        철도역사의 운영관리를 위한 근무자 만족도 조사 분석 연구- 오송 고속철도역사를 중심으로 -

        This study was conducted design satisfaction of railway station and to suggest the directions of architectural design. For this purpose, we developed the design indicator of railway station and evaluated the satisfaction of railway station workers with design indicator, and suggested the satisfaction and the influence factors for the recently constructed high-speed railway station. The subject of the survey analysis was selected as 'Osong Station'. As a result of analyzing the satisfaction of 'Osong station', the performance part is very important when comparing the design importance and satisfaction of railway station. In particular, the access sector required improvement of passenger car parking lots, bicycle facilities, and barrier free. In the design and space sector, there was a demand for design improvement that reflects locality, rest and community space, commercial facilities, passenger convenience and employee welfare facilities. In the environmental sector, improvements in energy conservation and recycling, light, heat and noise, and improvements in performance were required. In the space sector, space and welfare facilities and in the environmental sector, energy, heat·environmental and in the performance sector, the indicators related to maintenance and crime prevention were found to be factors of satisfaction. The 'overall satisfaction' of the Osong station showed that the performance sector affected overall satisfaction. 본 연구는 철도역사의 디자인 만족도를 분석하고 건축디자인방향을 제시하기 위하여 오송철도역사를 대상으로 근무자 만족도 조사를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 철도역사의 디자인지표로 활용하기 위하여 접근, 디자인, 공간, 환경, 성능부문과 같은 디자인분류와 각 분류별 세부인자 개발하여 제시하였다. 또한, 관리자 만족도 조사를 위한 설문도구를 개발하였다. 이후, 오송역사의 근무자를 대상으로 실시한 시설만족도 평가를 통해 철도역사의 디자인 중요도와 만족도 간의 영향인자를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 공공건축에 대하여 사용자 및 관리자의 참여디자인의 권한이 강조되는 현 시대에 공공성을 바탕으로 하는 철도역사의 디자인 만족도와 중요도, 만족도 차이, 만족도 영향 인자를 제시하였다. 또한, 이를 통해 철도역사의 디자인 품질과 운영, 디자인 만족도 개선 방안에 바탕을 마련한 것에 의미를 두고자 한다.

        건축물 디자인 평가를 위한 평가체계 및 평가항목개발에 관한 연구- 중소형 건축물을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation category and items for architectural design assessment in attempt to improve design of small scale buildings within Se-Jong City. Some of the domains in existing design assessment are building design, function, environment, and technology. The category and items developed in this study however, is composed to aim for the building’s qualitative design assessment. Therefore the architectural assessment tool in this study includes design assessment of the building. Also, assessment category was comprised to verify the design expression used in improving the function and environmental condition of the building. The study was enforced by extracting raw data from existing architectural design related cases. Classification system and assessment category was developed and presented through combination of expert advice, survey, and sample test. In result of this study, the composition system required for design assessment can be divided into five large classifications ; public and harmony, access, form, environmental design, and space. Total of 24 assessment categories are developed and presented. The assessment category and standard presented in this study reflects the distinct regional characteristics and originality of Se-Jong city, creating one of a kind design assessment tool.

        인구학적 특성을 고려한 친환경 공동주택의 영향인자분석 연구

        This study analyzed public awareness survey and characteristics of the influence factors on environmentally-friendly apartment considering demographic characteristics. Based on this process, this study proposes a plan of environmentally-friendly plan of the apartment which conforms to the characteristics of users. For this purpose, this study developed nine classification systems such as land use, transportation, energy, Environment Pollution, Materials & Resources, etc. and 58 detailed factors to be used as indicators of environmentally-friendly apartment. Using the developed indicators, this study developed survey and analysis tools such as questionnaires and analysis methodologies. And, we conducted consciousness survey, importance and preference analysis of environmentally-friendly factors for apartment residents in the metropolitan area. In this study, the public’s difference of consciousness, preference, and classification factors were suggested in consideration of demographic characteristics. As a result of this study, the survey respondents showed highly interest in the environment and preferred high rise and low density, flat type apartment shape. Considering the demographic characteristics, high income group showed high awareness of eco-friendly apartment, and residents in Seoul prefer tower type. Female group, 50 years old and over, and residents of large apartment complexes were more likely to live in environmentally-friendly apartment. The indicators that affect the importance of environmentally-friendly apartment houses are in the order of 'water resources', 'environmental pollution', 'maintenance', 'ecology environment', 'materials and resources', 'energy', 'transportation’

