경증치매노인 대상 통합인지활동형 프로그램 효과성 연구 : 주간보호센터 이용자 중심으로

This study aimed to present social welfare intervention strategies by verifying the effectiveness of Integrated Cognitive Activity Program (ICAP) for improving cognitive function of elderly using elderly day-care centers. Using a pre-postal experimental design, pre-post difference was identified by comparing the elderly participating in the program with a control group not participating in the ICAP. Results showed that the participating group with ICAP implemented had a higher degree of cognitive function improvement than the control group without ICAP implementation. Second, significant improvements were found in orientation, attention, space-time function, execution function, and language function among program sub-factors, but not in memory. Based on results of this study, the following suggestions can be made. First, more professional and standardized programs should be distributed and activated in the future. Second, professionals specialized in dementia management should be further trained. Third, the government should support the provision of high quality programs.

This study is to examine the warm/cool feeling and thermal transport properties of ten different knitted fabrics for underwear, measuring the thermal conductivity(λ), thermal insulation value(TIV) using Thermo Labo II type machine. The moisture transmittance and the air permeability were also measured to evaluate the moisture/air transport properties in the knitted samples. Furthermore, the qmax and TIV of specimen were measured after cyclic laundering in order to evaluate the end-use performance of knitted fabrics for under wear. The experimental results were analyzed statistically to relate the thermal properties and moisture/air transport properties, relative humidity, thickness of air layer, etc. The summarized results of this study are as follows: 1. The TIV of knitted fabrics for underwear showed that the smaller the bulk density and the thicker air layer the better the thermal insulation. Regardless of materials, about 150% increase is observed in TIV about 8mm of air layer. And constant decrease in observed in TIV of knitted fabrics for underwear as the relative humidity(RH, %) increased, but dull decrease is observed in TW for more than 65% RH. Particularly, cotton/synthetic blended fabrics showed remarkable decrease as compared with pure cotton and wool fibers 2. The TIV of knitted fabrics for underwear has negative correlation with transport properties such as thermal transmittance($textsc{k}$), moisture transmittance(Mt) and air permeability(Ap). The relation between the TIV and these properties is shown as the following regression equation. TIV( % ) =O.0307($textsc{k}$) -O.3594(Mt) +0.5778(Ap) 3. Remarkable increases are observed in TIV of knitted fabrics for under about l~5 cycles of the repeated laundering, but slack decrease are observed in TIV more than 5 cycles of repeated laundering. While remarkable decrease are observed in the qmax about l~5 cycles of the repeated laundering, but slack increase are observed in the qmax more than 5 cycles of repeated laundering. Particularly, lxi rib stitch and interlock stitch knitted from pure cotton and wool respertively showed remarkable change as compared with double layer or triple layer knit structure made of cotton/synthetic blended fibers.

The aim of this paper is study on the old Sijo in 19c, especially on the point of old music books which is called 'Ku'mbo'. There is no prior research that the interpret of Sijo in this era and in music books. I found that the methods of sing a Sijo had 3 types in old music books as follows : non divided chapter, and five divided chapter as like 'Kagok', and three divided chapter. This means that in the first stage, method of sing a Sijo started non divided chapter or five divided chapter, and later it was changed and fixed as three divided chapter gradually. There was also three types of Sijo as Peung sijo, so - i sijo, and mu - neu(female shaman) sijo in Samjookku'mbo, one of the old music books. Another book, Jangku'msinbo, reported Sijo as sijo, eut sijo, ji - reum sijo. The classification of Sijo brought to the wide spread of participants who could sing a sijo in banquet or anywhere. The main themes of sijo in old music books in 19c were for Nature, Love, Life, and for Royalty. The expression of Nature was distinguished from the earlier Sijo. The works of the late of 19c had double views as for feudalism and against it. The love song was conservative to reflect the pleasure culture of that times. Because the editors of old music books were negative to reflect that culture. And the texts of Sijo for the king expressed the royalty excessively by the singer who recognized that era as peaceful reign. This paper will more valuable if another paper which compare Sijo with Kagok in old music books and with Kagip would be appeared sooner by researchers.

The effects of enternal feeding on wound healing and intestinal movement in 30 gastrotomized dogs were investigated. The dogs were divided into enteral and parenteral feeding groups. Wound healing was evaluated with tensile strengh on the suture line 4 days after surgery and intestinal movement with the auscultation of borborygmus sound in the abdomen. There was no difference of the tensile strengh on the suture line between enternal and parenteral feeding groups. Borborygmus was auscultated in all dogs of the enteral feeding groups from day2 after surgery. It was thought that enteral feeding had no detrimental effect on wound healing as compared with the parenteral feeding and had good effect on the prevention of ileus in gastrotomized dogs.
Electron Microscopy for Morphological Characterization of Cellulose Nanomaterial (CNM)

It is essential to characterize material properties of various nanocellulosic materials such as nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC) or cellulose nanofibril (CNF), and cellulose nanocrystals (CNC), which have been termed as Cellulose NanoMaterial (CNM) by ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Electron microscopy is a critical investigation and analytical method for morphological characterization of CNM. Accurate morphological analysis requires high-quality micrographs acquired from the proper use of electron microscope and associated sample preparation methods. Characterization standards from ISO and CSA (Canadian Standards Association) describe details of characterization methods and references. This presentation provides a brief status of international standards for CNM and an overview of microand nano-structural analysis of cellulose, as investigated using transmission and scanning electron microscopy.
