      • 급성 ST 분절 상승 심근경색증의 표준진료지침 설계

        The use of critical pathways for a variety of clinical conditions has grown rapidly in recent years, particularly pathways for patients with acute myocardial infarction. We intend to determine the impact of a clinical pathway on ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of facilitated percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) compared with primary PCI. Low risk STEMI patients (ST elevation >0.1mV in more than 2 limb leads or ST elevation >0.2mV in contiguous precordial lead, chest pain lasting more than 30 min without response to nitroglycerin) will be included. All patients will be also treated medically according to critical pathway. STEMI is one of the common diseases in emergency medicine and so it is necessary to establish realistic treatment guidelines. The use of critical pathways will improve the quality of care.

        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

        치과용 니켈-크롬합금에 대한 표면 처리가 인장접착강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 치과용 니켈-크롬합금의 표면에 전처리없이 치과용 브라켓을 Super-bond로 접착한 대조군과 샌드블라스팅 및 tin-plating을 각각 혹은 병용으로 표면처리후 Super-bond로 접착한 실험각군의 인장접착강도, 브라켓 탈락양상 및 주사전자현미경 소견을 비교하여 임상적용 가능성을 알아보고자 하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 인장장접착강도는 니켈-크롬합금의 표면에 샌드블라스팅 처리후 Super-bond로 브라켓을 접착한 실험 I군이 14.41±2.24MPa로 가장 높았고, tin-plating처리후 Super-bond로 접착한 실험 III군이13.59±1.51MPa, 샌드블라스팅후 tin-plating처리를 하고 Super-bond로 접착한 실험 II군이 12.27±1.45MPa, 특정한 표면처리 없이 Super-bond로 접착한 대조군이 10.50±1.57MPa로 가장 낮게 나타났으나 실험 I군과 실험 III군간, 실험 III군과 실험 II군간, 실험 II군과 대조군간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 2. 브라켓의 주된 탈락양상은 대조군의 경우 70%가 브라켓과 접착제 계면에서 adhesive failure를, 30%가 니켈-크롬합금과 접착제 계면에서 adhesive failure를 나타내었고, 실험 각군은 모두 브라켓과 접착제 계면에서 adhesive failure를 나타내었다. 3. 주사전자현미경 조견에서 대조군의 경우 일부 레진이 브라켓 기저면에 부착되어 나타났으나 실험 각군에서는 거의 대부분의 레진이 니켈-크롬합금면에 부착되어 관찰되었고, 샌드블라스팅만 시행한 시편면이 가장 균일하고 조밀한 표면 요철상을 나타내었다. This study was conducted to evaluate the tensile bond strength by bonding the dental bracket with Super-bond after treating the surface of dental Nickel-Chromium alloy with sandblasting, sandblasting & tin-plating, respectively, and tin-plating. 10 pieces of Nickel-Chromium alloys with brackets bonded with Super-bond without their surface treatment were sampled as a control group, 20 pieces of Nickel-Chromium alloy brackets bonded with Super-bond after treating them with sandblasting as group I, 20 pieces of Nickel-Chromium alloys tin-plated and bonded with Super-bond after sandblasting as group II, and then 20 pieces of alloys with brackets bonded with Super-bond after tin-plating as group III. The result of those examination and comparison is summarized as follows: 1. Group I showed the mean tensile bond strength of 14.41±2.24MPa which was highest among 4 groups, followed by group III(13.59±1.51MPa), group II(12.27±1.45MPa), and control group(10.50±1.57MPa), respectively. However, it was shown that there was no statistically significant difference between group I and III, group III and II, and group II and control group(P>0.05). 2. The main failure pattern of those brackets showed that 70% of the control group had an adhesive failure at the bracket-Superbond interface, and 30% at the Nickel-Chromium alloy-Superbond interface, while other groups did the adhesive failure at the bracket-Superbond interface. 3. When examined under SEM, it was shown that adhesives were mostly attached to the surface of the Nickel-Chromium alloy for all groups while a considerable quantity of adhesives were attached to the bracket base. Then, those samples treated only with sandblasting showed the most even and remarkable roughness of their surface.

      • 쌍자엽식물의 자엽에 있어서 α-Amylase활성에 관한 식물생장물질의 연구 : Ⅰ. 녹두 자엽에서 α-Amylase 활성에 대한 식물 생장 조절체의 효과 Ⅰ. Effects of Plant Growth Regulator on α-Amylase Acticity in the Cotyledons of Mung Bean(Phaseolus radiatus L.)

