스크램제트 엔진에 대한 주요 성능설계기법에 대한 연구를 통해 효율적인 해석모델을 제시하였다. 초음속 흡입구의 설계에 있어 최대 전압력회복률을 얻기 위한 Oswatisch의 설계기준을 적용하여 흡입구의 압축각도를 설계하였다. 초음속 연소기의 해석을 위해 준 1차원 해석모델을 제시하였으며, 이에 화학평형 모델 및 유한화학반응 모델의 두 연소모델을 적용함으로서 그 결과를 비교분석하였다. 또한 Starkey의 Waverider에 대한 1차원 해석결과와 비교를 통해 연소모델의 결과를 검증하였다. 가상의 설계조건에 대한 엔진의 성능해석을 수행함으로서 모델의 적용가능성을 확인하였다. An efficient performance model for scramjet engines has been proposed for scramjet performance design. In supersonic air intake design, the compression angles of the wedge were determined to maximize the total pressure recovery of the intake based on Oswatisch criterion. Both combustion models of chemical equilibrium and finite-rate chemistry model are implemented, and compared each model with the results by Starkey for Waverider engine configuration. Finally, the performance model of concern has been confirmed by conducting performance analysis with hypothetical mission profile and design conditions.
건식혐기소화 가스중의 악취제거를 위한 황화합물 제거균주 분리 및 탈취효과 연구

분리된 황 화합물 분해 균주는 16S rRNA Sequence Analysis 결과 Rhodanobacter sp.으로, 기존에 잘 알려져 있던 것과는 다른 종류의 균주였다. 균주 성장의 최적조건은 pH는 7-9, 황 기질(thiosulfate) 농도는 30mM, 최적 온도는 30℃, 최적 탄소원은 Yeast extract이고, 탄소원의 적정 농도는 2%였다. 분리된 균주의 혼합유기폐기물의 소화가스에 대한 직접적 탈취효과를 측정한 결과, 분리균주를 적용한 실험에서는 암모니아(NH<sub>3</sub>)와 황화합물(H<sub>2</sub>S, CH<sub>3</sub>SH) 모두 99%이상의 높은 제거율을 나타내었으나, 대조구인 균주 미적용 실험에서는 5% 이하의 낮은 수치를 나타내어, 분리균주의 효과가 매우 높았다. 향후 균주의 대량 배양과 탈취장치의 규모확대를 통한 차기 연구가 요구된다. The desulurizing microorganism seperated from soil was Rhodanobacter sp. by 16S rRNA sequence analysis. The optimum conditions of culture were 7~9 of pH, 30℃ of temp., yeast extract of best carbon source, 30mM of thiosulfate(S<sup>2-</sup>) concentration. In dry anaerobic digestion of mixed organic waste(foodwaste: livestock manure: activated sludge:woodchip=30:20:30:20), H<sub>2</sub>S, CH<sub>3</sub>SH and NH<sub>3</sub> of its produced gas components were deodorized above 99% by Rhodanobacter sp. for sulfer compounds and Chromatium sp. for nitrogen compounds, but deodorized below 5% in not inoculation.

이중램제트(이중연소 및 이중모드) 추진기관의 작동특성 및 주요 설계인자를 파악하기 위하여 램제트/스크램제트 추진기관에 대한 공기 및 열역학적 관점에서 이론적인 분석을 수행하였다. 엔진의 효율계수를 적용한 열역학 사이클 해석을 수행하여 각 추진기관의 성능특성을 파악하고, 흡입구 성능 특성, 연소기 입구 마하수, 연소기 형상 및 당량비(연료분사량)에 따른 성능민감도를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 이중램제트 추진기관의 성능설계방향을 제안한다. In order to investigate the operating conditions and major design parameters of a dual ramjet propulsion system, an theoretical analysis of ramjet and scramjet propulsion systems was performed. The performance characteristics of each engine are delivered by thermo-dynamical cycle analysis, considering loss effects in a real engine. The performance sensitivity analysis is conducted by investigating various performance parameters, such as an intake efficiency, combustor inlet Mach number, configuration of the combustor, fuel flow rate, and exhaust nozzle efficiency. Based on these analysis results, the processes of application to dual ramjet cycle engines are specified.

초음속에서 극초음속 영역까지 작동 가능한 이중램제트(이중연소/이중모드) 추진기관의 성능특성을 파악하고 설계인자를 도출하기 위하여 램제트/스크램제트 추진기관의 작동원리에 대한 물리적인 이해를 바탕으로 공기 및 열역학적 관점에서 각 추진기관의 성능특성에 대한 이론적인 연구를 수행하였다. 사이클 해석을 기반으로 하여 각 추진기관의 연소기 입구 마하수와 연소기 형상에 따른 성능특성 및 작동영역의 한계를 연구하였다. 이를 바탕으로 이중램제트의 작동천이 마하수를 파악하고 효율적인 작동영역분배특성을 살펴보았다. An analytical study based on physical understandings and aero-thermodynamic theories was conducted to observe the performance characteristics and to derive the essential design parameters of dual ramjet(dual-combustion/dual-mode) propulsion for wide Mach number. The performances and operating limitations of the engines with two types combustors, such as constant pressure- and constant area- combustor, over various flight Mach numbers was investigated. Finally, the transition Mach number from ramjet to scramjet was carried out to optimize performance load balancing of ramjet and scramjet.
중년 여성의 외모관심 정도가 외모관리 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인

