        [논문]여중생의 우울 및 자아탄력성이 학교적응에 미치는 영향

        This study is intended to investigate the effects of mental depression and ego-resilience in middle school girls' school adaptability and to know the correlation between school adaptability and both mental depression and ego-resilience. Three hundred seventy six students in a girls' middle school located in Busan replied on 3 questionnaires about ‘mental depression’, ‘ego-resilience’ and ‘school adaptability’. The study questions were as follows : First, what is the correlation in middle school girls between both mental depression and ego-resilience and school adaptability? Second, what are the influences of mental depression and ego-resilience in the middle school girls' school adaptability? Third, what is the correlation between both mental depression and ego-resilience and school adaptability in each middle school grade? Fourth, what are the influences of mental depression and ego-resilience in each middle school grade students' school adaptability? When examining the correlations between mental depression and school adaptability in middle school girls, this results in mental depression and school adaptability in middle school students have the correlation. Correlations appear after examining the relationship between them. When examining the correlations between ego-resilience and school adaptability in middle school girls, this results in a correlation between ego-resilience and school adaptability in middle school students. This results in ego-resilience and school adaptability in middle school students have the correlation each other. Examining the correlations between them in the each school grade, there are correlations between them. When examining the influences of mental depression and ego-resilience in the middle school girls' school adaptability, the results show that there are influences of mental depression and ego-resilience in the middle school girls' school adaptability. Examining the influences between them in the each school grade, there are influences between them. In conclusion, these results imply the importance of mental depression and ego-resilience in the middle school girls' school adaptability. However, there is a limit to help give girls school adaptability. Through the results of this study, we can find that more schools and societies should pay more attention to develop and reinforce school adaptability and ego-resilience. More programs that stop students from mental depression should also be needed. 본 연구의 목적은 여중생의 학교적응에 우울과 자아탄력성이 미치는 관계와 영향을 알아보기 위함이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 연구 대상은 H여자중학교 여학생들로 각 학년 4개 반 총376명을 편의표집 하였고 설문조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 연구를 통해서 발견된 주요 내용은 여중생의 우울과 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 유의미한 관계가 있고 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 학교 내에서 우울의 정도가 낮은 여중생들이 교우관계를 잘 맺고 또래들에게 기분이나 감정을 제대로 이해받으며 자신의 욕구나 느낌, 생각 등을 잘 표현하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 또 어려움에 직면했을 때 상황적 요구에 따라 융통성 있게 문제를 극복하고 문제가 발생할 경우 긍정적으로 사고하는 여중생들이 학교적응을 잘한다고 볼 수 있다.

        대학생이 지각한 가족건강성이 진로적응력에 미치는 영향 - 정서지능의 매개효과 -

        The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of emotional intelligence on relations between family strength and career adaptability by college students. For this, college students in Daegu and Gyeongbuk were recruited, and 392 questionnaire sheets were used for analysis. Measuring instruments used in the study were the family strength inventory, the career adaptability inventory, and the emotional intelligence inventory. A procedure for the testing of mediating effects was employed to test the mediating effects of emotional intelligence on the influence of family strength on career adaptability, and the Sobel test was carried out to test the significance of mediating effects. The results of analyzing the gathered data showed that, First, the family strength of college students had significant effects on their career adaptability, and family ties among the sub-variables of family strength had also meaningful influences on their career adaptability. Second, their family strength had significant impacts on their emotional intelligence. Third, their emotional intelligence had significant influences on their career adaptability, all the sub-variables of emotional intelligence had meaningful effects on their career adaptability. Finally, the study analyzed emotional intelligence's correlations with family strength and career adaptability and found significant positive correlations among family strength, career adaptability, and emotional intelligence. The multiple regression analysis results and the Sobel test results demonstrated the partial mediating effects of emotional intelligence on relations between family strength and career adaptability.

