1. Foundation Seongdeokdo(聖德道) was founded in 1952 by Mr. Kim Ok-Jae (religious name: Weolgeun 月根) and Mrs. Do Hak-Su (religious name: Beobhae 法海). The title of Mr. Kim in Seongdeokdo is Doju(道主), and Mrs. Do is Beobju(法主). `The principle of Heavenly Way`(天道之法) refers to `the three fundamental principles and the five moral disciplines in human relations` (三網五倫) and to the virtues of `benevolence, righteousness, propriety and wisdom`(仁義禮智). Human nature, which is fundamentally good, can overcome evil disposition with self-reflection and finally can find Bul(佛) in the self. Seongdeokdo is the great way purporting to save mankind by teaching these principles. 2. Founders 1) Doju (Co-founder) Mr. Kim Ok-Jae, entitled Doju, was born on Oct. 3, 1909 in lunar calender at Jujung-ri, Daedong-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. He is the eldest child among four sons and two daughters from Mr. Kim Heu-Heon and Mrs. Kweon. He grew up in a religious family and studied Chinese classics. He was eager to seek after truth, and started to cultivate mind and spirit after he met Mr. Kim Jae-Seong (pen name: Bongnam) from Jeju Island while suffering from a serious illness. While he was devoting himself to the cultivation of mind and practice and preaching to people throughout the country, he happened to meet Do Hak-Su in the city of Daegu. They co-founded Seongdeokdo based on `the way of mutual harmonization of yin and yang`(陰陽相生之道) for the salvation of mankind. The Doju, having produced many disciples, passed away at the age of 53 on March 4, 1960 in lunar calender and was buried in his hometown Gimhae. 2) Beobju (Co-founder) Mrs. Do Hak-Su, entitled Beobju, was born on November 26th, 1904 in lunar calender at Yesan-dong, Seongju-eup, Seongju-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. She was the eldest child from Mr. Do Mun-Hwan and Mrs. Lee. She pursued learning under the care of stern but benevolent parents. She was married to a distinguished family from a Lee clan. But soon after the marriage her husband suffered from serious illness. While she was doing her best to cure her husband illness, she happened to meet Weolgeun and began to devote herself to cultivating her mind and sprit. Finally, she co-founded Seongdeokdo in accordance with `the Great and General Way of Heaven and Earth`(天地大公道). The Beobju, having produced many disciples, passed away at the age of 80 on the 20th of December, 1983 in lunar calender. 3. The Background of Foundation 1) Internal troubles and foreign powers overran Korea in modern times. After Japanese occupation, and even before the public order of the new nation was firmly settled, Korean War broke out in 1950 and drove many Koreans into poverty, diseases and fear. Disbelief, selfishness and intemperate introduction of foreign culture and institutions brought about the confusion of values. In general, social disorder and moral hazard were widespread throughout the country. 2) To restore public order and the innate goodness of human nature, and thereby to save the lives of people, the two co-founders single-mindedly practised asceticism without sleep nor rest, contemplating on human pains and living on only a bowl of cold water even in the hottest season. They preached that the principle of the great universe can be discovered in human nature, and that the restoration of the purity of mind may eventually lead to the moralization of the people all over the world 3) As they could not afford even simple commodities, they preserved records on the margins of newspaper or scrap pieces of paper and salvaged discarded clothes of the deceased. To enlighten the sick and poverty-stricken people, they preached that moral truth is the natural law and religious truth is to enhance conscience for virtuous mind. 가스통 바슐라르의 질료적 상상력을 통한 포도주 이미지의 다층성 연구

