        토양질소(土壤窒素)의 유효도(有效度) 검정방법(檢定方法)에 의한 황색종연초(黃色種煙草)의 적정시비량(適正施肥量) 추정(推定)

        토양질소(土壤窒素)의 공급능력(供給能力)(유효도(有效度)) 검정방법(檢定方法)에 의한 밭토양의 비옥도(肥沃度) 평가(評價) 및 황색종연초(黃色種煙草)의 정적시비량(定適施肥量)을 추정(推定)하기 위하여 1982~1983년(年)에 23개소(個所)의 재배전(栽培前) 공시토양(供試土壤) 시료(試料)를 재료(材料)로 몇가지 토양검정치(土壤檢定値)에 의한 실내실험(室內實驗)과 이미 얻어진 무비구(無肥區) 건엽중(乾葉重)과의 상호관계(相互關係)를 검토(檢討)하였다. 토양(土壤)의 유효태질소(有效態窒素) 검정방법(檢定方法)으로서 본연구(本硏究)에서 사용(使用)된 a) 2주(週), b) 4주(週)동안의 항온(恒溫) 항습처리(恒濕處理)로 무기화(無機化)된 $NO_3-N$값, c) 0.01M-$NaHCO_3$ 침출물(浸出物)의 자외선(紫外線)(260nm) 흡광도(吸光度)값과 d) 동침출액(同浸出液)의 산분해(酸分解) 질소(窒素)값, e) 0.01M-$CaCl_2$ 용액(溶液)으로 자비(煮沸)하여 침출(浸出)한 질소(窒素)값과 f) 동용액(同溶液)으로 고온가압(高溫加壓) 침출(浸出)한 질소(窒素)값등의 모든 검정방법(檢定方法)이 무비구(無肥區)에서의 건엽중(乾葉中) 및 질소흡수량(窒素吸收量)과 밀접(密接)한 관계(關係)가 있었다. 따라서 유효태질소(有效態窒素) 토양검정결과(土壤檢定結果)로서 황색종연초(黃色種煙草)의 무비구(無肥區) 건엽중(乾葉中)의 추정(推定)은 물론, 토양비옥도(土壤肥沃度) 등급구분(等級區分) 및 적정시비량(適正施肥量) 추천범위(推薦範圍)의 산출(算出)도 가능(可能)하였다. Six analytial methods for determing the available nitrogen in soils were tested to predict the optimum fertilizer rate for the flue-cured tobacco and to test the fertility level of soils for tobacco. All methods, nitrifiable $NO_3-N$ value for 2 and 4 weeks incubation, UV absorption value at 260nm and N-value in acid digestion of 0.01 M-$NaHCO_3$ extracts, N-value extracted in boiling with $CaCl_2$ solution, and autoclave-extractable $NH_4-N$ value in 0.01 M-$CaCl_2$, were closely correlated with total nitrogen uptake as well as yield. Therefore available nitrogen indices determined from above 6 analysis method could be used for the predicting of tobacco yield without fertilizer, criteria for fertility class, and recommendable range of optimum fertilization.

        연초재배(煙草栽培) 밭토양(土壤)의 비옥도(肥沃度)와 시비반응(施肥反應)

