      • 우리나라 수산고의 특성화 사업과 일본의 현장체험학습에 대한 고찰

        현 정부의 직업교육정책이방향이 특성화고교 연계 확대 방향(교육부,2007)으로 됨에 따라 정부부처 협약학교로 국토해양부 해사고, 농림수산식품부 공립전문계고(3개교),프로그램지원 운영(6개교)학교가 지정되었다. 미래 어업인 양성 중심의 수산계 고교 특 성화 사업의 효율적 시행을 위하여 수산고교 자체에서 추진하기 어려운 과정은 공통 프로그램을 마련하여 전문기관에 위탁하여 실시하 고 있다. 이 공통프로그램이 보다 나은 방향으로 발전하기 위하여 일본 수산계 고교의 실습현장 제도와 비교하면서 우리나라 수산고 특성화 사업인 공통프로그램의 개선방향으로 현장실습훈련을 동해,남해,서해권의 권역별 실시와 실습업체 개발과 인센티브 제공, 종합 승선실습의 기간 연장 운영을 제시하고자 한다.

        새로운 채소류의 고구마뿌리혹선충과 땅콩뿌리혹선충에 대한 저항성

        To select resistant vegetables against two species of root-knot nematodes, M. incognita and M. arenaria, 39vegetables belongs to 7 families, 13 genera, 25 species were screened in greenhouse pot test. Susceptiblevegetables to both nematodes were amarath and leaf beet in Amaranthaceae, Malabar spinach in Basellaceae,Moroheiya in Tiliaceae, and Water-convolvulus in Convolvulaceae, Pak-choi in Brassica campestris var. chinensis, Tah tasai in B. campestris var. narinosa, B. campestris var. chinensis x narinosa, Leaf mustard,Mustard green in B. juncea, Kyona in B. juncea var. laciniate, Choy sum in B. rapa subsp. arachinenesis,Kairan in B. oleracea var. alboglabra, Arugula in Eruca sativa, Garland chrysanthemum in Chrysanthemumcoronarium, Endive in Cichorium endivia, Artichoke in Cynara cardunculus var. scolymus, Lettuce in Lactucasativa. Resistant to M. arenaria but susceptible to M. incognita were B. oleracea cv. Matjjang kale, B. oleraceavar. gongyloides cv. Jeok kohlrabi, and C. intybus cv. Radicchio. Resistant vegetables to both nematodes wereC. intybus cv. Sugar loaf, Grumoro, Radichio treviso, B. oleracea cv. Manchu collard, Super matjjang, B. oleracea italica, B. oleracea var. botrytis italiana, and Perilla in Lamiaceae. Vegetables resistant to both speciesof root-knot nematodes could be used as high-valued rotation crops in greenhouses where root-knotnematodes are problem. 새로운 채소류를 뿌리혹선충이 감염된 시설재배지에 윤작작물로 추천하기 위하여 7과 13속, 25종, 총 39품종을고구마뿌리혹선충과 땅콩뿌리혹선충을 대상으로 저항성을 검정하였다. 2종류의 뿌리혹선충에 모두 감수성인 것은 비름과(Amaranthaceae)의 아마란서스와 근대, 낙규과(Basellaceae)의 바우세, 피나무과(Tiliaceae)의 모로헤이야,메꽃과(Convolvulaceae)의 공심채, 십자화의 청경채, 홍채태(Brassica campestris var. chinensis), 다채(B. campestrisvar. narinosa), ‘다청채’(B. campestris var. chinensis xnarinosa), 갓, 곱슬겨자(B. juncea), 교나(B. juncea var. laciniate), 채심(B. rapa subsp. arachinenesis), 가이란(B. oleracea var. alboglabra), 로케트샐러드(Eruca sativa), 국화과(Asteraceae)의 쑥갓(Chrysanthemum coronarium), 엔다이브(Cichorium endivia), 아티쵸크(Cynara cardunculusvar. scolymus), 상추(Lactuca sativa)였다. M. incognita에는저항성이나 M. arenaria에는 감수성인 것은 십자화과의케일(B. oleracea) cv. 맛짱, 콜라비(B. oleracea var. gongyloides) cv. 적콜라비, 치커리(C. intybus) cv. 적치커리였다. 두 종류의 뿌리혹선충에 모두 저항성인 것은 치커리(C. intybus) cv. 슈가로프, 구루모, 통콘네로네(radichiotreviso), 십자화과의 케일(B. oleracea) cv. 만추콜라드, 슈퍼맛짱 브로콜리(B. oleracea italica), 잎브로콜리(B. oleraceavar. botrytis italiana), 꿀풀과(Lamiaceae)의 차즈기, 들깨였다. 2종류의 뿌리혹선충에 모두 저항성인 채소류는 뿌리혹선충이 감염된 시설재배지에서 부가가치가 높은 저항성 윤작작물로 사용이 가능할 것이다.

