        열유동을 고려한 GIS 모선의 온도상승 예측

        Many works on the temperature distribution of power apparatus have usually done by coupled magneto-thermal analysis. Such a method can not consider the internal gas or oil flow in the power apparatus such as gas insulated switchgear, GIS bus bar, and power transformer. Moreover it can not show the internal temperature distribution of the power apparatus exactly. This paper proposes a coupled magneto-thermal-flow analysis considering Navier-Stokes equations. The convection heat transfer coefficient is calculated analytically by applying Nusselt number for natural convection and is applied to the boundary condition of proposed method. Temperature distribution of the GIS bus bar model considering thermal flow is obtained by the proposed method and shows good agreement with the experimental data.

        This paper presents a new magneto-thermal finite element analysis for predicting the temperature rise of the EHV GIS busbar. Joule's heat due to current flowing in the main conductor and the heat due to the induced eddy current in the tank are calculated by the magnetic field analysis. And these heats are used as the input data to predict the temperature rise for the thermal analysis. However, it is not easy to apply the heat-transfer coefficients on the boundaries for the thermal analysis. In this paper, the heat-transfer coefficients on the boundaries are analytically calculated by applying the Nusselt number considering material constant and model geometry for the natural convection. The temperature distribution in the busbar by coupled magneto-thermal finite element analysis shows good agreement with the experimental data.

        넙치의 미동정 진균 기생증

        본 연구에서는 2014년 넙치 치어를 사용하여 실험하는 과정에서 폐사가 발생하였다. 병어는 외관상 특이한 증상을 보이지 않았으나 아가미에서 많은 양의 균사가 관찰되었다. 기생충과 세균은 병어로부터 분리되지 않았다. 진균에 감염된 넙치와 건강한 넙치를 혼합 사육한 결과, 건강한 넙치는 7일이내에 100% 폐사되었고 폐사어는 아가미에 진균이 심하게 감염되어 있었다. 병리조직학적 검사 결과, 아가미의 새엽, 새판 및 새파 주위에 균사체와 다수의 균사가 관찰되었다. 이상의 연구 결과, 넙치의 폐사는 진균 감염과 연관성이 있을 것으로 사료되었다. In 2014, high mortality was observed in olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) during experimental infection. Diseased fish did not show any outward clinical signs, but numerous fungal hyphae were detected in the gills. No parasites or bacteria were isolated from the diseased fish. A high mortality rate (100%) resulted when cohabitation with fungi-infected fish were applied to healthy fish. The affected fish exhibited sever fungi infection in the gills. Histopathological examination revealed numerous fungal hyphae and mycelium around gill filament, lamellar and racker. These results suggest that the fungi may be related with the mortality of olive flounder.

        Macromolecule diffusion in cells and tissues is important for cell signaling, metabolism and locomotion. Biophysical methods, including non-invasive or minimally invasive in-vivo photobleaching techniques and single quantum-dot tracking, have been used to measure the rates of macromolecule diffusion in living cells and tissues, including central nervous system and tumors. Mathematical modeling and statistical analysis of experimental data revealed various modes of diffusion, which are strongly coupled with spatiotemporal changes in nanoscale structures and material properties.

        간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스 및 사회적 지지가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향

        목적 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스 및 사회적 지지가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 이를 위하여 G시에 재학 중인 간호학과 학생 113명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통하려 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients와 multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 5점 만점에 임상실습 스트레스가 평균 3.89점, 사회적 지지가 평균 4.09점, 전공만족도가 평균 2.73점으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성 중 학교생활이 전공만족도에 통계적으로 유의했다. 임상실습 스트레스(r=-.330, p<.001), 사회적지지(r=.500, p=.001)는 전공만족도에 각각 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며, 학교생활만족과 사회적지지, 임상실습스트레스가 전공만족도에 47.8%로 설명하고 있다. 결론 간호대학생의 학교생활만족과 사회적지지를 증진시켜주고, 임상실습 스트레스를 낮추기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하겠다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of clinical practice stress and social support on major satisfaction of nursing students Methods The study collected data from a structured questionnaire of 113 nursing students in G city. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 program using statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Results The results showed that clinical practice stress averaged 3.89 points, social support scores 4.09 and major satisfaction scores of 2.63 points. Among the general characteristics, school life satisfaction was statistically significant in major satisfaction. Clinical practice stress (r=-.330, p<.001) and social support (r=.500, p=.001) were significantly correlated with each major satisfaction, and school life satisfaction and limb support. In addition, clinical practice stress accounts for 47.8% of major satisfaction. Conclusions Therefore, it is necessary to develop programs to enhance the school life satisfaction and social support of nursing college students and to reduce the stress of clinical practice.

