This study was to improve to utilization of non dosimetry measurements for X-ray radiography. Experiments was passed off varying the X-ray tube voltage and the thickness of the aluminum filter by actual dose. Calculated results was set to the first beam quality factors, calculated first correction coefficient by the Microsoft Excel program was set as the second beam quality factors. To make the non dosimetry measurements simply, the Excel program apply to the new beam quality factors, the error was compared to the previous studies, and the results verify the calculated value of smaller errors.
환자의 안전을 위한 입식 X선 촬영 보조기구 개발 및 유용성 평가

In this study, We designed and implemented a assistant device for the standing X-ray views which is the one of the clinical X-ray imaging position. To evaluate the usability of the proposed assistant device, We choose 11 clinical patient postures that are used frequently and applied the postures to 5 volunteers. 11 images was taken from a volunteer for the patient postures. And we conducted a survey on safety and clinical usefulness, the 5 volunteers responded to the safety and 5 experts responded to the clinical usefulness. The survey results show that the volunteers feel more safe and the obtained images are very clear and clinically useful. The result for the image quality is 4.69 of 5(best) and safety is 2.84 of 3(best). It will be very profitable to both patients and hospitals by using the proposed assistant device.

The purpose of this study was to find out the development of old people welfare facilities according to the changes and distribution situation of the Welfare Law for the Aged in Korea under the social conditions of 'aging society', to reveal the location and plane characteristics of old people welfare facilities in the terms of architectural plan, and to suggest basic materials for improving old people welfare facilities in community.
핵의학검사의 방사성의약품 소아투여량 공식 별 투여량 및 유효선량 비교

본 연구는 소아핵의학검사에 사용하는 다양한 소아투여량 공식의 투여량(MBq)과 유효선량(mSv)을 산출⦁비교하여 적정투여량의 기준을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구는 2가지 방사성의약품(99mTc-MDP와 99mTc-Pertechnetate)의 성인투여량을 기준으로 5가지 소아투여량공식(Clark법, Area법, Webster법, Young법, Solomon(Fried)법) 간 투여량과 유효선량을 비교하였다. 소아투여량 산출에 기준이 되는 성인투여량은 정준기, 이명철 ‘핵의학’에 수록된 값을 사용하였으며, 유효선량 산출을 위한 방사성의약품의 방사능당 유효선량(mSv/MBq)은 ICRP 80과 UNSCEAR 2008 보고서에 수록된 값을 사용하였다. 연구결과 Young법이 산출량이 가장 적으며 다른 공식과의 차이는 최소 1.7배-최대 3.4배였다. 99mTc-MDP의 공식 간 투여량 차이는 최대 309.9MBq, 유효선량은 3.76mSv, 99mTc-Pertechnetate는 최대 154.9MBq, 유효선량은 5.50mSv였다. 소아투여량 공식 간 투여량뿐만 아니라 유효선량도 차이가 크기 때문에 의료방사선의 최적화를 위한 적정투여량 소아산출법이 개발되어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to calculate and compare administered activities(MBq) and effective dose(mSv) of the various pediatric dose formulas of pediatric nuclear medicine and to provide base data for the criteria of the optimal administered activities. This study compares dosages and effective doses of 5 types of pediatric dose formulas(Clark rule, Area rule, Webster rule, Young rule, Solomon(Fried) rule) based on the dosage for adults of 2 types of radiopharmaceuticals(99mTc-MDP, 99mTc-Pertechnetate). The administered activities in adults, which is the criteria for calculating the Pediatric administered activities, used the value from the 'Nuclear Medicine' written by J-G Jeong & M-Ch Lee. and the administered activities by the radioactivity per effective dose(mSv/MBq) of the radiopharmaceuticals for calculating the effective dose used the value from ICRP 80 and the UNSCEAR 2008 Report. As a result of the study, the output of Young rule is the lowest, and its difference between other formulas is from minimum 1.7 times to maximum 3,4 times. The difference between administered activities of 99mTc-MDP is maximum 309.9MBq and the effective dose is 3.76mSv. 99mTc-Pertechnetate showed the figure at the maximum 154.9MBq and the effective dose has a difference of 5.50mSv. Since the pediatric dose formulas differ not only in administered activities but also in effective doses, the optimal administered activities have to be developed for optimization of medical radiation.
