        GIS-GPS 기술을 이용한 저수지 수심측정 무인보트의 자율항법시스템 개발

        In this paper, an automatic cruise system of unmanned boat was developed for surveying water depth in reservoir using GIS (geographic information system)-GPS (global positioning system) Technologies. the automatic cruise system consisted of an automatic path generation program (APGP) and an automatic boat control program (ABCP). A grid processing method with $3{\times}3$ roving window in GIS function was used to develop the APGP. For development of the ABCP, GPS and its coordinate calculation technique were introduced. The developed system was tested to verify the applicability for a sample reservoir, Misan reservoir located on Ansan city of Kyunggi province. From the test results, this study found the APGP generated cruise path automatically according to input condition on grid size of 5 m, 10 m, and 20 m, as well as, the ABCP also tracked well the cruise paths with high position accuracy. Another verification result on surveying time for 20 ha of water area also showed that the new system could survey water depth of reservoir quickly, including very high quality of spatial resolution.

        선박충돌 위기상황에서 선박운항자가 지각한 충돌위험도 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to present the basic guidelines for preventing human error by measuring and analyzing the risk of collision perceived by the ship operator in the collision risk situation by using Korea Coast Guard patrol ships. Background: In the last 5 years, 97.5% of the causes of ship collision occurred at the sea was caused by human factors. However, the rate of marine accidents due to human error has not been reduced yet. Experiments and researches on the ship operators using the ships in actual operation are rarely performed. Method: Using two K.C.G Ships on the sea, the ship measured by 30 persons who are the subject of the ship (ship operator) when both ships approach and the relative distance gradually decreases in four encounter situations, perceived ship collision risk (PSCR) data were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results: The age and boarding career of the ship operator in the situation of ship collision risks encountered a negative impact on perceived collision risk in all four opposing encounter situations S1 ($000^{\circ}$), S2 ($045^{\circ}$), S3 ($090^{\circ}$) and S4 ($135^{\circ}$) respectively. That is, the higher the age of the ship operator, the lower the perceived risk of collision and the lower the age, the higher the risk of collision. Also, there was a difference between the average of group A (20~30 years) and group B (40~50 years) according to age of the ship operators at $000^{\circ}$, $045^{\circ}$ and $090^{\circ}$ and there was no difference at $135^{\circ}$. The mean difference of the experience of boarding career was also significantly different between group A (less than 4 years) and group B (more than 5 years), but there was no significant difference at $135^{\circ}$. Conclusion: The results showed that age and boarding career of the ship operators had negative impact on perceived collision risk and there was a difference in perceived risk of collision according to age and abundance of boarding career. As a result, by focusing on the ship operators who are in the age group of 20~30 years old and have less than 4 years of experience in boarding the ship. It is expected that the effect of prevention of marine accidents can be expected by avoiding collision avoidance. Application: The results of this study can be used as policy data of related organizations to prevent human error of ship operators and as training data of training institutes.

        선박조우 상황별 항해당직자의 충돌위기체감지수에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 인적오류 예방을 위해 선박 충돌위험 가능성이 높은 여섯 가지 선박조우상황(Head on, $045^{\circ}$, $090^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$, Overtaking, Overtaken)에 대해서 양 선박의 거리가 점차 감소될 때 항해 당직자가 느끼는 충돌위기체감지수(Collision Risk Perception Index, CRPI)를 획득하고 통계분석을 통하여 신뢰도분석 및 가설을 검증한 후 곡선근사과정을 통해 다항 계수로 모델링하는 것이 목적이다. 해상에서 실제 경비함 두 척과 항해당직 승조원 총 30명을 대상으로 CRPI 데이터 획득 실험을 하였으며 데이터 분석결과 각 조우상황에서 높은 신뢰도를 나타냈고 유의미한 결과를 나타냈다. 또한 타 선박 조우시 양 선박간 거리가 가까워지는 상황에서 항해당직자의 승선경력과 연령이 많고, 상위면허를 보유 할수록 CRPI에 음(-)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 알았다. 또한 3차 다항식 모델로 CRPI를 추정한 결과 평균제곱오차(RMSE)는 Head on에서 1.19, $045^{\circ}$에서 0.87, $090^{\circ}$에서 0.81, $135^{\circ}$에서 0.71, Overtaking에서 1.29, Overtaken에서 0.87로 나타나서 CRPI 곡선근사가 유용함을 알았다. The purpose of this study is for Human error prevention to acquire Collision Risk Perception Index (CRPI) sensed by the Officer Of the Watch (OOW) when the approaching distances are reduced in six types of ship encountering situations (Head on, $045^{\circ}$, $090^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$, Overtaking, Overtaken) between own ship and a target ship and then to predict CRPI fitting coefficients with polynomials in the curve-fitting process. CRPI acquisition experiments are carried out on two coast-guard ships and with the total of 30 crew members. Analysing results shows that CRPI data have goodness of fit to the six types of encountering situation. Futhermore, the One-Way ANOVA results show that CRPI has a negative affect to the OOW's age, career and license grade as the approaching distances is reduced. The availability of CRPI curve fitting with 3 degrees of polynomial was testified through the RMSE as 1.19 to Head on, 0.87 to $045^{\circ}$, 0.81 to $090^{\circ}$, 0.71 to $135^{\circ}$, 1.29 to Overtaking and 0.87 to Overtaken.