Cette étude porte sur le vin au travers des différentes études d’images de Gaston Bachelard. Bachelard a dévéloppé sa théorie de l’image en se référant à la vigne et au vin comme exemples spécifiques de l’imagination de la matière. Dans le domaine littéraire, le dynamisme de l’imagerie bachelardienne s’est affaibli, et la science du vin moderne manque d’une approche humaniste de ses valeurs intrinsèques. C’est pourquoi une étude plus poussée de la vigne et du vin à travers Bachelard et son développement ultérieur profiteront simultanément au monde littéraire et à la science du vin. À travers cette démarche, si la théorie de Bachelard débouche sur l’étude pratique du vin et si cette dernière mène à des recherches sur le passé de la culture de la vigne, mettant ainsi en évidence son essence spirituelle, cela pourra mener à des échanges actifs entre les deux disciplines. Pour ce faire, nous interprétons et développons la théorie de l’image des différentes parties de la vigne et du vin, avec une attention particulière portée à l’imagination matérielle des ouvrages de Bachelard sur la terre, le feu, l’eau et l’air. Ensuite, nous engageons des recherches plus multidimensionnelles sur la couleur, le goût, la forme et la beauté du vin. Enfin, nous pouvons accéder aux aspects les plus essentiels des vins du passé, qui nous ont permis d’apporter plus de valeur aux vins modernes, en particulier à travers l’agriculture biodynamique et les vins naturels. Et nous souhaitons finalement utiliser cette étude pour prédire les évolutions futures du vin. 본 연구는 가스통 바슐라르의 이미지 연구 중 포도주에 관한 것들에 주목하였다. 바슐라르는 질료적 상상력의 구체적인 예로 포도나무와 포도주에 주목하여 그의 이미지론을 전개했으나 그것은 오래전의 일이었다. 바슐라르의 포도나무와 포도주에 관한 연구를 떼어내 깊이 있는 연구를 진행하고 다음 단계로 발전시키는 일은 문학 세계와 실용적인 현대 와인학 모두에게 도움을 줄 것이라고 생각하였다. 왜냐하면, 문학 세계에서 바슐라르의 이미지론은 여전히 다양한 분야에서 인용되고 있지만 활발함이 둔화되었고, 현대의 와인학은 과학과 유통의 발전에 따라 실용적 학문 중심으로 급성장해 왔는데 그 본질적 가치에 대한 인문학적 연구가 부족하기 때문이다. 본 연구를 통해 바슐라르의 이론은 포도주에 관련한 실용 학문으로 나아갈 길을 찾게 되고 포도주에 관련한 실용 학문은 정신적 본질을 찾아내는 과거로의 연구를 진행한다면, 중간 지점에서 두 분야가 활발한 교류를 시작하게 될 것이라고 생각하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 ‘흙’, ‘불’, ‘물’, ‘공기’에 관련한 질료적 상상력에 주목하여 포도나무와 포도주의 이미지론을 발전시켰으며 그것을 토대로 포도주의 색과 맛, 형태, 미감에 관해 다층적인 연구를 진행하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 과거의 포도주에 대한 좀 더 본질적인 면을 찾아낼 수 있었으며, 그것들은 현대의 포도주, 특히 최근의 유행인 바이오 다이나믹 농법 그리고 내추럴 와인에 좀 더 많은 가치를 부여할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 본 연구를 통해 과거의 농법이 최근에 급부상한 이유를 ‘심층생태학’과 관련지어 살펴보고 포도주의 미래의 경향을 예측하고자 한다.

사이클타임의 손실 없이 공정 추적성 확보를 위한 마킹시스템 개발 - 솔라셀 에치 아이솔레이션 공정 중심으로

Solar-cell Wafer 제조 공정에서는 각 공정 별로 품질 특성과 운전 조건을 측정하고 있다. 하지만 개별 이력추적이 되고 있지 않아 Input 정규성에 대한 부문이나, 선공정과 후공정 사이의 인과성, 공정 흐름에 따른 영향 파악이 힘든 실정이다. 공정 분석과 개선을 위해서는 특성치의 측정뿐만 아니라 공정 추적성의 확보가 필요하다. 99% 이상의 양품율을 유지하고 있는 공정이라도 인과성 확립 체계가 구축되어 있지 않다면 통계 분석 등을 이용한 공정 관리나 개선이 불가능하다. Marking System 구축으로 공정 추적성이 확보된다면 인과 분석 등 통계 분석을 활용한 공정 관리 및 개선으로 등급의 상향과 고효율, 고출력 제품 양산이 가능하며 보다 더 진보된 공정 관리 능력을 가질 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Edge Isolation 공정을 중심으로 Laser Marking Machine를 이용하여 사이클타임의 손실 없이 각 Wafer의 소재입고부터 각 공정에 있어 이력추적이 가능하고, 샘플 기법과 Laser의 특성을 잘 활용할 수 있는 경제적이고 효율적인 Wafer Marking System을 개발하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다.

Until now, because a new product (or facility) launched in market has been retired from one year of age, we can have had ASL by stub-curve method by Iowa curve. Recently, many innovative products with important role in market like display and solar-cell etc. are more durable and, what are better, they have the constant variance in ASL because of their good quality. Of course, there are some ones like smart mobile phone with relatively big dispersion in ASL. Estimating ASL of products like display and solar-cell etc., the new approach is needed. In this paper a new method applied traditional Iowa curve with accelerated reliability test (indoor/outdoor) etc. is proposed.