        간호사의 내부지향적 정책, 사회적지지 및 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호사의 내부지향적 정책, 사회적지지 및 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구 참여에 동의한 D광역시에 위치한 2개 대학병원 간호사들이며, 자료 수집은 2018년 10월 2일부터 2019년 3월 20일 까지 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, Multiple regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과 내부지향적 정책은 3.04점, 사회적지지는 상사 3.08점, 동료 3.81점, 가족 3.67점이었고, 직무배태성은 2.98점, 이직의도는 3.55점이었으며, 내부지향적 정책, 사회적지지 및 직무배태성이 높을수록 이직의도는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에서 이직의도에 미치는 요인을 파악한 결과 임상경력과 근무부서가 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 임상경력은 높을수록 이직의도가 높았고, 근무부서는 외과병동, 내과병동, ICU, OR순으로 이직의도가 높았다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 간호사의 이직의도를 낮추기 위한 중재방안으로 병원 내부지향적 정책, 사회적지지 및 간호사의 직무배태성을 높이기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 교육이 적극적 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study is a descriptive research to investigate the effects of nurses" internal orientation, social support and job orientation on turnover intention. The subjects were two university hospital nurses in D metropolitan city who agreed to participate in the study. Data collection was conducted from October 2, 2018 to March 20, 2019. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, correlation analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation, and multiple regression. The study results were 3.04 ± .62 points for internal orientation policy, 3.08 ± .55 points for social support, 3.81 ± .59 points for peers, 3.67 ± .60 points for family members, and 2.98 ± 0.43 points for job placement and intention to turnover. The degree of turnover decreased with higher internal orientation, social support and job orientation. An examination of the general characteristics of the factors affecting turnover intention showed significant results with clinical experience and working department. The higher the clinical experience, the higher the turnover intention, and the department of work showed the higher turnover intention in the order of surgical ward, medical ward, ICU, and OR. These results show the need to actively develop and educate programs to improve nurses" intention to turnover, as well as internal hospital-oriented policies, social support, and job placement.

        This paper presents the temperature distribution of the oil-immersed self-cooled transformer with radiator performed by coupled magneto-fluid-thermal analysis. Particularly, 3D temperature distribution of cooling oil and sub-components under the natural convection is obtained by computational fluid dynamics analysis, while heat sources are predetermined by magnetic field analysis using F.E.M. The predicted temperature distribution of the power transformer model is compared with the measured data for verifying the validity of the proposed analysis.

        혈액투석 ( HD ) 과 복막투석 ( CAPD ) 환자에서 임상경과의 비교 관찰

        N/A Objective: The selection of dialysis modalities for end-stage renal disease patient is often a complex decision process involving considerations of efficacy in terms of life maintenance, quality of life, convenience and cost. In order to facilitate informed decisions, we have compared the clinical outcome of CAPD and HD patients. Methods: From May 1992 to May 1997, we observed the followings: patients` survival rate, the causes of death in CAPD and HD patients, the frequency of CAPD peritonitis, CAPD catheter survival rate and the causes of catheter removal. Patients were categorized in the following ways: DM and non-DM, alive or expired, above and below the age of 60 years, and treatment duration of more or less than 5 years. Six items(serum albumin, serum creatinine, hemoglobin, BMI, NFCR and KT/V) were measured, their values were evaluated and compared with each group using univariated statistics. Results: The total number of patients was 508 (369 CAPD, 139 HD). 58 of them expired during the observation period. The overall 5 year patient survival rate was 81.4% for CAPD, 80.5% for HD, and 57.8% for CAPD with DM and 25% for HD with DM using the Kaplan-Meier method. In the CAPD group, the frequency of peritonitis was 0.52/pt, yt; the 5 year technical survival of the catheter was 80.5%. 42(88%) of 48 technical failures of the catheter were removed due to peritonitis. Regardless of the modes of replacement therapy used to treat DM and non-DM groups, the DM patients had longer duration of admission, older age, lower serum albumin and serum creatinine levels, and a lower 5 year patient survival rate than the non-DM group. Death in CAPD and HD was positively correlated with a long duration of admission and old age; CAPD patients who expired had lower serum albumin, smaller BMI and mare frequent peritonitis than the surviving group. Conclusion: 1. There was no significant difference in the 5 year patient survival rate between CAPD and HD(81.4% in CAPD, 80.5% in HD). 2. DM patients had lower serum albumin, creatinine and BUN levels than non-DM patients. 3. The mortality rate was positively correlated with old age and duration of admission in CAPD and HD; frequent CAPD peritonitis, lower serum albumin and small HMI in CAPD were also positively correlated with the death rate. 4. The higher the serum albumin and NPCR, the higher the survival rate for CAPD patients. 5. The serum creatinine was lower in patients above 60 years old and in those treated more than 5 years. 6. The DM group had a higher mortality rate than the non-DM group, the DM CAPD group had a higher 5 year survival rate than the DM HD group but it was not statistically significant.
