본 논문에서는 하드웨어 상에 구현된 암호 프리미티브의 안전성을 위협할 수 있는 부채널 공격의 하나인 단순 전력 분석 (Simple Power Analysis)에 대응하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 하드웨어로 구현하고자 한다. 제시하는 알고리즘은 기존에 알려진 대응 알고리즘보다 스칼라 곱셈 방법이 보다 효율적인 장점이 있다. 기존의 대응 알고리즘은 연산의 종속성 때문에 하드웨어의 장점인 병렬 처리 기법을 효율적으로 적용하기 어려운 단점이 존재한다. 이러한 단점을 보완코자 본 논문에서 제시하는 알고리즘은 동작 성능의 저하를 최소화하기 위해 역원 계산 시간 동안 곱셈 및 제곱 연산을 수행할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 하드웨어 기술 언어인 VHDL(VHSIC Hardware Description Language)로 제안 알고리즘을 구현하여 성능 검증을 수행하였으며 이의 활용을 모색하였다. 하드웨어 합성은 Syplify pro7.0을 사용하였으며, 타겟 칩 Xillinx VirtexE XCV2000EFG1156을 대상으로 하였을 때 전체 등가 게이트는 60,608게이트, 최대 동작 주파수는 약 30Mhz로 산출되었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 스칼라 곱셈기는 전자 서명(Digital Signature), 암호화(Encryption) 및 복호화(Decryption), 키 교환(Key Exchange)등의 핵심 연산으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보이며, 자원 제약이 심한 Embedded-Micom 환경에 적용하였을 경우, 단순 전력 분석에 안전하면서 효율적인 연산 기능을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. We implement hardware logic with VHDL(VHSIC Hardware Description Language) to verify performance. Synthesis tool is Synplify Pro 7.0 and target chip is Xillinx VirtexE XCV2000EFGl156. Total equivalent gate is 60,508 and maximum frequency is 30Mhz. Our scalar multiplier can be applied to digital signature, encryption and decryption, key exchange, etc. It is applied to a embedded-micom it protects SPA and provides efficient computation.

시장경쟁 수준에 따라 CSR활동이 기업가치에 미치는 영향

This study empirically analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility(CSR) on firm value depending on the level of the degree of market competition in the Korean stock market during 2011 to 2018. We use the Korea Economic Justice Index(KEJI) as a proxy for the CSR. In order to consider endogeniety concerns, we adopt a one-year lagged CSR variable and generalized method of moments(GMM). Our empirical results can be summarized as follows: First, the relation between CSR and degree of market competition does not show a significant effect on firm value. However, when we divide the overall CSR activity into 6 sub-CSR activities, environmental management activity shows a positive effect on firm value interacting with an external governance mechanism of market competition even in a highly competitive market. On the other hand, we found that employee satisfaction activity among sub-CSR activities reduces firm value in a low competitive market. Second, we found that CSR activities in good governance group increases firm value even in a highly competitive market. However, it is showed that employee satisfaction activity in well-governed group decreases firm value in a low competitive market. We also found that despite the degree of market competition, CSR and sub-CSR activities have no significant effect on firm value in weak-governed group. This finding suggests that market competition, as an external governance mechanism, can not substitute for a weak internal governance structure. In summary, our results imply that CSR or ESG management can be a strategic choice for managers and stakeholder who are skeptical about these activities under highly competitive market to enhance firm value and secure sustainability of a firm. 본 연구는 2011년부터 2018년 동안 한국거래소 유가증권시장 상장기업 중 경제정의연구소의 경제정의지수(KEJI)가 산출되는 기업을 대상으로 시장경쟁 수준에 따라 CSR활동이 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 내생성 문제를 고려하기 위해 시차변수와 2단계 차분적률법을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 전체 CSR활동은경쟁수준의 고저에 관계없이 기업가치에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 세부 CSR활동 중환경경영 활동은 고 경쟁시장에서도 경쟁의 외부규율 메커니즘과 함께 기업가치를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 저 경쟁시장에서 환경경영 활동과 직원만족 활동은 기업가치를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 경쟁수준에 따라 CSR활동이 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 대리인비용 수준으로 구분하여 분석한 결과 내부지배구조 우수기업 군에서 전체 CSR활동은 고 경쟁시장에서도 기업가치를 증가시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 저 경쟁시장에서 전체 CSR활동과 세부 CSR활동 중 직원만족 활동은 기업가치를 감소시킬 수 있는것으로 나타났다. 한편, 내부지배구조 취약기업 군에서 CSR활동들은 경쟁수준 고저에 관계없이 기업가치에유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나, 경쟁의 외부규율 메커니즘은 취약한 내부지배구조를 대체할 수없는 것으로 분석된다. 본 연구는 치열한 시장경쟁 상황에서 CSR활동이나 ESG경영에 회의적인 경영자들과이해관계자들에게 이와 같은 활동들이 기업가치 제고와 기업의 지속가능성 확보를 위한 전략적 선택이 될수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

