        전분 충전 아크릴레이트 필름의 α-Amylase에 의한 생분해

        The biodegradability of vinyl acetate acrylate resin and corn starch blend was studied by determination of the reduced sugars produced after enzymatic hydrolysis. The starch hydrolysis reaction by a-amylase was achieved within 5 minutes. Optimal ranges of temperature and pH for the starch hydrolysis by a-amylase were around 80 ℃ and 6.5-7.2, respectively. The biodegradability of the starch-filled acrylate films increased as the content of starch increased. The biodegradation of starch in the starch-filled acrylate film by a-amylase was about 48.6% of that of pure starch. This value of biodegradable starch-filled acrylate film gave a good result with enzymatic shortcut test. The surface morphologies of the starch-filled acrylate film after enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

      • 수분산성 과불소아크릴/폴리우레탄 복합체의 합성

        Waterborne fluoroacylic/polyurethane composite dispersions were prepared by emulsion polymerization. Polyurethane containing hydrophilic groups previously prepared by step growth polymerization and this was dispersed with fluoroalylic monomer and other monomers in water. The structure of the composite were confirmed by using ATR-FTIR. The surface and film properties of the composites were investigated by the measurement of contact angle, surface free energy, DSC, and TGA and these properties were compared with those of physical polymer blends. As the amounts of Perfluoralkyl ethyl acrylate(FA) emulsion was increased from 0 wt% to 20 wt%, the surface energy was dramatically decreased from 37.54 dyne/cm to 14.22 dyne/cm. But little change of the contact angle observed in the amount of the FA emulsion up to 20 wt%. The results showed the advantages of the composite dispersions over the physical polymer blends.

        합성 Goethite에 의한 인산이온, 황산이온 및 구리이온의 흡착 특성

        Adsorption of phosphate, sulfate, and copper ion to goethite was investigated. Goethite was prepared in the alkaline solution. In the single adsorbate systems, the final equilibrium plateau reached within 20 min. The adsorption isotherms of the individual ions could be well described by the Langmuir equation. The maximum adsorption capacities (q_(max)) were calculated as 0.483 mmol/g and 0.239 mmol/g at pH 3 for phosphate and sulfate ion, and 0.117 mmol/g at pH 6 for copper ion, respectively. In competitive adsorption system with phosphate and sulfate, phosphate ion was a stronger competitor for adsorption on goethite than sulfate ion, which was consistent with higher affinity of phosphate ion for the surface compared to sulfate ion. The existence of sulfate ion enhanced the adsorption of copper ion but the adsorption of sulfate was inhibited when copper ion was present.

        환경친화형 수분산성 불소 아크릴레이트 공중합체에 의한 섬유 표면개질

        Waterborne fluorinated acrylate copolymer (WFAC) for surface modification of textile was synthesized from perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate, octadecyl acrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, surfactant and 3,3 methyl-methoxy butanol. The structures of the synthesized WFAC were determinated by FT-IR and ^(19)F-NMR analysis. The thermal stability investigated with DSC and TGA was decreased with increasing the content of fluorinated acrylate in the copolymer. However, the particle sizes of WFAC were increased with increasing the content of fluorinated acrylate in the copolymer. The surface energies calculated by contact angles of WFAC were in the range of 29.80~3.41 dyne/cm. On the observing SEM of the textile surface treated with WFAC, the textile was swollen and compacted with increasing the concentration of water repellency agent. WFAC synthesized in this study showed a good water repellency.

        PCR을 이용한 국내 및 수입 축산물 유래 Listeria monocytogenes의 유전학적 분석연구

        One hundred-fifty two of Listeria strains were isolated from domestic chicken carcasses, a slaughter-houses from nationwide from 1996 to 1997 and imported livestock products from a ten foreign countries including the USA, China, France and Thailand. To substitute the laborious and time consuming procedures of clinical laboratory standard diagnostic methods, the rapid and specific multiplex PCR(M-PCR), which was designed to amplify a three kinds of genes simultaneously f3r specific detection and differentiation of L. monocytogenes(LM) by one step procedure, was established. The LM strains confirmed with M-PCR were analysed to their genetic diversities by RAPD using the two primers(D87 & MMTl), and also evaluated on their discriminatory abilities(na) between two primers. our study also conducted the REP-PCR and ERIC-PCR for evaluation of the possibility of REP and ERIC elements for genetic subtyping of LM strains. According to the REP-PCR and ERIC-PCR fingerprinting patterns, LM strains were divided into 7(ERIC-type) and 4(REP-type) major clusters at the relative clone cut off value of 80%. According to the computer analysis of PCR results using the GelCompar Ⅱ software, ERIC-PCR(DI=0.955) had expressed the most high discriminatory ability and followed by REP-PCR(DI=0.952), RAPD(D87; 0.954, MMT1; 0.937), in order. The combined analysis of the present PCR results was also expressed the reliable and useful discriminatory ability(DI=0.916). This study suggested that PCR based methods could be used as an reliable, reproducible, rapid, and highly discriminatory method for the genetic differentiation of genus Listeria.

