        지속가능한 재료의 활용을 위한 제품디자인 연구

        21 century of our earth environmental situation, we come up many serious environmental pollution and global warming situation due to rapid industrialization and urbanization. Also, we believed the water and clean air will be infinite beneficial product from earth but it is almost impossible to recover. In this epoch-making situation, the designers should be recognize the moral social responsibility of our environment therefore, designers should change their design direction to most basic and clean environment considered design from past exhaustive economical, cultual based function and basic styling design. Even though many companies make new products for user's needs, they have to understand the proper order of economical factors and less pollution. From these new products, I believe users can be automatically join clean environment movement and practice clean environment though using these products. Overall, the findings of this research, the unique method of manufacturing process to clean environment product. Also, I considered the factors of continuously recycling material from understanding the characteristic of the corrugated cardboard material. 21세기 현 시점에서 바라본 우리 환경은, 급속히 진행되어진 산업화, 도시화의 고도성장과 더불어 환경오염 문제까지 함께 성장하여 자연의 무한한 혜택인 줄만 알았던 물과 공기 오염, 지구 온난화 등 더 이상은 외면할 수 없는 직접적인 피해들로 원상태로의 회복조차 어려운 심각한 수준에 이르게 되었다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서 디자이너의 당면 과제는 환경에 대한 사회적인 책임과 윤리 의식들을 인지하여, 지금까지의 경제적, 문화적인 기능 및 외형의 스타일 위주로 변화 해오고 성장해온 디자인의 틀로부터 벗어나, 가장 원초적이고 기본적인 바탕이 되는 환경을 고려한 디자인을 고려할 때이다. 사용자들의 필요에 의해 생산되는 제품이지만, 사용 환경과 용도, 경제성들을 제대로 파악함은 물론 환경문제를 최소화 할 수 있는 제품 제작이 필요하여, 사용자들이 이를 사용함으로써 자연스럽게 환경운동에 동조할 수 있는 친환경적인 습관을 만들어주는 제품 디자인이 필요하다.이러한 관점에서, 본 연구는 골판지라는 재료의 특성을 파악하여 지속 가능한 재료와 제품의 개념을 확립하고 용도에 맞는 친환경제품을 제작하기 위해 고려되어야 할 사항들에 대해 연구되었으며, 이러한 개념의 제품을 제작하는 방법에 대해 연구 제안하였다.

        Electrical Degradation Mechanisms of Nanoscale Charge Trap Flash Memories due to Trapped Charge in the Oxide Layer

        The deterioration of the electrical characteristics of charge trap flash (CTF) memories with a silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon (SONOS) structure due to the charge traps in the oxide layers attributed to the random trapping and detrapping processes was investigated. Simulation results for the CTF memories showed that the threshold voltage shift was decreased by the charge trapped in the oxide layers in the SONOS structure and that the charge trapped in the blocking oxide had more significant effects than that trapped in the tunneling oxide. The degradation effects of the charge trapped in the blocking oxide on the electrical characteristics of the CTF memories were clarified by examining the vertical electric field in the device.

        니치마케팅을 통한 신제품 디자인개발 사례 연구

        This study is design case study for presentation device that is preceded for Professional Sales Representative (PSR) who employ in enterprise. It is study for niche market product that is not announced to the market yet.Studied example called design development that these niche market is reform by target, and presented possibility of that looks for the new mayor.Secure originality of new product, it gives strong brand image consumer to preoccupy the market. There is realized strong advantage that product that is remembered first exclusively is excellent product.Therefore, finding market for such new mayor's prior occupation and target choice are very important.Established concept of product by form analysis and function establishment of product by this of target. Approached in side that is usability development H/W enemy of product that is correct to needs by PSR use enterprise.Important attribute of this product is what, and new structure to satisfy the attribute was studied. Also, presented rendering tentative plan as design result by decided structure.

        코르크를 활용한 친환경 키보드 디자인 연구

        Purpose of this study is to grope possibility whether can replace from site of keyboard to cork material and develops the application design process, and presents design development case and presents guide line for application design in eco-friendly. As a controllable resource, cork was presented eco-design concept of keyboard, and as physical property, was presented sound absorption, antibacterial, biodegradability, nontoxic, recycling, sensitive surface. And deduced more functional and beautiful design development result. Studied suberic practical use possibility through suberic application case study. Establish concept of eco-design, and developed keyboard eco-design process by design strategy. Deduced 3 design concept of materials, parts and structure, function and aesthetics. Structure and mounting mode for optimization of size for resource frugality, reusability and recycling were studied. 본 연구의 목적은 친환경 소재의 이용 활성화라는 측면에서 키보드의 소재를 코르크 소재로 대체할 수 있는지, 가능성을 모색하고 그 적용 디자인 프로세스를 개발하며, 디자인 개발사례를 제시하여 향후 친환경 소재의 활용디자인에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 하였다. 관리 가능한 자원으로서의 코르크를 활용함에 있어 물리적 성질로서의 탄성, 흡음성, 항균성, 생분해성, 비독성, 재생가능성, 감성적 표면 등이 키보드의 새로운 친환경 재료로서의 장점으로 제시되었고, 코르크를 활용한 보다 기능적이고 아름다운 디자인 개발 사례 결과를 도출하였다. 연구내용으로 코르크의 적용사례 조사를 통해 코르크의 활용 가능성을 연구하였고, 친환경 디자인의 개념을 정립하고, 친환경키보드 디자인 전략 수립에 따른 친환경 키보드 디자인 프로세스를 개발하였다. 재료, 구조, 심미성의 3가지 측면에서 디자인 컨셉이 도출되었으며, 코르크 재료의 적용과 더불어 자원절약을 위한 크기의 최적화, 재사용과 재활용을 위한 구조와 결합방식이 연구되었다.

        친환경 플라즈마 장치 디자인에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study grasps special qualitys of eco-friendly plasma device as plant product and apply concept of eco-friendly design. And it is that wish to apply these special qualitys product concept or design form when develop design. First, investigated special quality of product and separate this to element group and structure applied surrounding. As a result, developed eco-friendly design process of eco-friendly Plasma device design, and drew environment direction of basis technology as eco-friendly plant, function element, design element, social element, and examination of element studied ergonomics. Establish green concept socially, and eco-friendly technology was applied technologically basically. Adaptedness, safety, efficiency, convenience, were abstracted functionally, and suitability of minimum use material, structure for disassemble, topology for harmony with safety establishment and factory environment and collar etc. are studied.

        통합 리모콘 디자인 연구

        This study is remote controller design development case study that biotechnology is very important. Therefore, understand important constituent of design through this study and is to be reflected in design development. Design is process of specific environment application about physical and spiritual desire of human and society. Therefore, design informs subjective mistake in troubleshooting from viewpoint of design for right realization of biotechnology and humanization of design. Integrated remote controller design abstracted elements that sense of touch, suitable size, length, thickness, and height about necessary force, greasiness prevention, safety, distinction by easy position, knob size contains function and meaning, choice position by easy distinction and frequency of forced vibration in structure by rate of importance , direction of finger motion is from left to right and from down to up, and one hand moving is easy.
