        1930년대에 전개된 경호 활동 고찰

        1930년대 경호 활동의 고찰을 통해 지금까지 경호사에서 다루지 않았던 사실들을 네 가지 측면으로 도출하였다. 첫째, 만주의 한인 자치기관인 국민부는 재만 한인들의 공안을 담당하기 위해서 경호국과 경호분국을 설치했다. 그 후에 경호조례까지 제정할 수 있었던 것은 당시 만주의 한인들이 가진 경호의 필요성에 대한 인식이 적용되었기 때문이다. 둘째, 경찰 업무 중에 범인 호송을 위한 ‘차량 경호’, 원활한 행정업무를 조성하는 면사무소 경호, 산불·벌목에 대비한 ‘임야경호단’ 등의 다양한 경호 활동들이 등장했다. 당시의 경호활동은 신변보호에만 한정된 개념이 아니고, 보호와 안전이 요구되는 분야에서 포괄적으로 이루어졌다. 셋째, 각종 행사에서의 경호는 ‘만보산사건’처럼 정치적인 측면 외에도, 대중들이 운집하는 장소에서 안전 및 질서유지와 의전을 담당했다. 이를 통해, 1930년대 각종 행사에서 오늘날 사설 경호 활동의 모습과 유사한 점을 찾을 수 있다. 넷째, 언론에 반영된 해외의 경호는 구체적인 업무를 표방하는 다양한 사례들에서 이색적으로 나타났다. 당시의 경호는 직접적인 신변보호의 측면만이 아니라, 물건이나 유해물질에 관한 대처까지도 포함하는 통괄적인 보호 개념임을 확인할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate about security service history on 1930s in Korea. This study used materials by historical facts for the regulations, books and newspapers in 1930s. In 1930s, security service was unknown details of the historical contents so far. There are four parts conclusion of this study: police department of provisional government, security service agency in the provisional government, security service agents of an independence movement, the general society of Korea. Firstly, Korean regional government in Manchuria, which Kokminbu(國民府) organized the security service agency(警護局) for protect government and public security. Most importantly, the security service agency appearanced an important place which were the independence movement and self-governing administration for Koreans in Manchuria. And the security service agency was required by the security service regulations(警護條例) as law. Secondly, diversity activities of security service in police were exposed the duty as ‘car escort service(車輛警護)’ for offenders, the ‘township office guard’ from mobsters, ‘woodland protect service(林野警護團)’ for fire-raisers. security service as police officer were widely application for protection and safety from danger. Thirdly, Mass society was needed to service for public security in daily events such as ‘noted singer meeting’, ‘funeral procession to the graveyard’, ‘athletic meeting’ as private establishment of security service agency in nowadays. people were wanted the private security service(私警護) from 1930s to present. Fourthly, Overseas security service mentioned in attack of politician, protect from poison and security service about train·vessel·fleet. In 1930s, security service is comprehensive protection which were not only bodyguard, but also safeguard for hazardous materials.

        스포츠이벤트의 안전서비스품질 척도개발

        Recently, security issues are the most important factor of whole society. Sport events receive more attention in security management by frequent accidents globally. The safety of spectators at sports ground has thus become a hugely important matter word-wide. Nevertheless, the research of security service in sports events are unusual. This study is about the development of measurement scales for “Security Service Quality in Sport Event”, which is expected to build its own theoretical foundation and implementing appropriation. The statistical techniques for data analysis were descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis. Through these analysis reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity are verified. The findings have showed that the development of measurement scales and structure of ‘SSQS’. The result of the scales finally suggested 10 latent variables and 29 measurement variables. Latent variables include facility security, fire security, hygiene security, security agents, emergency security, terrorism security, crime security, traffic security, disaster security, week person security.