        The effects of plant growth regulators on α-amylase activities in the embryonic axis-attached and detached cotyledons of mung bean (Phaseolus radiatus L.) have been investigated. α-Amylase activities in the attached cotyledons of developing mung bean have been markedly increased for 3 days after the imbibition and then gradually decreased. The changes of α-amylase activity have accorded with changes on the band density of α-amylase isozymes in the attached and detached cotyledons. Two bands of isozyme have appeared on day 3 in the attached cotyledons, but on day 4 in the detached cotyledons. When the 10^-6 M solutions of GA_3 and kinetin have been exogenously supplied in the detached cotyledons for 3 days, α-amylase activities have occurred with about 1.5-fold in GA_3 and 1.25-fold in kinetin rather than the control. α-Amylase activities have been increased with 1.8-fold in the detached cotyledons treated with the 10^-3 M and 10^-4 M solutions of IAA. In contrast with the treatment of IAA, α-amylase activities have been increased with 3.5-fold in the detached cotyledons treated with the 10^-5 M and 10^-6 M solutions of 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid belonged to synthetic auxin. Consequently, it has been indicated that the embryonic axis in the cotyledons of mung bean has been directly influence on α-amylase activity, and the α-amylase activity of the detached cotyledons treated with a 10^-6 M solution of 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid has developed much increased effect. For this reason, it has been suggested that auxin from the embryonic axis has been probably induced α-amylase in the attached cotyledons during germination of mung bean.

        두개저 및 하악골에서 최대 사춘기 급성장

        The purpose of this study was to investigate not only the variability in the timing and amount of the maximum pubertal spurt in cranial base and mandible, but also its interrelationship with the timing of peak height velocity. This study was carried out by analysing biannual serial lateral cephalometric radiographs of twenty-six males and twenty-one females who were taken from 8.5years to 16.5years old of mean age, according to the established land-marks and linear measurements. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. Prevalance fo the maximum growth spurt more than 80 percentage was occurred earlier in all measurements of cranial base and mandible, except posterior cranial base length in the female. 2. In all measurements of cranial base and mandible, the maximum spurt was occurred earlier in the female than the male while it was greater in male in all measurements except ramal height. 3. In body height measurement, the peak height velocity was occurred 2 years earlier for the female(11.0 years old) than the male(13.0 years old). 4. The timing of maximum spurt in anterior cranial base length and total mandibular length in both sexes and ramal height in the female were coincided with PHV. The maximum spurt was occurred in both sexes in all measurements 2 years before or after PHV, except mandibular body length and posterior cranial base length the in female. 5. In all ages, there was significant correlation between th etotal mandibular length and ramal height, and was also correlation between total cranial base length and anterior cranial base length(P<0.05). However, there was no significant correlation between the ramal height and mandibular body length. In addition, there was also no any correlation between the anterior cranial base length and posterior cranial base length in all ages(P>0.05).

        Flowable 및 microfill 복합레진으로 충전된 제 5급와동에서 load cycling 전,후의 미세변연누출 비교

        Low-viscosity composite resins may produce better sealed margins than stiffer compositions (KempScholte and Davidson, 1988; Crim, 1989). Flowable composites have been recommended for use in Class V cavities but it is also controversial because of its high rates of shrinkage. On the other hand, in the study comparing elastic moduli and leakage, the microfil had the least leakage (Rundle et al. 1997). Furthermore, in the 1996 survey of the Reality Editorial Team, microfills were the clear choice for abfraction lesions. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microleakage of 6 composite resins (2 hybrids, 2 microfills, and 2 flowable composites) with and without load cycling. Notch-shaped Class V cavities were prepared on buccal surface of 180 extracted human upper premolars on cementum margin. The teeth were randomly divided into non-load cycling group (group 1) and load cycling group(group 2) of 90 teeth each. The experimental teeth of each group were randomly divided into 6 subgroups of 15 samples. All preparations were etched, and Single bond was applied. Preparations were restored with the following materials (n=15) : hybrid composite resin [Z250(3M Dental Products Inc. St.Paul, USA), Denfil(Vericom, Ahnyang, Korea)], microfil [Heliomolar RO(Vivadent, Schaan, Liechtenstein), Micronew(Bisco Inc. Schaumburg, IL, USA)], and flowable composite[AeliteFlo(Bisco Inc. Schaumburg, IL, USA), Revolution(Kerr Corp. Orange, CA, USA)]. Teeth of group 2 were subjected to occlusal load (100N for 50,000 cycles) using chewing simulator(MTS 858 Mini Bionix Ⅱ system, MTS Systems Corp., Minn, USA). All samples were coated with nail polish 1mm short of the restoration, placed in 2% methylene blue for 24 hours, and sectioned with a diamond wheel. Enamel and dentin/cementum margins were analyzed for microleakage on a sclale of 0 (no leakage) to 3 (3/3 of wall). Results were statistically analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis One way analysis, Mann-Whitney U-test, and Student-Newmann-Keuls method. (p=0.05) Results: 1. There was significantly less microleage in enamel margins than dentinal margins of all groups. (p<0.05) 2. There was no significant difference between six composite resin in enamel margin of group 1. 3. In dentin margin of group 1, flowable composite had more microleakage than others but not of significant differences. 4. There was no significant difference between six composite resin in enamel margin of group 2. 5. In dentin margin of group 2, the microleakage were R>A=H=M>D>Z. But there was no significant differences. 6. In enamel margins, load cycling did not affect the marginal microleakage in significant degree. 7. In dentin margins, load cycling did affect the marginal microleakage only in Revolution. (p<0.05)