        밭토양(土壤)의 비옥도(肥沃度) 평가(評價)와 비옥도별(肥沃度別) 시비반응(施肥反應)을 검토(檢討)하기 위하여 수원(水原), 음성(陰城), 대구(大邱) 연초시험장(煙草試驗場) 시험포장(試驗圃場)에서 24개(個) 경작지(耕作地)를 선정(選定)하여 경작지별(耕作地別)로 무비료구(無肥料區)와 연초용(煙草用) 복합비료(複合肥料)(10-10-20)의 시비수준(施肥水準)을 각각(各各) 70, 100, 130kg/10a으로 두어 황색종(黃色種) 연초(煙草)의 시비반응(施肥反應)을 종합(綜合)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 밭토양의 비옥도(肥沃度) 구분(區分)은 무비구(無肥區)의 건엽중(乾葉重)으로서 평가(評價)가 가능(可能)하였다. 2. 경작지별(耕作地別) 시비량증가(施肥量增加)에 따른 시비효율(施肥效率) (시비구(施肥區) 건엽중(乾葉重)-무비구(無肥區) 건엽중(乾葉重))은 비옥도(肥沃度)가 높아짐에 따라 매우 작아지며 특히 70과 100kg/10a간(間)에서만 증수차이(增收差異)가 인정(認定)되고 100과 130kg/10a 시비수준간(施肥水準間)에는 시비효과(施肥效果)를 인정(認定)할 수 없었다. 3. 수익(收益) (수량(收量) ${\times}$ kg당(當) 가격(價格))을 기준(基準)으로한 시비한계(施肥限界)는 건엽중(乾葉重)이 208.5kg/10a 이하(以下)인 경작지에서는 100kg/10a이고 건엽중(乾葉重)이 33.3kg/10a 이하(以下)의 비옥도(肥沃度)를 나타내는 매우 척박(瘠薄)한 경작지에서는 130kg/10a이고 시비범위(施肥範圍)이었다. 24 cultivation areas at fields of the Tobacco Experiment Station in Suweon, Eumseong, and Daegu were selected to get the fertilizer response and evaluate fertility level of upland soil. Fertilizer levels treated were 0, 70, 100, and 130kg/10a of compound fertilizer (10-10-20) for tobacco. The results are as follows; 1. Fertility level could be evaluated by dry weight of tobacco loaves harvested from non-fertilized fields. 2. There was significant in yield differences between fertilizer levels of 70 and 100kg/10a but was no difference between 100 and 130kg/10a of fertilizer level. The lower fertilizer efficiencies were showed at the fields harvested high yield of tobacco leaf without fertilizer. 3. Optimum fertilizer level for non-fertilized field with leaf yield less than 208.5kg/10a was 100kg/10a, and at low productive field with dry leaf weight less than 33.3kg/10a, higher level of fertilizer, 130kg/10a, was considered to be the optimum to get the got income with tobacco cultivation.

      • Chloride Meter(CL-2Z형)를 이용한 담배잎 중 chloride의 신속한 검정방법

        The aim of this study is to develop a simple and rapid field method for the determination of chloride content in tobacco green or cured leaves. To set up a practical process, several factors such as the proper sampling position of each leaf, the size of leaf lamina pieces for blending, the substitution of deionized water fur the extracting solution, 0.1N $HNO_3$, the submerging durations before blending, and the standing times before measuring were studied using flue-cured and burley tobacco with a stable and reproducible Chloride Meter, KRK CL-2Z. From the results, chloride contents of tobacco leaves could be analyzed with the Chloride Meter(CL-2Z) using the suspension of 14 mm diameter leaf disks after soaking in distilled water for 30 min., blending with a mini-blender for 30 seconds. The chloride contents measured in this way showed highly significant correlations with ones by the conventional potentiometric method using an ion meter-chloride electrode and $AgNO_3$ titration. In our method, the procedures such as drying, powdering and weighing samples, and using chemical reagents for extraction (0.1N $HNO_3$) and titration(0.028N $AgNO_3$) could be eliminated. These results suggest that the newly constructed method using the Chloride Meter is more efficient to determine the chloride content of tobacco leave in comparison with the one by the Ion $Meter:AgNO_3$ titration.

      • 데실알콜유제와 부트랄린유제의 담배 곁순억제효과

        Studies on effect of Decyl alcohol EC and Butralin EC on tobacco sucker control were conducted in the tobacco field of Agro-tech Research Group of KT&G Central Research Institute, in 2004. Control effects of two chemicals were highest at the sucker length of 1$1\~2cm$. This indicates that the first application of Decyl alcohol should be conducted before button stage in the flue-cured and at the button stage in the burley tobacco. Effects of Decyl alcohol and Butralin on sucker control were $89.6\%\;and\;90.7\%$, respectively at 14 days after application in the variety KF118. But that of sequential application of two chemicals was $81.9\%$ at 30 days after application in the variety KF118 and $86.1\%$ in the variety KB303. Effect of two applications of Yellow ribbon or Butralin was highest in two varieties. The central downward spray showed a little higher control effect than the pouring of two chemicals. There was not significant difference of sucker control effect between forty and fifty times solution of Decyl alcohol in the variety KB303.

        토양(土壤)pH가 상이(相異)한 몇가지 연초경작지(煙草耕作地) 토양(土壤)에서 질산화작용(窒酸化作用)에 대한 온도효과(溫度效果) 및 NO<sub>3</sub>-N와 잎담배 생산성(生産性)과의 상호관계(相互關係)

