经济之道初探 --基于儒家义理贞定1)经济生活的尝试

儒家不反对“曰利”,但反对“专以利为心”之人所言之“利”。儒家不认为“曰利”是一件很要紧的事,但实在要说,也大有可说。儒家认为,人担负着顺天道而生死、尽人伦的责任,所以产生各种层次的经济活动。其中,人因为担负“顺天道而生存”的责任而被赋予生存欲望、对部份物的使用欲,享有生存权利、对部份物的使用权,这是生存层次的经济活动的起源。正因为人有这样的责任,所以人所享有的配套权利是正当的,而这样的责任,也在配套权利的享有和行使至于物尽其用、民遂其生之时被完成;也正因为人有这样责任,所以这些配套的权利也是有其边界的:人没有放弃生存权利的权利,没有自我败坏、败坏供其生存之物的权利。因为人有顺天道而死亡的责任,所以生存责任并不是无限的;因为人有比生存更高的、尽人伦的责任,所以生存责任能够自然找到其边界。 In Confucianism, we human beings have the duty to live, die, and put our heart and soul into human relations according to the principle of Tian, this is the origin of all kinds of economics. In details, since we have the duty to live, we are given the desire to live and the right to use other things as our living materials. It is the duty which guarantee the legitimacy of right, and when one can eat his (her) fill, wear warm clothes, and live in a cozy house, the duty is accomplished and it is time for human relations, rites and music, in this way, the activities of economy find their binderies, otherwise, if we have no awareness of human relations, rites and music, the economy will break through its limit and cause lots of disasters.

Recently Automobiles are becoming more important in our life, the study on piston of engine is needed because, cooling and lubrication of piston have an effect on the life and efficiency of engine directly. This study is about nozzle part of oil jet for cooling piston in the automotive engine. The previous system cooled the lower part of piston only. So, efficiency was low. To improve this system, make the oil gallery in the piston, and oil flows into the gallery, The flux of oil flow rate into the gallery is important. Consequently, the point of this study is the research of investigation of flow characteristics for various radios of curvature and diameters of outlet of nozzle and various aspect ratio. This study has been modelled by a commercial CFD code FLUENT, allowing to assess this validity.

PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) 밸브의 유동특성에 관한 수치해석

A great deal of exhaust gas inside a combustion room goes out through exhaust pipe. But residual gas "Blowby gas" enters the crankcase through a small gap between the piston and the cylinder wall. Here, if the Blowby gas isn't vented, this causes many bad effects such as lubricant oil contamination, corrosion by that and crankcase explosion by rising pressure. So most automobiles are constituted with a PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system to prevent previous problems. PCV valve is the most important part in this ventilation system. When companies are manufacturing new cases, engineers are designing it depending on their experiments than theoretical knowledges. Much efforts and times are needed for new development. This study will show quantitative results to increase the possibilities for the optimal design.

패션 및 의류명(衣類名) 표기(表記)에 나타난 외래어(外來語) 오표기(誤表記)의 양상(樣相)

본고는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등에 多樣하게 나타나는 외래어가 包含된 패션 및 의류 명칭들을 다시 한국의 代表 포털 사이트인 네이버에서 檢索하여 하나의 패션이나 의류에 대한 표기가 매우 다양하게 나타나는 양상들을 확인하고 그 가운데 오류의 類型을 나누어 분석하였다. 오표기의 유형을 初聲 오표기, 中聲 오표기, 終聲 오표기와 같이 오표기가 나타나는 위치에 따라 分類하고 이를 다시 대치, 첨가, 누락의 경우로 나누어 살펴보았다. 초성에서는 破裂音에서의 平音, 硬音, 激音 간의 代置 오표기가 가장 많이 나타났으며 중성에서는 단모음 ‘ㅔ[e]’와 ‘ㅐ[æ]’의 대치 오표기가 가장 많이 나타났고 종성에서는 有聲子音인 ‘ㄹ’ 漏落 오표기 유형이 가장 많이 나타났다. 이러한 오표기가 나타나는 原因은 외래어 表記法에 대한 認識 不足, 원음주의의 影響, 日本語의 영향, 韓國語의 굳어진 발음 方式, 그리고 規定 자체의 問題 등으로 分析되었다. The article has analyzed the incorrect spelling of the fashion and clothing names from retrieval website Naver. All the analyzed clothing name scan be divided to three types of spelling errors according to the distribution of the errors. Initial sound, inter-syllable sound, and the final sound errors are ex3posed and specified. of clerical errors. The most common error from the initial sound position is exchange the lax consonants with aspirated consonant. In the case of inter-syllable sound position, the substitution error of monophthong ‘ㅔ[e]’ and ‘ㅐ[æ]’ is most frequent. In the final sound position, the omission of sonorant ‘ㄹ’ appeared most af all. The reasons of these spelling errors can be summarized as 1) lack of the recognition of Loanword Orthography, 2) the influence of original pronunciation, 3) the influence of the loanword through Japan, and rigid Korean pronunciation and the Loanword Orthography itself.