      • 태권도학과 재학생의 진로의식 및 방향모색

        본 연구의 목적은 태권도학과 대학생들의 진로의식에 대한 시각과 방향에 대하여 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 분석하여 진로에 대한 방향 모색을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 있다. 모집단은 한국대학생태권도연합회 소속 5개대학의 태권도학과 재학생 550명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지 배포 후 회수하지 못한 설문지와 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 534부의 설문지를 SPSS 17.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 설문지 문항은 인구통계학적 요인 6문항과, 진로의식과 관련된 문항 7개를 사용하였다. 첫째, 대상자의 인구통계학적 특성은 남자가 67.6%로 나타났고, 여자 32.4%로 나타났다. 학년은 1학년이 41.0%, 2학년 27.3%, 3학년 20.2%, 4학년 11.4%로 나타났다. 태권도수련경력은 5년 이상이 87.8%로 가장 많았으며, 현단은 4단이 73.8%로 가장 많았다. 태권도를 수련한 시기로는 초등학교 때가 60.5%로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 분야 진로에 대한 의식으로 진로 선택 시 고려요인으로 1학년, 2학년, 3학년, 4학년의 경우 모두 적성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 1학년, 2학년의 경우 외국어가 64명으로 가장 높게 나타났다, 하지만 3학년, 4학년의 경우 불확실한 미래가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 재학생의 진로결정에 대한 직업선택의 희망 도는 전공과 관련된 직업을 희망하는 비율이 높게 나타났다. 희망하는 요인으로 태권도를 좋아해서가 가장 높게 나타났다. 반면 희망하지 않은 요인으로는 다른 비전이 가장 높게 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the standpoint of career consciousness by suggesting basic information about the career path for students majoring in Taekwondo according to the standpoint of career consciousness. We distributed questionnaires to the students who are majoring in Taekwondo at five universities associated with the University Taekwondo Students Association. Then we analyzed 534 questionnaires by using SPSS 17.0 except the half-hearted answers and the papers which couldn't be collected. The questionnaire is composed of 6 items for the causes of demography and 7 items for the career consciousness. The general character is drawn through above-mentioned are below: first, the result of demographic character showed 67.6% of men, 32.4% of women. Also, the grade distribution was: freshmen 41.0%, sophomore 27.3%, junior 20.2% and senior 11.4%. The greatest response of Taekwondo training year was 'over 5 years', 87.8% and the most grade of possessed Dan is 'fourth Dan', 73.8%. Moreover, the largest response of the period of training Taekwondo was 'elementary school', 60.5%. Second, the consideration point for Taekwondo part showed that 'aptitude' was the highest answer among all years. As well as 'foreign language' was the greatest answer between freshman and sophomore. The highest answer was, however, 'uncertain future' between juniors and seniors. Third, a many students wish to get the job related with major. The highest answer of the cause of wishing was 'liking'. On the other hand, the factors students were avoiding a career regarding Taekwondo were their change of interest, no vision, saturation of the gyms, non-matching aptitude, etc.

        마늘즙 투여가 흰쥐의 수은 독성에 미치는 영향

        수은(HgCl₂) 중독 흰쥐에서 마늘즙의 antidotic effect를 검토하기 위한 4주간 실험에서 흰쥐 체중 ㎏당 주 1회 수은을 2.5㎎ 투여하고 아울러 마늘즙을 매일 식이의 2%를 투여한 흰쥐의 성장율이 수은만을 투여한 흰쥐 보다 약 30% 증가 (개선)되었다. 마늘즙 단독 투여군은 오히려 대조군 보다 상장율이 15% 증가되어 마늘이 일반 tonic 효과를 나타냈다. 혈액검사에서 수은 투여군 (M)은 GPT, GOT 상승과 cholesterol triglyceride, Alk.p의 병적 감소를 보이고, 무기수은 중독 표기 기관인 신장에 대한 그의 기능검사 지표항목인 BUN과 uric산 및 creatinine의 측정값들이 수은 투여로 상승했으나 마늘즙을 투여 (MG군)하여 이들 측정값이 유의적으로 감소하였다. 혈액과 신장의 수은 함량 조사에서 대조군 (0.015, 0.02ppm)과 비교한 수은만 투여군이 각각 0.46, 0.51ppm로 높으나 수은과 함께 마늘즙 투여군은 각각 0.3, 0.33ppm으로 유의적인 감소를 보였다. 따라서 마늘즙의 non protein sulfur amino acid가 수은에 대하여 antidotic effect을 갖는 것으로 관찰되었다. It was attempted to observe the antidotic effects of garlic on mercury intoxicated rat model in vivo. The experimental model group consists of garlic juice treated group (G), garlic juice-mercury treated group (MG), mercury treated group (M), and control group (basal diet). The garlic juice of 2% to the daily diet by weight was administered orally to G and MG groups. The single dose of 2.5㎎ Hg / ㎏ per week was given orally to M and MG groups. The study was carried out for 4 weeks. The results of experiment were as follows. For the group of MG, the weight increasing rate was improved to about 30% compared to that of group M. furthermore a general tonic efficacy of galic was observed in G group in terms of increased weight gain rate (about 15%) than control. In the biochemical studies of rat blood garlic showed effects on lowering the abnormally elevated GPT, GOT, uric acid, creatinine value, and especially on lowering the BUN value of Hg treated rat that was selectively elevated in the case of impared renal function such as acute gromerulonephritis caused by Hg intoxication. In the analytical studies of blood and renal Hg contents, MG group showed lower value (0.3, 0.33ppm) than that of M group (0.46, 0.51ppm). Significant difference in reducing Hg level due to the antidotic effect of garlic was observed. In conclusion, it was revealed out from this research, the main principles of garlic, non protein sulfur amino acid (alliin) and sulfur compouds (allicin and diallyl disulfides) seem to almost certainly have an antidotic effect on mercury intoxication of rat in vivo.