        이용자 특성을 고려한 청소년수련관의 건축공간별 중요도 영향인자분석에 관한 연구 - 충남 천안시 서북구 청소년수련관 계획을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to suggest a architectural planning method of youth activity facilities in community to support youth activities. The Study conducted a survey on youth who are the main users of youth training center and derived the importance factor. Recently, different organizations are making various efforts to support healthy youth activities. However, from the result of the survey, most of the youth were found to take their free time by using digital media, resting at home, staying at school, singing karaoke room, or visiting PC room. The majority of the youth showed low interest and awareness about youth facilities and policies. In addition, there were few youth related facilities in use. It was also found that the youth who were surveyed demanded youth facilities for leisure activities. Therefore, it is expected that the facility and the special support should be urgently provided. Functionality is the most important part of the overall architectural classification of the youth training center, and the public space for resting and social interaction should be the key in designing space of the building. The factors affecting importance of youth training center are as follows. In the 'Education & Training Space' category, club room had the greatest influence on the architectural space program of importance, followed by the astronomical observation room, library room, and education training room. In the case of 'Social & Sports space', indoor gymnasium had the greatest influence on the architectural space program of importance, followed by rock climbing, swimming pool, outdoor sports facility, and weight training room. And, the indicators affecting the importance of 'Cultural Space' sector are as follows: audio-visual room, singing practice room, grand performance hall, and cultural center. In the 'Office/Management Space', the mechanical & electrical office, the director office, maintenance room & office, and education program development room were derived as indicators of importance. Lastly, roof gardens, cafeteria, rest area, book cafe, and parking lot were derived as important factors affecting on the ‘Public Space' category. 본 연구는 우리 사회의 중요한 구성원으로서 미래 우리나라의 주역이 될 청소년의 건강한 청소년활동을 수용하기 위하여 지역사회에 자리 잡고 있는 청소년활동시설에 대한 건축계획방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 청소년활동시설의 대표적 용도구분으로서 청소년수련관을 대상으로 적정한 건축계획방향을 제시하기 위하여 주 이용계층인 청소년에 의한 조사・분석을 통해 적정한 건축방향 및 프로그램공간을 제안하였다. 청소년들은 청소년수련관의 전반적인 건축분류 중 기능성을 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있으며, 다음으로 접근성과 기술적 성능을 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 즉, 프로그램과 이를 수용하는 건축공간, 그리고 편리하고 쉬운 접근, 건물의 안전성 및 쾌적한 실내환경의 중요도를 높게 요구하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 건축물의 공간부문에서는 휴식과 교류를 위한 공용공간의 중요도를 가장 높게 평가하였으며, 다음으로 사회/체육과 문화공간의 중요도를 높게 인식하고 있다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서 도출된 내용들은 시설물을 직접 이용하는 청소년의 의식조사 및 중요도 조사의 결과로서 향후 청소년관련시설 계획시 효율적이고 적정한 이용자요구수준의 건축계획과 프로그램 도출에 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또한, 최근 이용자의 참여를 통한 설계권리가 중요시되고 있는 시점에 본 연구에서 활용한 방법론을 활용할 수 있을 것이라 판단한다.

      • 친환경건축물 인증제도 활성화를 위한 정보시스템 개선 연구

        This study aims for improvement and rebuilding of the 'Green Building Certification Criteria Information System;GBCCIS'. To achieve this, improved information system has developed self-assessment program available on the web and to provide data about the target of Green Building Certification based on the 2010 revised criteria. The target building of Green Building Certification is Apartment, Office, Mixed-Use Building, School, property for sale, accommodation, and other facilities. Also, the information system about the Green building related technologies and techniques to take advantage of offer a variety of information was built. Green Building Certification Criteria web-site Established in this study has information and each menu and contents are linked to organic and high-utilization. Each menu is organized according to the used frequency and the group. Also this web-site is composed of information guide field, core service field, and other field. These improvement of Green Building Certification Criteria Information System can be a positive incentive measures for the activation of Green Building Certification Criteria easily by taking advantage of relevant information by users. And these will be possible to planning development of Green building technologies by introducing the latest Green building construction techniques applicable building. Also, to assess in advance by using self-assessment program in the design phase of building will lead to Green building design and provide the convenience of the application process and through database construction and share information of building assessment resources certified Green Building Certification Criteria will lead to the containment and fair assessment between cation authorities.

        대학시설의 녹색건축인증 등급별 득점경향에 대한 조사연구

        This study analyzes the average acquisition ratio between the 1st and 4th grade and the distribution and characteristics of the acquisition between the assessment items based on the case of Green Building Certification System(GBCS) for the educational facilities on the university campus. By evaluating the difference between the best scored grade (Green 1st Grade) and the general grade (Green 4th Grade), we classified the cases where the difference between grades with little or big difference. By doing this, we were able to analyze the trend that were difficult to distinguish between difficult to score and an easy task. G-SEED should be used not only as a formal system for certifying certification, but also to provide environmentally-friendly technology for buildings as well as meeting market needs. To do this, it is necessary to further refine the evaluation criteria. In addition, it is necessary to establish a qualitative evaluation system by providing detailed criteria for items that are not distinguishable among grades. It is expected that this study will be used to improve the detailed evaluation items by analyzing trends in the average acquisition rate presented in this study.

      • 지속가능한 개발을 위한 농촌전원단지 설계 연구

        This study is about architectural design for rural housing block redevelopment for districts with existing residents considering sustainable development. The study suggests development direction focusing on preserving the regional characteristics, and presentation of suburban-style housing complex reflecting on the future tenant's individuality and demand. The preexisting development approach for suburban-style housing complex which was planned by the developer, failed to recognize taste of the future tenants. Profitability being the priority, it also resulted in a serious environmental disruption. In this development however, through a systematic direction for site development and site analysis, conducting surveys through future tenants, attempted for a continuous growth of the community. The study is presented covering the following areas; site's pathway system, nature conservation plan, lot plan, land use, arrangement plan, housing plan and community facility.
