        공급사슬지향성이 공급사슬 상생협력 활동 및 공급사슬 지속가능성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        This study divides supply chain orientation into strategic supply chain orientation and structural supply chain orientation based on previous researches and examines the relationship between supply chain orientation, supply chain win-win cooperation activity, and supply chain sustainability. Therefore, we hypothesized the effects of supply chain orientation on the supply chain win-win cooperation activity and the effects of the supply chain win-win cooperation activity on the three economic, environmental and social sustainability. First, both strategic supply chain orientation and structural supply chain orientation have positive effects on supply chain win-win cooperation activity. Second, the supply chain win-win cooperation activity has a positive effect on economic sustainability and social sustainability among the three sustainability of supply chain, but it has been proved to have no significant effect on environmental sustainability. Third, the mediator effect of the supply chain win-win cooperation activity between supply chain orientation and supply chain sustainability is analyzed. Therefore, it has been confirmed that raising the supply chain orientation makes it possible to build and operate a supply chain win-win cooperation activity, and to achieve economical, environmental and social sustainability. 본 연구는 선행연구들을 바탕으로 공급사슬지향성을 전략적 공급사슬지향성과 구조적 공급사슬지향성으로구분하고 이들 공급사슬지향성과 공급사슬 상생협력 활동, 공급사슬 지속가능성 간의 관계를 살펴본다. 따라서공급사슬지향성이 공급사슬 상생협력 활동에 미치는 영향과 공급사슬 상생협력 활동이 3가지 경제적, 환경적, 사회적 지속가능성에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설을 수립하고 이를 검증 하였다. 첫째, 전략적 공급사슬지향성과구조적 공급사슬지향성은 모두 공급사슬 상생협력 활동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 공급사슬 상생협력 활동은 공급사슬의 3가지 지속가능성들 중 경제적 지속가능성과 사회적 지속가능성에는 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치지만 환경적 지속가능성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 공급사슬지향성과 공급사슬 지속가능성 사이에서 공급사슬 상생협력 활동의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 공급사슬 상생협력 활동은 대부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 공급사슬지향성을 제고하는 것이공급사슬 상생협력 활동을 할 수 있도록 만들며, 나아가 경제적, 환경적, 사회적 지속가능성까지 달성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        공급사슬 지속가능성 제고를 위한 선행요인들과 공급사슬 역량에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 공급사슬 지속가능성 선행요인, 공급사슬 역량, 공급사슬 지속가능성 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것으로 공급사슬 지속가능성 선행요인과 공급사슬 역량 간의 관계, 공급사슬 역량과 공급사슬 지속가능성 간의 관계를 규명하고, 기업규모에 따른 지속가능성 선행요인, 역량, 지속가능성 간의 차이를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 각 연구가설을 수립하고 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 환경규제준수, NGO 대응활동, CSR 활동, 거래공정성은 제조 민첩성, 환경경영, 사회적 자본에 대부분 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었으며, 제조민첩성, 환경경영, 사회적 자본 역시 경제적·환경적·사회적 지속가능성에 대부분 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 그리고 기업규모에 따라 공급사슬 지속가능성 선행요인, 역량, 지속가능성에 차이가 있는 것으로 검정되었다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점을 정리하면 공급사슬 지속가능성 선행요인들로 선정한 환경규제 준수, NGO 대응활동, CSR 활동, 거래공정성 요인들은 지속가능성의 달성을 위한 공급사슬 역량에 기본적인 선행요인들로서 역할을 수행한다는 것을 확인하였다. 제조 민첩성, 환경경영, 사회적 자본의 형성은 경제적·환경적·사회적 지속가능성의 수준을 제고할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 공급사슬 지속가능성 선행요인들의 제고는 공급사슬 역량의 제고로 이어질 수 있고, 나아가 공급사슬 지속가능성까지 제고할 수 있다는 것을 규명하였다. 그리고 대기업과 비교 시 중소기업의 공급사슬 지속가능성 선행요인, 역량, 지속가능성의 수준을 더욱 제고하는 것 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between supply chain sustainability antecedent, supply chain competence, and supply chain sustainability. The relationship between supply chain sustainability antecedence factor and supply chain competence, supply chain competence and supply chain sustainability and to identify the differences between sustainability antecedence factors, capacity and sustainability depending on the size of the firm. To accomplish this, each research hypothesis was established and the results are as follows. First, compliance with environmental regulations, NGO response activities, CSR activities, and trade fairness were found to have a significant positive impact on manufacturing agility, environmental management, and social capital. And manufacturing agility, environmental management, and social capital has been confirmed that most of the economic, environmental and social sustainability have a significant positive influence. In addition, it has been confirmed that there are differences in the factors of supply chain sustainability, capacity, and sustainability depending on the size of the company. According to the results of the study, environmental regulation compliance, NGO response activities, CSR activities, and fairness factors selected as the leading factors of supply chain sustainability play a role as fundamental prerequisites for supply chain competence to achieve sustainability. Manufacturing agility, environmental management, and the formation of social capital have confirmed that they can raise the level of economic, environmental and social sustainability. Therefore, it was confirmed that the enhancement of supply chain sustainability precedence factors can lead to enhancement of supply chain competence, and furthermore, sustainability of supply chain. Compared with large corporations, SMEs' supply chain sustainability precedence factor, capacity and sustainability should be further improved.

