        Voltage Transformer is used to transform high voltage into low voltage to input signal of protection relay. Most of the Voltage Transformers use the iron core which maximizes the flux linkage. The ratio of the Voltage Transformer depends on the transformer turns ratio. The current which flows in the Voltage Transformer has non-linear characteristic caused by hysteresis of the iron core, it causes a voltage loss in the winding impedances which makes measurement errors. This paper describes an error compensation method considering hysteresis characteristic. The proposed compensation method improves error by calculating the primary current from the exciting current of the hysteresis loop in the Voltage Transformer, compensating the voltage loss.

        A voltage transformer (VT) is used to transform a high voltage into a low voltage as an input for a metering device or a protection relay. VTs use an iron core which maximizes the flux linkage. The primary current of the VT has non-fundamental components caused by the hysteresis characteristics of the iron core. It causes a voltage drop in the winding impedances resulting in the error of the VT. This paper describes a compensation algorithm for the VT. The proposed algorithm can compensate the secondary voltage of VT by calculating the primary current from the exciting current of the hysteresis loop in the voltage transformer. In this paper, the exciting branch was divided into a non-linear core loss resistor and a non-linear magnetizing inductor. The performance of the proposed algorithm was validated under various conditions using EMTP generated data. Test results show that the proposed compensation algorithm can improve the accuracy of the VT significantly.

        비타민류가 곰팡이의 유지생산에 미치는 영향

        Influence of vitamins on the felt and lipid production of Aspergilus nigher var. macrosporus, Aspergillus fumigatus and penicillium notatum were investigated after 10 days of incubation at 30℃ under static culture condition. The felt of molds were lower in the media containing vitamins than control medium. The lipids produced by each strains were highest yields in media containing vitamins. Among of these Aspergillus niger var. macrosporus and Aspergillus fumigatus produced. 4.6g and 5.28g in medium containing inositol 2.5mg/1 and 0.5mg/1, respectively; while Penicillium notatum produced 1.51g in a medium containing thiamine 10mg/1. The major fatty acid of lipids were palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid. Aspergillus niger var. macrosporus was lower palmitic acid in media containing vitamins than control medium, While linoleic acid was higher in media containing thiamine and inositol. Aspergillus fumigatus was lower oleic acid in media containing vitamins than control medium, While linoleic acid was higher in media containing vitamins. Peniillium notatum was lower palmitic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid in media containing vitamins but linoleic acid was higher. The composition of fatty acid of lipids changed depending on the media containing vitamins but hardly found a certain tendency except linoleic acid which was higher in a media containing thiamines and inositols. The degree of unsaturation of fatty acids in the lipids were comparatively higher in media containing vitamins than control medium.

      • 비지가 고지방 식이 흰쥐의 간장 지질성분에 미치는 영향

        비자가 간장중의 지질대사에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 Sprague-Dawley계 숫 흰쥐에게 lard와 cholesterol, 비지 및 비지에 함유된 섬유로 비율로 cellulose를 첨가한 식이를 5주간 실험 사육한 후 간장중의 지질성분 함량을 검토한 결과 간장중의 과산화지질 함량은 고지방 식이군(HF군)에 비해 비지를 급여한 군에서 유의적인 감소를 나타내었으며 cellulose 급여군에서는 차이가 없었다. 간장중 total lipid와 total cholesterol의 함량은 대조군에 비해 고지방 식이군이 증가하였으며, 고지방 식이군에 비해 비지를 급여한 실험군에서 급여수준이 증가됨에 따라 감소하였고 cellulose 급여군은 유의성이 없었다. 간장내 lipase 활성 및 triglyceride의 함량은 대조군 에 비해 고지방 식이군이 증가하였고 비지와 cellulose 를 급여한 군에서는 유의적인 변화가 없었다. 이러한 결과로 보아 비지가 고지혈증 개선작용을 하므로서 지질 대사성질환을 예방하여 줄 것으로 생각된다. This study has been undertaken to investigate the effect of supplementated soybean curd refuse(dry form) and cellulose to rat food on the lipid composition and the activities of AST, ALT in high fat rat of liver. Forty-eight males of Sprague-Dawley strains weighed about 100~110g were divided into 8 groups, with each group receving a different diet for 5-weeks;i.e. control diet, high fat diet, high fat diet plus 10% of soybean curd refuse, high fat diet plus 20% of soybean curd refuse, high fat diet plus 30% of soybean curd refuse, high fat diet plus 3.6% of cellulose, high fat diet plus 7.2% of cellulose and high fat diet plus 10.8% of cellulose. Total lipid, total cholesterol, triglyceride, lipase and lipid peroxide were also determine in liver. Contents of lipid peroxide in liver of soybean curd refuse added groups were significantly decreased as compared with high fat feed group. The contents of total lipid and total cholesterol in liver were significantly increased in high fat fed group, but as compared with high fat fed group, soybean curd refuse added groups were significantly decreased but cellulose containing groups were not significantly different. The lipase activity in liver and contents of triglyceride in liver of the high fat fed group were significantly increased as compared with the control group, but soybean curd refuse and cellulose containing groups were not significantly different compared as the high fat fed group. From the above experimental results it seems that soybean curd refuse would improve the liver function and prevent the metabolic disease by improving hyperlipemia.

