胃潰瘍과 胃腺癌의 Carcinoembryonic antigen, Alpha fetoprotein 및 Human chorionic gonadotropin에 관한 免疫組織化學的 硏究

For the early detection and prognostic decision of tumors, many tumor markers have been suggested. Among these tumor markers, CEA for colon cancer, HCG for choriocarcinoma and AFP for hepatoma have been the most well-known and useful turmor markers. Recently, with the development of the immunohistochemical technique many studies to detect these tumor markers in the tissues of various organ have been reported. For the purpose to classify the stomach carcinoma by tumor associated or tumor specific antigens, to find out the possibility to use as guidance of diagnostic aid and to select the more specifically applicable chemotherapeutic resume, the author performed peroxidase-antiperoxidase immunohistochemical study with anti-CEA, anti-HCG and anti-AFP antibodies to the selected 5 cases of gastric ulcer as control goup and 23 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma as experimental group which were the most frequent diseases in this country. The findings were analysed and the results obtained are as follows. 1. In gastirc ulcers; a. CEA positive reaction to anti-CEA antibody was noted in 2 of the 5 cases. (40%) b. HCG positive reaction to anti-HCG antibody was noted in 2 of the 5 cases. (40%) c. there was no AFP positive reaction to anti-AFP antibody. 2. In gastric carcinomas; a. CEA positive reaction to anti-CEA antibody was noted in 21 of 23 cases. (91.3%) b. HCG positive reaction to anti-HCG antibody was noted in 6 of the 23 cases. (26%) c. AFP positive reaction to anti-AFP antibody was noted in 2 of the 23 cases. (8.7%) 3. There is no difference in CEA positivity between early and advanced gastric adeno-carcinoma and there was no HCG and AFP positive reaction to their antibodies in early gastric carcinoma. 4. CEA was also useful tumor marker for gastric adeno-carcinoma and it is not the only specific antigen for colon cancer.

인공 심장 박동 조율기의 감염은 드물지만 매우 심각한 합병증이다. 인공 심장 박동 조율기 감염이 발생했을 경우 감염된 인공 심장 박동 조율기를 완전히 제거하는 것이 가장 좋은 치료로 받아들여지고 있으나 적출술 후 합병증 및 기술적인 문제로 인공 심장 박동 조율기를 완전히 제거하는 것은 어렵다. 본 저자들은 감염과 미란을 동반한 인공 심장 박동 조율기의 피부 외 노출 2예를 인공 심장 박동 조율기를 제거하지 않고 표면 절제술 및 국소 피판술을 성공적으로 시행하였다. The pacemaker infection is rare, serious complication. Although we agree that removal of the entire pacemaker system is the best approach to pacemaker infection, there is difficult to remove because postoperative complication and surgical technique. We managed successfully for patients with infected pacemaker by wound debridement and local flap coverage without entire pacemaker system removal.
