CIPP 평가모형에 기반한 한국형 LiD 프로그램 평가지표 개발

The purpose of this article is to develop LiD project assessment criterion based on CIPP project evaluation model and to improve the effectiveness of the program so as to support the decision of educational subjects and their authorities that implement or introduce South Korean LiD program. For this reason, firstly, we developed the preliminary assessment criteria of 97 evaluation programs through literature review and expert discussion. In order to prove the rationalization of these criteria, we conducted two Delphi survey methods on 28 serving primary school teachers with LiD implementation experience and 2 graduate students with LiD program research and consulting experience. In these two Delphi survey methods, we used the Liket 5 scale to evaluate validity and compiled some comments from experts who act on evaluation fields and projects based on open questions. Then, we derived the average answer value and content validity ratio(CVR) of each item as well as stability, and we constructed the final question type after deleting the questions below the minimum standard value. Consequently, according to two Delphi survey methods, the final LiD program assessment criterion based on the CIPP evaluation model, which had been verified to be feasible, includes three types: they are ‘18 items of 5 factors of situation evaluation’, ‘13 items of 4 factors of input evaluation’ and ‘38 items of 2 factors of process evaluation’. Finally, we found that experts show a considerable degree of positive opinions on the developed LiD assessment criterion when we summarized the above results. At the same time, we speculate that the program implementer will use this assessment criterion as a clear guide or decision-making information, and eventually make a contribution to the quality management and improvement of his planned program. 본 연구는 한국형 LiD 프로그램을 실시하거나 도입을 고려하는 교육 주체 및 기관들의 의사결정을 지원하고 프로그램의효과성을 증진하기 위해 CIPP 프로그램 평가모형에 기반하여 LiD 프로그램 평가지표를 개발하고 타당화하는 데목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰 및 전문가 검토를 통해 97개의 평가 항목으로 구성된 예비 평가지표를 개발하였고, 이를 타당화하기 위해 LiD 실행 경험이 있는 현직 초등교사 28명과 LiD 프로그램 연구 및 자문 경험이 있는 대학원생2명으로 구성된 패널 30인을 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사에서 Likert 5점 척도로타당도를 평가하게 하였으며, 개방형 질문을 두어 평가 영역과 항목에 대한 전문가의 의견을 작성할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 항목별 응답 평균과 내용타당도 비율(content validity ratio; CVR), 안정도(Stability)를 도출하여 최소값 기준치보다낮은 문항을 삭제한 후 최종 문항을 구성하였다. 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 타당성이 검증된 최종 CIPP 평가모형에기반한 LiD 프로그램 평가 지표는 상황평가 5요인 18항목, 투입평가 4요인 13항목, 과정평가 2요인 38문항, 산출평가3요인 19항목이었다. 이상의 결과들을 종합할 때 개발된 LiD 평가지표에 대한 전문가들의 의견은 상당한 정도로긍정적 합의를 나타내고 있으며, 개발된 평가지표를 활용할 경우 프로그램 시행자들에게 명확한 지침 근거나 의사결정자료로 활용되어 궁극적으로 프로그램의 질 관리 및 개선에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

문학의 낭만주의가 <마탄의 사수>에 끼친 영향

본고는 베버의 <마탄의 사수>가 당대 문학에서의 낭만주의적 현상과 연관성을 가진다는 것을 전제하고 있다. 본고의 전반부는 낭만주의 문학에서 음악이어떤 의미를 가지며, 또 어떤 모습을 보이고 있는지에 대해 살펴본다. 장 폴의음악과 감정의 관계에 대한 사고를 거쳐 낭만주의 문학작품인 바켄로더의 「음악가 요세프 베르그링어의 기이한 음악적 삶」과 티크의 「프란츠 슈테른발트의 방랑」에 나타나는 문학의 ‘음악화’에 대해 토의한다. 후반부에서는 <마탄의 사수>와 「프란츠 슈테른발트의 방랑」의 연관성을 고찰한다. 여기에서는 낭만주의 문학에서의 ‘음악화’ 현상이 낭만주의 음악의 ‘새로움’에 어떤 구체적인 기여를 하는지에 대해 집중한다. 본고는 <마탄의 사수>에 나타나는 베버의 유도동기와 관현악에서의 음색에대한 고려가 당대 문학과 철학에서의 음악에 대한 토론에 그 기반을 두고 있음을 보여준다. This essay is based on the thesis that Weber’s <Freischutz> is closely connected to the Romantic phenomenon in literature. In the first part, the question that is central to the thesis is what role music plays in the Romantic period and in which way it appears in the literary work. After Jean Paul’s first thoughts about music and emotion the discussion of ‘musicalisation’ in Romantic literature is initiatied with Wackenroder’s 「Das merkwürdige musikalische Leben des Tonku¨ nstlers Josef Berglinger」and Tieck’s 「Franz Sternbalds Wanderungen」. The second part of the work is concerned with the relationship between 「Franz Sternbalds Wanderungen」 and <Freischu¨ tz>. Here the examination concentrates on which concrete contributions Romantic literature under the heading ‘Musicalisation’ makes to the ‘New’ in the music of the Romantic period. This work shows that Weber’s considerations about leitmotiv and instrumentation in regard to the timbre in <Freischutz> are based on his examination of the discussion about music in the literature as well as is the philosophy of the time.

