        The biological surveys were performed at seven sites in the Gangjin bay from February, 1998 to November, 2001. In order to analysis of environmental variation, numbers of heterotrophic bacteria, general fungus and fecal coliforms were enumerated in each sample. The result showed that variation range of heterotrophic bacteria, general fungus, and fecal coliforms were 2.9 x 10^(3)~9.6 x 10^(3) CFU/ml, 17.2~80.1 CFU/ml, and 6.3~682.5 CFU/100ml for four tears(1988~2001), respectively. Density of heterotrophic bacteria and general fungus were gradually decreased for four tours, while fecal coliforms were suddenly increased. Specially, numbers of fecal colifoms were increased the more 100 times in 2001 than that 1998. We think that it was probably caused a little rainfall in February, 2001. There result suggests that ecosystem of Gangjin bay were mainly regulated by 2~3 factors, which were inflow of fresh water, salinity and variation of water temperature.

      • 실리콘 웨이퍼 공정용 알루미나 정전척의 제작과 특성에 관한 연구

        정전척의 유전체 물질로 열전도도와 유전특성 그리고 기계적 특성이 우수한 알루미나에 TiO₂첨가하여 유전체의 비저항을 변화시켜서 정전척(electrostatic chuck)에서 발생하는 정전력인 쿨롱힘(coulomb force)과 존슨-라벡힘(Johnsen-Fahbeck firce_의 영향을 규명하려 하였다. 그리고 비저항, 인가전압, 온도, 습도가 정전력에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 고찰하였으며, 인가전압에 따른 응답 특성에 관하여 고찰하였다. Alumina electrostatic chucks for silicon wafer process with wide range of electrical resistivity were fabricated by controlling the amount of TiO₂ addition (0 wt%, 1.3 wt%, 2 wt%, 2.8 wt%). The dependence of electrostatic force on applied voltage, temperature and humidity was investigated. In addition, response characteristics on applied voltage and relationship between electrical resistivity and electrostatic force characteristics such as Coulomb force and Johnsen-Rahbeck force were discussed

        In the early decades of this century, Charisma which originally means endowment with the gift of grace, has been introduced to social sciences by German sociologist, Max Weber. It quickly became interested in the field of sociology and politics. But, into the 1970s, charismatic leadership still had not became a subject for empirical or experimental research related to organizational theory. Recently, much attention has been paid to charismatic leadership as the prototype of leadership that people have in mind when they describe their ideal leader and is more likely to provide a role model with which subordinates want to identify. As a result, in will perform further study related to Charisma leadership which developing various kind of measurement and instrument. Finally, it should identify lost of possibility and phenomenon through the study of charisma leadership.

      • 수질보전을 위한 영산강 유역의 TMDL 결정에 관한 연구

        In the present study, the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) was introduced to the Young-San river basin for the multipurpose expansion of the aquatic-ecosystem recovery and the water resource utilization of the Young-San Lake. For the methodology, the Young-San river basin was divided into 12 sub-basins in which point sources and non-point sources were investigated. The representative stations from the Young-San river were selected to estimate the hydraulic coefficients (a, b, alpha, beta) of the respective stations using HEC-RAS Model with the profile data from 『Ministry of Construction and Transportation, 1998』 Water quality prediction was performed by the QUAL2E Model with the input data from the water-stage network data of the Young-San River Flood Control Office and the water quality network data of the Young-San River Basin Environment Office. Based on the results from the water quality prediction, TMDLs for the respective sub-basins were proposed so as to fit the target water quality which was estimated in the river channel by the reduction of load.

        단체줄넘기운동이 정서장애아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of study is to examine the influential factor of team rope jumping to mental handicapped juvenile with stereotype behavior, impulsive behavior, and Aggressive behavior. 6 mental handicapped juvenile participated for the test. The age is from 15 to 17 those study in Y Special collage at Seoul in the Republic of Korea. The analysis Research design draws Single Subject Research for intervention efficiency and Withdrawal design as A1-B1-A2-B2 (A1 is the baseline; B1 is the intervention; A2 is the baseline after the intervention; B2 is the intervention). The periods of analysis is 37 times for mental handicapped juvenile. The unconsciousness of behavior is reduced as 17.15% to 36.37% as the visual analysis for the program. However, the unconsciousness behavior for mental handicapped juvenile is slightly reduced as 10.6% to 24.74% after two weeks intervention period. As a result, the team rope jumping is extraordinarily influenced to reduce the unconsciousness behavior for mental handicapped juvenile.

