        겹치기 마찰교반접합 된 Al6061/HT590 합금의 기계적 특성 평가

        This study was carried out to evaluate mechanical properties of the jointed Al6061/HT590 alloys by friction stir welding (FSW). FSW was conducted under the conditions with tool rotating speed of 500 RPM and traveling speed of 300 mm/min., where Ar gas was introduced to prevent the materials from corrosion during the welding process. Electron back-scattering diffraction (EBSD) was used to characterize microstructures such as grain size, misorientation angle and crystal orientation. Evolution of intermetallic compounds in Al6061 during the process were examined in terms of morphology, size and aspect ratio at three distinct zones Al base material, heat affected zone and stir zone, where transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used. It was revealed that FSW gave rise to refinement of grains as well as growth of intermetallic compounds in Al6061. The morphological changes of intermetallic compounds exerted an influence on mechanical properties, resulting in occurrence of fracture in the part of the base material instead of the jointed parts (heat affected zone and stir zone). This study systematically evaluated the microstructural evolutions during the FSW for joining Al6061 with HT590 and their effect on mechanical properties.

        마찰접합 된 A6063 합금의 미세조직과 기계적 특성 평가

        This study was carried out to evaluate the developed microstructures and mechanical properties of friction welded A6063 alloy. For this work, specimens were prepared at a size of 12 mm ${\O}{\times}80mm$, and friction welding was carried out at a rotation speed of 2,000 RPM, friction pressure of $12kgf/cm^2$ and upset pressure of $25kgf/cm^2$. To perform an analysis of the grain boundary characteristic distributions, such as the grain size, orientation and misorientation angle distributions, the electron back-scattering diffraction method was used. In addition, in order to identify the dispersed intermetallic compounds of the base and welded materials, transmission electron microscopy was used. The experimental results found that the application of friction welding on A6063 led to significant grain refinement of the welded zone relative to that of the base material. Besides this, intermetallic compounds such as AlMnSi and $Al_2Cu$ were found to be dispersed with more refined size relative to that of the base material. This formation retains the mechanical properties of the welds, which results in the fracture aspect at the base material zone. Therefore, based on the developed microstructures and mechanical properties, the application of friction welding on A6063 could be used to obtain a sound weld zone.

        항암화학요법 유발 말초신경병증에 대한 한약의 치료 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타 분석

        Objective: This study was aimed to report the therapeutic effects of herbal medicine on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Methods: The prior studies were searched from the databases included PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, CNKi, CiNii, KISS, NDSL, KMBASE, and OASIS until September 2020. The main search keywords were chemotherapy, peripheral neuropathy, and herbal medicine, and only randomized controlled trials that analyzed the therapeutic efficacy of herbal medicine were included. The Cochrane's Risk of Bias was used for assessment of the risk of bias and the Review Manager 5.3 program was used for meta-analysis. Meta-analyses were grouped by the administration routes of herbal medicines (oral administration or topical use). Results: Nine studies with a total of 563 participants were included. Compared with usual care, the effective rate was higher in oral administrated herbal medicine (RR 1.67, 95% CI 1.25 to 2.23; p<0.001, I2=31%). In addition, topical herbal medicine showed an significantly higher effective rate than placebo (RR 2.20, 95% CI 1.52 to 3.18; p<0.001, I2=0%) and usual care (RR 2.24, 95% CI 1.74 to 2.89; p<0.001, I2=66%). There was no severe adverse effect in all participants. Conclusions: Herbal medicine appears to improve neuropathy caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients more than conventional therapy of CIPN. However, as there is heterogeneity between the included studies and a lack of blinding, further well-designed researches are more needed.

