Research on the Development of Youth Grit Program

This study developed a grit program for adolescents The subjects are 12 middle and high school students selected through doing surveys. The program was conducted once or twice a week for a total of 12 sessions, 50 minutes each, from March 2021 to May 2021. In order to measure the effectiveness of the program, data on self-efficacy, intrinsic future-oriented goals, and self-directed learning ability were collected before and after the program. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Adolescents in the experimental group were able to improve their elasticity to persevere toward their vision by looking positively at the inner strength and future that they could face in stressful situations. Therefore, the grit program developed in this study was found to be effective in improving grit for teenagers who are obsessed with academic performance, improving their learning ability and steadily promoting their goals with interest. The grit program is judged to be a useful on improving the grit of adolescents. This study is meaningful since it examines the effectiveness of the youth grit program which aims to promote the well-being and happiness among adolescents.

Korean economy is an economic system based on capitalism. Due to the scarcity of naturally endowed resources, however, it is unable to turn away from the heavy structure dependent on its import. This means that Korean economy is vulnerable to changes of international economic environment. While overcoming this difficulty, Korea has to accomplish two other tasks such as maintaining her sustained economic growth and resolving the security issue. In order to achieve these objectives, following things need to be effected First, equal distribution of income needs to be ensured through payment of adequate amount of wages to the workers. There should be a more democratic and rational organization of labor to improve the legal status of the workers. Second, we should not forget the fact that national security is likely to be threatened without ensuring the social and political stability. Third, making appropriate achievement of national economy requires economic growth, economic stability, equality of income distribution, and more balanced insdustrial structure. In addition to all these things, the more important thing is that a new value system should be established through correct understanding of right utilization of available resources, the workers' motivation, technological improvement, and savings which is the source of investment capital In order to resolve the issues confronting the Korean economy, the precondition is reaching national consensus and operating on its basis in the soico-political aspects as well as in the economic respect. It is worthwhile, we think, to re-emphasize the fact that the most important task is to re-evaluate and re-set the structure of our national awareness or the ideology.

As already mentioned in the preface, the weight of the Function in modern mathematics is gradually increasing. The importance of studying it, however, tends be neglected because it is introduced between the first and second semester in the middle school syllabus. The studying of the Function is very important in that it can help the Students develop their mathematical and logical thinking. In this report, the concept of the function was researched historically so that the teachers may present to their students the easier way of approaching it. On the premise that the Function means the relation between the two variables, the method of discovering or unifying the objects by Functional observation was also considered hers. The three stages which and be offered as the suitable learning process are as follows. For the first-grads students, the symbolization of both the Function and the grade is needed for their understanding the systematic structure of the Function. For the second grade, the concept of the relation between the linear equation in two variable and the Function should be understood precisely, so that the students themselves may express it into a graph. For the third, the quadratic Function related to quadratic equation, the notion that the graph of the quadratic Function is a parabola The testing should be followed after each process to make sure that the students understand he given assignment. The result of the test must be analyzed to find out the dull students and solve their learning problems.