        이벤트 안전요원의 내부서비스품질 인식에 따른 과제와 개선방안

        Pupose : The purpose of this study was to find out the problems and improvements of internal service quality perception of event security personnel. Methods : In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 14 research participants were enrolled and three in - depth interviews were conducted to gather opinions based on Delphi analysis technique based on the expert knowledge of the participants. Conclusion : In this study, the internal service quality factors recognized by the event security personnel were 15 items in four categories of tangibility, suitability, compensation, and communication. Based on this, the following suggestions can be made to suggest the opinions of research participants. First, joint management of event agencies, sponsors and sponsors, Second, securing joint profit through partnership with safety management equipment companies, Third, the spread and use of event related safety management curriculum, Fourth, securing external partners of research field experts, Fifth, the regular job counseling program for in-house security personnel, Sixth, systematization of management and compensation for irregular workers' Seventh, specialization of job by job or position, Eighth, social security insurance obligation regardless of the size of the company, Ninth, establishment of in-house employee community facilities, In the tenth, it was revealed that an in-house manual for event safety management was secured. 연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 이벤트 안전요원의 내부서비스품질 인식에 따른 과제와 개선방안을 규명하는 것이었다. 연구방법: 연구 목적의 달성을 위하여 14명의 연구 참여자를확보하고 개별 심층면담을 3회식 실시하여 연구 참여자의 전문적 지식을 바탕으로 델파이분석 기법에 기초한 의견을 수렴을 실시하였다. 결론: 이 연구에서 이벤트 안전요원의 인식하는 내부서비스품질 요인은 유형성, 적합성, 보상, 커뮤니케이션 등 총 4개의 범주에 세부항목 15개로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 연구 참여자들의 의견을 수렴하여 제시할 수 있는개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이벤트 대행업체 및 주최사와 후원기업 공동확보 관리, 둘째, 안전관리 장비 업체와 제휴를 통한 공동 수익 확보셋째, 이벤트 관련 안전관리 교육과정의 보급 및 활용, 넷째, 연구분야 전문가의 사외 협력가 확보, 다섯째, 사내 안전요원 정기적 직무 상담 프로그램 운영, 여섯째, 비정규직 안전요원에 대한 관리 및 보상의 체계화, 일곱째, 직무 또는 직급별 업무의 전문화, 여덟째, 업체 규모와 관계없는 사회 보장 보험의무 적용, 아홉째, 사내 직원 커뮤니티 시설 마련, 열째, 이벤트 안전관리에 대한 사내 매뉴얼 확보로 나타났다.

        민간경비업무의 발전방안 연구 - 이벤트 경비업무를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 민간경비업무현장에서 이벤트 경비업무를 수행하고 있는 현장전문가들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 민간경비업무의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 관련분야 교수자 4인과 경력 10년 이상의 현장전문가 6인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 민간경비업무의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 이벤트경비업무와 연관성이 있는 교육이 필요시 된다. 둘째, 관객 응대 및 관객 민원 발생 시 대처 요령관련 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 서비스 관련 교육이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에서 집단민원현장의 규정을 현실에 맞게 조정하여야 한다. 다섯째, 열악한 근무 여건을 개선하여야 한다. 여섯째, 책임감 및 사명감을 배양할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to explore the development methods of private security services based on the problems that field experts in charge of event security are currently aware of. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we conducted interviews with 4 professors in relevant fields and 6 field experts with more than 10 years experience and analyzed the data. They suggested the development of private security services as follows. First, education that is related to event security work is necessary. Second, training should be conducted in response to audience and audience complaints. Third, service-related training is required. Fourth, in the Security Law, the provisions of the collective complaints field should be adjusted to the reality. Fifth, improving poor working conditions. Sixth, it is necessary to educate to develop responsibility and sense of mission.

        다중운집행사시 민간경비를 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 관련 법 개선방안

        오늘날 다중운집행사는 그 유형이 다양하고 대규모 국제행사로 확대되고 있는 추세이 다. 이러한 행사들은 많은 사람들이 동시에 행사장에 운집하거나 이동하는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이로 인해 행사의 장소, 재료, 시간에 따른 안전사고의 위험이 존재하고 있으며, 사고 발생 시 대형참사로 이어질 수 있다. 대규모 다중운집행사의 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 공경비와 민간경비가 상호 협력하여 체계적인 경비업무를 추진해야 한다. 특히, 수익성 행 사에서 민간경비의 역할을 확대하여 행사에 적합한 경비업체를 육성하고, 전문경비원을 확보하는게 우선시 되어야 한다. 또한 현행 「경비업법」을 개정하여 혼잡경비를 별도의 경 비업무로 신설하고, 드론을 활용한 경비시스템을 도입하여 경비주체에 따라 인력경비와 기계경비가 상호 유기적으로 보완되어 민간경비의 질적 수준을 향상 시켜야 한다. 이 연구는 다중운집행사와 관련된 법제도와 민간경비의 활용 실태 및 문제점을 분석하 고, 선행연구에서 제시된 내용을 고려하여 다중운집행사시 민간경비를 효과적으로 활용하 기 위한 관련 법의 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. In contemporary times, a multi-gathering event is extending its scope to encompass diverse types of international gatherings, including large-scale international events. This event type shares the common feature of attracting a substantial number of participants who congregate or traverse to a singular location simultaneously. Consequently, there exists a palpable risk of safety incidents contingent upon factors such as the event's location, materials involved, and temporal dynamics. Furthermore, the occurrence of an adverse incident holds the potential to escalate into a significant catastrophe. To ensure the safety of extensive multi-gathering events, it's crucial for both public and private sectors to collaborate effectively in order to advance systematic security protocols. A significant focus should be placed on augmenting the participation of private sector resources, especially in profit-driven events, to cultivate security enterprises that align with the distinct needs of each occasion. Furthermore, securing skilled professional security personnel holds utmost significance. Furthermore, the existing legal framework governing security operations, as defined in the Security Services Industry Act, requires reconsideration. This reevaluation should encompass the establishment of a distinct category for security provisions applicable to densely populated scenarios. In conjunction with this, introducing a drone-centered security framework is advisable, thus synergistically enhancing both human and mechanized security endeavors, contingent upon the specific security context. The central focus of this study encompasses a comprehensive analysis of the current landscape and challenges associated with the utilization of legal frameworks and private sector resources within the context of multi-gathering events. Drawing from insights gained from prior research endeavors, this study proposes strategic enhancements on an institutional level, aimed at effectively harnessing private sector resources in a manner that comprehensively addresses the complexities of the mentioned events.

