양성 전립선 비대증 유발 쥐에 단미 한약재가 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 분석

Objectives: This study is to review the effect of Korean medicinal herbs on treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia induced in rat models, as reported in domestic and foreign journals. Methods: Six electronic databases (EMBASE, PubMed, Oasis, RISS, CENTRAL, and Koreankt) were searched with terms including benign prostatic hyperplasia to identify study reports on treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia impairment with Korean medicinal herbs. After selecting several studies, the analysis focused on items reflected in the diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia, such as prostate weight, thickness of the prostate epithelium, and prostate specific antigen. Results: Six studies were reviewed. Testosterone propionate was used as a benign prostatic hyperplasia induction material in all the included studies. Cinnamomum verum (CV), Cynanchum wilfordii (CW), Ponciri fructus (PF), Quisqualis indica (QI), Acorus gramineus (AG), and Melandrium firmum (MF) had reduced prostate weight statistically significantly. The QI gave a better response than finasteride in terms of reducing epithelium thickness, and the response was statistically significant. The prostate specific antigen level was lower in the group treated with CV than in the control group. Conclusions: CV, CW, PF, QI, AG, and MF had distinct therapeutic effects. However it is difficult to determine which of these is better by comparing them numerically because the observation items evaluated in a rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
다낭성 난소 유발 rat에 단미 한약제가 미치는 영향에 관한 연구분석

Objectives: This study is to review the effect of Korean medicinal herbs on treatment of polycystic ovary induced rat models reported in domestic & foreign journals. Methods: 7 electronic databases (Pubmed, CNKI, EMBASE, Oasis, RISS, CENTRAL, Koreankt) were searched with term as polycystic ovary, and study reports on polycystic ovary impairment with Korean medicinal herbs. After selecting several studies, the analysis was focused on items reflected in the Rotterdam criteria for diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome such as hyperandrogenism (HA), ovarian weight, the number of follicle cysts, estrous cycles, and etc. Results: 15 studies were reviewed. As a polycystic ovary induction material, estradiol valerate (EV) was used in 9 studies, testosterone propionate (TP) in 2 studies and dihydrotestosterone (DHT), dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), Poretsky's method and letrozole (LE) was used in rest 4 studies, respectively. Tribulus terrestris (TT), Nardostachys jatamansi (NJ), Lycii cortex (LC), Cinnamomum cassia kees (CCK) and Atractylodis macrocephalae koidz (AMK) produced statistically significant results related to hyperandrogenism. In ovarian weight, Silybum marianum (SM), AMK and Alllium sativum (AS) were statistically significant. In the the number of follicle cysts, SM and TT were statistically significant. In estrous cycles, AMK, NJ, TT and Coix lacryma-jobi (CL) were statistically significant. Conclusions: Based on the diagnosis criteria of Rotterdam, TT, NJ, AMK, SM, AS, and CL produced statistically significant results in rat model. 목표 : 이 연구는 국내외에서 보고된 다낭성 난소 유도 동물 모델에 대한 단일 한약 추출물의 치료 효과를 검토하기 위한 것이다. 방법 : 7개의 전자 데이터베이스(Pulmed, CNKI, EMBASE, 오아시스, RISS, cochrane library , Koreankt)에서 다낭성 난소로 검색하였고 다낭성 난소 손상에서 단일 한약 추출물 처치를 받은 동물 연구가 추출되었다. 결과 : 15편의 논문을 검토하였다. 대부분의 연구는 Spargue-Dawley 쥐를 사용했다. Estradiol valerate(EV)는 9개의 논문에서, testosterone propionate(TP)는 2개의 논문에서, dihydrotestosterone(DHT), dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA), Poretsky's 방법과 letrozole(LE)은 각각 한 개의 논문에서 사용되었다. 각 동물모델들은 단일 한약 추출물을 투여받았고, 다낭성 난소와 관련된 대부분의 주요 지표에서 유의한 변화를 보였다.

Based on the study, the article has focused to list problems of the pedestrian environment near the subway stations and to find a way to improve the environment.