        TDX-1 RSS(Remote Subscriber Switch)시스팀은 여러지역에 산재되어 있는 원격지가입자를 모국 교환기에 경제적으로 수용 할 수 있도록 개발된 교환장치이다. RSS의 기본적 목적은 원거리 가입자에게도 TDX-1모국 가입자와 같이 전전자 교환기의 장점을 부여하고 전화망 구성에 장애가 되고 있는 가입자 선로의 제약요소와 케이블 비용 등을 대폭 경감시키는 데 있다. 본고에서는 TDX-1 RSS의 구조 및 기능을 개발 측면에서 기술하였다.

      • VSN (Virtual Switch Network) 기반의 이동 ATM 교환기 구조 및 타당성 평가

        서비스의 다양화, 고기능화, 고객의 요구에 부응하는 통신 네트워크에 대한 새로운 요구가 일어나고 있다. 따라서 ATM 전달망의 특징을 이용한 개방형 네트워크 구조에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ATM 네트워크의 전달망을 스위치 네트워크로 이용하는 VSN(Virtual Switch Network) 개념을 IMT-2000 스위칭 시스템에 적용하고, 호 처리과정을 이용하여 VSN의 특성을 평가한다. 이 결과를 기본으로 VSN 기반 제어계 집약형 ATM-MSC 노드 구조를 제시하고, 호 처리 절차를 이용하여 VSN의 특성을 평가한다. 그 결과, 3.5msec 정도의 호 처리 지연을 허용하면, CCCP(Call and Connection Control Processor)를 중심으로 반경 100km내에서 VSN을 이용한 ATM-MSC 시스템 구성이 가능함을 나타낸다. 그리고 VSN 개념을 적용한 ATM-MSC 시스템 구성의 가능성과 VSN의 타당성을 분명히 한다. The novel network architecture is recently required to accommodate a variety and intelligence of communication services. It is also required to provide customized network functions and to efficiently satisfy a various user's requirements. Accordingly, open network architecture based on ATM transport network features has been mainly studied in communication network. This paper evaluates the VSN(Virtual Switch Network) characteristics in the call processing of IMT-2000 switching system, which is composed of VSN instead of ATM switch network. VSN means switch network which is composed of ATM transport network. As a result, this paper proposes new VSN based ATM-MSC architecture with integrated call and connection control systems. and evaluates call processing delay characteristics using call process procedures. Internal call processing delay is increased approximately 3.5msec than the conventional ATM switching system. The experimental values applied in the analysis condition are the load 0.8, and the 100km distance between CCCPs(Call and Connection Control Processors) and VSNs. It is confirmed that the VSN has the potentiality in the practical implementation.

        흉선지방종 -1례 보고-

        포천 중문 의과 대학 분당 차 병원 흉부외과에서는 정상 흉선 조직과 성숙된 지방 조직이 혼재되어있는 희귀한 양성 종격동 종양인 흉선지방종을 경험하였다. 환자는 46세의 여자 환자로 하복부 통증을 주소로 내과에 입원하였고 입원 당시 촬영한 단순 흉부 방사선 사진에서 우측 심연에 위치한 지방성 종괴가 발견되었다. 흉부 컴퓨터 단층 촬영을 시행한 결과 흉선지방종이 의심되어 종괴를 절제하였다. 조직 병리 검사상 흉선지방종으로 확인되었다. We experienced a case of thymolipoma that is a rare benign mediastinal tumor, composed of normal thymic tissue and matured adipose tissue. A 46-years-old woman was admitted to the department of medicine due to lower abdominal pain. Simple chest PA showed a large mass shadow at right cardiac border. Chest CT scanning showed well defined large fatty mass at right cardiac border which was suggested thymolipoma. The mass was resected and confirmed as thymolipoma histopathologically.
