        높은 이동도 특성을 가지는 Strained-Si-on-insulator (sSOI) MOSFETs

        We investigated the characteristics of Strained-Si-on-Insulator (sSOI) MOSFETs with 0.7% tensile strain. The sSOI MOSFETs have superior subthreshold swing under 70 mV/dec and output current. Especially, the electron and hole were increased in sSOI MOSFET. The electron and hole mobility in sSOI MOSFET were 286$cm^2/Vs$ and 151$cm^2/Vs$, respectively. The carrier mobility enhancement is due to the subband splitting by 0.7% tensile strain.

        Ultrathin-body SOI MOSFETs에서 면방향에 따른 정공의 이동도 증가

        We investigated the characteristics of UTB-SOI pMOSFETs with SOI thickness($T_{SOI}$) ranging from 10 nm to 1 nm and evaluated the dependence of electrical characteristics on the silicon surface orientation. As a result, it is found that the subthreshold characteristics of (100)-surface UTB-SOI pMOSFETs were superior to (110)-surface. However, the hole mobility of (110)-surface were larger than that of (100)-surface. Especially, the enhancement of effective hole mobility at the effective field of 0.1 MV/cm was observed from 3-nm to 5-nm SOI thickness range.

        강황 (Curcuma longa L.) 색소의 정량 및 안정성

        강황 (Curcuma longa L.) 색소의 curcuminoid 성분인 curcumin (CUR), demethoxycurcumin (DEM), bisdemethoxy-curcumin (BIS)의 정량분석을 위해 유의성있는 검량선$(r^2=0.9999**)$을 작성하였다. 사용된 HPLC는 역상칼럼을 장착하고 420nm의 UV 검출조건, 그리고 이동상으로 acetonitrile: $0.1\%$ acetic acid /water의 50 : 50 혼합용액을 이용하는 조건으로 분석조건이 확립되었다. 국내 6개 지역에서 재배된 강황들의 색소성분 함량분석 결과, CUR가 91.6mg/g으로 가장 높았으며 DEM은 56.9 mg/g이고 BIS는 23.0 mg/g으로 가장 낮게 나타났으며 총량은 평균 171.5 mg/g이었다. 강황 색소추출물의 저장시기별 색소성분의 함량 변화를 조사한 결과 $-20^{\circ}C$ 냉동저장은 거의 손실이 없었으나 상온저장은 60일 이후 급격한 감소율을 보였다. 저장 90일째의 색소성분은 암조건에서 약 $50\%$, 명조건에서 약 $30\%$만이 남아 있어 curcuminoid색소성분은 빛과 온도에 의해 분해가 촉진되는 것을 알 수 있었다. Three curcuminoids [curcumin (CUR), demethoxycurcumin(DEM), bisdemethoxycurcu in (BIS)] are major yellow pigments in turmleric (Curcuma longa L.) root. Contents of curcuminoids in turmeric roots collected from 6 locations were analyzed using, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipped with reversed-phase column, an UV-Vis detector at 420nm, and eluted with a mixture of acetonitrile: $0.1\%$ acetic acid in water (50 : 50, v/v) as mobile phase. The stability of curcuminoid pigments in $80\%$ methanol extract solution were investigated during storage in a freezer at $-20^{\circ}C$, room temperature in the dark, and light condition. Calibration curves for the determination of curcuminoids were made with significant linearity $(r^2=0.999**)$. Average content of total curcuminoids was 171.5 mg/g, with 91.6 mg/g of CUR, 56.9 mg/g of DEM, and 23.0 mg/g of BIS. Amount of curcuminoids during storage in a freezer was almost not changed while those in room temperature wert reduced and rapid degradation appeared after 60 days. Within 90 days, about $50\%$ curcuminoid decreased in the dark and about $70\%$ in the light condition, indicating the decomposition of curcuminoid pigments followed under light and heat.