      • Thermal MOCVD와 DC pulsed PA-MOCVD에 의해 증착된 TiN 박막 연구

        유기화합물(TDEAT;Ti[N(C2H5)2]4)과 NH3를 이용하여 thermal MOCVD와 dc pulsed plasma assisted MOCVD(PA-MOCVD)인 2종류의 TiN박막을 증착하여 비교하였다. TiN박막의 특성분석은 XRD, AES, FE-SEM, α-step과 XPS로 연구하였다. DC pulsed plasma assisted MOCVD로 증착된 Tin박막은 ion bombardment 효과에 의해 열적으로 증착된 것보다 더 fine한 columnar구조를 나타내므로써 막의 결정질이 향상되었다. 플라즈마에서의 아르곤 이온의 충돌로 인해 탄소(C)는 오히려 유기 화합물보다 탄소 라디칼로 존재하였다. 따라서 탄소 라디갈은 기판의 강한 (-) potential에 의해 TiN박막에 trap되기 때문에 탄소(C)는 열적으로 증착된 TiN박막보다 더 많은 양이 존재하는 것으로 추정된다. By using of (TDEAT;Ti[N(C2H5)2]4)and ammonia gas source, we deposited two different TiN thin films with thermal MOCVD and dc pulsed plasma assisted MOCVD (PA-MOCVB). The properties of TiN thin films were studied by XRD, AES, FE - SEM, α - step and XPS analyses in this work. The TiN films deposited by dc pulsed PA - MOCVD have a little higher density and a fine columnar structure, compared with thermally deposited TiN thin films. This may be due to ion bombardment effect resulting in improved crystallinity in films. Carbon in the film may exist in the form of carbonic radical rather than organic compound because of collision with Ar ion in the plasma. Consequently, the content of carbon in the film of dc pulsed PA - MOCVD was higher than that in thermally deposited TiN films, because carbon radicals could be trapped in the film by strong negative potential of the substrate.

      • JPEG 압축 이미지를 이용한 수치사진측량의 정확도

        The aim of our research is to find out how digital photogrammetry responds to image compression. Specially, we wish to know if using JPEG image compression leads to loss of accuracy in DTM derived by digital methods. We first review JPEG compression, and since we use the PCI OrthoEngine Airphoto Edition v6.3 digital phtogrammetry software, we briefly review it's principle of principle of operation. We use knowledge of the effect of JPEG compression on the geometric accuracy of images to predict the influence of compression on DTM accuracy. We then compare this to estimates derived from actual measurements. We find that the actual effect om DTM accuracy is greater than predicted, and consistent with geometric error due to compression in the region of 0.33 pixel.

        감각운동이 자폐성 장애아의 상동행동에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of study is to find out the effects of sensibility exercise of unconsciousness behavior for stereotype with autism. Four stereotype those diagnoses as autism from podiatry department participated to the test. Specially, age group is from 10 years and 4 months and 9 months with similar situation (Age, living standard, physical condition). Methodologically, the sensibility exercise program applies 3 times in 6 weeks. 4 styles program adapted such as tramp play, balance control, mat game, and kick board. Research design draws Single subject Research design as A-B-A (A is the baseline: B is the intervention; A is the baseline) the result shows that the 4 stereotype reduced as 39.12% ~ 64.30% of unconsciousness behavior during the 26 times analysis. The 4 stereotype also reduced 10.26% ~ 52.89% of unconsciousness behavior after 2 weeks of the intervention period. As a result, the sensitivity exercise is to reduce the unconsciousness behavior (hand and body shaking) for stereotypic with autism.

      • HEC-RAS모형을 이용한 유량측정 검증에 관한 연구

        The basis of human life and being among the resources all of the earth is water and air. The water of modern city life is used to agricultural water, industrial water, production of energy and recreation. Also water was taken up unmoving position as natural resources. And it has been subject of boom just like a prevention of flood damage. Therefore Acquisition of discharge-data with confidence for effective management and division and rainfall-runoff relation of water resources as foundation work are very important. Discharge measurement of irrigation type is essential to pan of Dam, the improvement of river, construction plan of flooding-structure at river, establishment plan of water. And Flood control type is using to building of a bank, a flood system for prevention and warning. Both of them is important data. But Declination of discharge measurement data is very hard according to condition of weather, a river physical situation, a using situation of river water an upper stream and down stream. So it needs to verification. This study was selected a place of Naju at YoungSan river Andthen using HEC-RAS model. The result of correlation analysis about water-level of actual measurement and water-level ; the correlation coefficient is analyzed 0.998. In accordance with the result that confidence is recognized.

      • 패각 폐자원을 활용한 악취제거기능을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 필름

        연간 250,000 톤 정도 생산되는 패각을 이용하여 악취제거기능을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 필름을 제조하기 위해, 패각 표면의 탄산이온을 바탕으로 양이온 또는 양이온성 계면활성제의 이온교환에 의한 표면흡착 및 이에 따른 표면 극성 변화를 통해서 악취제거능을 부여하였다. 패각 표면의 개질은 양이온성 계면활성제로서 DTAB (n-dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide), CTAB (n-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide), 그리고 DHAB(n-dihexadecyldimethylammonium bromide)를 사용하였다. 또한 양이온의 금속으로는 Ce3+, Mg2+, Al3+를 이용하여 계면활성제의 이온교환방법으로 표면을 개 질하였다. 표면개질된 패각 분말을 이용하여 LDPE와 패각 기준 20 wt%의 마스터 배치 (masterbatch, MB)를 제조한 후 다시 LDPE와 섞어서 패각 기준 3, 5, 10 wt%의 폴리에틸렌필름을 제조하였다. 생산된 필름의 규격은 폭 40 cm, 두께 40 μm 이었다. 제조된 패각 필름에 대한 기계적 물성 측정 결과 패각의 첨가로 인한 기계적 물성의 큰 저하는 관찰되지 않았으며, 순수 폴리에틸렌 필름 대비 80 % 이상의 물성을 유지하였다. 악취제거능은 양이온성 계면 활성제로 개질된 패각 필름이 시험된 모든 종류의 악취에 대하여 가장 우수한 악취 흡착 제거능을 보여주었으며, 개질되지 않은 패각 필름도 비교적 우수한 악취제거능을 보여주었다.