20세기말 이래 중국(中國)의 퇴계학(退溪學) 연구 특색

海東 朱子로 이름난 退溪 李滉은 중화 민국 시대에 이미 국가 지도자의 눈길을 끌었다. 20세기 1930년대 중국 漢口에서 출판 된 『聖學十圖』는 퇴계가 중국 중부 지역까지 영향이 넓게 미쳤음을 분명히 나타낸다. 중국에서 현대적 퇴계학 연구는 20세기 1980년대 중반부터 시작되어 지금까지 약 169편정도의 전문적인 논문이 발표 되었다. 10년마다 50편정도가 발표 되었고 張立文과 馬正應, 高令印, 謝寶森, 李甦平 등을 비롯한 전문 연구자들은 哲學과 文學, 敎育學, 美學, 生態學, 醫學, 政治學등 분야에서 퇴계의 사상을 자세히 해석하였다. 철학 분야를 중심으로 하여 미학, 생태학 등의 분야에서도 새로운 연구 성과가 나왔다. 퇴계학 연구 기관은 北京부터 중국 남북양쪽으로 동시에 뻗어 나갔고 上海, 浙江, 山東, 安徽, 吉林 등 지역에 집중되었다. 중점 연구 기관은 延邊大學과 北京大學, 中國人民大學, 中國社會科學院, 復旦大學, 山東大學, 山東社會科學院, 安徽大學 등을 뽑을 수 있다. 이처럼 깊이 있고 풍부한 연구는 35년간 지속되어 왔으며 이를 바탕으로 퇴계학을 연구하는 연구기관이 더욱 많아지게 되었고 영향 지역도 넓어졌으며 향후 연구가 한 층 더 나아 갈수 있도록 튼튼한 기초를 다지게 된 것을 성과로 꼽을 수 있다. Toegye Yi Hwang, who is famous as an orient Zhuzi, had already made the Chinese leaders of Minguo period lean their attention on him. The Ten Diagrams of Sage Learning, which was published in Hankou(China) by the 1930s, indicates that his influence had already spread out to the centre district of China by then. However the modernistic Toegye Study in China started during the middle of the 1980s and has already had almost 169 specialized thesis until now. Every 10 years about 50 thesis appeared. Specialized researchers such as Zhang Liwen, Ma Zhengying, Gao Lingyin, Xie Baosen, Li Suping has analysed Toegye’s thoughts minutely by philosophy, literature, education, aesthetics, ecology, medical science, politics, etc. Philosophy field is the most distinguished one. Aesthetics, ecology etc. fields are new research trends. Toegye study institutes extended to south and north at the same time from Beijing and centred around Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Anhui, Jilin etc. Yanbian University, Beijing Universtiy, Renmin University of China, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Fudan Universtiy, Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, Anhui University etc. can be counted as key research institutes. The research achievements during these 35 years are deep and rich. The number of research institute is increasing. The influenced district is also getting wider and wider. These work has laid a solid foundation for the further development of Toegye study in future.

The internal state of an automotive engine is very severe. A piston exposes burnt gas of over 2000℃ and is shocked by high pressure at the time of explosion. Furthermore strong friction is caused by high speed motion. A study on the cooling of the piston requires because the cooling and lubrication of the piston has an effect on the life and efficiency of engine directly. The previous system of oil jet cooled only the bottom of the piston. In order to improve the cooling efficiency, the oil gallery is made inside the piston, and oil flows into the oil gallery. The flow rate of oil at the entrance of oil gallery is important because of the cooling efficiency. The purpose of this study is the investigation of fluid flow characteristics of oil jet and flow rate into the oil gallery.