        대학생의 자아존중감이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향: 셀프리더십의 조절효과

        This study examines the moderating effect of self-leadership on the relationship between university students' self-esteem and career adaptability. For this purpose, 430 university students at a four-year university were surveyed using a questionnaire. The data of the final 430 participants were analyzed using SPSS and Process Macro v4.0, and a hierarchical regression analysis was performed on the collected data. First, the findings demonstrated a positive correlation between self-esteem and career adaptability, such that the higher the self-esteem, the greater the career adaptability. Second, a significant positive correlation existed between self-leadership and career adaptability: the higher the self-leadership, the higher the career adaptability. Third, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to confirm the moderating effect of self-leadership on the association between self-esteem and career adaptability. There was a significant positive correlation between self-leadership and career adaptability, and self-leadership moderated the relationship between self-esteem and career adaptability. The moderating effect of action-oriented strategies among the self-leadership subfactors on the relationship between self-esteem and career adaptability was validated. This paper confirmed the moderating effect of self-leadership on the relationship between self-esteem and career adaptability. This paper is significant because it demonstrates that university students can improve their career adaptability by increasing their self-leadership. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 자아존중감과 진로적응성의 관계에서 영향을 미치는 셀프리더십의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 4년제 대학생 430명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종 430명의 자료를 SPSS와 Process Macro v4.0을 활용하고 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 자아존중감과 진로적응성 관계에서 정적 상관이 나타났고 자아존중감이 높을수록 진로적응성이 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 셀프리더십과 진로적응성 관계 또한 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 셀프리더십이 높을수록 진로적응성이 높다는 것이다. 셋째 자아존중감과 진로적응성의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 셀프리더십과 진로적응성의 관계에서 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고 자아존중감과 진로적응성의 관계에서 셀프리더십을 조절효과가 있었다. 넷째 자아존중감과 진로적응성의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 하위 변인 중 행동 중심적 전략의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 자아존중감과 진로적응성의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 조절효과를 검증함으로써 대학생의 셀프리더십을 높여 대학생의 진로적응성의 증진을 가능하게 할 수 있었다는 것에 그 의의를 찾아볼 수 있다.

        경력단절여성의 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 여성의 진로발달에 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있는 심리적 요인인 진로결정자기효능감과 환경적 요인인 사회적 지지가 경력단절 후 취업을 희망하는 여성의 진로적응성(career adaptability)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경력단절여성의 진로결정자기효능감이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향을 밝히고, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 경력단절여성 분포비율이 높은 시도를 선정한 후 해당 지역에 위치한 여성취업지원기관을 이용하는 구직여성을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 다중회귀분석귀분석과 일변량 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 경력단절여성의 진로결정자기효능감은 진로적응성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 경력단절여성의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성의 관계에 있어 사회적지지는 부분적으로 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과, 경력단절여성의 진로발달에 있어 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성은 밀접한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들이 인지하는 사회적지지의 상담에 있어서의 중요성이 도출되었다. 즉, 재취업을 희망하는 경력단절여성들의 진로 관련 어려움을 극복하기 위해, 개인적관계망과 제도적관계망을 활용할 필요성이 있으며, 추가적으로 롤모델 및 유사한 상황의 경력단절여성들과의 교류를 확대할 수 있는 집단프로그램의 필요성이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 다음 같은 한계점을 지니고 있다. 첫째, 연구의 표집 대상은 다양한 지역, 연령, 과거 경력 등을 고려하지 않고, 일부 시도의 여성 취업지원기관 이용자만을 대상으로 연구하였기에 연구결과를 전국적으로 일반화하기에는 무리가 있을 수 있다. 둘째, 본 연구는 응답자의 자기보고방식에 의해 변수들을 측정함에 의한 한계가 있어 향후 다각도의 측정방법을 통해 심층 분석하는 연구가 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to reveal the influence of career decision-making self-efficacy and social support, which were the psychological and environmental factors influencing the career development of women, on career adaptability that is an attitude and also an ability, with which women hoping to get a job again after career discontinuity should be equipped while interacting with the changing environment in order to have a successful career. To this end, this study revealed the influence of the difference in career adaptability and career decision-making self-efficacy on career adaptability in accordance with the demographic characteristics and verified the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability by targeting those women hoping to get a job again among the women who experienced career discontinuity due to pregnancy, childbirth, child-rearing and care of family members, etc. Through the results hereof, this study aims to provide data to be used for career counselling and consultation in order to allow those career-interrupted women to successfully get a job and conduct their career development continuously in the rapidly changing job environment. The following research procedure was undertaken. The survey had been conducted for 10 days with a total of 400 female job seekers who were using the career support center for women located in the nation's 7 major cities having a high degree of distribution for the career-interrupted women by using tiered cluster sampling method. In the end, a total of 359 copies were used for the analysis. As for survey tool in this study, the questionnaire consisted of the four areas such as social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, career adaptability scale and demographic characteristics was utilized. As for data analysis, technical statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis and univariate analysis were conducted using the statistical program such as SPSS 21. The results of study are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in career adaptability depending on academic background, birth region, degree of work support of a spouse (family member). It was found that those women living in the capital area with college degree or higher educational level who had a high degree of spouse (or family) support had a relatively high degree of career adaptability. Second, the career decision- making self-efficacy of the career-interrupted women had a significant positive impact on career adaptability. Third, it was revealed that social support was playing the moderating role in the relationship between the sub-factors of career decision-making self-efficacy of the career-interrupted women such as problem-solving, goal setting and career adaptability. Thus, it was possible to deduct the implication that the career guidance by taking career decision-making self-efficacy and social support into consideration had a positive impact on the career adaptability of career-interrupted women.