        Ditylenchus acris (Thorne, 1941) Fortuner and Maggenti 1987, A NewStrawberry Nematode in Korea

        Ditylenchus acris was isolated from diseased strawberry plants. Frequently, D. acris and Aphelenchoides fragariae occur together in a strawberry plant. Both species appeared very similar in the shape, length, swimming behavior and causing symptoms, and difficult to distinguish them by a stereomicroscope. But they were easily distinguished under a compound microscope especially by their tail shape, median bulb, vulva position, and bursa.

        독도의 토양 선충상

        Nematode fauna in Dokdo island was investigated for two years between 2008 and 2009. Population density and biomass were 239,500 m2 (26,000−836,000) and 103.9 mg/m2 (3.0−388.6), respectively. Total of 31 species of nematodes were identified : Acrobeloides is the most important genus with prominence value (PV) of 117.8,followed by Rhabditidae (PV = 81.9), Prismatolaimus (PV = 39.0), and Aphelenchoides (PV = 31.4). Among feeding group, bacteriovorus nematode composed 77% of density and 62% of biomass followed by plantparasitic and fungivorus nematodes. A species of Pratylenchus having distinctive tail terminus is under study as a new species. Biological indices, Shannon and Wiener index (2.46), Simpson’s diversity index (0.86),Species evenness (0.73), Species richness (1.30) indicate that nematode fauna in Dokdo island is diverse and unique. This study may give a general idea of nematode fauna at the Dokdo island.

        선정고등학교에서는 지난 8월 18일부터 22일까지 ‘service for peace' 일본활동를 개최했다. 방현기 교장선생을 단장으로 학생, 교사 등 48명이 참가한 이번 활동은 오사카, 교토, 가나자와, 고마츠 일원에서 '역사탐방, 윤봉길 의사 유적지 참배 , 봉사활동, 자매결연, 학교방문, 환경견학’등의 주제활동으로 진행됐다.

        시판 고추품종에 대한 뿌리혹선충 저항성 검정

        Ninety two pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) cultivars were screened for resistance to two common species of root-knot nematodes, Meloidogyne incognita and M. arenaria. All 92 pepper cultivars were resistant to M. arenaria (0−3 eggmass/plant) but were susceptible to M. incognita (76−678 eggmass/plant). Susceptibility to M. incognita were slightly differed; ‘Geomok’ and ‘Shintaepung’ had relatively less eggmass (<100 eggmass/plant) when compared to those 29 very susceptible culivars such as ‘Bulggotcheoreum’ (>300 eggmass/plant). Therefore, pepper is highly recommended as a high-valued rotation crop to only those greenhouses infested with M. arenaria, but should restrict for M. incognita.

        This thesis is to study the relation between the intensity of preference and non-electional political participation. If the cost of political participation is varied in sort of political participation, the constituent should select the path of political participation of which the cost is low. Nevertheless the constituent often selects the path of political participation of which the cost is very high. Therefore this thesis defining the political participation as action of the constituent who is not in charge of decision-making but is intend to effect on the decision-making divides the non-electional political participation into the conventional participation and the non-conventional participation. And on the relation between the intensity of preference and the non-electional political participation this thesis views that the intensity of preference can be measured cardinally. The character of conventional participation is that participation means the routine ways by the institutional path, acted before policy making, acted by the active of high stratum who have much political resources, has high possibility which can be included in the policy making, and should be explained multidimensionally. The character of non-conventional participation is that participation means the form of non-institutional path, shows the nature of resistant to the outcome of policy making, acted organizationally enthusiastically by the constituent who has little political resources, shows the nature of issue-turnover, has weak legitimacy, and demands high cost of the participation. And the relation between the intensity of preference and conventional participation is that the cost is low, the intensity of preference is also low. Therefore conventional participant maximizes the effects of preference by utilizing the political resources strategically and multidimensionally. But the relation between the intensity of preference and non-conventional participation is that the cost is high, and the intensity of preference is also high. Therefore the higher the intensity of preference is, the higher the possibility for participant to select non-conventional participation is in the relation between the intensity of preference and non-electional political participation. And the lower the intensity of preference is, the higher the possibility for participant to select conventional participation is.