Analysis of Satisfaction with a Needs-basedTeaching Enhancement ProgramJungson Kwon & Haerim Yoon Abstract: This study analyzed the level of satisfaction with a teaching support program developed based on the request of a professor of A University to enhance the quality of regional university education. A survey was conducted on the satisfaction level of the teaching support program for the faculty of A university in Busan with 121 responses collected for analysis. The survey contained 13 questions, three basic questions and 10 questions about the satisfaction level and effectiveness of the program. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 25.0 program through frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the level of satisfaction varied depending on faculty member, assigned department, and the position of the faculty member. The analysis revealed four suggestions—specialization by college, composition of programs by position and lifecycle, the necessity for recommendation, and advancement of systems. Further study on the impact and effectiveness of the program is necessary. In addition, the content and methods of the demand survey of the program need to be expanded and more specific. Even before Wagner the idea of the "Gesamtkunstwerk" was present. While Wagner's idea is the "collective" unification of the arts, the Early Romanticists discuss "the transcendental unification" of all art forms. The artists of the early Romantic period recognize the limitations of their own art form and are aware of the necessity that the other arts have to help them to represent the universe, where man and nature are in unity and where the individual and the universal interrelate. They believe that each art form will gain its "unique self" through the unification of the arts, so that in a work of art individual particularity and universal generality interrelate, just as in the ideal world. Since absolute music is recognized as the metaphor of the universe and the unification of all arts, the Early Romanticists demand that the nature of music as an aesthetic substance become present in all works of art. Thus, the yearning for a "Gesamtkunstwerk" is closely linked to a new perception of music. Finally, it is expected of a work of music of the 19th century that it appear as a "Gesamtkunstwerk" through "musicalization", i. e. through the "transcendental" unification of all arts.

듀이의 경험철학에 기반한 상상력의 의미에 대한 교육철학적 성찰

The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning and the role of imagination on the basis of Dewey's philosophy of experience, and thereby obtain a new perspective for looking at the education of imagination. In the author’s view, the growing needs of the contemporary society for the expansion of the education of imagination should be based on educational-philosophical reflections so as to have more effective and practical foundations. From Dewey's point of view, imagination contributes to capturing and producing the meaning of experience as a medium of appreciative realizations. Thus, imagination is a source of power that allows experience to be continuously restructured so that the lives of individuals living in society can be linked to social life and grown together. The sources of imagination exist in the past experiences. The education of imagination that is to enhance the quality of life should provide rich and high-quality experiences. As a quality experience, aesthetic experience is guaranteed from free interaction, which suggests the importance of a society with a democratic lifestyle. Thus, the beginning of the education of imagination is to develop democracy as a way of life and to democratically change the educational environment and practices. In human experiences, the imagination that promotes scientific exploration, artistic integration and moral reflection can grow in a truly democratic society. 본 연구는 듀이의 경험철학에 기반하여 상상력의 의미와 역할을 고찰해 봄으로써 상상력 교육에 대한 새로운 시각 및 방향성에 대한 시사를 얻는 데 목적을 두었다. 상상력 교육에 대한 시대적 요구 및 양적 증가에 대해 교육철학적 성찰이 기반이 된 탐구가 필요하며, 이를 통해 상상력 교육에 대한 더욱 효과적이며 실천적인 시사를 얻을 수 있다고 보았기 때문이다. 듀이의 경험철학에 비추어 보면 상상력은 직접적 인식의 매체로서 경험의 의미를 포착하고 생산하는 데 기여한다. 그러므로 상상력은 경험이 계속적으로 재구성될 수 있도록 함으로써 사회 속에서 살아가는 개인의 삶이 사회적 삶에 연계되어 함께 성장할 수 있도록 하는 힘의 원천이 된다. 이러한 상상력 발휘의 자원은 과거와 풍부한 경험에 있다. 사회 속에서 살아가는 개인 삶의 질을 고양하기 위한 상상력 교육은 양질의 풍부한 경험을 제공하는 방향이 되어야 한다. 양질의 경험으로서 미적 경험은 자유로운 상호작용으로부터 담보되며, 이는 민주적인 삶의 양식을 가진 사회의 중요성을 시사한다. 그러므로 상상력 교육의 출발은 삶의 양식으로서 민주주의를 발전시키고 교육적 환경과 실천을 민주적으로 변화시키는 데 있다. 인간의 경험에 있어 과학적 탐구와 예술적 통합, 도덕적 성찰을 촉진하는 상상력은 진정한 민주주의 사회에서 성장할 수 있다.