        춘앵전 참가 청소년의 신체적 효능감이 감성지능 및 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과

        Many Korean Dance have tried to find source in school organizational culture and leadership for responding to environment and increasing school life adaptability of adolecents since 2000's. But Chunaengjeun which is a court dance have not tried by recentley. The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of Chunaengjeun which is a court dance on school life adaptability of adolecent. In order to achive this purpose three research questions were established. First question was that there will be deferent according to group between participants and non-participants who is participating in Chunaengjeun which is a court dance and physical-efficacy, emotional intelligence, school life adaptability of adolencent. Second one was that there will be mediational effects of emotional intelligence between physical-efficacy and school life adaptability of adolecent. Participants for this study were 500 of 13-15 overaged adolecents. Of participations valid data were 415. They completed a modified inventory of the physical-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and school life adaptability. More details, physical efficacy scale by Ryckman(1982), emotional intelligenc by Mayer & Salovey(1990), and and school life adaptability scale by gu(2000) were using after remodifing scale to investigate the purpose of this study. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey. The most three meaningful results of the study were as follows; First, there was deferented to related group between participants and non-participants who is participating in Chunaengjeun which is a court dance and physical-efficacy, emotional intelligence,, and school life adaptability of adolencent. Second, there was influenced to meditaed effects of emotional intelligence between physical-efficacy and school life adaptability of adolecent.

        An Analysis of the Impact of Adolescents' Impulsivity, Academic Procrastination and School Adaptability Using R

        This study examines the causal relationship between adolescent impulsivity, academic procrastination and school adaptability. The main purpose of this study is to confirm the degree of influence among these variables and analyze the causes of school adaptability. In this model, impulsivity and academic procrastination were set as independent variables and school adaptability was set as a dependent variable. Impulsivity of adolescents affects academic procrastination and school adaptability, and academic procrastination will affect school adaptability. As a result of the research, first, it can be seen that adolescents 'cognition impulsivity, motion impulsivity, and unplanned impulsivity have a significant influence on behavioral in adolescents'. Second, adolescents' cognition impulsivity, motion impulsivity, and unplanned impulsivity a significant influence on the cognitive in the adolescents'. Third, adolescents' behavioral, cognitive, and emotional have a significant influence on school adaptability in adolescents' school adaptability. In conclusion, we proposed a policy proposal on school adaptability by deriving meaning to improve adolescents' school adaptability.

        청소년 진로적응력의 유형 분류 및 예측변인 탐색

        본 연구는 구성주의 진로이론의 진로적응모형을 바탕으로 청소년 진로적응력의 유형을 분류하고, 이를 예측하는 변수를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 KCYPS 2018 중1 패널의 4차년도 데이터를 활용하여 잠재프로파일분석및 랜덤포레스트를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 진로적응력의 잠재프로파일은 ‘우수’, ‘보통’, ‘부족’의 세 개 집단으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 진로적응력의 수준을 예측하는 상위 5개 변수는 학업무기력, 주의집중부족, 사회적위축, 우울, 자아존중감 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도 상위 5개 변수의 부분의존성을 확인한 결과 학업무기력, 주의집중부족, 사회적위축, 우울은 진로적응력과 부적인 관계가 있었고, 자아존중감은 진로적응력을 정적으로 예측하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 청소년 진로적응력 증진을 위한 실질적 방안을 논의하였다. This study aims to classify types of adolescents’ career adaptability and to explore the predictive variables of career adaptability based on the career adaptation model of career construction theory. To achieve this goal, latent profile analysis and random forest were conducted using panel data from KCYPS 2018. The results of the study were as follows: First, the latent profile of career adaptability was classified into three groups: “excellent”, “average”, and “poor”. Second, the top 5 variables predicting the level of career adaptability were academic helplesness, lack of attention, social withdrawal, depression, and self-esteem in order. Third, as a result of confirming the partial dependence of the top 5 variables of importance, academic helplessness, lack of attention, social withdrawal, and depression were negatively related to career adaptability, and self-esteem positively predicted career adaptability. Based on these results, practical implications to enhance Adolescents’ career adaptability were discussed.

