재래종과 ‘으뜸’ 도라지의 품질 특성 및 항산화성 비교

본 연구는 으뜸도라지의 이화학적 품질 특성 및 항산화성을 일반도라지와 비교 분석하였다. 일반성분인 조지방, 조섬유, 조회분 및 수분 함량은 일반도라지가 높았고 조단백질, 탄수화물은 으뜸도라지가 높게 나타났다. 가용성 고형물 함량은 으뜸도라지가, 환원당 함량은 일반도라지가 각각 높게 나타났다. 산도는 일반도라지가 2.74%로 으뜸도라지 2.34%에 비하여 높았다. 색도는 적색도를 나타내는 a값은 일반도라지가 3.35로 으뜸도라지 2.02보다 높았고 나머지 명도(L), 황색도(b)는 으뜸도라지가 높게 나타났다. 조사포닌 함량은 으뜸도라지가 2.01%로 일반도라지 0.88%보다 약 2배가량 높게 나타났다. 총페놀 함량은 으뜸도라지(0.227 mg/mL)가 일반도라지(0.100 mg/mL)보다 높았다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능의 IC50 값(일반도라지 59.32 mg/mL, 으뜸도라지 19.44 mg/mL) 및 superoxide dismutase(SOD) 유사활성의 LC50 값(일반도라지 274.81 mg/mL, 으뜸도라지 240.69 mg/mL)은 으뜸도라지가 높았다. 이상의 결과로부터 으뜸도라지는 일반도라지보다 조단백이 풍부하고 조사포닌 함 량이 높을 뿐 아니라 총페놀 함량 및 DPPH 라디칼 소거능, SOD 유사활성에서 일반도라지보다 항산화능이 우수하므로 가공식품 또는 건강기능 식품소재로 활용가치가 매우 높다고 생각한다. In this study, antioxidant activities, proximate composition, and physicochemical characteristics of tetraploid ‘Etteum’ variety in Platycodon grandiflorum (SD) were evaluated and compared with those of a domestic diploid variety in P. grandiflorum (ND). Moisture content, crude fat, crude fiber, and crude ash contents were higher in ND, whereas crude protein and carbohydrate content were higher in SD. The amount of crude saponin in SD (2.01%) was higher than that in ND (0.88%). The reducing sugar contents of ND and SD were 3.09% and 2.82%, respectively (P<0.05). The pH level was lower in the ND (ND, 4.98; SD, 5.68). Acidity was 2.74% in ND and 2.34% in SD. Under the Hunter color system, redness was lower and lightness/yellowness higher in SD compared to those in ND. Total phenol contents of ND and SD were 0.100 mg/mL and 0.227 mg/mL, respectively. Antioxidant activities based on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl scavenging activity and SOD-like activity of SD were higher than those in ND. Based on these results, SD is a good candidate for food processing in terms of its physicochemical and antioxidative activities.
탄소복합재 부품 파티션패널의 구조 강성/강도 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구

In the case of a partition panel for a vehicle, it is used as a vehicle chassis component that serves to distinguish the indoor and outdoor spaces of a vehicle and is mounted on a backrest portion of the vehicle’s back seat to ensure the convenience of passengers by connecting the floor and the side of the vehicle. Because it is a relatively large-sized plate material among automobile chassis parts except the moving parts and non-ferrous materials can be applied, it is considered as a part having a large light-weight effect. However, the partition panel is one of the vehicle parts that must satisfy the light-weight effect as well as various structural reliability, such as torsional rigidity, vibration, and impact characteristics, for securing the running stability of the vehicle when driving at the same time. So, In this study, the possibility of replacing the aluminum partition panel as CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) partition panel is evaluated through comparing the two partition panels by using the structural reliability(stiffness/strength analysis), vibration analysis, impact analysis.
곡선형 냉각채널 금형을 사용한 프론트 필라 핫스탬핑 공정에서 금형냉각시간이 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향

Researchers have recently begun to study hot stamping processes to shorten the mold cooling time and improve productivity. These publications explain that the mold cooling time can be reduced by using a curved cooling channel, where the mold surface is processed to a uniform depth, instead of a straight cooling channel that uses the conventional gun drilling machine. This study investigates the characteristics of the front pillar of an automobile after using a mold with a curved cooling channel. To analyze the change in properties, we used a 1.6 mm boron steel blank and heated the prototype at 930°C for 5 minutes. Next, we formed the prototype with a load of about 500 tons while varying the mold cooling time between 1 and 10 seconds. We subjected each prototype specimen to a tensile strength test, a hardness test, and a tissue surface observation.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the possibility of weight reduction by changing the partition panel of vehicle from an existing aluminum material to carbon fiber reinforced plastics. Three weaving methods (plain, twill and satin) were used in the manufacture of composite materials, and they were produced and tested to derive their material properties. The analysis model of composite partition panel for torsional conditions was developed and the structural stability and system stiffness were evaluated according to Tsai-Hill failure criteria. With design variables for fiber orientation angles and stacking sequence, evolutional optimal algorithm was performed and as the results, the optimal composite partition panel was designed. In addition, the structural analysis results for strength and specific stiffness were compared with aluminum partition panels and composite partition panels to verify the possibility of weight reduction.