        지속가능공급망관리, 블록체인기술채택, 환경성과의 관계에 관한 연구

        Sustainable management, which began as a solution to environmental problems, has now become an essential business strategy rather than an option. However, the current competitive environment is not a business-to-business competition, but a supply-chain-to-supply-chain competition environment. Therefore sustainable management must be changed to sustainable supply chain management. This study is about sustainable supply chain management. Several studies have proposed blockchain as a technology to usefully carry out sustainable supply chain management. In this study, blockchain technology was seen as mediating the relationship between sustainable supply chain management and environmental performance. To prove this hypothesized relationship, a survey was conducted targeting Korean domestic manufacturing companies. The results of analysis based on the collected data are as follows. Among sustainable supply chain management practices, sustainable procurement, sustainable distribution, and sustainable design were found to have a positive influence on blockchain technology adoption. The adoption of blockchain technology has been shown to have a positive impact on environmental performance.

        지속가능성 관점에서 공급사슬의 상생협력과 지속가능성 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to figure out precedence factors consisting of win-win cooperation supply chains in the perspective of sustainability and examine how those precedence factors influence win-win cooperation supply chains and also how win-win cooperation supply chains influence sustainability’s three aspects, economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Furthermore, it will investigate win-win cooperation supply chains in terms of their roles as a parameter. To attain the goal, this author has formulated and verified hypotheses. First of all, precedence factors consisting of win-win cooperation supply chains, transaction fairness, transaction authenticity, social capital, and CSR activity, influence win-win cooperation supply chains in significantly positive ways. Second, win-win cooperation supply chains influence economic, environmental, and social sustainability in significantly positive ways. Third, win-win cooperation supply chains play roles as a parameter between transaction fairness, transaction authenticity, social capital, and CSR activity and economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Accordingly, this author suggests individual companies composed of supply chains to enhance the level of cooperation as a win-win cooperation supply chain in order to elevate sustainability even further. This study is significant in that it has figured out correlation between the precedence factors of win-win cooperation supply chains, transaction fairness, transaction authenticity, social capital, CSR activity, and a win-win cooperation supply chain and economic, environmental, and social sustainability.

        지속가능 공급망 활동이 경쟁우위를 통해 고객성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        글로벌 공급망이 확대되면서 공급망이 기업 경쟁력의 중요한 원천이 되었고, 지속가능 공급망 활동은 기업이 사회적, 환경적 책임을 다하면서 비즈니스 환경을 유지할 수 있는 훌륭한 대안이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공급망을 통해 타 공급망과 차별화를 꾀할 수 있는 지속가능 공급망 활동이 전략적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 지속가능 공급망의 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 활동이 경쟁우위를 통해 고객성과인 고객유지율과 고객만족에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 기업에서 공급망관리, 물류관리, 구매사, 협력사를 관리하는 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 212부의 설문을 분석하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 지속가능 공급망의 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 활동은 경쟁우위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 경쟁우위는 고객유지율과 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 본 연구를 통하여 지속가능 공급망 활동이 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 이론적 토대를 마련하였고, 고객성과에 영향을 미치는 지속가능 공급망 활동과 경쟁우위는 분석을 통하여 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 지속가능 공급망 활동의 성과부분과 관련하여 다양한 변수의 연구가 필요하다. The supply chain expands globally and hence has become an important source of corporate competitiveness. In particular, sustainable supply chain activities are becoming excellent alternatives for businesses to maintain a business environment while fulfilling their social and environmental responsibilities. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the impact of a sustainable supply chain"s economic, social, and environmental activities on customer retention and customer satisfaction through competitive advantage. This study also aimed to find factors that can differentiate sustainable supply chains from other supply chains. A survey was conducted on employees who handle supply chain management, logistics management, purchasing companies, and partner companies in companies. As part of this survey, 212 questionnaires were analyzed to verify the research hypothesis. As a result of the study showed that the sustainable supply chain"s economic, social, and environmental activities positively affected the competitive advantage. The competitive advantage, in turn, had a positive effect on the customer retention rate and customer satisfaction. Hence, this study provides a theoretical basis for sustainable supply chain activities affecting the competitive advantage. This study also suggests implications for enhancing corporate competitiveness by analyzing sustainable supply chain activities and competitive advantages that affect customer performance. In future studies, various variables related to the performance of sustainable supply chain activities are to be considered.