Purpose. This study is conducted in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area using middle-aged women over the age of 35 to target the appearance management behaviors appearance. Methods. The survey period is from July 1 to 30, 2013. 300 people were surveyed. The final 250 surveyed were calculated using statistical program SPSS 18.0 using the frequency analysis, factor analysis, Pearson`s correlation analysis and multiple regression. Results. Characteristics of respondents (31.6%) 45-49 years of age, educational level than the 61.2 percent college graduates, housewives32.8%, the average monthly household income less than three million to five million won (36.4%), married 84%, respectively. The number of children (53.6%), religion is Buddhism 40%, and appearance management costs less than 200,000 won 50.8% was the most common. Conclusion. Management factors affecting body shape management factors have significant implications and showed skin care management factors affecting the cost of managing appearance, shape factors appeared to have no significant meaning, fashion style factors affects management education, number of children, occupation, administrative costs, side management factors and external management factors showed a significant meaning. Factors affecting cosmetic surgery in the management of the professional, administrative costs, side management factors and external factors from management was found to have a significant meaning, management factors affecting age, number of children, income, and external management factors showed a significant effect. Therefore, in this study of middle-aged women, most of them care about looks, with sub-factor such as side management factors and external management factors, including factors that perceived themselves and others closely related to the appearance management behavior was confirmed. Overall, Appearance Management Behavior can be interpreted as the main factor.

Purpose : Growth retardation is one of the serious problems in children with nephropathy requiring long-term steroid therapy. We observed the efficacy and safety of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) on the growth in children with long-term steroid therapy. Methods : We studied 60 children(male 47, female 13) with nephropathy who received rhGH(1 U/kg/week) for more than 0.5 years($1.39{\pm}1.12$). Their mean age was 11.0 years($11.17{\pm}2.62$). They received steroid therapy from January 1987 through July 2005, and the mean duration of steroid therapy was $4.32{\pm}2.97$ years. Among the patients, there were 32 nephrotic syndrome, 9 IgA nephropathy, 4 mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, 4 focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, 2 Henoch $Sch\ddot{o}nlein$ nephritis, 2 Alport syndrome and 7 other cases. Data were gathered on the growth parameters, such as growth velocity, height standard deviation score(SDS), IGF-1, IGFBP-3, bone mass density(BMD) and general chemistry changes. Results : Height velocity increased significantly with rhGH therapy from $3.29{\pm}1.95$ to $8.66{\pm}3.75$(cm/yr) and height SDS decreased from $-0.72{\pm}0.93$ to $-1.04{\pm}0.86$ at one year after steroid therapy but increased to $-0.55{\pm}0.96$ at one year after rhGH administration(P<0.05). BMD improved from $0.71{\pm}0.14$ to $0.79{\pm}0.15g/cm^2$(P<0.05). IGF-1 increased from $445.09{\pm}138.01$ to $506.62{\pm}181.31ng/mL$(P<0.05). IGFBP-3 decreased from $4073.75{\pm}700.78$ to $3933.61{\pm}789.25ug/L$ numerically, but there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.533). Conclusion : The administration of rhGH in the short stature patients who received long-term steroid therapy showed improvement in growth parameters such as SDS, growth velocity, and BMD without significant side-effects or changes in the biochemical parameters.

Purpose : To analyse the results of the renal biopsies and the clinical diagnoses of patients who had undergone percutaneous kidney biopsies in the department of pediatrics at Kyunghee University Hospital for 22 years from 1984 to 2005. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 1559 patients and analyzed the chief complaints that led to a renal biopsy, age, sex, histopathologic findings and diagnosis. Routine kidney biopsies were performed by automated gun biopsy guided by real time ultrasonography. The diagnoses were made based on the specimen's light microscopy, immunofluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy findings and clinical symptoms and signs. Results : The mean age of the patients was 10 years with the male to female ratio being 1.3:1. The chief complaints that led to a renal biopsy included hematuria only(753 cases, 48.3%), proteinuria only(125 cases, 8.0%) and hematuria combined with proteinuria(537 cases, 34.4%). The most frequent histopathological finding was primary glomerular disease(75.4%) which included IgA nephropathy(30.1%) and mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(27.6 %). Systemic disease comprised 11.4% which included Henoch-$Sch\ddot{o}nlein$ nephritis(10.5%) and lupus nephritis(0.8%). Alport syndrome was found in 1.1% of cases which was attributed to hereditary causes. 628 children(40.3%) visited the clinic due to abnormal school urine screening abnormalities and among these, 237 children had mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and 234 children who had IgA nephropathy were managed thereafter. Conclusion : IgA nephropathy and mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis were the two major forms of primary glomerulonephritis found in Korean children who had kidney biopsies from 1984 to 2005.

In this work, a design method that minimizes PCB warpage is proposed. This work suggests that narrow dummy patterns are placed on the discetized location along the periphery of the PCB to control the warpage. The warpage is numerically simulated base on direct modeling of PCB patterns. The optimal pattern that minimizes warpage is determined using the human-based genetic algorithm.
