        한국 발달장애인 대상 대학 기반 중등이후교육 운영 및 교육지원 현황

        본 연구는 발달장애학생이 재학 중인 대학을 대상으로 발달장애인 재학 현황과 교육지원 현황을 분석하는 데 목적을 둔다. 발달장애학생이 5명 이상 재학 중인 대학 83개교의 장애학생지원센터 및 입학처 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 83개교 중 장애학생지원센터는 61개교, 입학처는 58개교의 질문지가 수합되었고, 응답은 기술통계를 통해 분석되었다. 최종 분석 대상 대학 60개교에 재학 중인 전체 장애학생 중 발달장애학생이 차지하는 비율은 19.5%였고, 80여 개의 다양한 학과에 재학 중이었는데 가족·사회·복지학 관련 학과에 재학하는 비중이 32.8%로 가장 높았다. 고등학교에서 대학으로의 전환 시점 및 대학 입학 시점에 제공된 지원, 일반학과 강의 참여 시 제공된 지원을 조사하였다. 발달장애인을 위한 별도의 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 대학(학위과정)과 평생교육원(비학위과정)의 운영 현황도 조사하였다. 본 연구는 발달장애인 대학 기반 중등이후교육 운영 및 교육지원 현황을 파악하기 위해 발달장애 대학생에 초점을 맞추어 실시한 첫 조사연구라는 점과 발달장애인 중등이후교육 관련 정보를 얻을 수 있는 곳이 부재한 상황에서 국내 발달장애인을 위해 별도의 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 대학의 현황을 조사하여 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of enrollment and educational support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities(IDDs) in universities. A survey was conducted on employees of the support center for students with disabilities and admissions offices in 83 universities reported that more than 5 students with IDDs are enrolled. Of the 83 schools, 61 support centers for students with disabilities and 58 admissions offices responded, and responses were analyzed through descriptive statistics. 19.5% of students with disabilities enrolled in 60 universities were students with IDDs. The students with IDDs were enrolled in 80 various departments; the highest proportion was in family, social and welfare departments. The support provided at the time of transition from high school to university and admission to college and the support provided at the time of participation in lectures in general classes were investigated, and based on the results, two tasks were derived: increasing accessibility and opportunities for the selection of postsecondary education for those with IDDs, and strengthening educational support. The current status of continuing education centers that provide postsecondary education programs for those with IDDs was also analyzed. This study is significant in that it is the first study on college-based postsecondary education for those with IDDs conducted at a time when the demand and interest in postsecondary education for those with IDDs are increasing, and it summarizes and presents the current status of postsecondary education programs for those with IDDs in Korea.

      • 참여적 디자인 접근방식으로서의 적정기술

         IDDS(International Development Design Summit)의 문제해결 접근방식은 참여적 디자인(Participatory Design)을 바탕에 두고 있다. 이 접근방식은 세계 빈곤 문제에 직면한 현지 사람들을 디자인 프로세스에 적극적으로 참여시킴으로써, 단순히 디자인 결과물을 제공받는 수혜자로 머무는 것이 아니라, 스스로 창의적이고, 협업할 수 있는 문제해결자가 되도록 하는 것이다. 이 글에서는 IDDS의 디자인 프로젝트가 어떻게 현장에서 발생하는 문제들을 극복하며, 참여적 디자인 접근 방법을 실행하고 있는지 사례를 들어 살펴보고자 한다.

In order to achieve effective outcomes through appropriate technology, the approach from International Development Design Summit(IDDS) is necessary to be considered. The aim of this article is to introduce IDDS and its approach to appropriate technology based on the experience of IDDS Zambia in 2013.

        Comparison of K-index Calculations between Several Geomagnetic Stations during IQDs and IDDs

        BOH magnetometer was installed at Mt. Bohyun in 2007 and has provided continuous dataset for 3-axis geomagnetic field over the South Korea. We have calculated real-time K-index based on BOH magnetic field data using well-known FMI method. Local K-index is calculated eight times a day, per every three hours. To calculate K-index, it is critical to get the Quiet Day Curve (QDC). For QDC calculation, we take the previous one month’s average of H-component. In this paper, we compared four geomagnetic stations’ magnetic field data over South Korea and Japan and K-indices of each stations; Bohyun, Gangneung, Jeju, and Kakioka for two years data, 2011-2012. To investigate the difference depending on the latitude, longitude and local time in more detail, we compare K-index on International Quiet Days (IQDs) and International Disturbed Days (IDDs). As a result, we report the correlation between local K-indices are higher than those between Kp and local K-indices, and the correlation is much better after sunset than after sunrise. As the geomagnetic activity becomes stronger, the correlation between the local K-indices and global Kp-index become higher.

