        노인의 활동성 여가참여가 사회적 역할상실감 및 삶의 질적 가치인식에 미치는 영향

        This study was to verify the effectiveness of physical leisure activities, to overcome social role loss which the elderly undergo in the process of desocialization and to reconsider the recognition of life`s quality. The elderly, man and women over aged 60 who live in Busan metropolitan city in April, 2009 years, were taken as a population, and were sampled 568 substitutes by questionnaire. The results analyzing data were as follows. The physical leisure activities in the elderly had positive effects on the overcome of loss as the role of citizen and friend among social roles. The recognition of life`s quality had a positive effects on the sub-factors like emotional and physical status, function, interpersonal relation in elderly. In the matter of difference in the period of participation of leisure activities, the both roles loss of citizen and friend among social roles loss were highest in the group of under 2years, were lowest in the group of 5-8years. In the matter of recognition of life`s quality, emotional status was the lowest in the group of under 2years while was the highest in the group of between 5-8 years. Physical status and function were the highest in the group of under 2years while were the highest in the group of over 8 years. As the conclusion, the programs for physical leisure activities will be one of very effective methods to solve the aged problem, faced in Korea, by coping social role loss and resocialization through recognition of life`s quality.

        서비스 직종 종사자의 스포츠 활동 참가에 따른 직장만족도에 관한 연구

        This study is, in the process of changing from manufacturing to service ?oriented job, to make favorable environment for improving the degree of job satisfaction of service employees whose work for customer face-to face, through participation in sports activities. To conduct this study, 402 regular employees were selected who were working in family restaurants and hotels which are located in Busan metropolitan city, in April, 2009. The data was analyzed by using SPSS for Win V14.0 after conducting questionnaire from a self-administration method. Through above study procedure, the following conclusions came out; First, the group that takes part in sport activities is shown higher in the matter of role satisfaction and interpersonal relation satisfaction than the group of non-participation activity. Economic satisfaction in the degree of Job satisfaction with participating sport item is the highest in the group of participating in nature sports, while the group of participating swimming and fitness is shown the lowest. Future satisfaction and role satisfaction is the highest in the group of participating swimming and fitness while future satisfaction is the lowest in the group of participating ball sports and role satisfaction is the lowest in the group of participating nature sports. Second, in the matter of interaction between sports activity item and work related trait variables over work satisfaction, there is significant relation between participation item and the work in charge, there is significant difference between item and work. Job satisfaction by the interaction between item and career is shown significant relation, there is significant difference in item, not career. Job satisfaction with item and income is shown significant difference in all the factors of interaction, item, and income.

        전문직 여성의 스포츠 활동 참여가 직무스트레스 및 직업만족도에 미치는 영향

        The Even though increasing the number of professional women, the study related with their stress and job satisfaction is in the poor condition. After analyzing their stress and satisfaction on job, it tries to understand that the participation of sports activity has how much an effect on the reduction of job stress and the reconsideration of job satisfaction. This study is to provide fundamental data for professional women to develop sports for all program. The survey was conducted 327 professional women working in medical, educational, and judical careers, living in Busan metropolitan city, in February, 2009 The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 14.0 program, the conclusions are as following; In the comparison with marital status, it is shown high stress in single women and high satisfaction in married women. In the comparison with the kind of work, job stress to interpersonal relations is shown high educational, medical, judical works in order, job satisfaction is shown very stability judical, educational, medical work in order, job control is shown very high educational, judical, medical work in order. In the comparison with career`s period, job stress by interpersonal relations is the highest in the group of 11~15years while is the lowest in the group of over 16years. The group of 11~15 years is shown the highest job satisfaction among sub-factors. In the comparison with duration of sport participation, the group of non-participation sports activity is the highest in all the sub-factors, job stress of interpersonal relations is shown in the group of less 1year, organizing culture is shown the lowest in the group of over 3years. Job satisfaction related with self, social, and control satisfaction is shown the highest in the group of 2~3years duration, the lowest in the non-participating group.

        프로야구선수의 직업만족도에 관한 연구

        This study is to understand the degree of satisfaction in the professional baseball players in Korea, and is aim to provide it as fundamental data which are to consider efficiency of human resource management in professional football player from now on. To accomplish this goal, the subjects are 176 players who belong to professional baseball group at the present, and conducted questionnaire survey by Self-administration method. The selected data which using SPSS for Win V10.0 conducted frequency, factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, and, F-test. Through processes above mentioned, following conclusions came out. Firstly, considering the matter of the degree of satisfaction according to annual salary, the group of which less 80 million won shows that value factor is high, the group of which less 120 million won shows that the factor of one`s position, role, work, and confirmation are high. Secondly, the matter of the degree of satisfaction according to position is shown that a pitcher is high in work, a catcher is high in value and role, an infielder is high in confirmation, an outfielder is high in one`s position. Thirdly, the matter of ranking participation for an event, the group which is participating as main player in the major league shows that they are high in the factors of value, one`s position, role, work, and the group which is alternative player at the major league shows that they are the highest in the factor of confirmation. Fourthly, as considering the matter of the difference of frequency in the participation for an event, the group which has participating experience more 501 games shows the highest in the factors of value, role, work, and confirmation, and the group which has participating experience less 501 games shows the highest in the factor of one`s position. Fifthly, the group which has players` career more 21 years in total shows the highest satisfaction in the factors of value, one`s position, role, and work. Sixthly, the group which has less 3 years in the professional players` career shows the highest satisfaction in the all the factors, and the group which has less 6 years in the professional players` career shows the lowest satisfaction in the factor of one`s position.