방송스태프 계약의 불공정성에 관한 연구 ― 근로자성 도입의 필요성을 중심으로 ―

방송제작에 있어서 스태프의 역할은 방송실연자나 방송 기획, 제작자만큼 매우 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 특히 많은 스태프들이 한 몸처럼 제 역할을 하지 못할 때 방송프로그램의 질은 담보할 수 없다. 그 중에서도 캐스팅이나 촬영, 음향, 미술 등은 숙련도에 따라 방송프로그램의 질을 직접 좌우하기 때문에 경력자들의 노련한 제작 능력이방송프로그램 성공도에 직접적인 역할을 주기도 한다. 그만큼 방송 스태프의 역량 관리는 방송제작환경 선진화에서 빼놓을 수 없는 중요한 요소이며 이는 방송 산업의 미래와 직접적인 영향을 가지고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 방송 산업에서 방송 프로그램의 질적 확보를 위하여 방송 스태프들의노동실태를 살펴본 후 어떻게 보호를 해야 할 것인가를 주된 내용으로 하였다. 즉, 방송스태프들의 근로자성을 인정하여 기존의 고용관행, 형태를 보완 및 수정하면서 방송스태프 계약의 근로계약으로서의 필수내용들을 검토하여 반드시 편입되어야 할 내용을제안하였다. 그리하여 “방송스태프 계약의 법적 성질”이라는 제목 아래 방송스태프 근로환경 현황을 살펴본 뒤 방송스태프 계약의 근로계약 가능성을 검토하였다. 다음으로“방송스태프 계약의 법률관계”라는 제목 아래 계약 당사자, 계약기간, 계약 내용을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 방송업계에서 노동조합 하나 없는 열위적 지위에 있는 방송스태프의 경우 연속하여 방송업 종사를 하기 위해서는 여러 가지 불공정을 받아들일 수밖에없는 상태에 놓여있다. 따라서 그러한 특수성을 고려하기 이전에 방송스태프가 일정한계약의 교섭력을 가지기 전까지는 분쟁 사안에 있어 국가의 법률적인 통제나 개입을하지 않을 수 없다. 우리나라의 방송제작과 콘텐츠의 수준은 점차 높아지고 있다. 이것은 한류스타의 연기력도 중요한 기여가 있겠으나 방송스태프의 높은 숙련도에 더 많은 기여비중이 있는것이 사실이다. 하지만 방송산업 내부에서 구성원 간에 가장 열위적 지위에 있어 자체적으로 자신의 권리를 해결함에 있어 일정한 한계가 있다고 한다면 더 이상 그들에게피해가 발생하지 않도록 방송스태프 계약의 법적 성질을 비롯하여 계약당사자의 권리와 의무를 명확히 해주는 것이 중요하며 법원도 방송스태프와 관련하여 명확하게 계속 근로자성 인정 판시를 내는 노력이 요구된다. 그리하여 방송스태프도 이러한 책임관계를 바탕으로 하여 보다 선진적인 노무로서 방송프로그램 제작 질에 기여할 수 있게 하여야 할 것이다. Staff hold a key post in manufacturing successful broadcast program and theirworks should never be underestimated by being compared to performers’, broadcastingplanners’ or producers’. Especially, when the crews are not working efficiently as ateam, the quality of the broadcast program could not be assured. Successful casting,filming, sound and visual arts, which are in the hands of well experienced staff, directlyaffect the quality of a broadcast program. In this regard, managing and boostingcompetence of the members of staff are a vital factor which makes better thebroadcasting production environment. This writing focuses on actual condition of labor of broadcasting staff and how toprotect the workers’ right. To put it concretely, it argues that the legal definition of theirnature of employee should be recognized and suggests what should be included inthe labor contract for the broadcasting staff to supplement and rectify the customs andforms of existing employment. So, we reviewed the feasibility of labor contract forbroadcasting staff after inspecting present working condition in the title named ‘LegalNature of Labor Contract for Broadcasting staff ’. Then we closely examined thecontracting parties, period of contract and contract contents in the title named ‘LegalRelationship of Labor Contract for Broadcasting Staff’. These days, the quality of broadcasting manufacturing and contents are getting higher,thanks not only to the good actors enjoying immense popularity of Korean Wave, butalso to the well experienced members of staff. In fact, the contribution of the latter ismuch bigger. However, they are in a position of the weakest in the broadcastingindustry, that is why legal nature of their labor contract should be more distinct andtheir right and duty should be clearly defined. Also, the courts should make efforts toreach a verdict recognizing the nature of employees for the broadcasting staff. In thisway, the crews of the broadcasting staff can contribute to better quality of broadcastingprograms on a foundation of legal obligations guaranteeing their nature of employees.