      • 영양원을 달리한 동충하초(Paecilomyces japonica)자실체의 아미노산조성 비교

        동충하초(Paecilomyces japonica)의 균주를 potato dextrose agar(PDA), 누에번데기,계란, 난황, 난백, 그리고 PDA와 누에번데기의 혼합 비율을 달리한 영양원들에 접종하고 35일간 배양하여 수확한 각 자실체의 수분함량은 약 83~89%, 단백질량은 2.2~6.2% 정도이었다. 자실체에 함유되어 있는 주요아미노산은 aspartic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, phenylalanine 및 arginine 등이었으며, 일반적 버섯에 비하여 총아미노산함량과 이에 대한 lycine, arginine과 proline의 비율이 비교적 높았다. 자실체들의 아미노산중 제한아미노산은 methionine이며, 이의 화학가(chemical score)는 13~36이었다. 총아미노산량에 대한 각 아미노산군의 비율에서는, glycine, alanine, valine, leucine 및 isoleucine이 관련된 중성아미노산의 비율이 가장 많았으며, cysteine과 methionine이 포함된 함황아미노산의 비율이 가장 적었다. Paecilomyces japonica were cultivated on the various nutritional media. such as potato dextrose agar(PDA), silkworm, egg, egg yolk, egg white and the media composed of PDA and silkworm by different ratios. Freshly harvested fruiting bodies of the cultivated mushrooms. Paecilomyces japonica. were used for the study of amino acid profiles. The fruiting bodies contained about 83~89% moisture and 2.2~6 2% protein. Amino acids in the fruiting bodies were generally characterized by the predominant occurrence of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, phenylalanine and arginine. In coparison with some other common mushrooms, total amino acid content and the proportion of the lycine, arginine and proline to the total amino acids were relatively high. Methionine was the limiting amino acid in all the fruiting bodies, and the chemical scores ranged from 13 to 36. In the proportion of amino acid group to the total amino acids, monoamino-monocarboxylic amino acids were higher, and sulfur-containing amino acids were lower than any other groups in all fruiting bodies of paecilomyces japonica

      • Gliocladium virens G872로부터 항균물질의 분리 및 특성

        토양 근권의 길항성 미생물인 Gliocladium virens G872가 분비하는 항균물질은 R. solani, F. oxysporum에 대해 활성이 있는 viridin과 P. ultimum에 활성이 있는 gliovirin 등을 TLC, silicagel column chromtography 및 TLC plate direct bioassay방법에 의해 분리, 확인하였다. 그 외에도 새로운 unknown compound를 배양여액(Un 1)과 균체(Un 2, Un 3)로 부터 3종을 분리 하였으며, 균배양에 사용한 배지에 따라 항균물질의 생성 유무와 생성량의 차이가 있었다. PDB나 CDM에서는 virgin이 생성되며, CDM에서는 viridin 외에 또 다른 항균물질(Un 1)이 생성되었다. 그 반면 SS liquid medium에서는 항균물질이 생성되지 않았다. 배양여액으로부터 분리한 새로운 항균물질인 Un 1, M은 주요식물병원군인 P ultimum, R. solani, F. oxysporum의 전 균에 강력한 항균활성을 뛰었고, 균체에서 분리한 항균물질 Un 3, M은 P. ultimum과 R. solani에 항균력이 뛰어났다. UR 1과 Un 3의 항균작용은 병원균의 균사를 lysis시키는 항균 작용을 보였다. Un 1, M의 기기분석 결과, 분자량 390의 dioctyl phthalate (??)로 확실시된다. Gliocladium virens G872 was establish, survive and protiferate in rhizosphere, and induce plant growth. The plant growth promotion is accomplished by the control of minor pathogens. The impact of control of minor pathogens is currently being explored. G. virens G872 had been elucidated as antibiotisis by overproduction of antibiotics such as viridin, gliovirin, and gliotoxin together with yet unidentified 3 more antibiotics from culture suspension and cell mat. The antibiotics were isolated and identification by thin-layer choromatography, in situ bioassay, petriplate bioassay, and instrumental analysis. The UV absorption of Un 1, M showed at 214nm and shoulder appeared at 289 nm. IH-NMR spectra was showed at 0.7-2 ppm which indicate hydrocarbon chain and 2.1-2.5 ppm. GC/MS spectra was showed molecular ion peak at m/e 390. These instrumental analysis allow us cautiously predict the presence of diotyl phthalate. G. virens G872 was produced the antifungal proteins from the minimal culture containing cell mat of pathogens. Growth responses induced by G. virens G872 appear to be due to the control of pathogens or deleterious pathogens.