        중도입국청소년과 비다문화청소년의 사회적응력 비교 연구: 자아탄력성의 조절효과 검증을 중심으로

        본 연구는 다문화청소년 중 외국에서 출생하여 한국에 입국한 중도입국청소년과 한국에서 출생한 비다문화청소년의 사회적응력의 차이와 중도입국여부가 사회적응력에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 14세~19세에 해당하는 비다문화청소년과 중도입국청소년을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 중도입국여부와 사회적응이 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자아탄력성과 중도입국 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았으나 자아탄력성과 사회적응력 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 높은 자아탄력성은 높은 적응력을 예측하며, 한국 출생에 비해 외국 출생의 중도입국청소년이 더 높은 사회적응력을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 중도입국여부와 자아탄력성의 상호작용 효과가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 외국에서 출생한 중도입국청소년의 경우 낮은 자아탄력성에 비해 높은 자아탄력성을 가질수록 적응을 잘하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이는 중도입국청소년의 사회적응력 강화에 자아탄력성이 매우 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in social adaptability between immigrant youths, i.e., youths of multicultural family who were born in a foreign country and later moved to South Korea, and youths of non-multicultural family who were born in South Korea, and the moderator effect of resilience on the effect of midway entry on social adaptability. The result showed there was a negative correlation between midway entry and social adaptability. Although no significant correlation was found between resilience and midway immigration, there was significant positive correlation between resilience and social adaptability. Also, a high level of resilience predicted a high level of social adaptability, and immigrant youths had a higher level of social adaptability than youths born in South Korea. Regarding the moderator effect of resilience, the interaction effect between midway immigration and resilience was statistically significant. In other words, in immigrant youths who were born in a foreign country, a higher level of resilience meant a higher level of adaptability. This finding suggests resilience plays a critical role in reinforcing social adaptability of immigrant youths.

        대학생의 성격강점과 진로적응성의 관계에서 강점활용과 진로정체감의 매개효과

        This research examines the relationship between character strength, strengths use, career identity and career adaptability of university students, and confirms the meditating effects of strengths use and career identity in the relationship between character strength and career adaptability. The subjects were 799 students from four-year universities. Four measurements tool were used: character strength, strengths use, career identity and career adaptability. A correlation analysis of the collected data was then conducted. A structural equation model was used to indicate the mediating effects. The significance of the mediating effect and multiple mediating effects was verified using the bootstrapping method of a phantom model approach. Results of the research are as follows. First, there was a positive relationship among self-oriented and other-oriented character strengths, strengths use, career identity, and career adaptability of university students. The higher their self-oriented and other-oriented character strengths were, the stronger the level of their strengths use, career identity, and career adaptability. Second, in respect to the relationship among self-oriented and other-oriented character strengths and career adaptability, strengths use and career identity had significant mediating effects. Third, strengths use went through the career identity and had subsequent multiple mediating effects on career adaptability in the relationships between self-oriented and other-oriented character strengths and career adaptability. Through this study, it was possible to identify significant variables in improving the career adaptability of university students and to provide necessary basic data for the development of career education programs for university students.

        대학생의 부모애착과 진로적응성의 관계: 기본심리욕구의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of basic psychological needs on the relationship between parental attachment and career adaptability of university students. A multiple regression analysis and a significance verification of the mediated effect were conducted on 319 university students attending domestic universities using the scale of parental attachment, career adaptability and basic psychological needs. Through T-test, gender differences were analyzed for parental attachment, career adaptability, and basic psychological needs. The results of this study are as follows. First, depending on gender differences, there were significant differences in parental attachment, career adaptability, and basic psychological needs. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between parental attachment and career adaptability of university students, and there was a significant positive correlation between basic psychological needs and career adaptability. Third, in the relationship between father attachment and career adaptability basic psychological needs were completely mediated and in the relationship between mother attachment and career adaptability basic psychological needs were completely mediated. Finally, implication and limitation of study are discussed. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 부모 애착과 진로적응성의 관계에서 기본심리욕구의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 319명을 대상으로 부모 애착 척도, 진로적응성 척도, 기본심리욕구 척도를 사용하여 다중회귀분석과 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 하였다. 또한 T-검증을 통해 부모애착, 진로적응성, 기본심리욕구에 대한 성별 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 부모애착, 진로적응성, 기본심리욕구에 대한 성별 차이는 모두 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 진로적응성과 대학생의 부모 애착과 진로적응성은 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈으며, 기본심리욕구와 진로적응성 또한 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 부 애착과 모 애착을 구분지어 살펴 본 매개효과는 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점을 제시하였다.