지역축제지원 조례의 확산요인 분석: 제도적 동형화를 중심으로

This study examines whether the enactment of the local festival support ordinance spread through institutional isomorphism. The local festival support ordinance is a representative local government’s support system related to local festivals. The local festival support ordinance, which has been enacted since 2004, is enacted by 134 local governments in 2021. As many local governments mainly include the budget support of the head of local governments or the composition of the festival promotion committee in the local festival support ordinance, this study also focuses on these two contents. For analysis, panel ordered logit analysis is conducted for 226 local governments and the Sejong Special Self-Governing City from 2010 to 2019. As a result, it is confirmed that the local festival support ordinance of local governments is enacted through mimetic isomorphism and normative isomorphism. In other words, when local governments enact the local festival support ordinance, other local governments’ local festival support ordinance and private non-profit organizations related to culture, festivals, and tourism have a great influence. This study contributes to empirically analyzing the diffusion factors of local governments’ local festival support ordinance, and suggests the directions of improvement for the local festival support ordinance. 이 연구는 지역축제지원 조례 제정이 제도적 동형화(institutional isomorphism)를 통해 확산되었는지 검토하고자 하였다. 지방정부의 지역축제관련 지원 제도 중 대표적으로 지역축제지원 조례를 들 수 있다. 2004년부터 제정되기 시작한 지역축제지원 조례는 2021년 기준 134개의 기초자치단체가 제정하였다. 다수의 지방정부가 주로 단체장의 예산 지원이나 축제추진위원회 구성 중 하나 이상을 지역축제지원 조례에 포함함에 따라 이 연구에서도 이 두 내용에 중점을 두고 조례를 살펴보았다. 연구 분석을 위해 2010년부터 2019년까지 10년간 226개의 지방자치단체와 세종특별자치시를 대상으로 패널서열로짓분석(panel ordered logit analysis)을 시행하였다. 분석 결과, 모방적 동형화와 규범적 동형화를 통해 기초자치단체의 지역축제지원 조례 제정이 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 지방정부가 지역축제지원 조례를 제정함에 있어서 주변 지방정부의 지역축제지원 조례와 각 지역의 문화・축제・관광관련 민간 비영리단체의 영향력이 컸음을 볼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 제도적 동형화가 지방정부의 지역축제지원 조례 확산의 주요 요인임을 실증적으로 확인하였으며, 지역축제지원 조례에 대한 향후 개선방향을 제시하고 있다.

공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 재택근무 경험자와 비경험자 간의 비교와 혁신지향문화 조절효과를 중심으로

이 연구는 공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 혁신지향문화가 이들 관계에 조절변수 역할을 하는지 확인하고자 한다. 또한 재택근무를 경험한 그룹과 그렇지 않은 그룹 간에 공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에대해서 차이가 있는지에 대해서도 검토한다. 이를 위해 한국행정연구원의 2020 년 공직생활실태조사를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 공공봉사동기가 높을수록 혁신행동은 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 재택근무를경험한 그룹에서 더 강하게 나타났다. 또한 혁신지향적 문화를 지닌 조직일수록공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 긍정적인 영향력은 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 공공조직의 혁신행동에 있어서 공공봉사동기와 혁신지향적 조직문화가 중요하다는 것을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 공무원의 혁신행동에 있어서공공봉사동기와 혁신지향문화가 중요하다는 것을 확인했으며, 공공봉사동기와혁신행동의 이론적 논의 확장에 기여했다는 의의가 있다. 또한 공공봉사동기와혁신행동의 관계에 혁신지향문화를 조절변수로 적용했다는 점에서 선행연구와차별성을 지니고 있다.

극작가의 권리 보호를 위한 저작권 연구

The domestic plays industry has a long history, but it is pointed out that there are still many deficiencies in terms of protection of the rights of workers, including playwrights. In particular, there is criticism that the conflict of copyright legislation related to the current plays field is infringing on the rights of theater workers in the plays field. Along with this, there is a growing demand for systematic legal reform. Thus, we reviewed the problems related to the copyright of playwrights, focusing on non-profit performance regulations in the Copyright Act in this paper. Also, this study examined the ways to guarantee the rights of playwrights who have been alienated from the protection of rights by suggesting improvement plans for problems. Through this, it is expected that the rights of playwrights who have been alienated in terms of protection of rights can be guaranteed. 국내 연극업계는 오래된 역사와는 달리 극작가를 포함한 종사자들의 권리 보호 측면에서는 아직 부족한 것이 많은 실정이다. 특히 현행 연극분야와 관련한 저작권 법제의 상충성은 오히려 연극 분야 종사자들의 권리를 침해하는 도구로 작용하고 있다는 비판과 함께 이에 대한 체계적인 법제 정비를 요구하는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 「저작권법」 상의 비영리 공연 관련 규정을 중심으로 극작가의 저작권과 관련한 문제점을 살펴보고 이에 대한 개선방안으로 「저작권법」 제29조제1항의 개정, 「저작권법」 제36조에서 제29조제1항 부분의 삭제, 학교교육 목적에의 이용 조항에서의 보상금기준 개발, 연극저작물 녹화 금지 규정의 신설 등을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 그동안 권리 보호 측면에서 소외받아 왔던 극작가들의 권리가 보장될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