        보안관제 정탐률 향상을 위한 인공지능 알고리즘 연구

        Cyber attacks are becoming intelligent and mass-produced. Thus, precision rate is very important in terms of a managed security service. Currently, cyber attacks are detected using various security protection devices and mass security events from the security devices are inevitable. Most devices are carring out defense on predetermined rulesets. Due to the problem of classifying non-attacks as attacks, people are unable to handle massive events log. Researches have been conducted to solve this problem by fine-tuning rulesets, but there is a limit to improving precision rate. As a solution, applying AI technology to the security monitoring areas have been researched in recent years. However, research on improving precision rate, which is the basis of managed security service, has not been conducted as much. In addition, the dataset used in the research is different from the log collected in the security devices in the real environment. This paper describes the logs that can be collected in the real network environment, the datasets that are used in the past studies, and artificial intelligence algorithm research for improving precision rate based on datasets collected in real network.

      • Enterprise SECURITY Management for IoT Services Based on Event Correlation in Republic of KOREA

        With radical development of information and communication Technology, Internet of Things(IoT) era has come. All the things around us are connected through internet so that it enables objects to exchange data with connected devices and is expected to offer new advanced services that goes beyond the value where each existing objects could have offered respectively. Concerns regarding security threat are being raised in adopting IoT as the number of internet-connected appliances are rapidly increasing. So, we need to consider how to protect and control countless objects. However, traditional security systems including intrusion detection systems(IDSs), firewalls(FWs), anti-viruses(A/Vs), etc., focus on low level attack or anomalies, and raise alerts independently. And IoT services have different types of security frameworks. As a result, it is difficult for human security manager or attack response systems to understand the alerts and take appropriate actions. In this paper describes the analysis of security methods in the area of IoT and describes a mechanism that analyzes logs generated by IoT devices attacks. Data collected from the lightweight application is sent to the network component for further analysis. The collaborative component is used for collecting data in the distributed network and indicates the possible attacks. Also this paper suggests enterprise security management including IoT services which are based on distributed environments, and presents a practical technique to address this issue, and introduces Event Correlation Model(ECM) which is a simple free text causal language. We show how the concept of class in object-oriented methodology is used to provide scalability to our approach. Graph and coding theories are used for correlation.

        이벤트 네트워크 상관분석을 이용한 IoT 서비스에서의 침입탐지

        As the number of internet-connected appliances and the variety of IoT services are rapidly increasing, it is hard to protect IT assets with traditional network security techniques. Most traditional network log analysis systems use rule based mechanisms to reduce the raw logs. But using predefined rules can't detect new attack patterns. So, there is a need for a mechanism to reduce congested raw logs and detect new attack patterns. This paper suggests enterprise security management for IoT services using graph and network measures. We model an event network based on a graph of interconnected logs between network devices and IoT gateways. And we suggest a network clustering algorithm that estimates the attack probability of log clusters and detects new attack patterns.

      • Using Machine Learning Techniques for Accurate Attack Detection in Intrusion Detection Systems using Cyber Threat Intelligence Feeds

        With the advancement of modern technology, cyber-attacks are always rising. Specialized defense systems are needed to protect organizations against these threats. Malicious behavior in the network is discovered using security tools like intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewall, antimalware systems, security information and event management (SIEM). It aids in defending businesses from attacks. Delivering advance threat feeds for precise attack detection in intrusion detection systems is the role of cyber-threat intelligence (CTI) in the study is being presented. In this proposed work CTI feeds are utilized in the detection of assaults accurately in intrusion detection system. The ultimate objective is to identify the attacker behind the attack. Several data sets had been analyzed for attack detection. With the proposed study the ability to identify network attacks has improved by using machine learning algorithms. The proposed model provides 98% accuracy, 97% precision, and 96% recall respectively.
