등속성 각근력에 따른 속근섬유 비율 감소 추이에 관한 남녀 차이

        정연수(Youn Soo Jung) 한국사회체육학회 2007 한국사회체육학회지 Vol.0 No.31

The purpose of this study was to investigate fast twitch muscle(%) and fatigue index(%), relationship with aged according to isokinetic leg muscle strength in men and women adults people. Also, this study was to investigated differences with knee joint angle differences isometric knee strength. Subjects of this study were 57 (male n=30, female n=27) adult in men and women. There was no significant differences in isokinetic concentric and eccentric knee extension between male and female in this subjects. Isometric knee extension concentric 60˚/sec are significant(p<.05) differences between other angle degrees. But isometric knee flexion concentric 15˚/sec was no significant differences between other angle degrees. Isokinetic endurance concentric quadriceps and hamstring peak torque are significant(p<.05) differences between adults male and female. But isokinetic endurance concentric quadriceps and hamstring was no significant(p<.05) differences between male and female in fast twitch muscle(%), fatigue index(%). There was significant differences in female between isokinetic endurance concentric quadriceps peak torque and age in results with simple regression analysis, but there was significant differences in male between isokinetic endurance concentric hamstring peak torque and age in results with simple regression. Relationship between isokinetic endurance concentric quadriceps, hamstring with fast twitch muscle(%), fatigue index(%) and age was no significant(p<.05) differences each male and female in results with simple regression analysis. From these results suggest that it is less decrease ratio in fast twitch muscle(%) according to the age increase. Therefore further to try using fast twitch muscle(%) equation and another methods for the finding fast twitch muscle ratio, also try to more research with narrow age range in select sample subjects.

Vol.31 No.1

Since isotonic exercise equipment can give an evaluation of muscle strength with great accuracy and objectivity, it is widely used as the one of the important methods for evaluation of muscle performance. The purpose of this study were to measure concentric and eccentric muscle strength of the Hamstring muscles as the change of hip angle in dominant. Concentric and eccentric muscle strength was assessed by monitoring peak power, average peak power, average power, peak velocity, average peak velocity, peak force, average peak fore, and total work for the Hamstring muscles using the EN-TreeM isotonic dynamometer. For this thirty healthy males performed knee motion at 74.89% of their 1 RM with 45° and 0° flexion fo their hip angle. The results were as follow : 1. The peak power, average peak power, peak force and average peak force of concentric contraction at 0° of the hip joint angle were greater than those at 45° of the hip joint angle. 2. The peak power, average peak power, peak force and average peak force of eccentric contraction at 45° of the hip joint angle were greater than those at 0° of the hip joint angle. 3. The average power and total work of concentric and eccentric contraction at 45° of the hip joint angle were greater than those at 0° of the hip joint angle.

Since isotonic exercise equipment can give an evaluation of muscle strength with great accuracy and objectivity, it is widely used as the one of the important methods for evaluation of muscle performance. The purpose of this study were to measure concentric and eccentric muscle strength of knee flexors as the change of hip angle in dominant. Concentric and eccentric muscle strength was assessed by monitoring repetition, peak power, average peak power, average power, peak velocity, average peak velocity, peak force, average peak force, and total work for knee flexors using the EN-TreeM isotonic dynamometer. For this forty healthy subjects, 20 males and 20 females, performed knee motion at 74.89% of their 1RM with 90˚, 45˚and 0˚flexion of their hip angle. The results were as follow. 1. All the values tested in male were greater than those in female. 2. The repetition, peak power and peak force of concentric and eccentric contraction showed a significant increase in order of 0˚ 45˚ 90˚hip angle in males and females. 3. The average peak power, peak velocity and average peak velocity of concentric and eccentric contraction showed a significant increase in order of 0˚ 90˚ 45˚hip angle in males and females. 4. The average peak force, average power and total work of concentric and eccentric contraction showed a significant increase in order of 0˚, 90˚, 45˚hip angle in males, whereas in order of 90˚ 0˚ 45˚hip angle in females. 5. All the values except total work tested in eccentric contraction were greater than those in concentric contraction.

Study of Muscle Strength Imbalance at the Shoulder Joint between the Young and the Old

홍재수,전경진,김종현,박병규,홍정화 한국정밀공학회 2013 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.14 No.12

This study examined muscle imbalance in the cases of isokinetic movement of the shoulder joint, targeting the young and the old. The experiment was divided into the dominant and non-dominant sides and consisted of flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, external rotation, and internal rotation. Regarding the angular velocity, the peak torque was measured for the equal condition of 30, 60, and 120 deg/s. The concentric and eccentric muscular strengths were measured based on each motion. This study showed that concentric movement tended to decrease the peak torque on the dominant and non-dominant sides alike by increasing the angular velocity, whereas an eccentric movement had a tendency to boost the peak torque by increasing the velocity except for the dominant external rotation. In the case of the young, most of the motion showed that the dominant side had a higher peak torque than the non-dominant side regardless of the angular velocity. The results from the elderly were different from the young, and the non-dominant side tended to have a higher peak torque than the dominant one regardless of the angular velocity. According to the Antagonistic Strength relationships(Concentric) in the young and the old, young people’s flexion/ extension ratio was 3 ~ 13%, abduction/adduction 1 ~ 16%, and external rotation/internal rotation 5 ~ 10%. The data from the elderly showed that the ratio of abduction/adduction under concentric contraction ranged from 20 to 31%, which was higher than that reported previously. The elderly showed an imbalanced muscle tendency. This result is expected to provide a useful basic guideline for measuring the shoulder function of the young and old, and consisted rehabilitation equipment and its programs.