대리인비용 수준에 따라 CSR활동이 기업가치에 미치는 영향

This study empirically analyzes the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value depending on the level of the agency costs in the Korean stock market from 2011 to 2018. We use the Korea Economic Justice Index (KEJI) as a proxy for the CSR and we utilize two variables, namely, industry adjusted asset inefficiency and free cash flow reflecting growth opportunity are used as proxies for the agency costs. We adopt a one-year lagged CSR variable to consider the reverse causality and the generalized method of moments (GMM) to control the other endogeneity issues. Our empirical results can be summarized as follows. First, we found that more CSR activity in well-governed firms that suffer less from agency concerns is related to higher firm value, while excess CSR activity in weak-governed firms that suffer more agency costs is negatively related to firm value. This finding supports the good governance view of CSR (GGVC). Second, in the analysis of dividend policy on the relationship between CSR and firm value depending on the level of agency costs, firms in the dividend paying group experience GGVC, whereas firms in the non-dividend paying group do not. It also shows that the scale of dividend has no significant effect on the relationship between CSR and firm value. These findings support the conclusion of the previous researches which analyze the relationship between CSR and firm value without explicitly considering variables for the agency costs, and imply that CSR can be sustainable management strategies that should be actively pursued for managers, stakeholder, and policy makers to increase firm value and secure sustainability of future generations. 본 연구는 2011년부터 2018년까지 한국거래소 유가증권시장 상장기업 중 경제정의연구소의 경제정의지수 (KEJI)가 산출되는 모든 기업을 대상으로 대리인비용 수준에 따라 CSR활동이 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 분석했 다. CSR활동과 기업가치와의 관계에서 발생 가능한 내생성 문제를 고려하기 위해 시차변수와 일반화적률법(GMM) 을 사용하고, 대리인비용의 대용변수로 산업조정 자산비효율성과 성장기회 반영 잉여현금흐름을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 대리인비용 수준이 낮아 지배구조가 우수한 것으로 간주되는 기업의 CSR활동은 기업가치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 대리인비용 수준이 높아 지배구조가 취약한 것으로 간주되는 기업의 CSR활동은 기업가치에 부정적 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 CSR활동의 좋은 거버넌스 관점을 지지하는 결과를 보였다. 추가적으로 배당정책의 효 과를 고려한 분석에서는 배당의 크기는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 배당을 실시하는 기업 군에서 CSR 활동의 좋은 거버넌스 관점을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 추정결과는 CSR활동이 경영자, 이해관계자, 그리고 정책담당자들에게 기업가치 제고와 미래세대의 지속가능성 확보를 위해 추진해야 하는 지속가능경영 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