      • 암처리 엽수와 기간이 들깨의 생육 및 개화에 미치는 영향

        The lower leaves shading in upper leaves is unknown to be reduced significantly due to the early differentiation of flower-bud by dark treatment of leaves when growing perilla for harvesting the leaves in the greenhouse during the winter. This study analyzed the effect of dark treatment of leaves on the growth and regulation of flowering, which are closely related with differentiation of flower and amount of leaves. One leaf and 3 leaves per plant were dark treated for 0, 5, 10 days. Plant hight was reduced in 3 leaves treatment, but there was no difference in 1 leaf treatment. Stem diameter was reduced in both 1 leaf and 3 leaves treatments, which was more significant in 3 leaves treatment. Leaf area was reduced when 1 leaf was treated for 10 days, but there was no difference when 1 leaf was treated for 5 days. When 3 leaves were treated, leaf area was no difference between treatments. However, leaf area which 3 leaves were treated was reduced more significantly than that 1 leaf was treated. Seed weight was remarkably decreased when 1 leaf was treated for 10 days, and it was decreased when 3 leaves were treated for more than 5 days.

      • 톳(Hijikia fusiforme (Harvey) Okamura)이 고콜레스테롤 혈증 유발 흰쥐의 혈청 지방산대사에 미치는 영향

        천연자원 식용 해조류인 톳(Hijikia fusiforme (Harvey) Okamura)의 급여가 고콜레스테롤 혈증 흰쥐의 혈청 지방산 대사에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 Sprague Dawley계 숫 흰쥐에게 기본식이(Basal diet+Water)만을 섭취시킨 군을 대조군(1군)으로 하고, 콜레스테롤(0.75%) 및 sodium cholate(0.25%)를 첨가 조제한 고지방 식이군(2군, Basal diet+High fat diet+Water)과 고콜레스테롤 혈증을 유발시킨 후, 톳 녹즙액을 급여(3군, Basal diet+High fat diet+Hijikia fusiforme juice extract)하여 4주간 실험 사육한 결과, 고지방 식이 실험군에 비해 고콜레스테롤 혈증 유발 실험군에 톳 녹즙액을 급여한 실험군 PUFA 함유비율, arachidonic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid 및 EPA/AA 비 등이 약간 높은 함유 비율로 검출된 것으로 미루어 보아, 톳 녹즙액의 급여가 흰쥐 혈청 지방산 대사에 다소나마 바람직한 효과가 있을 것으로 추정된다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of the feeding Hijikia fusiforme(Harvey) Okamura juice extract on the fatty acid metabolism of serum in the dietary hypercholesterolemic rats(S.D. strain, ♂) fed the experimental diets for 4 weeks. After male Sprague-Dawley rats were induced hypercholesterolemia by feeding the diet containing cholesterol 0.75% and sodium cholate 0.25%, then they were fed with the diet containing basal diet and water for control. Analysis of the fatty acid compositions of the serum lipid showed following results. Contents of polyunsaturated fatty acid, arachidonic acid(AA), eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosapentaenoic acid, ratio of EPA/AA were rather higher percentage in the group 3 (Basal diet+High fat diet+Hijikia fusiforme juice extract) than those in the group 2(Basal diet+High fat diet+Water). From the above research, the Hijikia fusiforme(Harvey) Okamura juice extracts were effective on the improvement of the fatty acid metabolism in serum.
