        골근테라피(Skeletal Muscle Therapy)가 20-30대 남성 얼굴 크기 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was to observe and quantify the effect of facial size changes in 20s to 30s male through skeletal muscle therapies. The study targeted 20 to 30s male who resides in Seoul metropolitans, Republic of Korea,and agreed on the purpose and intent of this study. The research underwent at a 5-week time frame. The experimental target consists of a 10 males of Skeletal Muscle Therapy (SMT) group and another 10 males of Manual Technic (MC) group based on a 15-minute survey equally for these two groups. All measures were undertaken based on a pre-facial care measure, 1 facial care measure, 5-facial care measure and 10-facial care measures. Both groups had marked significant facial size changes. However, the facial care with SMT group had been proven that it was more effective and apparent relatively. Thus, further in-depth research which overwhelms age group, residence area, method of therapy or yo-yo effect should be required for the future work for the sake of better understanding on the SMT.

        임상간호사의 전문직업성이 간호업무수행, 직무만족 및 재직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of nursing professionalism on the nursing performance, job satisfaction and retention intention among clinical nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational research design was used for this study. All 329 clinical nurses were obtained by convenience sampling from 3 National or public hospitals, 3 university hospitals, and two private hospitals located in Seoul and Kyunggi province. The data were collected using a self-reporting questionnaire contained four instruments and questions for demographic characteristics of subjects from April 21st to September 1st, 2008. Collected data were analyzed on SPSS Win 16.0. Results: There was a significant relationship between nursing professionalism, nursing performance, job satisfaction and retention intention among clinical nurses. The nursing professionalism was identified as a predictor of nursing performance, job satisfaction, and retention intention. Conclusion: The strategies to promote and enhance the nursing professionalism of clinical nurses, in this era in which the nursing shortage become more and more problematic issue, are needed to design and be integrated into the management of human resource in nursing organizations.

        중학생의 소비자역할에 대한 질적 연구- 획득자, 배분자, 구매자, 사용자, 처분자의 역할 측면에서 -

        The purpose of this study is to identify the consumer roles-gainer, allocator, buyer, user and disposer- of middle school students. The methodology that has been applied to this study was an ethnography study based on in-depth interviews with ten middle schoolers selected in Changwon, Gyeongnam. The result of this study is as follows; First, as gainers, teenagers usually gained their money from their parents. Because this tends to be not periodical, allowance education should be performed to both parents and teenagers. Second, as allocators, teenagers allocated most of their money in entertaining, shopping, traveling, leaving small amount of money for saving. Thorough education supported by school and home should be held for efficient and balanced allocation of acquired allowance. Third, teenagers as buyer should be encouraged to examine carefully in their buying goods and services thus increasing their ability in solving problems related to consume. Fourth, due to the fact that teenagers' role as user is very feeble, educations related to usually consumed products and consuming environments should be strengthened. Fifth, N generation's internet-based character is reflected in disposer rules so education for better disposal in internet world should be needed. Conclusively, education for teenagers' role as consumer will be efficient is linked with school, home, and society thus providing better standard for consumers. 인터넷과 이동전화가 보편화된 오늘날의 청소년들이 소비자로서 획득자, 배분자, 구매자, 사용자, 처분자의 역할을 어떻게 해 나가고 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 경남지역 창원시 중학생 열 명을 대상으로 질적연구 방법을 통하여 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 중학생은 획득자로서 주로 부모에게 용돈을 획득하는데 정기적이고 타협을 통한 획득이 되지 못하므로 바람직한 획득자 역할을 위하여 중학생과 함께 부모를 대상으로 한 용돈교육이 이루어져야 하겠다. 배분자로서는 대부분이 간식비, 오락비, 교통비, 쇼핑에 많이 배분하고 저축에의 배분은 적었고 부모의 통제를 많이 받는 일부는 용돈사용이 억제되었다. 획득한 용돈의 균형 있고 바람직한 배분을 위해 저축교육이 강조되어야하며 이를 위한 학교와 가정의 연계 교육이 제공되어야겠다. 구매자로서 중학생이 구매하는 물품 및 서비스 비용에 대해 꼼꼼히 검토할 수 있는 능력을 함양시키고, 합리적인 구매자 역할을 위하여 중립적 원천 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 지도하며, 구매와 관련한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력을 배양시켜야겠다. 사용자 역할은 매우 미약하므로 중학생들이 많이 사용하는 물품에 대해 환경과 연계한 사용자 교육이 강화되어야겠다. 처분자 역할은 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 N세대의 특성이 그대로 반영되어 인터넷 상에서 교환 및 처분이 이루어지는데 바람직한 처분자 역할을 할 수 있도록 지도가 필요하다. 결론적으로 오늘날의 중학생의 소비자역할에 대한 교육은 학교, 가정, 사회가 서로 연계하여 이루어질 때 더욱 효과적이 될 수 있고, 바람직한 소비자역할을 정립할 수 있겠다.