        자돈에 있어 게르마늄 용질액의 급여가 성장 및 혈액학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 이산화게르마늄을 함유한 게르마늄 용질액을 자돈에 급여하였을 때 성장 및 혈액학적 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. 3원 교잡종 자돈 60두 (평균체중 11.22±0.10㎏)를 공시하였다. 시험설계는 옥수수-대두박 위주의 대조구(CON)와, 대조구 사료내 게르마늄 용질액을 0.5 ppm 첨가한 구(GC0.5) 및 대조구 사료내 게르마늄 용질액을 1.0 ppm 첨가한 구(GC1.0)로 3개 처리를 하였다. 0-10일간 사양시험기간동안, 일당증체량에 있어서 GC0.5 처리구가 약간 높게 평가되었다(quadratic effect, P<0.02). 그러나 전체 시험기간동안, 일당증체량, 일당사료섭취량 및 사료효율에 있어서 처리구간에 유의적인 차이는 보이지 않았다. 영양소 소화율에 있어서는 GC0.5 처리구가 조회분(linear effect, P<0.01; quadratic effect, P<0.04), 칼슘(linear effect, P<0.01; quadratic effect, P<0.01), 인 (linear effect, P<0.02; quadratic effect, P<0.04) 소화율이 유의적으로 높게 평가되었다. 혈액내 neutrophil 농도에 있어서는 게르마늄 용질액의 첨가 수준이 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다(quadratic effect, P<0.02). 결론적으로, 자돈 사료내 게르마늄 용질액의 급여가 성장 및 혈액학적 수치에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary germanium colloid on the growth performance and hematological values in nursery pigs. Sixty pigs (11.22(0.10 ㎏ average initial body weight) were used in a 20 d growth assay. Dietary treatments included 1) CON (basal diet), 2) GC0.5 (basal diet+0.5 ppm germanium colloid) and 3) GC1.0 (basal diet+1.0 ppm germanium colloid). For d 0 to 10, pigs fed GC0.5 diet grew faster than pigs fed CON and GC1.0 diets (Quadratic effect, P<0.02). However, through the entire experimental period, no statistical differences were found for aver-age daily gain, average daily feed intake and gain/feed. Apparent digestibilities of crude ash (Linear effect, P<0.01; Quadratic effect, P<0.04), calcium (Linear effect, P<0.01; Quadratic effect, P<0.01) and phosphorus (Linear effect, P<0.02; Quadratic effect, P<0.04) in pigs fed GC0.5 diet were greater than for pigs fed CON and GC1.0. Neutrophil concentration in blood increased as the concentration of germanium colloid in the diets was increased with significant difference (Quadratic effect, P<0.02). In conclusion, growth performance and hematological values were not influenced by dietary germanium colloid.

      • 중량줄넘기 운동의 생리적 효과

        The purpose was to study the effects of weighted rope skipping training on the physiological factors. Fourteen untrained middle school boys were assigned into one of the two rope skipping groups: general rope(200g) skipping(GRS,N=7) and weighted rope(500g) skipping group(WRS,N=7).75.8 and 82.2%HRreserve were the training intensity of GRS and WRS,respectively.The rate, duration,and frequency of rope skipping were 1 tims/sec., 5 min./day,and 6 days/week, respectively.The cardiorespiratory responses to submaximal traemill running, anaerobic threshold,grip strength,and muscle power were measured before and after 6 weeks of the training period.Data were tested(p E, 02, CO2,R,and HR response to submaximal traedmill running after GRS and WRS training were decreased significantly.Grip strengrh was improved significantly with GRS and WRS training.But anaerobic threshold and muscle power were improved significantly with only WRS training.

      • 2,4-Dinitrophenol을 처리한 호밀(Secale cereale L.) 유식물의 질산염 환원에 관한 연구 : Ⅰ. 호밀 유식물 묘조의 질산염 환원요소 활량에 대한 2, 4-Dinitrophenol의 영향 Ⅰ. Effect of 2, 4-Dinitrophenol on in vivo Nitrate Reductase Activity in the Shoots of Rye Seedlings

        This work was accomplished to determine the effect of 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP) on in vivo nitrate reductase activities(NRA) in the shoots of 6 day old rye(Secale cereale L.) seedlings. The NRA in the shoots of rye seedlings pretreated with 0.5mM DNP was higher than that of the control group in all the experimental conditions as below. The optimal concentration of KNO_3 for maximum NRA was 10mM in both the control and treated group. The NRA accumulated with the treatment of 10mM KNO_3 was gradually increased for 4 hours in both groups, and then maintained constantly. On the other hand, the NRA occurred per hour was highest at 1 hour in both groups, while it was declined subsequently. The optimal pH for NRA was 7.5 in both groups. The daily pattern of NRA was markedly decreased for 4 days in both groups, and decreased slowly to 7 days. The NRA was greatly inhibited in the solutions of 200mM KCI and NaCl. According to the treatment time with the solutions of 200mM KCI and NaCl, the NRA was extremely inhibited at 2 hours, thereafter recovered slowly from its inhibition effects.