        전이 췌장암 환자의 Gemcitabine과 방암탕 가감방 및 건칠단 병용투여 치험 1례

        Objectives: This study was aimed to report a patient with metastatic pancreatic cancer treated with modified Bangam-tang and Gunchil-dan in conjunction with gemcitabine. There were better survival-related outcomes compared to gemcitabine alone. Methods: The patient with metastatic pancreatic cancer received gemcitabine as palliative chemotherapy since June 2016 concurrent with modified Bangam-tang and Gunchil-dan since October 2016 to October 2017. To evaluate the effect of treatment, tumor markers (carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)), Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1, and overall survival were checked. Adverse events were evaluated according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) version 5.0. Results: After 12 months with the combination treatment, levels of CA19-9 were decreased from 8747 to 265.7 ng/ml and CEA from 42.2 to 6.5 U/ml. Clinical partial response state was shown until May 2, 2017 and stable disease state was maintained from August 4, 2017. In March 2018, the patient got an operation including pancreatectomy and diagnosed with no evidence of disease state in September, 2018. In conclusion, it showed the overall survival of 29 months from June, 2016 to November, 2018. Serious adverse events were not identified. Conclusions: This study suggested that combined treatment with modified Bangam-tang and Gunchil-dan may show better outcome in patient with metastatic pancreatic cancer than gemcitabine alone.

        청소년이 지각한 사회적 자본이 유데모니아에 미치는 영향: 인권의식을 매개로

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of human rights consciousness on the relationship between social capital and eudaimonia perceived by adolescents. Methods: The participants of this study were 9,021 adolescents, with data taken from the 6<sup>th</sup> year(2018) panel survey. All variables were evaluated by self-report of adolescents. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results: First, social capital perceived by adolescents had a direct effect on eudaimonia. Second, social capital perceived by adolescents had an indirect effect on the eudaimonia through human rights consciousness. Conclusions: This study highlighted that human rights consciousness was identified as important mediator in the relationship between capital perceived by adolescents and eudaimonia. These results can be used as an important contribution to further research and educational practices for promoting the eudaimonia in adolescents.

        1990년대 중반 이후 일본의 도심회귀와 젠트리피케이션

        이 논문은 1990년대 중반 이후 일본 젠트리피케이션이 가져온 공간구조의 변화를 분석한 연구이다. 서구에서 젠트리피케이션은 주로 공간재편, 건조환경, 도시커뮤니티의 변화를 가져오면서, 학문적 평가 역시 개방도시론과 보복도시론으로 대립되었다. 반면, 일본의 도시화-교외화 현상은 고도성장기에 본격화되었고, 80년대 버블경제기에는 대도시권 도심의 지가상승이 재개발을 확대시켰다. 버블붕괴로 인한 지가 하락은 지난 20년간 도심 인구를 점차 회복시키면서, 맨션 주택의 증가, 대규모 상업시설 입지, 그리고 대학 캠퍼스 이전 등 복합적 결과를 낳았다. 전후 고도성장기 도심인구 증가는 취업자수 증가로 인해 발생했던 반면, 1990년대 중반 이후는 도심 내 직장 및 캠퍼스가 있는 정착층이 형성되어 차이를 보인다. 도쿄도 츄오구는 고층맨션의 확대와 지가상승이 현저한 추세를 보이는 대표적 지역이다. 향후 일본 대도시권 도심부 중상류층의 거주 증가는 공간적 양극화를 심화시킬 전망이다. This study is to examine the changes of spatial structure and Japanese gentrification since the mid-1990s. The gentrification in western context has brought the changes the spatial restructuring, built environment, and urban community mostly, and there are two different opinions on the gentification like the emancipatory city thesis and revanchist city thesis. The urbanization and suburbanization in Japan were expanded in high growth period, intensified because of the Land-value rising effect (giageya) in bubble period. However, the urban core areas have revived in population over the last twenty years After the Collapse of the Bubble Economy, it happened the increase of mansion housing, the siting of commercial facilities, the relocation of college campus etc. Meanwhile the population growth in urban core areas was the cause of employment growth in high growth period, the population revival in mid-1990s was promoted by residents for cutting the commute time and students for attending the campus. Especially, the Chuo-ward in Tokyo is the largest population in gentirification, it has happened that the high-rising mansions and land value increase. The upper-middle class has been increased in urban core areas of metropolitan areas, the spatial polarization will be deepened in Japan.

