        The Diagnosis and the Activation Plans on Reading of Family and Local Library

        The purpose of this paper is to propose the actual condition of family and local library on reading and to propose the activation plans of reading in Korea. The survey was contucted on student, parents, and teachers. The survey included students and parents' reading hours, family reading obstacles, family reading activation requirements, local library usage frequency and purpose of use and disability requirements, and local community reading activation requirements. As a result of the study, students answered 0.76 hours per week and parents 1.42 hours per week, and students were short of books to read, and parents were short of time to read books. For the obstacles to home reading education, parents cited a lack of time for their children, lack of expertise in reading guidance, and lack of time for parents. In order to revitalize home reading, students were most hoping to secure the books they wanted to read, and parents said they should secure time to read. On the other hand, due to the status of community-linked reading, it was investigated that students visit local libraries about 2.26 times a week. As for the obstacles to the use of local libraries, students, teachers, and parents all cited the inconvenience of transportation as a priority. On the other hand, students visited to the local library is to approximately 2.26 times a week. As barriers to use the local library, students, teachers, and parents commonly cited as traffic inconvenience. Wishes to use the local library to enable ease of transport also cited as a priority. As a way to activating home reading, it was requested in the order of securing time to read books, securing books you want to read, and reading activities with your family. As a way to activating the use of local libraries, convenient transportation systems for library use, book equipment suitable for interest and interest, and recommendations of good book appeared in order. Based on these results, this paper suggested the strategies to activate reading.

        학교생활기록부 국제 비교 및한국교육에 주는 시사점

        The purpose of this study is to compare Korean school report with school report of advanced nations and induce improvement on record method and manage method of school report. The comparison nations are Korea, England, Japan, France, Australia, Germany, The comparison contents are record method of subject and activity except subject, reading activity record, management of school report and connection of school levels. This study suggests 10 implications to Korean school report. First, the implication of learning, record and management on life information area are ① to enforce of student guide purpose ② to provide diverse types of record achievement ③ to coordinate enormous items ④ to change reading to subject area. Second, the implication of subject development area are ⑤ to diversify record type in elementary school report description ⑥ to diversify record type in high school report. Third the implication of record item and method area are ⑦ to simplify necessary items, ⑧ to short record contents. Forth, the implication of educational utility area are ⑨ to promote parent’s information use system ⑩ to provide parent adapt service ⑪ to enforce the connection among school level and provide school report to upper school. Suggestions on midterm and long term plan are added to record method of school report how to measure student’s competency and to record competency on school report. 이 연구는 우리나라의 학교생활기록부를 선진국의 학교생활기록부와 비교하여 한국 학생들의 학교생활기록부를 개선하기 위한 시사점을 얻는 데 그 목적이 있다. 비교 대상 국가는 한국, 영국, 일본, 프랑스, 호주, 독일 등이다. 비교 대상은 학교생활기록부 기록 방식과 관리 방식에 대한 것이다. 국제비교 결과 다음과 같은 한국의 학교생활기록부에 주는 10가지 시사점을 제안한다. 첫째, 학습 및 생활정보 기록과 관리유형에서 ① 학생지도 목적 강화 ② 성적기록에 대한 다양한 방식 제공 ③ 과도한 양 조정 ④ 독서는 교과영역으로 흡수 둘째, 교과발달상황 면에서는 ⑤ 초등학교 기술식만으로는 정보미흡으로 기록방식 다양화 ⑥ 고등학교 다양한 기록방식 제공 등 셋째, 기재 항목 및 기재 방법 면에서 ⑦ 필수 항목 간소화, ⑧ 기재 내용 간략화 등 넷째, 교육적 활용 면에서 ⑨ 학부모 상시정보활용시스템 활용성 증대 ⑩ 학부모 맞춤형 서비스 제공 ⑪ 학교급별 연계성 강화하고 진급시 연계 제공 등이 필요함을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 우리나라 중장기적으로 우리나라 학생들의 교과 역량 측정 방법과 학교생활기록부 교과란 기록 방안이 필요함을 제안하였다.

        Rethinking the Oral History Method: Crisis of Representation

        Drawing from contemporary feminist and postcolonial writings, this paper endeavours to provide a critique of some underlying assumptions of the oral history method. As it is encapsulated in current accounting literatures, the very methodology of the oral history method re-enforces the hegemonic Western ideologies about race/ethnicity, gender and class, perpetuated through the connection between the cultural identity of the speaker and the notion of authenticity as a ground for academic authority. If other histories ought to be heard, this bias and view point needs to be challenged, not in a threatening way but in an enlightening way, so that the “Other” voices can tell their stories in a truly “liberated” way.

        가족질서 밖 소수자의 애도의 정치 : 퀴어의 삶과 죽음을 둘러싼 관계성을 중심으로

        The purpose of this paper is to critically assess the concept of a “natural funeral,” “natural mourning,” and “natural relationships and ties” that are sanctioned and recognized by social institutions. It aims to draw attention to the social exclusion and discrimination that operate on queer individuals throughout the entire mourning process, including customs around death and funerals. The analysis examines the deprivation of the opportunity for individuals in real-life intimate relationships to collectively engage in mourning a death and providing mutual support at times of life and death. The paper investigates mourning as a domain of queer family politics that collide with the traditional family system. The participants in this study have practiced ‘survival care’, ‘supportive care’, and ‘community care’ outside the closed heterosexual patriarchy. This demonstrates how significant intimate bonds and ties are when it comes to how politics of mourning operates during the last stages of life. Individuals who self-identify as queer, including transgender, transsexual, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and other identities, were interviewed for this paper. The participants were selected based on their experience of enduring the loss of a significant person, such as a partner, friend, or colleague.

        조선 세종의 인사 실제 -복장(福將) 이순몽(李順蒙)을 중심으로-

        본 논문은 조선 세종대 남·북방 외적의 정벌 과정에서 활약하여 ‘행운의 장수’라 불린 이순몽을 통해 세종의 인사 실제를 살피고자 한 것이다. 이순몽은 공신 적장으로 무과에 급제해 1419년(세종 1) 6월 대마도 왜인 정벌과 1433년(세종 15) 3월 파저강 야인 토벌에 참전해 성과를 거두었다. 반면 재직하는 내내 황음·수뢰·폭력 등 혐의로 언론의 탄핵에 직면해 파면되고 복직하기를 되풀이했다. 세종은 무엇보다 그의 실전 경험을 높이 평가했다. 희소성 있는 그의 참전 경험이 조선의 국방 대책에 구체성을 부여할 수 있으리라 생각했다. 이것이 인간으로서 또 관료로서 결격 사유가 많지만, 세종이 끝내 그를 다시 기용했던 인사 원칙이었다. 이를 관철함으로써 세종은 국방 대책의 유용성을 담보할 수 있었다. This thesis is intended to examine King Sejong's personnel affairs through Yi Soon-mong,(이순몽) who was called a 'lucky general' for his active role in the process of conquering foreign enemies from the north and south during King Sejong's reign. Yi Soon-mong passed the civil service exam as a meritorious subject and participated in the conquest of wako in Daemado in June 1419 (King Sejong 1) and the subjugation of barbarians in the Pajeo River in March 1433 (King Sejong 15), and achieved results. On the other hand, throughout his tenure, he repeatedly sought to be removed from office and reinstated in the face of impeachment by the media for shameful charges such as sexual indulgence, bribery, and violence. Above all, King Sejong highly valued his practical experience. I thought that his experience of participating in the war, which is rare, could give concreteness to Joseon's defense measures. Although there are many reasons for disqualification as a human being and as a bureaucrat, this was the personnel principle that King Sejong eventually reappointed him to.