전라남도 동부지역 학도병의 참전 연구 : 화개전투 참전 학도병의 구술 증언을 중심으로

이 연구는 전사(戰史) 중심적 기록물에서 벗어나, 전쟁을 경험한 학도병들의 구술 을 바탕으로 참전 과정을 분석하였다. 전쟁이라는 거시적 흐름에서 벗어나, 학도병이 라는 개인에 초점을 맞춰 전투과정을 서술하였다. 필자는 지역민들조차 학도병이 있 었는지 화개전투가 무엇인지 모르는 상황에서, 그들의 존재가 잊혀지지 않게 하고자 구술인터뷰를 시작하게 되었다. 증언자들의 구술 범위를 생존 학도병과 더불어 학도 병 중대장 및 학도병 유가족으로 확장하여 새로운 시각으로 구성하였다. 그리고 학도 병들이 전투를 경험하면서 느꼈던 감정들과 당시 상황에 대한 구술증언을 통해 화개 전투를 재구성하였다. 화개전투가 발발한 지 71년이 지났기에, 생존 학도병들은 구술을 진행하는 동안 기억의 왜곡이 일부 발생하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여러 학도병들의 구술을 모으고, TV 다큐멘터리, 신문, 책, 학도병동지회 자료 등을 종합한 끝에 화개전투의 전 과정 을 재구성할 수 있었다. 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 학도병들은 여수·순천 10·19사건을 목격하면서 전쟁의 참혹함을 느꼈으며, 그날의 경험은 한국전쟁이 발발하면서 학생들의 자발적 입대를 촉진시킨 계기가 되었다. 9일 간의 훈련을 마친 학도병들은 화개전투에서 북한군 6사 단과 전투를 치뤘는데, 아비규환의 현장을 경험하게 된다. 이때 생존 학도병들은 부상 당한 학도병들을 구하지 못한 미안함과 죄책감을 느꼈다. 그 이후 진주전투에서는 전 과 다른 모습으로 전투에 임하였다. 학도병들이 절반 정도 희생되자, 학도병 중대장은 대부분의 학도병들을 제주도 하사관학교에 입교시켜 더 이상의 희생을 막았다. 일부 학도병들은 전선에 계속 남으며, 치열한 전투를 헤쳐나갔다. 생존 학도병들은 전역 이 후 먼저 떠난 이들을 그리워하였고, 매년 추모활동을 이어나갔다. 학도병 구술을 통해 그들이 전쟁을 겪으면서 느꼈을 감정을 생각하고, 전쟁의 참혹함과 아픔을 공감하고자 한다. Apart from the war historical-centered records, this study analyzes the participation process of war based on the oral statements of student soldiers. The battles were described by the experience of individual student soldiers, not the macroscopic view of war. Even the local people did not know what the Battle of Hwagae was. For that reason, an interview with student soldiers was conducted to make them be remembered. The interviewees were surviving student soldiers, the company commander, and bereaved families of student soldiers. The interview revealed various points of view about the war. Based on the interview, this paper reconstructs the Battle of Hwagae through their oral statements of feelings and situations in the battles. It has been 71 years since the Battle of Hwagae broke out. Some memories of student soldiers were distorted. Nevertheless, it was possible to reconstruct the entire process of the Battle of Hwagae by gathering the oral statements of various student soldiers and combining TV documentaries, newspapers, books, and the documents of the student soldier comrade council. The contents are as follows. The student soldiers felt the horrors of war when they witnessed the Yeosu-Suncheon 10·19 Incident, and the experience of that day encouraged the voluntary enlistment of students when the Korean War broke out. After nine days of training, the students fought with the 6th Division of the North Korean Army in the Battle of Hwagae, where they experienced the pandemonium. At this time, the surviving soldiers felt sorry and guilty for not saving the wounded fellow soldiers. In the Battle of Jinju, their skill had improved. Nevertheless, about half of the student soldiers were killed. The company commander of the student soldiers admitted most of them to the Jeju-do Military Academy to prevent further casualties. Some student soldiers remained in the front line and kept fighting. After being discharged from the army, the surviving soldiers missed their deceased fellows and continued their annual memorial ceremonies. This paper attempts to shed light on the student soldiers’ feelings and experience of war, and empathize with the horrors and pain of war through their oral statements.

지능형 무인 자동차 시스템과 신호등 흐름 제어

In this paper we will present our invention to the intelligent vehicle using NXT and to control traffic flow by using AVR. Intelligent vehicle technology protects passengers and driver such as traffic accidents. And the driver can feel the convenience by using intelligent vehicle. Our intelligent vehicle is attached with a ultrasonic sensor, an light sensor, and a color recognition sensor. The ultrasonic sensor can maintain the distance between the car without car crash and the light sensor detects the escape road line, the color recognition sensor is possible to recognize the traffic signal light. The traffic flow control by AVR is effective to solving traffic congestion by pressing the button co change the flow of traffic. Traffic road model is attached with a switch module and an light sensor, and LEDs.