        사회적 자본 및 공급사슬통합의 선행요인과 사회적 자본과 공급사슬통합, 지속가능 공급사슬성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 공급사슬을 구성하고 있는 개별기업들의 사회관계 구조에서 발생하는 사회적 자본과 거래기업들과 전략, 관행, 절차를 통합된 프로세스로 구축하려는 공급사슬통합을 달성할 수 있는 선행요인들을 확인하고, 이러한 선행요인들이 사회적 자본과 공급사슬통합에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 사회적 자본의 형성이 공급사슬통합에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 사회적 자본과 공급사슬통합이 경제적・환경적・사회적 지속가능성까지 연결될 수 있는가를 규명하는 것이다. 이들 사이의 관계를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설의 검정결과 환경규제 준수, NGO대응 활동, CSR 활동, 공급사슬지향성, 거래공정성은 사회 적 자본에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 유의한 것으로 나타난다. 그리고 CSR 활동, 공급사슬지향성과 거래공정성은 공급사슬통합에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 유의한 것으로 나타난다. 또한 사회적 자본 은 공급사슬통합에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 사회적 자본과 공급사슬통합은 경제적・환경적・ 사회적 지속가능성 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 유의한 것으로 나타난다. 부가적으로 기업 규모 및 제품・공급사슬의 특성에 따른 집단별 차이 분석의 결과 일부 차이가 있는 것으로 검정 되었다. 연구의 결과 사회적 자본 형성과 공급사슬통합의 달성을 위해서는 환경규제 준수, NGO대응 활동과 CSR 활동, 공급사슬지향성과 거래공정성의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 공급사슬통합을 달성하기 위해서는 사회적 자본이 필요하고, 사회적 자본과 공급사슬통합의 수준을 제고하는 것은 경제적・ 환경적・사회적 지속가능성의 제고까지 연결될 수 있음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the preceding factors that can achieve the supply chain integration that seeks to build the social capital, strategies to deal with corporate traders, practices and procedures that occur in social relations structure among individual companies as an integrated process and to understand, how these preceding factors affect social capital and supply chain integration, how the formation of social capital affects supply chain integration, and whether or not social capital and supply chain integration can be linked to economic, environmental and social sustainability. The results of the analysis on the relationship among them are as follows. Hypothesis testing results suggest that compliance with environmental regulations, NGO response activities, CSR activities and that supply chain orientation and trade fairness have a positive(+), significant effect on social capital. In addition, CSR activities, supply chain orientation, and trade fairness have a positive (+) effect on supply chain integration. In addition, the study results have found that social capital has a positive (+) effect on supply chain integration and that social capital and supply chain integration have an positive(+) effect on economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Additionally, the results of analysis on the difference among groups based on company size, product, and the supply chain have found the presence of some difference. The study has raised a need for compliance with environmental regulations, NGO response activities, CSR activities, supply chain orientation, and trade fairness to be able to achieve the formation of social capital and supply chain integration. The study has also confirmed that achieving supply chain integration requires social capital and that promoting the level of social capital and supply chain integration may lead to economic, environmental, and social sustainability.

        Impact of carbon emissions in a sustainable supply chain management for a second generation biofuel

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Global warming due to excessive use of fossil fuels has driven researchers to focus on sustainable energy sources for the future. For clean production systems, biofuel is expanding the domain of renewable and sustainable energy supplies. An efficient and sustainable supply chain plays a pivotal role in ensuring this supply. In this research, crop residuals in different agricultural zones, transportation for shipment of residual biomass as well as biofuel, multiple biorefineries, and multiple market centers are considered. The expense of the resources, the yield of residual biomass in agricultural zones, and the demand of market centers are represented by fuzzy numbers as they are assumed to be uncertain. The carbon emissions cost at all stages of the supply chain was also incorporated into this model. This objective of this study is to develop a supply chain model that minimizes the total cost of a second generation biofuel supply chain and location-allocation for agricultural zones and biorefineries to meet the uncertain demand for market centers. Two numerical examples are analyzed, and the results proves that the cost of biofuel production in biorefineries contributed 52.16%, which is a major proportion of the total cost. In the entire supply chain, the transportation sector is the foremost source of carbon emissions in an environment with 88.50% of the total carbon emissions. The results confirms that the proposed model is viable for designing second generation biofuel supply chains under uncertainty.         지속가능 공급사슬 관리가 관계자본 및 공급사의 지속가능 성과에미치는 영향

