을 이용한 사면 붕괴 위험도 예측기법은 대규모 노천 사면의 위험지역을 사전에 추출하여 관리하고 채광작업 진행에 따른 위험도 변화 양상을 신속하게 파악하는데 유용할 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 노천광산 사면의 안정성을 향상시키기 위한 보조공법으로 자연배수, 수평배수공, 양수공법, 배수 터널공과 같은 지하수위 하강공법의 종류 및 특징과 사면의 지질학적 및 수리지질학적 특징에 따른 적용성에 대해 기술하였다.

        A sudden and rapid social change was bright about since in the late of 19c in Seosan region. An immanent factor and a mutual communication via the outside of the world could grope a new public order and change his value together. japanese settlement also became a field for experiencing a foreign culture to the local residents. A land plunderage and a loan sharking conducted by japanese led to awake the anti-japanese and resistant movement against japanese. The expansion of the later righteous army war was related with the background mentioned above. In spite of the enthusiasm and eagerness against brutal aggression conducted by japanese, the righteous army war brought about serious casualties and couldn't achieve the expected results, but succeeded indomitable resistance spirit awakening the independence will against the invasion of a foreign country. The Soe-san and Hae-mi branches of Ghi ho heung Hak hoe organized among the ex and present government officer, educationist and man of property. The spread of enlightenment activity and its voluntary participation became a chance to open their eyes as the social existences. The improvement of the public intellect was a matter of the enlightenment organization's highest priority. The modern education was led by private schools. Some of the representatives were Hae-myoung school, Seo Ryeong school and II-Sin school. Most of the curriculums were elementary school course, but some of them were taught languages such as English or Japanese. However, the modern education movement couldn't avoid poor state on the whole. It was beyond their capacities to meet variation of the times with mutual relationship exchanging just only between residents. The National dept redemption movement started late comparing with the that of Chon An, Hong Sung, Ye San region. The leading members consisted of the ex and present government officer, man of property, renovated Confucian scholar or merchant. The way of fund raising was distribution operated country districts community. The contribution money was generally recognized as responsibility one. The positive and active participation of merchants could lead the residents to recognize a national dept cause a collapse of the nation.

        단공식(單孔式) 투수시험에 의한 수리정수 평가에 관한 고찰

        In this paper, it was aimed to enhance an evaluation of hydraulic properties using a single borehole test in a deep underground. In terms of hypothetical data, the influence of lower permeable skin zone around a borehole as well as the effect of borehole wall collapse on the hydraulic properties was investigated. Conventional well test analysis without considering the lower permeable skin zone could produce an underestimation of hydraulic conductivity. As an identifying method of the skin zone, the well test with a series of multi-test events was proposed. Meanwhile, a borehole wall collapse influenced little on hydraulic conductivity but significantly on a specific storage. The change of borehole radius due to the borehole wall collapse could be identified during the residual analysis in a numerical history matching of a well test data. 단공식 투수시험을 이용한 지하심부 암반의 투수특성 평가기술 개발의 일환으로 시추공 주변의 평가대상 암반보다 낮은 투수성의 스킨 영역과 공벽붕괴에 의한 시추공 반경 확대가 투수성 평가에 미치는 영향을 검토해 보았다. 수치모의시험 데이타를 이용한 검토 결과, 스킨 영역의 형성을 고려하지 않은 기존의 해석 방법에서는 대상 암반의 투수성이 과소평가될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 스킨 영역을 확인하는 방법의 일례로서 복수의 수위변동 과정으로 구성된 일련의 투수시험을 실시하는 것을 제안하였다. 또한, 수치해석적 최적화 기법을 통한 투수시험 자료 해석과정에서 얻어지는 잔차분석을 통해 공벽붕괴 등에 따른 시험구간 내 시추공 반경 변화를 역추정할 수 있음을 보였다.