        공공건설사업의 건설사업관리방식 선정 방법에 관한 연구

        국내 건설산업의 효율성 제고를 목적으로 1996년 12월 건설산업기본법의 제정과 함께 건설사업관리(Construction Management, CM) 제도가 도입되었지만, 16년이 지난 현재 발주청이 공공건설공사 수행 시 건설사업관리 방식을 선정하기 위한 명확한 가이드라인이나 지침의 부재 등으로 인하여 발주청이 건설사업관리 방식의 적용여부를 자체적으로 판단하기 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 이론적 고찰 및 설문배포, AHP분석을 통하여 공공건설공사에서의 건설사업관리 방식 적용을 위한 검토기준을 마련하였으며, 실제 지방국토관리청에 등록되어 있는 발주공사를 바탕으로 사례적용 Simulation을 수행하여 발주청이 건설사업관리를 위탁 시행하기 위해 필요한 적정성 검토의 선정 기준을 수립하였다. 국내에서는 향후 건설사업관리에 대한 수요가 공공 부문이나 민간부문에서 점점 더 확대 될 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 현재 상태의 건설사업관리 제도 하에서는 건설사업관리 방식을 적용한 건설 사업이 본격적으로 활성화 되기는 어려울 것으로 판단되고 있다. 따라서 국내에서도 선진국 수준의 건설사업관리 제도가 활성화 되도록 적극적인 노력이 필요하다고 할 수 있으며, 발주기관에서는 건설사업관리 제도의 활성화를 위하여 발주방식 선정 시 건설사업관리를 위탁 시행하기 위한 건설공사의 적정성 검토의 자료로 본 연구 결과를 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Even though the construction management (CM) system was introduced for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the domestic construction industry along with the establishment of construction industry fundamental laws in December of 1996, now it is very difficult that the public institutions can judge their application of construction management methods due to the lack of clear guidelines or directions to select construction management methods when the public institutions were executing public construction projects. Therefore, this study was executed to prepare for the selection criteria which could be referred in reviewing the application of construction management ordering methods according to public institution's competences and project characteristics. It is expected that future domestic demand of construction management will be gradually increasing both in public and private construction sectors. However under the current construction management systems, it is judged to be difficult that the construction projects that apply the construction management methods will be activated with full-scale. Therefore, it could be said that active efforts in domestic sectors are required in order that the construction management systems of developed countries levels could be activated. Additionally in order to vitalize the construction management systems, it is expected that public institutions could use this study results as the review data for feasibility of construction projects for the consignment of construction management in selecting the ordering methods.

        논문(論文) : ≪문심조룡(文心雕龍)≫의 풍골(風骨) 개념(槪念)에 관한 재해석(再解釋)

        風骨是古代文藝理論方面的一個重要的槪念。最初用於人物品評。後來發展到繪畵, 書法, 文藝理論上。關於風骨的槪念是什마, 近代學者發表的論文頗不少。但看法都不一樣, 無法決定風骨的定義。風骨的槪念帶有一種模糊性。所以後來有這마多的議論。這個模糊性源於≪文心雕龍≫的<風骨>篇。因爲≪文心雕龍≫的作者劉협有宗經思想, ≪文心雕龍≫的內容也帶有宗經色彩。爲了聯系經典和文學, 劉협讓風骨的槪念深遠化和形而上學化。後來的風骨的認識也受到其影響。所以向前一般的認識是風骨是一種優秀的風格, 剛健的風格或者典雅的風格等等。筆者以爲風骨的槪念只不過是作家風格。本文中用一些方法, 探討風骨成爲作家風格的正當性。

        삽주 수집자원의 생육 특성 및 Sesquiterpenoid 함량 변이

        Background: This study evaluated the local germplasm of Atractylodes japonica Koidz. And investigated the individual variation of growth characteristics and sesquiterpenoid contents. Methods and Results: Overall, seven local germplasm were collected in Korea. Sesquiterpenoids, atractylenolide III (AT3) and atractylon (ATLN), were analyzed quantitatively using higher performance liquid chromatography to evaluate the rhizome quality of each germplasm. The Haenam local population (n = 57) was maintained in an experimental field, and growth characteristics such as numbers of flowers, stem and leaves, inflorescence size, stem length, rhizome weight, and sesquiterpenoid contents were investigated. The local germplasm from Jeongsun, Youngcheon, and Haenam had higher amounts of AT3 and ATLN than those from Munkyung, Hamyang, Hadong, and Wando. The Haenam local population was grouped individually by the leaf type and by rhizome shpape. Individual level variation in the Haenam local population was relatively large in sesquiterpenoid contents and growth characteristics except in the sizes of inflorescence and involucre. Shoot growth characteristics were positively correlated with rhizome weight, but lacked correlation with sesquiterpenoid contents. There were no differences among AT3 and ATLN contents in plants with different leaf type, and rhizome shape, and plants with compound leaves of trifoliate and pentafoliate had larger shoot growth. Conclusions: Local germplasm of A. japonica had large variation in growth characteristics and sesquiterpenoid contents, and plants with greater shoot growth and compound leaves have potential for higher rhizome yield.

        獨活種子의 休眠과 發芽特性

        Effective mass propagation of Aralia continentalis could be achieved through the understanding of seed germination chracteristics. The present study was undertaken to find out germination conditions and to know the factors related to germination. The seeds used in this study were harvested on Nov. 7, 1990. The results obtained were:(1) In germination test of some medicinal plant seeds, germination rate of Aralia continentalis seed(less than 4%) was extremely low. (2) Germination of Aralia continentalis seed was induced up to 80.5% and 74.5% by stratification for 45 days and GA₃ 500mg/l application for 5 days, respectively. At that time, the optimum condition for germination was 19/15℃(day/night) and 16 hours light condition. (3) In germination test during the periods from Nov. 7, 1990 to Apr. 21 in 1991, germination was much promoted by stratification and GA₃ application as duration of treatment was prolonged regardless of temperatures. Germinating speed and germination rate based on the 10th day and the days to 70% germination were increased until 75 days before reached to a maximum. (4) Germination rates of seeds stored under dry condition for 30 to 45 days were 40 to 60%, but in other periods were less than 20%. (5) In field germination experiment with different sowing dates, the highest emergence was observed when seeds were sown at Nov. 7, and seeds sown after this date hardly emerged.
