        건강한 치은과 조기 치은염 환자 부착치은폭경에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the width of attached gingiva of 414 subjects with healthy gingiva, or early stage of gingivitis. We compared the differences according to the tooth location, age (Yonger group : $14{\sim}30$, Older group : $31{\sim}67$) and gender. In addition, we compared the width of attached gingiva in the subjects with less than 2 sites of gingival recession($Re{\leq}2$) and the subjects with more than 3 sites of gingival recession($Re{\geq}3$) to study the relationship between the gingival recession and the width of attached gingiva. The results were as follows : 1. The width of keratinized gingiva was widest in maxillary incisors($5.3{\pm}1.4mm$) and narrowest in mandibular right 1st bicuspid and mandibular right and left 2nd molars($3.5{\pm}1.1mm$). 2. The width of attached gingiva was widest in maxillary right central incisor($3.8{\pm}1.5mm$) and narrowest in mandibular right 2nd molar($1.2{\pm}1.0mm$). 3. In the comparison between the age groups, the width of keratinized in older group was significantly (p<0.05) wider than that in younger group in maxillary right and left 1st bicuspids, mandibular right and left 1st and 2nd molars, maxillary right and left cuspids and mandibular right 1st bicuspid. There was no significant difference in the width of attached gingiva between the two groups except for maxillary right and left 1st molars and maxillary left 2nd molar. 4. In the comparison between male group and female group, in maxillary right and and left lateral incisors and cuspids, mandibular right and left cuspids and 1st bicuspids, the width of attached gingiva in female was significantly(p<0.05) wider than that in male group. 5. In the comparison between the Re 3 group and Re 2 group, there was no significant difference except for maxillary right and left 2nd molars and maxillary left 1st molar. 6. The frequency of gingival recession was m the order of mandibular right 1st bicuspid(16.6%), maxillary right 1st bicuspid(13.7%), maxillary and mandibular left 1st bicuspids (13.4%), mandibular left cuspid (10.5%), maxillary left and mandibular right cuspids(10.1%) and maxillary right cuspid(7.9%).

        유아의 ‘성인지 감수성’ 그림책 경험에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 유아의 ‘성인지 감수성’ 그림책 경험에 관한 연구로서 유아가 갖는 성 인식을 분석하여 교육적 의미를 논의하고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 경기도에 위치한 직장어린이집과 국공립 어린이집 만 3-5세 유아 10명이다. 연구방법은 질적 연구방법으로 ‘성인지 감수성’ 과 관련된 그림책을 읽어주고 질문에 답하는 면담을 중심으로 분석하였다. 의미 분석 결과 유아의 이전 경험에 따라 성인지 감수성에 대한 고정관념과 유연함이 동시에 존재하였다. 세부내용으로 신체적 외모, 힘, 정서, 역할에 따라 성인지에 대한 감수성이 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 유아의 ‘성고정 관념’을 벗어나기 위해 이전 경험이 중요하며 유아교육기관에서의 적극적인 성인지 감수성 교육이 필요하다는 것이다. 올바른 성인지 감수성 교육을 위해서는 ‘성역할’ 에 대한 양성평등 교육을 통해 유아의 발달 수준에 맞는 교육목표와 내용, 교육방법이 구체화 되어야 하며 이를 위해 유아교육 현장의 다양한 수업사례가 제시되어야 할 필요성을 갖는다. This study examines is a study on children s gender cognitive sensitivity experience of picture books. The purpose of this study is to discuss the educational implications by analyzing the gender perceptions of children. For this study, 10 children aged 3 to 5 years from a workplace daycare center located in Gyeonggi-do and a national or public daycare center participated. A qualitative research method was utilised, focusing on interviews in which people listened to picture books related to gender cognitive sensitivity and answered questions. As a result of the semantic analysis, there were both stereotypes and flexibility regarding gender classification according to the children s previous experiences. As for the details, the sensitivity to gender was different according to physical appearance, strength, emotion, and role. The implication of this study is that previous experiences are important to break free from the gender stereotype of young children, and proactive approach to gender sensitivity education in early childhood education institutions is required. For proper gender-sensitive education, emphasis should be placed on gender equality of ’gender roles’ should be specified in terms of educational goals, contents, and educational methods suitable for the developmental level of children.

