화영지통탕(和營止痛湯)의 혈관신생억제효과(血管新生抑制效果)에 관한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

The purpose of this study is to prove the angiogenesis effects of WhaYoungJiTongTang (hereinafter referred to as the 'WYJTT'). For the study, by utilizing liver cancer cell line; SK-HEP-1, lung cancer cell line: A549, stomach cancer cell line: AGS and bovine capillary endothelial cell: BCE, the effects of the WYJTT on toxicity and proliferation ability of cells and the effects on anti-angiogenesis of bovine capillary endothelial cell and of mice's aorta were studied. 1. Cell viability assay In comparison with the control group, when $100{\mu}g/ml$ of WYJTT was injected, the viability was reduced in SK-Hep-1, $400{\mu}g/ml$ in A549 and $200{\mu}g/ml$ in AGS. 2. Cell proliferation assay In comparison with the control group, when $600{\mu}g/ml$ of WYITT was injected, DNA synthesis was reduced to 35.1% in the SK-Hep-1, 56.0% in A549, and 25.8% in BCE (bovine capillary endothelial cell); and when $400{\mu}g/ml$ was injected, DNA synthesis was reduced to 12.1 in AGS. 3. Tube formation assay In the event that BCE is injected with WYJTT in each of its content gradient, the anti-angiogenesis was effective in amounts of $400{\mu}g/ml$ with 6 hours of the treatment. 4. Aortic ring assay In comparison with the control group, the angiogenesis was restricted to the remarkable degree in amount of $200{\mu}g/ml$: 10% in $400{\mu}g/ml$; and fully inhibited in each of $800{\mu}g/ml$ and $1600{\mu}g/ml$. As a result of the experiments mentioned above, WYJTT showed its anti-angiogenesis effects against cancer cell line.

철근콘크리트와 강을 합성한 복합 단면보의 구조거동평가

최근 장대 건설 구조물에 사용이 증가되고 있는 합성형 구조물에서 나타나고 있는 예기치 못한 일부 균열 현상의 구조적 원인을 분석하기 위하여, 강재복부의 수직보강재, stud 및 dowel bar의 유무, 전단철근의 간격과 콘크리트 강도 등을 실험변수로 하여 4점 재하 휨시험을 통해 강재와 철근콘크리트간의 구조적 합성거동 효과를 분석 하였다. 실험결과, 수직보강재는 강재의 국부좌굴 방지와 파괴시 강재와 콘크리트의 부착파괴를 방지하여 구조적 합성거동에 따른 단면내력(파괴하중)의 증진에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으나, 추가적으로 설치한 stud 및 dowel bar, 콘크리트의 강도와 전단철근량 등은 합성보의 휨거동에 큰 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The composite structures of steel and reinforced concrete, which have been widely used in large-scale concrete structures, werestudied to investigate the cause of unexpected cracks and to verify the composite actions between the two materials. Vertical stiffeners between flanges, studs and dowel bars, stirrups, and concrete strength were chosen as experimental variables in afour-point loading test. The results showed that the vertical stiffener prevented not only the local web buckling, but also bond failures between steel and concrete. It increased the flexural resistance (fracture loads) due to the composite action of two materials, compared withthose of any experimental variable. However, the composite behavior of steel reinforced concrete beam was not affected seriously by additional studs, dowel bars, stirrups, and concrete strength.

원격화상 영어수업 활용이 고등학생의 영어학습 만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research is to find out Korean primary school students’ attitudes toward cyber English learning via videoconferencing co-teaching by native teachers of English and English teachers of Korean. The research was carried out under the auspice of the Ministry of Education(MOE). 198 high school students from the experimental school designated by the MOE and 4,031 students from other high schools participated in this research. The results of analysis, which is based on survey questionnaires and interviews, show that students revealed positive attitudes towards cyber English learning. Based on the results of the questionnaire and interviews, the research suggests a number of useful practices which can be implemented to make the English language teaching in primary schools via videoconferencing more productive and effective. The research also suggests that there are a number of factors which shall be considered in conducting cyber English language teaching such as technical difficulties and the specific roles assigned to both Korean and native English teachers in Korean primary school settings.

