        본 연구에서는 성능시험에 있어 반드시 선행되어야 한 측정불확도에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 측정불확도의 국제표준 및 국내표준(KS Q ISO/IEC 17025)의 내용을 리뷰하고, 일반적인 측정불확도 추정 절차에 대하여 설명한다. 측정불확도 추정 절차에 따른 분석 사례를 소개하고 교정성적서의 예시를 설명한다. 마지막으로 IEC/TS 62600-100에서 제안하는 방법을 적용하여 파력발전장치 실해역 계측 데이터를 바탕으로 수행한 성능평가 내용을 소개하고, 향후 측정불확도를 포함한 파력발전 성능시험 성적서 작성을 위한 측정불확도 요소를 분석하여 소개하고자 한다. This study deals with the measurement in uncertainty, which must be preceded in the performance test. The international and domestic standards documents of measurement in uncertainty (KS Q ISO/IEC 17025) are reviewed, and the general procedure for estimating measurement in uncertainty is explained. An example of analysis according to the measurement in uncertainty estimation procedure is introduced and an example of a calibration certificate is explained. By applying the method proposed in IEC/TS 62600-100, the performance assesment performed based on the real sea measurement data of the wave power plant is introduced. Lastly, by applying the method proposed in IEC/TS 62600-100, the performance evaluation performed based on the real sea test measurement data of the wave power plant is introduced, and analysis of measurement in uncertainty factors for the preparation of the wave power performance test certificate including the measurement in uncertainty in the future are introduced.

        인장 물성 측정 불확도 평가

        재료의 인장 물성 측정 불확도 평가가 수행되었다. 인장 물성 측정에 영향을 주는 불확도의 요인이 구분되어 분석되었고 인장 시험으로부터 측정되는 측정량, 즉 탄성계수, 항복 강도 그리고 인장 강도의 불확도 평가 모델이 본 연구에서 제시되었고 각 측정량에 대한 대응하는 수학적 모델과 측정치로부터 각 측정치의 감도계수를 계산함으로서 유도 되었다. 각 모델에 근거하여 ISO 6892에 따라 결정되는 SUS316LN의 실험적 데이터로부터 인장 물성의 불확도가 평가되었다. Estimation of tensile properties measurement uncertainty of material was carried out. Sources of uncertainty affecting the measurement of tensile properties were classified and analyzed. The models for uncertainty evaluation of measurands to be determined from tensile test, such as elastic modulus, yield strength and tensile strength, were suggested and derived from the mathematical relations, corresponding to the respective measurands, and the measuring quantities by calculating each sensitivity coefficient of the quantities. Based on these models, the uncertainty of the tensile properties was evaluated from the experimental data of SUS316LN determined according to ISO 6892.

        볼렌즈를 이용한 광학식 진직도 측정시스템

        This paper proposes a simple method to improve a sensitivity of a straightness measurement system for a linear stage, which is applied to a system based on a geometric optic method. An optical system for this method is composed of a corner-cube retro-reflector, a ball-lens and a twodimensional position sensitive detector (2D PSD). The effectiveness of the proposed method was examined theoretically, and verified experimentally using a prototype measurement system. The results show that the measuring sensitivity was dependent on the size of the ball-lens and the setup position of PSD from the ball-lens, and that the proposed method is efficient method to improve the measuring sensitivity.

        The Determination of Temperature and Humidity Sensitivity Coefficients of Torque Transducers using Seasonal Climatic Changes of Ambient Conditions in the Laboratory

        This paper presents a new method to determine sensitivity coefficients of temperature and humidity of torque transducers by using a natural and seasonal variation of ambient conditions at the laboratory. We had measured the sensitivities of the torque transducers over almost one year using the KRISS 2 kN m torque standard machine. The sensitivity data acquired at various ambient conditions were processed using our measurement model to extract the sensitivity coefficients of temperature and humidity simultaneously with high precision. A comparison with a previous method using an environmental control chamber was carried out to test the feasibility of using our new method. Two results agreed within the uncertainty. We revealed that the torque measuring errors could be 8 times higher than the measurement and calibration capability of KRISS torque standard machine if the sensitivity changes due to the temperature and humidity are not properly corrected during a calibration.