          The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of naming ability training to improve of Alzheimer"s disease patients through superordinate categorization training.<BR>  The subjects of this study consisted of 3 Alzheimer"s disease patients.<BR>  The examination tool was classification test of superordinate categorization and naming test, witch was designed by the author and K-BNT. the study designed pre and post treatment stage.<BR>  The threapy was delivered 30 times of 10 weeks.<BR>  According to the study, the result was such;<BR>  First, The score of the classification test of superordinate categorization got better than before training.<BR>  Second, The score of the naming test got better than before training.<BR>  As a result, superordinate categorization training have positive effect on the improvement of naming skill to a Alzheimer"s disease patients.

        언어학습 역량 강화를 위한 구조 모형 개발 및 효과 검증

        The purpose of this study is to construct a psychological paradigm that can be the basis of language learning competence. Therefore, we aim to develop cognitive understanding of learning and learning strategy that can promote language learning. The correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to confirm the relationship and influence of 978 university students’ psychological factors. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the structural model of language learning competency. The results showed that cognitive‧meta-cognitive learning strategies(cognitive strategy, meta-cognitive strategy) and self-regulated learning(cognitive control, motive control, behavior control) were highly related and both variables showed high influence. Through the results of the study, the two factors showed meaningful relevance and influence, which is a significant psychological factor as an important learning strategy for English learners. And it can be confirmed that cognitive‧meta-cognitive learning and self-regulated learning strategies are significant psychological factors in English learning.

        유치원의 자유선택활동 및 바깥놀이에서 사용되는 교재교구의 제작 및 구입, 활용 현황 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of manufacture, purchase and utilization on kindergarten learning materials. For this study, the survey was operated on-line questionaries for 409 teachers in 409 kindergartens. In order to analyze the collect data, frequency, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, fisher’s exact test were used. The results in this study were as follows. First, the current status of manufacture and purchase showed that teachers mainly were planned and made learning materials. They deeply troubled by lack of time for making the learning materials. For the public kindergartens, teachers purchased learning materials; however, for the private kindergartens, principals purchased them in consultation with teachers. Also, there were many problems to purchase learning materials like inappropriate things and high price, etc. Second, the current status of utilization showed that there were proper in kindergartens but teachers demanded more often to wash and disinfect frequency than and actual state. And they were in trouble with knowing which learning materials were broken and lost partly by the learning material documents. 본 연구는 유치원 교재교구의 제작, 구입, 활용 현황을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 409개 유치원에 근무하는 409명의 유치원 교사에게 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 응답자의 일반적 현황, 제작 및 구입 현황, 활용 현황의 3개 영역 22개 문항으로 구성되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 카이 검증, t-test, ANOVA, Fisher’s 정확 검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유치원 교재교구는 주로 교사가 계획하여 제작하는 것으로 나타났고, 교재교구 제작 시 시간 부족이 가장 큰 어려움이었다. 교재교구 구입 시 의사결정 주체는 공립유치원은 교사 개인이나 교사 간 협의가 많은 반면 사립유치원은 원장(감)이나 원장(감)과 교사의 협의에 이루어지는 것으로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 교재교구 구입 시 문제점은 교육내용에 적합한 교재교구의 부재, 고가의 가격 등으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어 교재교구의 활용 및 관리는 잘 되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 세척 및 소독빈도는 실제 이루어지는 것보다 이상적으로는 더 많이 이루어지는 것이 적절하다고 응답하였다. 또한 교재교구 관리 대장 사용 시 불편사항으로는 교재교구의 파손 및 분실된 부분에 대한 파악의 어려움이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다.