        토양(土壤)pH가 강산성(强酸性)에시 약(弱)알카리성(性)의 분포(分布)를 갖는 8개연초경작지토양종류(個煙草耕作地土壤種類), 고평통(진천, pH4.51), 예산통(진천, pH4.54), 지곡통(음성, pH4.71), 송산통(괴산, pH5.01), 안계통(성주, pH5.34), 반호통(성주, pH5.73), 원곡통(진천, pH5.93) 및 반호통(성주, pH7.70) 등(等)에 대하여 토양수분함양(土壤水分含量)을 최대용수양(最大容水量)의 60%, 배양온도(培養溫度)를 $15^{\circ}C$와 $25^{\circ}C$로 하고 질소무첨가(窒素無添加)와 질소첨가(窒素添加)(연초용복합비료(煙草用複合肥料), 10-10-20, 200mgN/g 첨가(添加))로 구분(區分)하여 8주간(週間) 배양(培養)하고 질산화작용(窒酸化作用)에 대(對)한 토양(土壤)pH 및 온도효과(溫度效果)를 조사(調査)하였다. 또한 배양후(培養後) 축적(蓄積)된 $NO_3-N$함양(含量)과 무비구(無肥區)잎담배수양(收量)과의 상호관계(相互關係)를 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 배양온도(培養溫度)에 따른 질산화작용(窒酸化作用)은 토양종류(土壤種類)에 따라 다양(多樣)한 양상을 나타냈으며 대부분(大部分) $25^{\circ}C$조건(條件)이 $15^{\circ}C$조건(條件)보다 현저하게 양호(良好)하였고 배양온도간(培養溫度間) 차이(差異)는 배양(培養) 2주후(週後)부터 뚜렷하였으며 토양(土壤)pH가 증가(增加)할수록 적어지는 경향이었다. 2. 배양(培養) 2주(週) 및 4주후(週後)에 축적(蓄積)된 순(純)$NO_3-N$함양(含量)(N첨가구(添加區)-N무첨가구(無添加區))은 각각(各各)의 배양온도조건(培養溫度條件)에서 토양(土壤) pH 증가(增加)에 따라 증가(增加)되는 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 나타냈다. 3. 토양(土壤)의 질소공급능력(窒素供給能力)을 평가(評價)하기 위한 질소유효도(窒素有效度) 지표(指標)로 이용(利用)되고 있는 배양(培養) 2주후(週後) 축적(蓄積)된 $NO_3-N$ 및 순(純)$NO_3-N$함량으로 무비구(無肥區)잎담배수양(收量)과의 상호관계(相互關係)를 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果) 본포이식후(本圃移植後) 초기생육단계(初期生育段階)의 근권토양온도(根圈土壤溫度)와 비슷한 $15^{\circ}C$조건(條件)은 최적온도(最適溫度)인 $25^{\circ}C$조건(條件)보다 더 밀접한 상관(相關)을 나타냈다. An incubation study was conducted to examine the effect of soil pH and temperature on nitrification potential of 8 different soil series applied with no-N and 200 ugN/g soil as a compound fertilizer at 60 % moisture content of maximum water holding capacity for 8 weeks, whose series were ranged from acid to mild alkali as Gopyeong(Jincheon, pH 4.51), Yesan(Jincheon, pH 4.54), Jigog(Eumseong, pH 4.71), Songsan(Goesan, pH 5.01), Angye(Seongju, pH 5.34), Banho(Seongju, pH 5.73), Weongog(Jincheon, pH 5.93), and Banho(Seongju, pH 7.70), respectively. Interrelationship between the nitrifiable and the net $NO_3-N$(N added plot-no-N plot) accumulated in the soil and tobacco yield in the no fertilizer plot were investigated as well. 1. Nitrification response was various according to soil characteristics at each temperature condition showing that nitrifiable $NO_3-N$ values of the soils were much higher at $25^{\circ}C$ than $15^{\circ}C$. And difference of nitrification potential affected by temperature was markedly distinguishable from 2 weeks after incubation and was showing a tendency to reduce with increasing of soil pH. 2. At each temperature condition, net $NO_3-N$ accumulated at 2 and 4 weeks after incubation was positively correlated with soil pH. 3. Tobacco yield in the no fertilizer plot was more highly correlated with the values of nitrifiable and net $NO_3-N$ accumulated at $15^{\circ}C$ similar to soil temperature in rhizosphere of early stage of tobacco growth than those at optimum temperature($25^{\circ}C$).

        This survey was been conducted to classify the distribution of morphological and chemical characteristics of soils in the major districts cultivating flue-cured tobacco plant. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. Tobacco was mainly grown in local valley, 7-15% slopes, loam and sandyloam containing gravels, and productivity classes of soil were corresponded to 3-4 degree for upland crops. 2. most soils were acidic (below pH 5.5) and contained low organic matters. (below 2%) 3. Dominant soil series were SANGJU, JIGOG, SEOCTO, SAMGAG ANRYONG, SUAM, and YESAN.