        일반인의 스포츠 활동 참가 불평등 인식에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to analyze general public’s complaints about sports activities, and to provide basic data for devising systematic improvement measures with the aim of creating a fair sport participation environment. To that end, this study surveyed 1,432 male and female adults residing in Busan and Daegu. The research findings are outlined as follows. Subjects complained about unfairness of environment, policy and program with regard to participation in sports. Their complaint awareness differed significantly according to gender, age, income, and occupation. These findings suggest that the general public is aware that social fairness is lacking in participation in sports activities. By social sports’ motto, Sports for All, social sports-related personnel believe that they provide a fair sports environment, but this belief is significantly different from the general public’s awareness of the reality. Notably, people who engage in sports activities are aware that programs suitable for their current situations are lacking, suggesting that social sports-related personnel and specialists should conduct research on securing the fairness of sports participation.

        골프장 중간관리자의 리더십 특성과 캐디의 조직유효성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of middle managers’ leadership perceived by golf course caddies and organizational effectiveness, figure out the factors of leadership influencing organizational effectiveness, and analyze the types of leadership that are desirable to golf course middle managers. The subjects of this study were caddies working at the golf courses located in Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and South or North Gyeongsang, and they were set as population to extract samples through convenient sampling. For data analysis, SPSS WIN v20.0 was employed to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. And the study has gained the following results:<br/> First, middle managers; leadership perceived by caddies showed significant difference according to the characteristic variables of the study subjects. Second, the difference of organizational effectiveness indicated significant correlation partly with the types of leadership according to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Third, about leadership influencing organizational effectiveness, servant leadership indicated significant effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and transactional leadership on job satisfaction, and lastly transformational leadership on turnover intention.

        각종 간질환에 (肝疾患) 있어서 γ - GTP 와 SGOT 의 활성에 (活性) 관한 연구 - SGOT / γ - GTP 의 비에 대하여 ( A Study of SGOT and γ - GTP Activity in Various Hepatic Diseases - SGOT / γ - GTP Ratio - )

        The SGOT/7-GTP ratios were observed in 87 cases of various hepatic disease groups, including 11 cases of acute viral hepatitis/A.V.H.), 7 cases of chronic active hepatitis(C.A. H.), 11 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis(C.P.H.), 34 cases of liver cirrhosis(L,C.), 7 cases of hepatoma(H.T.), 5 cases of amebic liver abscess(A.L.A.), 7 cases of pyogenic liver abscess (P.L.A.) and 5 cases of gall stone(G.S,) group. The results were as follows: 1. The SGOT/T-GTP ratio was 3. 18>2. 17 in A.V.H. group, 1. 18<1. 12 in C.A.H, group, 0.79+0.48 in C.P.H. group, 1.071.25 in L.C. group, 0.46>0.27 in H.T. group, 0.74+0.49 in A.L.A. group, 0. 77+0. 91 in P.L.A. group and 0. 37+0. 10 in G.S. group. 2. The SGOT/7-GTP ratio was elevated significantly in A.V.H. group, and decreased significantly in H.T. group and G.S. group compared with other disease groups. It was significant in differentiating L.C. group from H.T. group. 3. The SGOT/7-GTP ratio were not significant in differentiatiating of L.C. group from chronic hepatitis group, and H.T. group from gall stone group.

        초등학교 체육교과 전담교사의 지도유형과 수업만족도의 관계

        This study is to understand the relation between teaching type and class satisfaction which subject specialist teachers of physical education in elementary school have, and provide basic knowledge for effective development of class in elementary school. This study represented an student population of the sixth grade at elementary school in Busan city, and then selected 1,207 subjects by the multistage cluster sampling. The collected data was conducted factor analysis, z-test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. The results are as follows: firstly, all of the teaching types do not have a significant meaning in the difference of teaching type and class satisfaction, a boy student has shown higher class satisfaction in every aspects and has significance meaning. Secondly, in the relationship between teaching type and class satisfaction, type of teaching and instruction was significantly correlated with class satisfaction for boy students, and, cognitive domain, affective domain, psychomotor domain in order for boy, while it was shown, a boy student was has affective domain cognitive domain and psychomotor domain in order. The teaching type has a significant effect on class satisfaction for affective domain, it has shown social support, positive compensation, and type ofteachung and instruction in order for a boy student, it has shown teaching and instruction, social support, positive compensation, general behavior in order for a girl student.