        슬관절염 비만노인을 위한 IMB 모델 기반 신체활동 증진 프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of a physical activity promoting program based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills (IMB) model on physical activity and health outcomes among obese older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: This study utilized a randomized controlled trial with a convenience sample of 75 obese older adults with knee osteoarthritis in a university hospital. The older adults in the intervention group participated in a 12-week program involving weekly group sessions and monitoring calls with education booklets and video clips for exercise dances, while those in the control group received an usual care. Outcomes were measured using self-report questionnaires, anthropometrics, and blood analyses. The intervention effects were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U test and ANCOVA. Results: The mean age of participants was 74.9 years with 84.0% women. The intervention group at 12 weeks showed significantly greater improvements in self-efficacy for physical activity (F=81.92, p <.001), physical activity amounts (Z=-2.21, p =.044), knee joint function (F=15.88, p <.001), and health-related quality of life (F=14.89, p <.001) compared to the control group. Among obese-metabolic outcomes, the intervention group at 12 weeks showed a significant decrease in visceral fat mass (F=7.57, p =.008) and improvement in high-density level cholesterol (F=9.51, p =.003) compared to the control group. Conclusion: Study findings support the need for an IMB based physical activity program for promoting physical activity, knee function and health outcomes in obese older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Longitudinal studies are warranted to confirm the persistence of obese-metabolic effects in clinical settings.

        대학생의 긍정적 언어교육심리 증진을 위한 심리변인 분석 및 적용연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of language education psychology that can be applied to the analysis of psychology factor for college students. Data were obtained from a sample of 963 college students. For a correct analysis, the following methods are used; descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The correlation results for all of the validation significantly multiple intelligences and flow factors, Intelligences and self-regulated learning showed a high correlation. Also, multiple intelligences’ subordinate factors significantly influence flow factor and self-regulated learning factor. The result of this survey is as follows. First, there is a high positive correlation between multiple intelligences, flow and self-regulated learning. Second, multiple intelligences are the predictor of the subordinate factors of learning procedure such as flow and self-regulated learning. This result can help us to make a positive English learning for college students.

        융복합 문화예술의 내러티브 교육적 의미에 대한 탐구

        본 연구의 목적은 내러티브를 활용한 융복합 문화예술 교육이 가지는 의의와 효과를 질적연구방법을 통해 확인하는 것이다. 먼저 학문의 공통분모를 파악하고 그것을 중심으로 보다 실질적인 융복합을 시도했다. 그것을 근거로, 두려움에 의존한 기존 근대적이고 일방향적인 교육 패러다임을 대체할, 성장으로 이끄는 양방향적인 교육 패러다임에 대해 논의하며 융복합교육의 이론적 기반을 구성했다. 그리고 고전 예술 내러티브를 활용한 융복합 문화예술 교육이라는 방법론적 대안을 제안했다. 이어서 융복합 문화예술 교육의 형식으로 설계된 체험 학습을 열어 실제 경험 사례를 얻고, Giorgi(1985)의 현상학적 방법에 따라 분석했다. 청소년 참여자들의 면담 내용을 분석한 결과 대안적 교육 패러다임의 가치에 해당되는 3개의 중심의미(문화예술의장, 이론과 실제의 적용, 경험에 대한 도전)와 10개의 주제 구조(문화예술에 대한 이해, 내가 할 수 있다는 설레임, 문화예술로 향한 접근성, 문화예술과 교육, 지식의 습득, 실제의 흥미 있는 경험, 지식과 실제의 동시성, 창의적 놀이와 상상력의 발현, 긍정심리 유발, 협동을 통한 타인의 이해)가 발견되었고, 청소년들은 긍정적 심리현상들을 경험했고 자발적으로 몰입했으며 상호작용 과정에서 보다 협력적으로 대처했다. 결론적으로 내러티브적으로 구축된 교육적 틀은 참여자들의 융합적 사고와 사회적 감성적 역량의 발달을 유도하였으며, 그 긍정적 효과와 현장 적용 가능성이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the significance and effects of convergence culture and arts education using narrative through qualitative research methods. First, the common denominator of the study was sought, and more practical convergence was attempted based on it. The theoretical foundation of convergence education was formed by discussing the interactive education paradigm that leads to growth, which can replace the existing modern and one-way education paradigm that relies on fear. And a methodological alternative to convergence culture and arts education using classical art narrative was proposed. In addition, by opening experiential learning designed in the form of convergence culture and arts education, an actual case was obtained and analyzed according to the phenomenological method of Giorgi (2003). As a result of analyzing the interview contents of youth participants, three central meanings(the field of culture and art, application of theory and practice, challenge to experience) and ten thematic structures(understanding of cultural arts, excitement that I can do, access to cultural arts, cultural arts and education, knowledge acquisition, real interesting experiences, knowledge and real simultaneity, creative play and imagination, triggering positive psychological phenomena, understanding of others through cooperation) corresponding to the value of the alternative educational paradigm were found. They experienced positive psychological phenomena, voluntarily immersed them, and responded more cooperatively in the interaction process. In conclusion, it was confirmed that such a narratively appropriately constructed educational framework induced participants convergent thinking and social and emotional competence, and that the positive effects and the possibility of field application are sufficient.