        임상간호사의 직무스트레스와 스트레스 대처방식이 소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of occupational stress and coping styles on burnout of clinical nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 397 nurses, working at the hospitals in Seoul, Gangwon, and Gyongbuk provinces. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from November, 2009 to January, 2010. The SPSS WIN 13.0 version program was used for data analysis. Results: The most significant predictors of burnout were positive reappraisal and work load. Work load, resource inadequacy, role ambiguity, and indifference coping style positively correlated with burnout. Positive reappraisal and problem-focused coping styles negatively correlated with burnout. Conclusion: The study results indicate that it is important to reduce work load, resource inadequacy, and role ambiguity in nurses and to strengthen their positive reappraisal and problem-focused coping styles to prevent burnout. This could be achieved with job redesign, modification of shift work systems, and by offering burnout prevention program.

        주체별 소비자교육이 중학생 소비자의 용돈관리 행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the middle school students' allowance managing behaviors and consumer education by the educational subject in order to explore a desirable direction of consumer education for allowance management. Questionnaire survey was conducted with 468 middle school students in Gyeongnam. The major findings are as follows: First, as for recognition of consumer education, the consumer education from home was the highest, and then the from school and mass media followed in that order. Second, the average score of the students' allowance managing behavior was low. The fulfillment ability was relatively high compared to planning and evaluative ability. Third, as for overall allowance managing behaviors, the more promoted a students' level of consumer education from school and mass media, the more cultivated his/her allowance managing behaviors. As for allowance managing behaviors in accordance with sub-factors, students' planning and fulfillment abilities were more cultivated, the more promoted his/her level of consumer education from school and mass media. Students' evaluative ability was more cultivated, the more promoted his/her level of consumer education from school and mass media. Fourth, there were differences in educational contents the students wanted in accordance with the educational subjects of consumer education. The consumer education can be more practical when it is connected with home, school, and mass media, development of an educational program with such connection is necessary. 본 연구는 경남지역 중학생들을 대상으로 주체별 소비자교육과 중학생들의 용돈관리 행동에 대해 살펴보고 앞으로 이들이 희망하는 소비자교육의 내용을 파악하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 중학생의 주체별 소비자교육의 인식은 가정소비자교육이 가장 높았고 이어서 학교, 대중매체에서의 소비자교육의 순이었다. 둘째, 중학생의 용돈관리 행동은 실행능력에 비하여 계획능력과 평가능력은 매우 낮으므로 교육과정에서는 실천적인 용돈관리 교육 프로그램이 제공되어야할 것이며, 2007년 개정 교육과정의 교육 내용에 포함되어야겠다. 셋째, 학교소비자교육과 대중매체를 통한 소비자교육 정도가 향상될수록 용돈관리 행동이 향상되었다. 용돈관리 계획능력과 실행능력은 학교소비자교육과 대중매체의 소비자교육 정도가 향상될수록 높아졌고, 평가능력은 가정소비자교육 및 학교에서의 소비자교육과 대중매체를 통한 소비자교육 정도가 향상될수록 높아졌다. 중학생의 용돈관리 행동은 가정, 학교, 대중매체의 소비자교육이 영향을 미치므로 교육주체의 연계성을 통하여 중학생의 용돈 및 금전관리 능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 넷째, 중학생들이 희망하는 소비자교육 내용은 가정에서는 근검절약, 저축의 종류 및 방법, 합리적인 소비생활, 용돈기록장 작성과 관리 등의 실천이 가능하면서 비전문적인 내용이었으나, 학교에서는 소비자권리와 의무, 소비자피해보상절차방법, 합리적인 소비생활, 소비자 관련법규의 전문적이고 체계적인 교육 내용이었다. 대중매체에서는 펀드 및 주식투자방법, 인터넷 이용 구매방법, 소비자교육, 소비자피해보상절차방법으로 교육주체별로 희망하는 교육내용에 차이가 있었다. 따라서 소비자교육은 학교 교육에서 주도적으로 실행하되, 주체별 선호하는 교육내용이 적절히 연계될 수 있도록 한다.

        Jigsaw 협동학습을 적용한 수업이 자기주도적 학습능력, 자기효능감, 학습성과에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of applying jigsaw cooperative learning to basic nursingpracticums on self-directed learning ability, self-efficacy, and learning outcomes. Methods: This study was basedon a non-equivalent control group design, and the subjects were nursing students. The study allocated 30 peoplein the experimental group and 30 people in the control group, and jigsaw cooperative learning was applied to theexperimental group for 2 hours every week for a total of 8 weeks. The traditional educational method was appliedto the control group. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS v26.0. Results: The experimental group to whichjigsaw cooperative learning was applied showed statistically significant differences in self-directed learning ability(F=4.49, p=.038), self-efficacy (F=6.15, p=.016), and learning outcomes (F=19.48, p<.001) compared to the controlgroup. Conclusion: By applying jigsaw cooperative learning to basic nursing practicums, this study confirmed itseffect not only on the effective domain such as self-directed learning ability and self-efficacy, but also on learningoutcomes in the practical domain. We propose future studies apply jigsaw cooperative learning to various practiceclasses to achieve learning outcomes that focus on cultivating students' practical capabilities.
