        아동기 정서적 학대와 성인기 우울증상과의 관계: 인지적 취약성과 경험회피의 연속매개효과

        본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 아동기 정서적 학대와 성인기 우울증상의 관계에서 인지적 취약성과 경험회피가 순차적으로 매개하는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 325명의 대학생들은 아동기 정서적 학대, 인지적 취약성, 경험회피, 그리고 우울을 평가하는 설문지를 작성하였다. 연구 결과, 아동기 정서적 학대와 성인기 우울 증상의 관계를 인지적 취약성과 경험회피가 연속매개하였다. 또한 완전매개 모형과 부분매개모형을 비교한 결과, 완전매개모형이 보다 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 인지적 취약성에 초점을 맞추는 것뿐만 아니라 내적 경험 수용 능력을 발달시키는데 초점을 둔 개입의 중요성을 시사한다. 이후 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. This study examined if the relationship between childhood emotional maltreatment and adult depressive symptoms in college students was mediated by cognitive vulnerabilities and experiential avoidance. A total of 325 college students completed questionnaires to assess childhood emotional maltreatment, cognitive vulnerability, experiential avoidance, and depression. Results indicated that cognitive vulnerability and experiential avoidance mediated the relationship between childhood emotional maltreatment and depressive symptoms. In addition, a full-mediation model demonstrated a better model fit than a partial-mediation model. These findings suggest the importance of focusing intervention on the development of internal experience acceptance capacity, as well as on cognitive vulnerabilites. The limitations of the study and future directions were discussed.

        Tio<sub>2</sub> 나노튜브의 열처리 온도에 따른 Anatase 상의 분포와 그에 따른 광 촉매 효율

        The purpose of this study is to characterize the photo-catalytic efficiency of $TiO_2$ nanotube with respect to the distribution of anatase phase which can be changed by the annealing temperature of $TiO_2$ nanotube. $TiO_2$ nanotube was fabricated by the anodization method in the 0.5 wt% HF electrolyte. And then the $TiO_2$ nanotube was annealed at temperatures ranging from $380^{\circ}C$ to $780^{\circ}C$ in dry oxygen ambient for 2 h. For the photo-catalytic water-splitting tests, the photocurrent density was measured as a function of applied potential with a potentiostat using a Ag/AgCl reference, Pt counter electrode, and 1 M KOH electrolyte under illumination of UV by a Xe arc lamp of 1 KW. According to the UV photo-catalytic water-splitting tests, the nanotube annealed at $560^{\circ}C$ was found to show the highest photocurrent density.

        小細胞未分化肺癌의 放射線治療

        The recogition that the vast majority of patients with small cell lung cancer have distant metastatic disease at the time of diagnosis lead to the use of systemic chemotherapy and consequent major improvement in survival, but recently evaulated treatment strategies, integration of large field chest irradiation with chemotherapy lead to the improved the local control and relapse free survival in limited SCLC. Therefore, it is logical to combine the two modalities in an effort to maximize the therapeutic effect. Authors performed the combination chemotherapy of CAV(Cyclophosphamide, Adriamycin, and Vincristine) and radiotherapy of primary tumor and regional lymphatics with prophylatic cranial irradiation in 42 patients of limited SCLC, from MAR. 1978 to Dec. 1982 Seoul National University Hospital. The results are as follows; 1. CR and PR after 2 cycles chemotherapy is 7% and 43%, respectively however, subsequent response to radiotherapy is 38% and 43% in CR and PR. 2. Overall median survival period is 8.6 months. 3. 1 year and 2 year survival rate is 46.3% and 20.5%, respectively. 4. Incidence of proven brain metastasis is 5%.

        非小細胞性肺癌의 放射線治療 成績

        From 1979 to 1982, 80 patients with unresectable non-small-cell lung cancer without metastasis were treated with high-dose radiotherapy to the primary and to regional lymph nodes with or without supraclavicular lymphatics in the Department of Therapeutic Radiology, Seoul National University Hospital. Of these, 56 patients(70%) were completely evaluable and 59 patients(74%) had squamous cell carcinoma, 13% large cell undifferentiated carcinoma and 8% adenocarcinoma, 21 patients(26%) had StageⅡ and 59 patients(74%) had Stage Ⅲ. The complete and parial response rate in the high-dose(≈6,000 rad) radiotherapy was 70% with 19% complete response, 69 patients(86%) failed in the treatment, by the failure pattern, 64% had local failure alone, 35% had local failure and distant metastasis and 1% had distant metastasis alone. The failure rate in the thorax were 76% in squamous cell carcinoma, 40% in adenocarcinoma and 20% in large cell undifferentiated carcinoma. Preliminary result shows that actuarial survival at 1, 2 and 3 years were 56%, 26% and 20% in overall patients and 64%, 37% and 21% in StageⅡ and 54%, 21% and 18% in StageⅢ, respectively. Overall median survival was 14 months; 17 months in StageⅡ and 13 months in StageⅢ. 8 patients(10%) have lived a minimum of 2 years with no evidence of disease. There was no fatal complication confirmed to be induced by radiotherapy, so definitive high-dose radiotherapy was tolerated well without major problems and resulted in good local control and survival.