        한말 호남지방 야학운동과 사회교육적 성격

        The opening of ports and mission works of foreign missionaries made a chance for koreans to feel strongly the changing realities of the times through the contact with exotic cultures. And they led to the birth of 'school' which was a new educational organization and a symbol of modern time. Modern education was regarded as an urgent problem to make the country wealthy and powerful. But its result was not successful. The free night-school movement in Honam area since the Eulsa illegal treaty was progressed as rapidly as regular elementary schools. Koreans' strong desire for learning and education was main cause of the movement. Many Koreans could not but depended on night schools for children education because of the burden of much tuition in regular school. Especially, a free night-school was 'a lamp for hope' to many working students. They could learn foreign languages and get economic benefits by acquiring the linguistic ability. It's safe to say that most leaders of the movement were members of enlightenment organizations and local government officers who were engaged as members of Daehanhyuphoe or Honam academic society. They aimed for the accomplishment of a civilized society based on the theory of social revolution. Their ultimate goal was to give common koreans the minimal knowledge required to be 'people of a modern nation'. So main subjects were focused on the elementary education. But it caused some negative evaluation of free night-schools. Some free night-schools didn't stop just giving knowledge. They tried to improve koreans' daily lives and encourage the consciousness of people. Especially, they condemned Iljinhoe and the corruption of local government officers. They also took part in the compensation movement of national dept in 1907.The organization of common people and collection of public opinion were historical results by their various experiences. The free night-school movement of Honam area in the latter era of the Choseon Dynasty was one of the main causes to realize the public interests. These are just why we should focus on the free night-school movement here.

        복공식 압축공기에너지 지하암반 저장공동내 기밀라이너 시공효과의 수치해석적 검증

        In this study, we carried out numerical modeling to investigate the impact of air tight liner within the concrete linings of underground lined rock cavern for compressed air energy storage (CAES). For the numerical modeling, TOUGH-FLAC that can simulate coupled non-isothermal multiphase (air and groundwater) fluid flow and geomechanical behavior of both concrete linings and rock mass as well as within the cavern, was used. The calculated results of pressure, temperature and stress for two different lining options with and without impermeable inner liner showed that the installation of an inner air tight liner reduced the maximum effective tensile stress of the concrete linings which results in the increase of geomechanical stability as well as air tightness performance of the storage cavern. 본 연구에서는 수치해석을 통해 복공식 지하 압축공기에너지 암반 저장 공동의 콘크리트 라이닝 내부에 설치되는 비투과성의 기밀라이너의 시공효과를 검증하였다. 수치해석기법으로는 저장공동 내부, 콘크리트 라이닝 및 주변 암반에서의 압축공기 및 지하수 유동, 열전달, 역학적 변형의 복합 거동을 시뮬레이션할 수 있는 TOUGH-FLAC 연계해석을 이용하였다. 저장공동 내부에 기밀라이너 시공유무에 따른 콘크리트 라이닝 내 압력, 온도, 응력 계산결과를 비교․분석한 결과, 비투과성의 기밀라이너는 저장 압축공기의 누출을 방지하는 기밀성능 뿐만 아니라 콘크리트 라이닝 내 인장응력을 감소시켜 역학적 안정성을 증대하는 효과가 있는 것으로밝혀졌다.

        단열특성 및 운영모드가 압축공기에너지 지하저장 공동의 저장효율에 미치는 영향

        Compressed air energy storage (CAES) is one of the electric energy storage methods at a large scale. Recent numerical studies and in-situ pilot tests have demonstrated that lined rock caverns (LRC) is feasible for an underground storage space of the CAES even at a shallow depth. In this study, we investigated the influence of insulation and operational conditions of the LRC on its storage efficiency to optimize the economical feasibility and so as to include in designing specification and operational conditions of the caverns. In evaluating the efficiency, the energy balance equation developed by our previous study, where pressure and temperature estimation produced by TOUGH2 analysis were used as an input, was employed. From the analysis results, we showed that the effect of insulation condition was comparatively insignificant to a storage efficiency but, the efficiency can be improved when the duration of compression-injection period during a daily operation becomes longer, since the temperature variation inside the LRC is reduced under these conditions. 복공식 암반공동(lined rock cavern, LRC)은 대용량 전력저장 장치로서의 압축공기에너지 발전시스템의저장 공간으로 비교적 천심도에도 설치 가능함이 최근의 수치해석 결과 및 실증실험 결과를 통해 검증된 바있다. 본 연구에서는 압축공기에너지의 지하저장을 위한 LRC 저장공동의 경제성 향상 및 운영 효율을 극대화하기 위한 공동 사양 및 운영 조건 설정을 목적으로 LRC 단열사양, 운영 모드 및 주입 온도가 저장 효율에 미치는영향을 분석하였다. 저장 효율 평가를 위해서는 기 개발된 LRC 저장공동의 에너지수지 기본식과 TOUGH2해석코드를 이용한 온도·압력 예측 해석 결과를 이용하였다. 분석 결과, LRC 저장공동 단열조건은 저장효율에큰 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 1일 운전과정 중 압축-저장 시간이 길어질수록 공동 내 온도변화량이 감소하여저장효율이 증가하는 결과를 보였다.
