        This study aims for improvement and rebuilding of the 'Green Building Certification Criteria Information System;GBCCIS'. To achieve this, improved information system has developed self-assessment program available on the web and to provide data about the target of Green Building Certification based on the 2010 revised criteria. The target building of Green Building Certification is Apartment, Office, Mixed-Use Building, School, property for sale, accommodation, and other facilities. Also, the information system about the Green building related technologies and techniques to take advantage of offer a variety of information was built. Green Building Certification Criteria web-site Established in this study has information and each menu and contents are linked to organic and high-utilization. Each menu is organized according to the used frequency and the group. Also this web-site is composed of information guide field, core service field, and other field. These improvement of Green Building Certification Criteria Information System can be a positive incentive measures for the activation of Green Building Certification Criteria easily by taking advantage of relevant information by users. And these will be possible to planning development of Green building technologies by introducing the latest Green building construction techniques applicable building. Also, to assess in advance by using self-assessment program in the design phase of building will lead to Green building design and provide the convenience of the application process and through database construction and share information of building assessment resources certified Green Building Certification Criteria will lead to the containment and fair assessment between cation authorities.

        기타 용도 건물 친환경건축물 인증기준 마련에 관한 연구

        Now, Green Building Certification Criteria for Multi-unit residential building, Mixed-use dwellings, Office building and School are enforced, and Green Building Certification Criteria for Store and Hotel are under development. Although construction rate of the above 6 buildings is higher than that of other buildings, environmental performance assessment for other buildings needs to be considered.The purpose of this study is to make Green Building Certification Criteria for other buildings except for Multi-unit residential building, Mixed-use dwellings, Office building, School, Store and Hotel, which is based on core items of Green Building Certification Criteria for the above 6 buildings.

        사례분석을 통한 학교건축 친환경 인증기준의 실내환경 평가항목 적용현황에 관한 연구

        Recently, there are effects such as commercial investment and introducing new technology by introducing a BTL project. As a result, School's conditions are getting better and Numbers of certified schools are increasing, because the Green Building Certification Criteria was created in 2002 and expanded to schools in March, 2005. But the certificated schools just get the minimum score for certificate level 'good' about 65 points and there is no certificated school level 'very good'. The users of school stay in long time in the facility cause of the unique function of school. It means Indoor Environment Quality Criterion of the school is very important than any other criteria. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the indoor environment factor for the plan of the certificated school by green building rating systems. And this study also wants make the basement of a substantial technical application and development of the criteria in the plan for sustainable green school.         It is strengthened sustained development and certification criteria in foreign green building certification system which does green building evaluation of a building the environmental disruption by construction tries to be minimized, and to guide construction of an environmental building. Necessity of green building re-certification raises its head domestically, and importance of administration and maintenance management of a building as opposed to an existing general building is outstanding. There is such a green building no creation for positive environmental management system operation after the certification acquisition. However, as for most construction industry company, interest is concentrated on only improvement of initial environmental performance of a building and reduction of relative building costs. As the result it is the fact that is not enough for sustained environmental management improvement and energy operation management of rate that reflected the whole life cycle of a building. This study compares an evaluation classification system of foreign green building certification criteria and an item concerned with operation of an existing building at the maintenance management side. Thus suggest is going to do limitation and an improvement direction of green building certification criteria.

        업무용건축물의 친환경성 측정을 위한 간편한 방법 개발에 관한 연구

        Green building certification criteria has being used more and more by several incentives, but it is still difficult and costs so much for certification applicants and examiners to measure the environment friendly of office buildings. The purpose of this study is first, for everyone to measure the environment friendly of office buildings easily and at no cost by a simple measuring method, second, for certification applicants to save much costs by simple measuring method in case the building is not environment friendly by the green building certification criteria. In the results, the rates of acquired points of the certified office buildings in the section and the total by Green building certification criteria and the simple measuring method were same by the paired-sample T-test. thus this simple measuring method can be used to know the degree of the environment friendly by total acquired points as Green building certification criteria.

        Recently, sick house syndrome caused by pollutants and contamination of buildings crops out in residential environment of buildings. According to price increase of global oil, comfort of occupants in indoor air quality is required with reduction of energy consumption and environmental load. So, building performance certification criteria come into effect for improvement of building energy efficiency and performance in environment at home and abroad. GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria) of domestic country as a Criteria is managed Korea Green Building Council(KGBC) for green building. Thus, purpose of this study is tn design a direction of Green Building Certification Criteria for improvement through analysis of GBCC application elements and selected building.

        국내 업무시설 부문의 친환경건축물 인증 평가항목 분석

        Korea Government have carried out various policies to save the Earth environment from global warming and environmental pollution. It has also executed the Green Building Certification Criteria(GBCC) in 2002. The GBCC of office building was executed in 2003 and was revised twice in 2010 and 2011. Concerns about green building construction were quite increasing to keep the building performances sustainable. The aims of this paper is to check the reliability of weighting factors and scoring difficulties in all assessment categories of GBCC and to suggest the amendment direction of the future assessment criteria for green building. For the study, the old and new version of GBCC were examined to present the revision direction of GBCC and the 10 cases certificated by the old and new version, respectively 5 were analysed to compare with the difficulties in obtaining the certification. According to the results of the study, the GBCC requires additional amendments about the assessment categories of the energy consumption monitoring and the building commissioning as required subjects in order to secure the building performances. In addition, the operation mamagement of the building need to be assessed more intensively.

        기존 건축물의 친환경 인증 기준에 관한 비교 연구

        The easiness and control of maintenance is possible in the Green Building Certification Criteria for the existing buildings, so total monitoring system needs to be planned and reflected. As it can be seen in the certification criteria for the existing building in other countries, the evaluation criteria according to parts starts from the measuring of environmental burden and energy performance, and evaluation is being conducted with a focus on effective use of natural environment. The direction of certification criteria that can be applied in the maintenance step will be set by identifying the characteristics of advanced nations in which environment performance evaluation is actively occurring and comparatively analyzing the detailed evaluation items. The category of the existing building is the buildings for re-certification and general buildings in which green certification criteria was not considered. The purpose of this study is to present the limitation of the domestic green certification criteria and improvement direction for environment management as a basic study for establishing environment management process that considers the entire life cycle of green certification criteria during the maintenance of the buildings.

        Characteristics of contemporary lives and cultures, and the problems from development in various types of building materials has placed interior environment section in very important position among Green Building Certification System criteria.Therefore, this study analyzed the Seoul Joong-Ang Postoffice which received pre-certification in environmentally-friendly building certification, and analysis of LEED v.2.1 and BREEAM Office 2005 was focused on interior environment.Evaluation items and standards were applied in analysis, and the differences between the written and the actual were compared. Characteristics and differences in each evaluation item were able to analyzed. Therefore, based on such analysis, the direction for development of evaluation items in indoor environment was proposed.