        인삼의 항산화 작용

        우리 몸의 많은 기관을 비롯하여 장기들은 반복적이거나 혹은 급성 스트레스를 이겨내지 못하고 만성 스트레스로 이어질 경우 질병이 생기게 된다. 특히 강하고 지속적인 스트레스에 노출되면 뇌의 해마 수지상 세포(hippocampal dendrites)가 위축되거나 크기가 작아진다. 이렇게 스트레스로 인하여 증가된 글루코 코티코이드 호르몬은 뉴런 흥분제인 glutamate를 유도하거나 에너지 대사를 변형시켜 신경 독작용을 일으킨다. 이러한 연속적인 반응은 TNF-α convertase(TACE)를 활성화시켜 TNF-α가 분비되도록 하여 전사 조절자인 NF-κB가 핵내로 전이되고 신경 손상을 일으키는 iNOS와 COX-2와 같은 효소를 유도한다. 이런 산화적 스트레스의 상위조절인자 TACE는 스트레스에 의한 여러 가지 염증성 질환 및 숙주방어에서 가장 중요한 조절자인 TNF-alpha 를 수용체로부터 “유리(shedding)” 시키는 역할을 한다. 따라서 이런 신호 전달계를 자극하는 TACE의 발현 양과 이로 인한 지속적인 처리과정이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다.63,64) 특히 여러 스트레스중에서 고정화 스트레스 및 신체적 구속 스트레스에 대한 연구는 뇌에서 산화물 생성을 증가시키지만30) 인삼이 뇌의 산화물질 생성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 체계적인 연구가 진행된 바 없다. 따라서 염증을 매개하는 TNF-alpha의 생산에 중요한 역할을 하는 TACE의 발현 조절 및 TNF-alpha 신호전달을 연구함으로써 인삼의 항산화 기전을 분자 수준에서 규명할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다. Clinical and animal studies have shown that free radical overload is an important cause for a variety of diseases. Although ginseng has been recognized as antioxidant, how it modulates anti-oxidative process at the molecular level remains unknown. Free radical production is induced by tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) under the stress condition, and TNF-α release is activated by TNF-α-converting enzyme (TACE). Since TACE inhibitor is also well known for antiinflammatory agent, ginseng seems to show anti-oxidative activity by repressing TACE pathway. Further studies on signal transduction would be warranted to elucidate molecular action mechanisms of ginseng on anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation.

        A Study on Establishment of Basic Safety and Essential Performance Criteria of Mobile Computed Tomography

        As the number of Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) patients increases in a global pandemic situation, the usefulness of mobile computed tomography (CT) is gaining attention. Currently, mobile CT follows the basic safety and essential performance evaluation criteria of whole-body or limited-view X-ray CT in order to obtain device approval and evaluation in the Republic of Korea. Unlike stationary CT, mobile CT is not operated in shielded areas but rather areas such as intensive care units, operating rooms, or isolation rooms. Therefore, it requires a different basic safety and essential performance evaluation standard than stationary CT. In this study, four derived basic safety evaluation criteria related to electrical, mechanical, and radiation safety were included (dose indication test, protection against stray radiation, safety measures against excessive X-rays, half-value layer measurement); and seven essential performance evaluation criteria were included (tube voltage accuracy, mAs accuracy, radiation dose reproducibility, CT number of water, noise, uniformity, and spatial resolution); total eleven basic safety and essential performance evaluation criteria were selected. This study aims to establish appropriate basic safety and essential performance evaluation criteria for simultaneously obtaining images with diagnostic value and reducing the exposure of nearby patients, medical staff, and radiologic technologists during the use of mobile CT.