호남호국기념관 건립과 운영 활성화 방안 연구

본 논고는 호남 최초 호국기념관인 호남호국기념관의 건립의의와 과정, 그리고 운영활성화 방안을 중심으로 작성하였다. 국가수호 현충시설 기념관인 호남호국기념관이 건립됨으로써 지역적 균형을 이룰 수 있게 되었고, 호국 정신을 기억하는 기념의 공간을 호남지역에 조성하였다는 것에 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 호남호국기념관을 건립할 당시, 국가보훈처는 사업운영방향의 취지에 부합하도록 독립, 호국, 민주에 관한 내용을 상설전시에 구성하려 했으나 호남의 호국영웅들과 국방부 유해발굴감식단의 내용을 추가하면서 재차 수정되었다. 국가수호 기념관이라는 기본 틀 안에서 6·25전쟁과 호국에 초점을 맞추게 되었고, 전시는 현재 6·25전쟁의 과정, 호남의 호국영웅과 학도병, 의병의 활동, 그리고 국방부 유해발굴감식단 등으로 구성되었다. 건립 진행 과정에서 자문회의는 “패널 위주의 전시 구성은 피로감을 줄 수 있다”는 자문을 제시하였고 전시주제와 관련한 문제들도 다방면 지적하였으나 아쉽게도 반영되지 않은 채 현재의 전시구성으로 확정되었다. 신생 기관인 호남호국기념관이 호국보훈의 가치를 실현하기 위해 어떤 방향성을 갖고 나아가야 할지 고민할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 호남호국기념관은 운영 활성화 방안을 모색해야 하며, 지역적 특수성을 반영하여 전시를 기획하고, 교육 프로그램을 개발해야 한다. 그리고 호국 관련 콘텐츠 제작과 기증운동 홍보작업을전개하고, 데이터베이스 조성을 위한 치밀한 아카이브 작업과 구술사연구를 진행하여 많은 사람들이 장소와 시간의 제약 없이 이용하도록 만들어야 한다. 또한 호남 권역의 박물관 협력망을 구축한다면, 호남의 호국정신을 조명하고 소속 기관과의 교류를 통해 전문화된 프로그램을 창출해낼 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 위탁운영이 종료된 이후 기념관의 안정화와 중장기적인 운영 활성화 방안에 대해서도 고민해야 한다. 2020년 코로나 19로 인해 많은 기념관들이 휴관하면서 비대면 프로그램 개발에 더욱 박차를 가하고 있다. 학교 수업과 각종 행사가 온라인으로 진행되는 현재, 호남호국기념관에서 시행할 수 있는 비대면 프로그램은 어떤 방향으로 나아가야 할지 고민하며, 21세기 정보화 시대에 앞장서 개척한다는 신념으로 운영 활성화 방안 등의 개발 과제를 완수해야 할 것이다. 국난극복의 역사와 호국정신 계승 속에 건립된 호남호국기념관이 앞으로 당면한 과제들을 해결하고, 국론통합과 지역주민의 나라사랑정신 함양에 이바지하는 기관으로 성장할지에 대해 주목하고자 한다. At the time of the construction of the Honam Patriots Memorial Hall, the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs tried to organize a permanent exhibition on independence, patriots, and democracy in accordance with the purpose of the project operation direction, but it was revised again with the addition of Honam’s patriots heros and the MND Agency for KIA Recovery·Identification, In the basic framework of the National Protection Memorial Hall, the focus was on the Korean War and patriots, and now the exhibition consisted of the process of the Korean War, Honam’s patriots hero, school soldiers, the activities of Righteous army and MND Agency for KIA Recovery·Identification. During the construction process, the advisory meeting offered advice that “a panel centered exhibition composition can cause fatigue” and pointed out various issues related to the exhibition theme, but unfortunately, it was confirmed as the current exhibition composition without being reflected. It is necessary to think about what direction to proceed the new institution Honam patriots Memorial Hall should take in order to realize the value of patriots veterans. To this end, the Honam Patriots Memorial Hall should seek a plan to activate the operation, plan exhibitions and develop educational programs reflecting regional specificity. In addition, patriots related content production and donation campaign promotion work is carried out, and detailed archive work and oral history research are conducted to create a database so that many people should be made to use It without restriction of place and time. Also, if the museum cooperation network in the Honam region is established, specialized programs can be created through exchanges with the affiliated institutions and examine Honam’s spirit of patriotism. Finally, after the consignment operation is finished, it is necessary to think about the stabilization of the memorial hall and plans to activate mid to long term operation. Many memorials are closed due to Covid-19 in 2020, further accelerating the development of non face to face programs. Now that school classes and various events are held online. the non face to face program that can be implemented at the Honam Patriots Memorial Hall is concerned with which direction to proceed, with the belief of pioneering in the information age of the 21st century, it will be necessary to complete development tasks such as plan to activate the operation Honam Patriots Memorial Hall, built in the history of overcoming the national crisis and the succession of the spirit of patriotism, aims to pay attention to whether it will grow as an institution contributing to the consolidation of national opinions and the cultivation of the spirit of love for the country of local residents.