        음향 챔버형 마이크로폰 검교정기의 검교정 주파수 한계와 모드 특성을 이용한 개선 방법에 관한 연구

        This paper identifies the cause of the high frequency calibration limit of the acoustic chamber type calibrator for microphone calibration and presents a method to improve it. By using a commercial finite element analysis software, we analyzed the calibration frequency limit of the acoustic chamber type calibrator through eigen-frequency and frequency domain analysis. Based on this, we designed and fabricated an acoustic chamber type calibrator that can precisely calibrate within 1 dB from about 2 Hz to 6.4 kHz and verified its performance through experiments. The acoustic chamber type calibrator fabricated through this study has the advantage of being able to calibrate multiple microphones simultaneously in a wide frequency range, so it can be usefully used for simple calibration for multiple microphones. 본 논문은 마이크로폰 검교정을 위한 음향 챔버형 검교정기의 고주파 검교정 한계가 나타나는 원인을 밝히고이를 향상시키는 방법을 제시한다. 상용 유한요소 해석 프로그램을 활용하여 고유 주파수 해석과 주파수 영역 해석을통해 음향 챔버형 검교정기의 검교정 주파수 한계를 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 약 2 Hz 부터 6.4 kHz 까지 1 dB 수준이내로 정교하게 검교정할 수 있는 음향 챔버형 검교정기를 설계 및 제작하고 실험을 통해 그 성능을 검증하였다. 본연구를 통해 제안된 음향 챔버형 검교정기는 넓은 주파수 범위에서 다수의 마이크로폰을 동시에 검교정 할 수 있는 이점을 가지고 있어 다수의 마이크로폰을 위한 간편한 검교정에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

        In this paper, the installation method of A/F meter which is used for objective measurement of the characteristics of steering systems is classified into two types, direct and indirect method, and static and dynamic test results are analyzed. Dummy wheel of A/F meter is connected to steering column in direct installation method, and is installed on steering wheel in indirect method. Each method produces different results according to the relative position of geometric center, rotation center and mass center of steering wheel.

      • 소비자 요구를 반영한 EPS 조향성능 개발과정 연구

        The purpose of this study is to introduce a process for EPS steering performance development reflecting customer requirements by investigating customer steering clinic outcomes. Nowadays, according to increasing customer expectations, vehicle dynamics is a major source of differentiation in the automotive market. Steering performance is a direct interface between the vehicle and the driver which influences their perception of vehicle characteristics. So, it should be recognized that steering performance is an important element of vehicle dynamics. It also is a key component of customer satisfaction, however, it is difficult to satisfy all customers simultaneously. This study focuses on establishing the process to set targets optimized for the Korean market by defining control factors related to human perception, varying these control factors in a designed experiment and tabulating evaluations by customers. Final results were investigated using statistical analysis. This study demonstrates an effective method to understand customer preferences and apply them to steering performance target setting.

      • 프론트 구조 강성에 영향을 받는 조향 특성 에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to define the relationship between front structure stiffness and steering characteristic. Nowadays, according to increasing customer expectations, vehicle dynamics is a major source of differentiation in the automotive market. Steering characteristic is a direct interface between the vehicle and the driver which influences their perception of vehicle characteristics. So, it should be recognized that steering characteristic is an important element of vehicle dynamics. It also is a key component of customer satisfaction, however, it is difficult to propose the optimized the design at the beginning of the development stage. This study focuses to create interface of front structure stiffness in ADAMS vehicle model and try to figure out the method to discriminate steering characteristic by front structure stiffness. Final results were investigated using steering objective test. This study demonstrates the necessity of front structure stiffness requirement in the vehicle development.