      • GuidePath: 실세계 공간 좌표상에서의 증강현실 HUD 네비게이션 정밀 표시를 위한 통합 도로 공간정보 인터페이스

        HUD 는 운전 중 발생하는 변수에 적절히 대응할 수 있도록 보조한다. 구조적으로는 운전에 필요한 정보를 전방 유리에 투영시켜 보여주는 투명디스플레이이며, 이러한 특성을 극대화하여 현재는 센서 기술과 홀로그램 기술이 결합된 증강현실 컨텐츠 개발이 활발히 이뤄지고 있다. HUD 의 가장 주된 콘텐츠는 네비게이션이다. 조향/속도제어에 큰 폭의 변화가 필요한 지점에 대한 정보를 운전자가 미리 인지하여 준비할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이다. 증강현실에서는 실제 공간정보를 기반으로 현실 세계와 매칭되는 위치에 그래픽 오브젝트를 배치시키는 것이 핵심인데, 바로 이 공간정보를 배열형 데이터로 구성한 GuidePath 를 API 로 제공하는 것이 이번 논문의 주제이다. GuidePath 를 활용한 예시 UX 도 함께 제시하여 어떠한 형태의 증강현실 컨텐츠를 구현할 수 있는지 논의하고자 한다. GuidePath 는 증강현실 HUD 콘텐츠를 발굴/구현하는데 있어 제약이 되는 자동차 센서정보의 낮은 접근성을 극복한다는 의의를 갖는다. 어플리케이션 개발자가 자동차 센서에 대한 메타정보 및 전문성이 없더라도 주행중인 도로의 공간 정보를 손쉽게 활용하는 것을 가능케 하기 때문이다. 궁극적으로 증강현실 네비게이션 컨텐츠 영역에서 다양하고 창의적인 시도들이 등장할 수 있도록 이 API 가 기여하길 기대한다.

      • 1980년대 에도도쿄학과 도시정체성의 재구성

        이 논문은 1980년대 에도도쿄학이 도쿄의 도시정체성을 어떻게 재구성했는지를 역사적-사회적 관점에서 고찰한 연구이다. 에도도쿄학은 에도도쿄의 연속성의 관점에서 도시성과 일상성에 초점을 맞춘 새로운 도시사의 연구 경향이었다. 오기 신조는 ‘도케이 시대’라는 개념을 통해서 에도-도쿄의 생활사로서의 연속성을 주장했으며, 다양한 분야의 연구자들이 참여하는 ‘에도도쿄포럼’ 등을 이끌었다. 한편, 진나이 히데노부는 ‘물의 도시’로서 에도도쿄를 재발견하면서, 개발적 보존의 관점에서 수변공간의 도시재생을 주장했다. 또한, 에도도쿄학은 다양한 이벤트나 교양 강좌 등처럼 대중적 관심도 확대해 나갔다. 도쿄도의 문화정책뿐만 아니라, 문화시설들(예컨대, ‘에도도쿄박물관’)의 건설에도 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 에도도쿄학은 일본의 문화 내셔널리즘이나 도시재개발 프로젝트를 정당화하는 한계도 보였다. This study reviews the reconstruction of Edo-Tokyo Studies and city identity in 1980s from historical-social respective. The Edo-Tokyo Studies was the new trend in urban history studies, it focused on the urbanism and capital city Tokyo in Edo-Tokyo continuity standpoint. Shinzo Ogi highlighted the concept of Tokei era (Between Edo and Tokyo) and the continuity of Edo-Tokyo as a life history. And he leaded the interdisciplinary ‘Edo-Tokyo Forum’, who consisted of scholars in many different fields. Hidenobu Jinnai rediscovered the Edo-Tokyo’s placeness as water city, considering urban regeneration of waterfront area. The Edo-Tokyo Studies expanded the public concern about a variety of events and the open lectures. Furthermore, it has had a great deal of influence on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s cultural policy and the construction of cultural facilities, such as Edo-Tokyo Museum. However, the Edo-Tokyo Studies has the limits to justify the cultural nationalism and urban redevelopment projects.