        Design of Intelligent Insulation Degradation Sensor

        Insulation aging diagnosis system provides early warning in regard to electrical equipment defects. Early warning is very important in that it can avoid great losses resulting from unexpected shutdown of the production line. For solving this problem, many researchers proposed a method that diagnose power plant by using partial discharge. In this paper, we design the intelligent sensor to diagnose insulation degradation state that uses a Microprocessor and Al. Proposed sensor has MCU that is used to diagnose insulation degradation and communicate with main IDD system. And we use a fuzzy model to diagnose insulation degradation.

        Development of Insulation Degradation Diagnosis System for Electrical Plant

        Insulation aging diagnosis system provides early warning regarding electrical equipment defects. Early warning is very important in that it can avoid great losses resulting from unexpected shutdown of the production line. Since relations of insulation aging and partial discharge dynamics are non-linear. it is very difficult to provide early warning in an electrical equipment. In this paper, we propose the design method of insulation aging diagnosis system that use a electromagnetic wave and acoustic signal to diagnose an electrical equipment. Proposed system measures the partial discharge on-line from DAS(Data Acquisition System and acquires 2D patterns from analyzing it. For filtering the noise contained in sensor signals we used ICA algorithms. Using this data, we design of the neuro-fuzzy model that diagnoses an electrical equipment and is investigated in this paper. Validity of the new method is asserted by numerical simulation.

        IDD10 is Involved in the Interaction between NH4+ and Auxin Signaling in Rice Roots

        NH4+ is an important nitrogen resource for rice plantsin paddy soil. Therefore, it is likely that NH4+-triggered plantgrowth interacts with phytohormone-mediated developmentalmechanisms. Our previous transcriptomic analysis revealedthat many genes involved in auxin signaling and efflux aresensitive to NH4+. In the current study, we found that NH4+treatment causes a delayed gravity response in rice roots. Tofurther elucidate the interlocking relationship between NH4+and auxin signaling during root development, we utilizedmutants and overexpressors of a key NH4+ signaling transcriptionfactor INDETERMINATE DOMAIN 10 (IDD10), encoding atranscription factor that regulates the expression of NH4+uptake and N-assimilation genes. We obtained several linesof evidence that auxin affects NH4+-mediated gene expressionand root development in rice plants via IDD10. First, thegravity response was delayed in idd10 roots and acceleratedin IDD10 overexpressor (IDD10 OX) roots in the absenceand (especially) presence of NH4+. Second, idd10 plantsshowed strong root coiling only in the presence of NH4+. However, treatment of 1-N-naphthylphthalamic acid (NPA),a polar auxin transport inhibitor suppressed the NH4+-specific root phenotype of idd10. Third, the expression ofNH4+-responsive auxin-related genes was affected in idd10and IDD10 overexpressors. Finally, IDD10 expression wasinduced by IAA and suppressed by NPA. These findingssuggest that the gene expression patterns and phenotypestriggered by NH4+ are influenced by the actions of auxinduring root development, pointing to a regulatory circuitbetween NH4+ and auxin signaling that functions in rootdevelopment in rice.

        DDES와 IDDES를 이용한 Aerospatiale A-airfoil 주위 천이 유동 해석

        The transitional flow over Aerospatiale A-airfoil at critical angle of attack is simulated using DDES and IDDES models. This airfoil features relatively thick boundary layer and a mild separation around trailing edge. Simulation results based on three different grid system and reference data from LESFOIL project are compared. Time averaged velocity profiles, Reynolds stress and vortical structures are presented. The results of DDES model show the consistency on different grid system but fail to predict the fluctuation of flow field. IDDES model is able to resolve the fluctuation but overpredict the resolved quantities than experimental data. Also different grid system with different length scale for LES model have much effect on IDDES results.

        KIF1B polymorphisms associated with the risk of inflammatory demyelinating disease in Korean population

        In the present study, we explored the possibleassociation between KIF1B polymorphisms and inflammatorydemyelinating disease (IDD) susceptibility. Elevensingle nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were selected forthe present study based on the literature, as well as linkagedisequilibrium, minor allele frequency, and location. TheSNPs were genotyped in 178 IDD subjects consisting of 99neuromyelitis optica subjects, 79 multiple sclerosis subjects,and 237 healthy controls (Total N = 415). We nextpreformed logistic analysis to validate associationsbetween the KIF1B polymorphisms and the risk of IDD. Statistical analyses revealed that rs17396382 and ht4 weresignificantly associated with IDD susceptibility with oddsratios of 2.22 and 2.17 (P = 0.001 and 0.004; Pcorr = 0.01and 0.03, respectively). In addition, although P values forsix variants (rs3748576, rs7520935, rs2275424,rs11576866, rs17411502, and rs11121552) and one haplotype(ht1) did not reach the threshold of significance aftercorrection for multiple testing, the SNPs showed a nominalassociation in primary analysis (P = 0.02 * 0.04). Ourresults suggest that rs17396382 and ht4 might be involvedin IDD pathogenesis.