      • 융복합 문화예술의 내러티브 교육적 의미에 대한 탐구

        본 연구의 목적은 질적 연구방법을 통해 인간의 풍부한 경험으로 발생되는 심리적, 과학적 산물의 본질이 교육적 양성으로 옮겨지길 바라는 필요성 아래 융복합 문화예술이 산출하는 교육적 의의를 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 예술과 물리, 수학의 학문 간 융복합은 예술이 갖고 있는 미적능력을 보다 강화시키고 지적능력을 높일 수 있다. 융복합 문화예술교육의 이론과 실제에 참여한 청소년들은 자신의 경험이 흥미, 재미, 상상력, 행복감과 같은 심리현상과 또래의 생각을 이해하는 모습을 발견하게 되어 만족스러움을 표현했다. 여기서 융합적 사고는 융복합 교육의 틀에서 형성된다는 사실이 발견된다. 예술교육의 체험은 문화를 이해하고 교육의 목표를 달성하게 하여 긍정적인 인성형성으로 거듭날 수 있다. 따라서 연구결과를 통해 질적 사례연구 방법론은 융복합 연구방법에서 그 적용이 유용하다고 판단된다. 그리고 향후 문화예술교육에 대한 연구는 예술적 체험이 우선시 되어 개인의 감성을 풍부하게 이끌어 내어 자아실현을 획득하고 타인을 이해하는 긍정적 상호관계성을 제공할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 이러한 체험의 결과는 교육적 측면에서 심도 있게 다루어져 연구의 질이 발전적으로 보강되는 인간의 삶을 위한 문화교육으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this research is to study the educational meaning of comprehensive culture and art education under the needs of psychological and scientific experience to be translated to education. Fusion between different areas, such as fusion between physics and art, or math and art can enhance the aesthetic ability of the learner. The actual teenager participants who attended the fusion cultural art education expressed their satisfaction on finding themselves understanding their age groups’ feelings such as interest, excitement, creativity and happiness. This proves that integrated mind comes from integrated educational frame. The experience of art education helps a person to understand culture and help them achieve the goal of the education, thus it can help to shape a positive characteristic. It can be stated that the application of the quantitative research methodology can be utilized in integrated research methodology. In addition, future researches on culture and art education have to be primarily focused on artistic experience so that it can provide positive mutual relationship to understand others. The result from the educational experience should be studied deeply in educational aspect so that it can lead to cultural education which enhances the quality of lives of human beings.