야전운용자료를 활용한 항공무기체계의 RAM 목표값 비교분석

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to compare the RAM (reliability, availability and maintainability) value in the acquisition phase with operational period for air weapon systems. The objective is to determine if the value of RAM is sufficient in the field, and look for any difference from the target value to some extent. Methods : For a case study, the ○○ training aircraft is selected. Data from the two acquisition sources are utilized. One is the operational data in domestic aircraft through research and development, and the other is the data from imported aircraft. The two different sources were collected independently and distinctly. Results : According to the analysis, the domestic aircraft shows high deviation in RAM value compare to the imported systems. This is due to the effort of continuous reliability improvement. In the aspect of maintainability, the result shows a slight deviation, and the availability meets the requirement. Conclusion : The results of this study can be used in finding a way that can be effectively applied to the sustainability in the weapon system. If the RAM performance is significantly lower than the target value, then it is necessary to improve the design activities so that they can achieve the RAM target value.

박지원의 "북학" 형성 과정 고찰

박지원은 청의 선진문물을 통해 상공업의 발달과 백성들의 삶의 향상을 주장한다. 청에 대한 적개심이 주류를 이루던 양반사회에서 북학의 주장은 합리적 설명이 요구된다. 이 논고는 시·공간이라는 인식의 틀을 통해 박지원에게서 북학이 형성되는 과정을 규명한다. 박지원의 양반사회에 대한 회의는 새로운 인식의 출발점이다. 이 회의는 객관적 인식의 방법론이다. 그는 지구를 우주 공간의 시각에서 되돌아봄으로써 전통적 중화주의로부터 벗어난다. 또한 그는 ``옛것``을 그 당시의 시각에서 재조명함으로써, 상고주의를 극복한다. ``지금``, ``여기``에 대한 재인식은 전통적 주자학에서 매몰되었던 개체를 발견하는 계기이다. 새로운 인식틀은 그동안 하찮게 여겨졌던 사람과 사물들을 재발견하는 토대가 된다. 만물 평등의 사회에서 개개의 존재는 자신의 본분과 기능을 십분 발휘할 때, 그 존재가 의미를 가진다. 결론적으로 선비의 본분은 실학을 하는 것이다. 다시 말하면, 실학을 통해 상·공업이 발달하고 백성들의 삶이 향상될 때, 비로소 선비는 그 존재를 실현하게 된다. 이와 같은 이유로 기만적인 대의명분과 북벌을 비판하면서, 박지원은 북학을 주장한다. Pak Jiwon asserts the development of commerce and industry and the improvement of the people`s standard lives by introducing the advanced culture of the Quing. In the elite class which had a hostile feeling against the Qing, his assertion must be needed by a rational explanation. This study is to take a close look at the process of the formation of his Bukhak through the category of cognition, time and space. His skepticism on the elite class is a starting point of this new cognition. This doubt is a methodology of the objective cognition. He becomes to free himself of the traditional, China-oriented idea by his new outlook on the universe. Also, he overcomes the classicism by lighting the Old up again from the perspective of those days. This recognition of ``Now`` and ``Here`` is a momentum for discovering an individual that was buried in the doctrines of Chu Hsi. This new cognitional category becomes the foundation which rediscovers people and things considered as worthless under the doctrines of Chu Hsi. In the equal society of all things, each being will have its reason to be if it displays its duty and function. In conclusion, the duty of the Sunbi is to do Shilhak. In other words, when commerce and industry develop through Shilhak and the living standard of the people improve, the Sunbi can realize his true being. Owing to such reason, Pak Jiwon asserts Bukhak, criticizing the false relations of sovereign and subject and Bukbeol.

영어말하기 교육과정 현황 및 운영에 관한 실태연구

The purpose of this study is to report on the current status for the English speaking curriculum and instruction in the Korean middle schools through the nation-wide online survey conducted to students, parents, and teachers. This study attempts to provide an in-depth analysis of schools’ reponses to the 9 survey question items on the English speaking curriculum in schools and those of students(1,372), teachers(1,584) and parents(1,294) on the English speaking instruction for improving its effectiveness. The results showed that various types of English programs were designed and implemented in order to enhance students’ motivations for learning English as a foreign language such as after-school programs, differentiated classroom instruction, multimedia based language teaching, and so on. It was revealed that a majority of all three groups favorably responded to items that asked their satisfaction about the school’s English speaking instruction. A number of methodological and environmental improvements affecting English language learning were called for, which ranged from improving teachers’ English teaching methodology, reducing the class size, developing the multifarious materials such as workbooks, digital contents for students and teachers, and to using interesting school text books. Based on the results of the study, pedagogical implications for improving the English speaking programs in school classrooms are suggested.