        Firms have increasingly reexamined their supply chains in response to a number of interrelated economic, social, and environmental, collectively named as sustainability, challenges as they have faced a wide range of risks associated with their supply chains. With the emergence of sustainability as a legitimate business concern in supply chain management (SCM), researchers have explored the drivers and the effects sustainable SCM as well as characteristics of sustainable SCM. However, several important aspects have received little attention. First, very few studies have addressed fair, environmental, and social issues simultaneously in the supply chain. Previous studies have generally focused on the environmental dimension of sustainable SCM. Second, the literature has provided mixed results on the relationship between sustainable SCM and performance. This implies that identification of intervening variables may provide a better explanation of the direction of this relationship. Third, most previous studies have more focused on large buying firms’ performance, and thus little attention have paid to suppliers, in particular that of small and medium size (SME) suppliers. In the light of these gaps in the literature, this paper proposed an integrative model of sustainable ScM and empirically analyzed the relationship between sustainable SCM and supplier sustainability performance by considering an important intervening variable of relational social capital. First, this study developed an integrative framework for sustainable SCM by synthesizing fairness, green SCM, and responsible supply chain based on the integration of sustainability and SCM. Second, this study suggested a mediating role of relational social capital in the relationships between sustainable SCM and the environmental and manufacturing performance of the supplier. Third, this study provided empirical validation for the hypotheses suggested in the integrative model. Consistent with the purpose of this study, the study focused on medium-sized suppliers. A total of 197 responses from SME suppliers were used for the empirical analysis. The results of a series of rigorous tests provided support for the validity and reliability of the scales, including three sub-constructs of sustainable SCM: fair, environmental-friendly, and responsible SCM. Overall, the research results indicate that the hypotheses for the relationships between sustainable SCM, relational capital, and supplier environmental and manufacturing performance were supported. First, the results provided strong support for the argument that sustainable SCM can increase relational social capital between the buyer and supplier. As a reciprocal program between a buyer and its suppliers, sustainable SCM facilitates the relational capital accumulation. Second, the results empirically also verified a significant positive effect of sustainable SCM on the environmental and manufacturing performance through relational capital accumulation. In other words, relational capital was found to mediate the effects of sustainable SCM on the sustainability performance of the supplier. Third, fairness among three dimensions of sustainable SCM was shown to have the most significant influence on relational capital and performance. This study provides insightful implications for managers of buyers as well as suppliers who wish to foster stronger environmental performance as well as manufacturing performance. First, integrating fairness, environmental and social issues into conventional SCM practices is advisable, but firms, particularly large buyers, should make efforts to make it work. Second, sustainable SCM practices do not build on an entirely new set of skills, and the three dimensions of sustainable SCM are closely interrelated.       • A Study on the Impact of Knowledge Management on Supplier Orientation in Sustainable Supply chains

        Background/Objectives: Over the past few years, sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has received significant attention and there is a growing expectation to extend sustainability efforts beyond internal operations to suppliers and customers in the supply chain. This paper examines the impact of supplier orientation in supply chain management by using knowledge management as a component of sustainable supply chain management. Methods/Statistical analysis: In this study, a survey was conducted, and analysis was performed using SPSS and PLS 2.0 as statistical tools. Findings: The research results showed that knowledge storage had a certain impact on supplier orientation in sustainable supply chains. Knowledge storage of the enterprises can be regarded as part of the information technology application. Improvements/Applications: There is a need to provide detailed statistics and analysis on the ownership, industry and scale of the enterprises among the research objects, thus providing more or different levels of understanding.

        The Impact of Interactional Justice and Supply-Chain Collaboration on Sustainable SCM Performance: The Case of Multinational Pharmaceutical Firms

        This study explored the impact of interactional justice on supply-chain collaboration and sustainable supply-chain performance. Accordingly, it classified interactional justice of supply-chain management (SCM) into interpersonal and informational justice, and empirically classified the effects of these subordinate concepts on supply-chain collaboration and sustainable supply-chain performance. To this end, 700 questionnaires were distributed, and 201 final valid responses were used for the statistical analysis which revealed the significant positive influence of interpersonal justice on informational justice. This indicates that courtesy, respect, and proper words are important in the relationship between buyers and sellers. Both interpersonal and informational justice had a significant positive relationship with supply-chain collaboration. The results suggest that a fair-trade environment should be cultivated to encourage and facilitate seller-buyer collaboration. Lastly, supply-chain collaboration had a positive influence on sustainable supply-chain performance. This implies that if justice is not perceived in the seller-buyer relationship, collaboration can be hindered, which negatively impacts corporate performance. These findings also helped to understand the importance of interactional justice and to propose a new relationship between interpersonal and informational justice.
