      • 일반화선형모형을 이용한 품질관리 : GENSTAT 를 중심으로

        The quality-improvement movement causes a great expansion in the use of statistically designed experiments in industry. The data for quality characteristic often take the form of counts or the ratio of counts, and the analysis using generalized linear models is preferred for such data. Recent interest in Taguchi`s methods has led to developments of joint modelling of the mean and dispersion in generalized linear models. However, a single data transformation cannot necessarily produce the normality, additivity and constancy of variance for the analysis of the Taguchi data from quality-improvement experiments. Hence, it is ideal to use joint modelling of the mean and dispersion in generalized linear models for such type of data. This paper gives a detailed explanation of our method and provide GENSTAT programs to implement the joint modelling of the mean and dispersion in generalized linear models.

        A Study of A New Statistic for Detection of Outliers and / or Influential Observations in Regression Diagnostics

        회귀진단에서 이상치와 영향을 많이 주는 측정치를 발견하는 새로운 통계량을 제안하였다. 이 제안된 통계량은 이상치를 찾는 측도와 영향추정치를 찾는 측도의 가중합으로 해석될 수 있으며, 가중치를 변화시킴으로써 이상치와 영향추정치들을 일목요연하게 찾아낼 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 씨뮬레이션을 이용하여 제안된 통계량의 분포형태를 살펴 보았다. A new diagnostic statistic for detecting outliers and influential observations in linear models is suggested and studied in this paper. The proposed statistic is a weighted sum of two measures; one is for detecting outliers and the other is for detecting influential observations. The merit of this statistic is that it is possible to distinguish outliers from influential observations. We have done some Monte-Carlo Simulation to find the probability distribution of this statistic.

        사용자 관점에서의 노조 경영참가와 조직성과의 관계에 있어서 인사관리부문 역할의 조절효과

        This study empirically examines the moderating effect of HR department`s role between labor union`s involvement on organizational outcomes by classifying union`s participation forms into three categories such as Strategical Decisions, HR Practices, and Respecting Union`s opinion on these issues, especially from employer`s perspective. Because there were little concerns about the moderating effect of HR department`s role on the relationship between participation programs and organizational performance, and also showed little consistency in the results. To examine the hypotheses of this study, we use the 428 data of “Workplace Panel Survey(WPS)” conducted by Korea Labour Institute in 2009 for the samples of independent variables of union`s involvement on organizational outcomes, and 2011 WPS data for the dependent variables of financial performance as well as labor costs, for clarifying causality. The result shows that union`s participation positively influences on financial performance while negatively influences on labor costs. Strategic decisions influence financial performance while HR role`s moderating effects on the relationship between labor union`s involvement on organizational outcomes are supported partially. As we didn`t separate HR role into two parts such as change leading and strategic role, HR role`s moderating effects on the relationship between labor costs show inconsistent. This is due to using archival data of WPS. Further researches can follow up this issue by categorizing HR according to more specific roles.

        기독교 대학 교목실 비교과 프로그램 운영의 실제 : 한신대학교 교목실 비교과 프로그램 운영을 중심으로

        본 논문은 기독교 대학 교목실이 비교과 프로그램을 활용하여 본래의 교육 목적을 효과적으로 달성하고, 현재 처한 위기를 극복할 수 있는대안을 모색하고자 한다. 한신대학교 교목실이 2019학년도 2학기부터적극적으로 개발해서 운용하고 있는 비교과 프로그램을 소개하고, 특별히 코로나19가 확산하던 2020학년 2학기 비교과 프로그램에 대한 참여학생들의 만족도 결과를 분석한다. 기독교 대학 교목실은 1990년대 이후 개신교인들이 감소하고, 개인의 다양성을 강조하는 대학 분위기 속에서 재학생들이 일방적인 기독교 예배와 교리를 전달하는 채플을 거부하면서 위기에 직면했다. 또한 2020년 코로나19 확산 과정에서 일부 개신교인들의 일탈로 개신교 신뢰도는 바닥으로 떨어졌다. 기독교 대학 교목실은 이러한 위기 상황을 극복하기 위해 다양한 해결 방안을 고민하고 있다. 한신대학교 교목실은 코로나19 이후 비대면 비교과 프로그램을 적극적으로 실시하고 있다. 비교과 프로그램은 자아 탐색, 인간 관계 훈련, 심리 치료, 한신대학교 역사와 전통 이해, 소속감 향상을 주제로 진행되고 있다. 참여한 학생들은높은 만족도를 보이고 있고, 자연스럽게 교목실에 대한 신뢰도 향상되고 있다. 한신대학교 교목실 비교과 프로그램 운영에 관한 연구는 위기 상황 속에서 교목실의 미래를 고민하는 기독교 대학 교목실의 대안 마련에 좋은 사례를 제공할 것으로 생각한다. 또한 비교과 프로그램의 다양성을 확보하는 데 도움을 줄 것이다. The aim of this article is to explore how the extra-curricular programs help the chaplain’s office in Christian universities more effectively achieve educational goals. In order to accomplish this aim, first, the extra-curricular programs, which Hanshin University’s chaplain’s office has been developing and operating since the second semester of the 2019 academic year, will be introduced. Next, the results of students’ satisfaction with the video-based extra-curricular programs in the second semester of 2020 will be analyzed. The chaplain’s offices in Christian universities have faced a major crisis for various reasons since the 1990s. The number of Korean Protestants has declined. University students, emphasizing individual diversity, have begun to reject the chapels sponsored by Christian universities. In addition, the credibility of Korean Protestants has fallen to the bottom. It is because many Koreans are tired of the way some Protestant Churches reacted after the outbreak of COVID-19. The chaplain’s offices in Christian universities are contemplating various solutions to overcome this crisis. For example, the chaplain’s office in Hanshin University now provides video-based extra-curricular programs in response to COVID-19. The extra-curricular programs include the followings topics: self-discovery, interpersonal training, psychotherapy, the history and traditions of Hanshin University, and a sense of belonging. The participating students not only show high satisfaction, but are much more interested in all of the curricular and the extra-curricular activities of the chaplain’s office. This study of the extra-curricular programs will provide a good example for preparing alternatives for the future of the chaplain’s office in a crisis situation.

        저자들은 최소변화콩팥병증에 동반된 얇은기저막병 증례를 경험하였으며, 통상적인 고용량 스테로이드 치료에 좋은 반응을 보였다. 향후 우리나라 성인에 있어서 얇은기저막병이 동반된 최소변화콩팥병증의 임상상에 대한 자료 수집과 분석이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Thin basement membrane disease is defined as diffuse thinning of the glomerular basement membrane, and is clinically characterized by persistent hematuria, minimal proteinuria, normal renal function, and a benign course. It can occur together with other glomerular diseases. We experienced a case of thin basement membrane disease concurrent with minimal-change disease. Treatment with corticosteroid resulted in improved proteinuria and peripheral edema during the follow-up period. (Korean J Med 2011;80:469-472)

        미세먼지 자극으로부터 지모추출물, 베타글루칸, 폴리감마글루탐산 혼합물의 안티폴루션 효능 평가

        This study characterized Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production from Raw264.7 cells stimulated with particulate matter (PM1648a) and tested anti-pollution capacity of mixtures of Anemarrhena asphodeloides root extract, β-glucan and poly- γ-glutamic acid (the complex). In order to assess cytotoxicity, we treated the Raw264.7 cells with the complex using the lactase dehydrogenase (LDH) assay method. To measure cell viability, we treated HaCaT cells with the complex using the MTT assay method. To test scavenging activity, the DPPH assay method was used. To test the anti-oxidant effect of the complex, we treated HaCaT cells with the pro-inflammatory mediator particulate matter (PM1648a) and with PM1648a and the complex, then measured the concentration of reactive oxygen species (ROS) within the cells using the dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCF-DA) assay method. The complex had cytotoxicity below 6.5% and cell viability above 91.3% at a concentration of 0.05%. Also, the complex showed scavenging activity above 50% at a concentration of 1.0%. In addition, ROS production at the 0.05% complex concentration was reduced to 61.0%. In a clinical experiment, the subjects who had skin urtication used a cosmetic product containing mixtures of 1.0% Anemarrhena asphodeloides root extract, 0.4% β-glucan and 0.5% poly-γ-glutamic acid for 4 weeks. The experimental group showed a statistically significant improvement in skin humidity, desquamation index and skin urtication. Based on the results with in vitro test and clinical experiment, mixtures of Anemarrhena asphodeloides root extract, β-glucan and poly-γ-glutamic acid could be used as cosmetic anti-pollution materials.

        일반화선형모형에서이 최우추정량은 일반 선형회귀모형에서와 같이 실험 공간에서의 이상 반응치나 극단 실험점에 대하여 민감하게 반응한다. 본 논문에서는 자료로부터 두 개 이상의 점을 제외 한 후의 변동에 대한 일단계 근사를 이용하여 통계량을 유도한다. 분석자들에게 이상치를 판별할 수 있는 검정통계량을 제안하고 최우추정의 다양한 관점에 대한 효과를 측정한다.

      • 확장된 선형회귀 모형에서의 회귀진단에 관한 연구

        In a given data set of linear regression model, detecting influence and multicollinearity are very important part in regression diagnostics. we examined leverage, C(i), and AP(i) which are statistics for identifying influential observations. And we also examined VIF, condition index, and collinearity index which are statistics for identifying multicollinearity. Then we obtained ?? and ?? by applying C(i) and AP(i) to linear regression model augmented by arbitrary variable. As the result, ?? and ?? diagnosed simultaneously multicollinearity and influnce in variable selection.

      • Benzo(a)pyrene에 의한 돌연변이원성과 지질과산화에 미치는 d-Limonene과 Cineole의 억제 효과에 대한 비교연구

        It has been reported that d-limonene inhibits chemical-induced rat mammary cancer by the mechanism of increases in detoxification enzymes such as glutathione S-transferases and that cineole fails to exhibit significant suppressive effect on chemical-induced carcinogenesis. The present study was designed to compare the effects of d-limonene and cineole on the benzo(a)pyrene (BP)-induced mutagenicity, BP metabolism and lipid peroxidation. Modified Ames assay was employed to evaluate the inhibitory effect of d-limonene and cineole on the BP-induced mutagenicity. The number of revertant-bearing wells was decreased by 44∼77% in the presence of both BP and d-limonene compared with that of BP alone whereas cineole decreased the number of revertant-bearing wells by 28∼45% at the concentrations between 2㎛ and 2mM. d-Limonene suppressed BP metabolism by 16, 54 and 67% at 1, 10 and 100 mM, respectively while cineole inhibited the metabolism by 16, 26 and 55% at the same concentrations. The EC_50 values for d-limonene and cineole in inhibiting lipid peroxidation were 2.0 mM and 16 mM respectively, as assayed by thiobarbituric acid method. The present study showed that d-limonene and cineole have common antimutagenic effects although d-limonene appeared to be more effective than cineole in suppressing mutation and lipid peroxidation. The results suggest that the antimutagenic effects of d-limonene and cineole may be associated with alternation in enzyme activities and with inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
